The properties of $2^{nd}$ generation high temperature superconducting wire, coated conductor strongly depend on the quality of superconducting oxide layer and property of metal substrate is one of the most important factors affecting the quality of coated conductor. Good mechanical and chemical stability at high temperature are required to maintain the initial integrity during the various process steps required to deposit several layers consisting coated conductor. And substrate need to be nonmagnetic to reduce magnetization loss for ac application. Hastelloy and stainless steel are the most suitable alloys for metal substrate. One of the obstacles in using stainless steel as substrate for coated conductor is its difficulties in making smooth surface inevitable for depositing good IBAD layer. Conventional method involves several steps such as electro polishing, deposition of $Al_2O_3$ and $Y_2O_3$ before IBAD process. Chemical solution deposition method can simplify those steps into one step process having uniformity in large area. In this research, we tried to improve the surface roughness of stainless steel(SUS310). The precursor coating solution was synthesized by using yttrium complex. The viscosity of coating solution and heat treatment condition were optimized for smooth surface. A smooth amorphous $Y_2O_3$ thin film suitable for IBAD process was coated on SUS310 tape. The surface roughness was improved from 40nm to 1.8 nm by 4 coatings. The IBAD-MgO layer deposited on prepared substrate showed good in plane alignment(${\Delta}{\phi}$) of $6.2^{\circ}$.
Safe와 Non-safe 전력 부하 라인 분석을 위한 TFP트리 기반의 점진적 출현패턴 마이닝

본 논문에서는 특정 지역의 전력 소비 데이터를 이용하여 safe와 non-safe 전력 부하 라인의 차이를 분석하여 정의하고, 출현패턴을 사용하여 잠재되어 있는 non-safe라인을 식별하기 위하여 제한된 메모리에서 효율적으로 패턴을 찾을 수 있는 TFP-tree 기반의 점진적 출현패턴 마이닝 알고리즘을 제안한다. 특히, 두 개의 다른 최소 지지도 값을 사용하여 전력 소비 데이터와 같은 대용량 데이터에서의 마이닝 문제를 해결한다. In this paper, for using emerging patterns to define and analyze the significant difference of safe and non-safe power load lines, and identify which line is potentially non-safe, we proposed an incremental TFP-tree algorithm for mining emerging patterns that can search efficiently within limitation of memory. Especially, the concept of pre-infrequent patterns pruning and use of two different minimum supports, made the algorithm possible to mine most emerging patterns and handle the problem of mining from incrementally increased, large size of data sets such as power consumption data.
전자빔 증발법에 의한 박막형 고온초전도체의 $CeO_2$ 버퍼층 증착 연구

The properties of buffer layer for thermal and chemical stability in coated conductor is a very important issue. $CeO_2$ has desirable thermal and chemical stability as well as good lattice match. In this study, $CeO_2$ was deposited by electron beam deposition. The MgO(001) single crystal and LMO buffered IBAD substrate(LMO/IBAD-MgO/$Y_2O_3/Al_2O_3$/Hastelloy) were used as substrates, which have $\Delta\phi$ values of ${\sim}8.9^{\circ}$. The epitaxial $CeO_2$ films was deposited with high deposition rate of $12{\sim}16\;{\AA}/sec$. During deposition, the change of oxygen partial pressure(${\rho}O_2$) does not cause change in c-axis texture. In case of $CeO_2$ on MgO single crystal, the substrate temperature was optimized at $750^{\circ}C$ with superior $\Delta\phi$ and $\Delta\omega$ value. Otherwise, In case of LMO buffered IBAD substrate, It was optimized at $650^{\circ}C$ with increasing its deposition thickness of $CeO_2$, which was finally obtained with best $\Delta\phi$ value of $5.5^{\circ}$, $\Delta\omega$ value of $2^{\circ}$ and Ra value of 2.2 nm.
인진호탕(茵蔯蒿湯) 추출액이 Diethylnitrosamine과 CCl<sub>4</sub>로 유발된 흰쥐의 간암(肝癌) 형성과 간경변(肝硬變)에 미치는 영향

Injinho-tang(IJ) has been used for the treatment of hepatobiliary diseases. This study was performed to observe the effect of IJ extract on the hepatocellular carcinogenesis and hepatic cirrhosis induced by Diethylnitrosamine(DENA) and $CCl_4$ in Rats. Experimental groups were divided into two ; 8th and 12th week group, and subdivided into four; normal group(Nor), hepatocellular cancer and hepatic cirrhosis inducing control group(Con), and IJ extract 260mg/kg/day(IJA) or 520mg/kg/day(IJB) administered groups to Con. The results obtained are as follows: The body weight was decreased in the Con, IJA and IJB compared with the Nor from the 2nd week to the 12th week. The weight of liver and the weight of liver/100g body weight were decreased significantly in Con, IJA and IJB compared with the Nor. The activities of aspartate aminotransferase(AST) and alanine aminotransferase(ALT) were significantly increased in the Con compared with Nor, but decreased in the IJA and IJB compared with Con from the 8th week group. The activities of alkaline phosphatase(ALP), lactacte dehydrogenase (LDH) and alpha fetoprotein(AFP) were increased significantly in the Con compared with Nor, but decreased in the IJA and IJB compared with Con. The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) were decreased in the IJA and IJB compared with Con, but the activities of catalase were increased in the IJA and IJB compared with Con. According to the light and electron microscopical observation, IJA and IJB improved the morphological and histopathological changes of the liver injured by DENA and $CCl_4$. The number of hepatic p53 positive cells was decreased in the IJA and IJB compared with Con. These results suggest that administration of IJ extract suppress or retard DENA and $CCl_4$-induced hepatocelluar carcinogenesis and hepatic cirrhosis in rats.
TFA-MOD공정에서 $BaCeO_3$ 첨가에 의한 $YBa_2Cu_3O_{7-\delta}$ 박막의 임계전류밀도 증가

The effect of $BaCeO_3$ doping on the critical current density of YBCO film by TFA-MOD method was studied. $BaCeO_3$ doping was made by two method; one is direct addition of $BaCeO_3$ nano-sized powder prepared by citrate process followed by grinding with planetary ball mill for 10 hours. Another is addition of Ba-Ce precursor solution prepared with Ba-acetate and Ce acetate dissolved in TFA to the YBCO-TFA precursor solution. The film was made by standard dip coating and heat treatment process with conversion temperature of $790^{\circ}C$ in 1000 ppm oxygen containing moisturized Ar gas atmosphere. The direct addition of $BaCeO_3$ powder resulted in YBCO film with good epitaxial growth and no evidence of second phase formation. The addition through precursor solution resulted in the increase of critical current density upto 30 at% doping and uniform dispersion of $BaCeO_3$ fine inclusion was confirmed by SEM-EDX.

Recently days, High Accelerated Life Test of electrical and electronic parts is increasing its importance. This study set the hypothesis to develop the method that was analysis and application of HALT for the automotive electrical and electronic parts, it used Arrhenius's Model and Eyring's Model, and ESS theory. Validity of application is proved by other test data. Especially, this study emphasis on utility of acceleration to temperature, humidity, voltage, mechanical stress and other stress. In this study set the pattem of practical application. Therefore, this study emphasis on the application of the HALT and the use of other parameter by acceleration reliability test data. The result of this study is as follows. 1) There is relationship between molar weight and material constant. 2) Characteristic of material is operating acceleration factor as well as parts failure factors. Of course, according to the characteristic of material, activation energy is often more important than molar weight. But it will be defined by more testing and improvements in practical application.
나노실버페이스트를 사용하는 코팅공정에 의한 coated conductor의 은 안정화층 제조

Mechanical and electrical properties of silver stabilizer layer of coated conductor, which as prepared with nano silver paste as starting materials, have been investigated, Nano silver paste was coated on a YBCO film by dip coating process at a diping speed of 20m/min. Coated film was dried in air and heat treated at $400{\sim}700^{\circ}C$ in an oxygen atmosphere. Adhesion strength between YBCO and silver layer was measured by a tape est(ASTM D 3359). Hardness and electrical conductivity of the samples were measured by pencil hardness test (ASTM D 3363) and volume resistance test by LORESTA-GP (MITSHUBISHD, respectively. The sample heat-treated at $500^{\circ}C$ showed poor adhesion 1B, but samples heat treated at higher than $600^{\circ}C$ showed enhanced adhesion of 5B. The silver layer heat-treated at $700^{\circ}C$ showed the high hardness value larger than 9 H, low volume resistance, surface resistance value as well as superior current carrying capacity compared to sputtered silver. SEM observations showed that a dense silver layer was formed with a thickness of about $2{\mu}m$. Dip coated silver layer prepared by using nano silver paste showed superior electrical and mechanical characteristics.
