In recent years, the domestic construction business is continuously stagnated caused by housing depression, global financial crisis etc. To overcome these difficulties, the construction companies should reinforce the internal marketing like the service business. However, it is not easy to conduct active internal marketing reinforcement since the companies do not directly receive customers under special situation like construction. Therefore, it is necessary to resolve the urgent issue by selecting order of priority among internal marketing factors. To address this issue, the objective of this study is to analyze the internal marking factors by using Analytic Hierarchy Process. As a result, the first and second factor represents the internal communication and working condition and environment respectively. The findings of this study will contribute to apply the internal marketing into construction industry.

The anthropometric characteristics of the intended user population are most important parameters in the equipment and workplace layout design, particularly in the airplane cockpit design. Because human body is composed of multi-dimensional body segments, single 'average' or 'extreme' manikin is not sufficient in computer-aided design(CAD) environments. To overcome this limitation, we constructed a manikin group representing Korean Male pilot population. First, we identified 16 anthropometric variables which are important parameters in the evaluation of reach, visibility, and clearance. And we found their correlations and conducted a factor analysis. Four common factors were extracted in the factor analysis. The first one was related with length dimensions, the second was with the arm reach, the third was with the sitting height, and the last was with breadth-depth dimensions. Finally, 17 manikins were constructed and presented in the CAD prototype.

The objective of this study is structural analysis and optimum shape of rope brake. The finite element model was implemented to compute the stress, strain and friction force for rope brake. The ANSYS code was used for this analysis. Structural analysis are effected by position and height of reinforcement figure. The structural safety was examined by an establishment angle of the rope brakes which made apply to housing of the most suitable shape. The optimum shape of the rope brake was decided after stress and strain results were compared and examined.

궤도용 차량의 안전성 확보를 위한 연구의 일환으로서 레일강의 균열 발생 조건과 모재와 용접부에 대한 정적파괴거동 및 단일모드 하중하의 피로균열진전거동을 검토하였다. 레일에서 횡방향 균열의 원점은 표면하층균열이며 이는 최대전단응력에 의해 발생하였다. 또한 표면하층균열의 크기가 증가함에 따라 균열의 진전은 전단모드에서 혼합모드로 천이될 가능성이 증가하였다. 용접부의 평면변형률 파괴인성은 조직의 조대화와 경도의 상승으로 인하여 모재에 비하여 약 10% 저하하였다. 용접부의 제 2단계 영역의 피로 균열진전속도는 낮은 ${\Delta}K$ 영역에서 모재에 비하여 저하하였으나 높은 ${\Delta}K$영역에서는 이의 차이가 소멸되었으며 이러한 경향은 R=0.1의 낮은 응력비에서 현저하였다. 이는 용접부의 미시조직이 모재에 비하여 성장하였기 때문이라고 판단된다. In the present study, crack initiation criteria, static failure and tensile mode fatigue behavior for a rail steel are evaluated to assure the railway vehicle's safety. The transverse fissure, which is the most critical damage in the rail, is initiated by the maximum shear stress and its location is subsurface. In addition, the possibility of transition from the shear mode to the mixed mode increases with increasing the length of subsurface crack. Because of the brittleness by the welding, the fracture toughness of the welded part is lower than of the base metal. For low ${\Delta}K$, the stage II fatigue crack growth rates of the welded part is slower than of the base metal but, for high ${\Delta}K$, this different behavior for fatigue crack growth rate is nearly diminished. These trends are more remarkable for low stress ratio, R=0.1. It is believed that this behavior is caused by the change of the microstructure which that of the welded part is coarser than of base metal.

Recent economic slump is making the construction industry's overall construction business environment worse. Contractors which are under the legal management and/or walk out are to the brink of 25 companies according to the Construction association of Korea released in 2011. It means that existing construction companies are required to transform the fundamental ideology of existing operation framework, and besides, existing companies should be transformed to service industry in order to proceed further into the developing future industries. In this study, it will be chosen the internal marketing related factor like 'Satisfying employees, internal customer, are the first thing to do in order to satisfy external customer.' which is about existing service industry field before its implementation in construction companies. In addition, appropriateness test will be performed including both interactions between each of the factors affect mutually and looking into any management improvement effects on contractors. And also, this proposal is suggested by approaching with internal marketing strategy which is both paradigm shift for customers by construction company members and another internal communication way as a means of overcoming the crisis of overall construction industry under currently happening.

산업현장에서 사용되고 있는 기존의 밸브 수압측정기는 압력조절을 수동으로 제어함으로서 정확한 압력측정 을 할 수 없는 불편함이 있었다. 이를 개선하기 위하여 기존의 밸브 수압측정기에 대하여 자동설계 프로그램인 CATIA를 활용하여 설계하고 3차원 유한요소 해석코드인 ANSYS를 활용하여 설계된 밸브 수압측정기에 대하여 구조 해석을 수행하고 내부압력에 따른 내부누수, 응력, 변형률, 총변형량 등을 구하였다. 이러한 결과는 새로운 밸브 수압 측정기를 개발하기 위한 기초자료로 활용할 계획이다. Existing hydraulic valve meter used in industrial fields precise pressure measurement gives inconvenience in precise measurement due to manually regulated pressures. In order to improve this inconvenience, the hydraulic valve meter was designed by using automatic design program CATIA and structural analysis of the designed hydraulic valve meter was conducted and internal water leaking, stress, strain and total deformation were obtained by applying three dimensional finite element code ANSYS. These results will be provided to develop new concepts of hydraulic valve meters as fundamental data.

본 논문은 기존의 전력절감기(Electric Saver)와 성능과 형상이 다른 전력절감기를 제작하기 위하여 SolidWorks를 활용하여 전력절감기함의 기초설계를 실시하였다. 기초설계를 바탕으로 전력절감기함에 하중이 집중되는 부분을 고려 하여 해석하였으며 외함의 내구성을 보장하기 위하여 3차원 유한요소해석 코드인 ANSYS를 이용하여 응력(stress), 변 형률(strain), 변형량(deformation)을 구하였으며 이를 제작에 사용된 상세설계에 반영하였다. In this paper, Solidworks was used to do a conceptional design of an box of an electric saver in order to manufacture an electric saver having a different performance and model. Based on this, analysis was made considering weight concentrated on an box. 3-dimensional finite element analysis code, ANSYS was applied to obtain stress, strain and deformation in order to secure durability and these data was reflected to a detailed drawing.

본 논문은 열매체(Synthetic Heat Transfer Fluid) 보일러의 화재원인을 분석하기 위하여 3차원 자동설계 프로 그램인 CATIA를 활용하여 설계하였다. 또한 3차원 유한요소 코드인 ANSYS를 활용하여 설계된 열매체보일러에 대 하여 구조해석을 실시하였다. 구조해석을 통하여 열매체보일러의 정상상태와 화재 후의 최대온도(maximum temperature), 최대응력(maximum stress), 최대변형율(maximum strain) 등을 구하였다. In this paper, 3-dimensional designing program CATIA was used to design in order to investigate causes of a fire in a boiler using synthetic heat transfer fluid. And also structural analysis was conducted to the boiler by using 3-dimensional finite element code, ANSYS. Maximum temperature, maximum stress, and maximum strain were obtained at the normal condition and after fire.

본 논문은 급수 설비시스템의 적정수압을 유지하는 장치로 사용되는 감압밸브(Pressure Reducing Valve)의 구조와 특성을 알아보기 위해 3차원 자동 설계프로그램인 Solidworks를 활용하여 설계하였으며 현장에서 감압밸브의 제작을 위해 2차원 도면을 작성하였다. 또한 감압밸브내의 물의 흐름을 해석하기 위하여 3차원 유한요소해석 코드인 ANSYS를 사용하여 유동해석을 실시하였다. In this paper, 3-dimensional designing program, Solidwork was used in designing in order to investigate structure and characteristics of a pressure reducing valve which was used as an apparatus for keeping regulated pressure of water supply equipment system and also 2-dimensional drawing was made to manufacture a pressure reducing valve in the field.
