Dynasty period, using Ji-Cho as the main ingredient. The official name of Jindo Hong-Ju is Traditional Red Liquor. Also, Hong-Ju which is red has a unique taste. The urpose of this study is to analyze the satisfaction and re-purchase intention of Jindo Hong-Ju. This paper investigates what determines the satisfaction and re-purchase intention of Jindo Hong-Ju for a consumer. There have been 300 samples and 250 returns. 212 of them are used for this study. The 212 samples are used to analyze the Jindo Hong-Ju. he main results are as follows. First, the multiple regression result shows that the consumer`s satisfaction for the Jindo Hong-Ju is affected by the ``Taste and Perfume``, ``Sales and distribution``, ``Price service``, and Hangover and health. Second, ``Advertisement and publicity` has no effect on satisfaction. Third, Jindo Hong-Ju`s satisfaction is positively affected by the re-purchase intention.

Today`s business reality requires organizations to become increasingly more efficient in managing their logistics resources function. Attracting, retaining and developing a factors of logistics resources professionals and keeping up-to-date with the latest technology can prove difficult and costly for many organizations. The purpose of this study is to analyze logistics outsourcing for Freight Forwards as Third-party on customer services attributes of freight forwarders in Korea, and to strengthen the competitiveness of customer services by Korean freight forwarders. This research looks into outsourcing of services factor from the process of shipping order to the various activities before/after shipment by exporters as customers and analyzes service performance. Similarly, the items which are highly important after shipment such as quick settlement of cargo claims`, `issuing correct B/L`, `safe cargo transportation` and `proper transit time to destination` also should be improved with increasing costs for the high service standard, and the remaining items which are relatively low important may be maintained with existing services.
병행수입의 인지도와 거래효과가 소비자 만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

This study attempted to investigate perception, transaction effects and customers satisfaction of parallel importation. Specifically, it empirically explored factors of parallel importation and analyzed transaction effects such as price effect, service effect and smoth negotiability with customer satisfaction. Through servey questionnaires, data from 153 young respondents living in Seoul, South Korea were obtained from April to September 2016. Statistical analyses were conducted using SPSS 23 and focused on the following tools: -frequency, factor analysis, reliability analysis and partial least squares regression. Empirical results show that parallel importation perception significantly affects price effects, but does not significantly affects service and smooth negotiability. Moreover, price effects and smooth negotiability have a significant influence on purchase satisfaction. However, service effects do not have a significant influence on purchase satisfaction.
미국제품 쇼핑만족도에 따른 해외직접구매 의도 및 타인추천에 관한 연구

On-line shopping malls have developed and changed to satisfy consumers’ various needs and wants. Recently, overseas-direct-purchase which happens when domestic consumers purchase overseas products through an internet shopping mall has been increasing in the U.S. This study attempted to investigate the impact of consumer’ shopping satisfaction of overseas-direct-purchase in U.S.A. shopping malls. The purpose of this paper is to empirically explore shopping satisfaction over and overseas-direct-purchase and intention of Korean consumers to recommend U.S. products to other consumer. Through a survey of questionnaire of Korean customers who are residents of the U.S.A. The survey, which was conducted from August 2015 to January 2016, involved gathering Data from 133 North Texas respondents. Data analysis was done using the partial least squares regression approach. Empirical results show that economic value, product variety, brand variety and shopping enjoyment significantly affect shopping satisfaction of Korean online shoppers residing in the U.S. In addition shopping satisfaction significantly affects overseas-direct-purchase intention and inclination to recommend purchased products.
국가경쟁력 강화를 위한 항만산업 경제적 효과 및 투자재원 조달 방안 연구

본 연구에서는 항만산업이 국가경제에 미치는 영향을 산업연관표를 이용하여 살펴보고, 항만시설에 대한 국제경쟁력 저하의 원인을 항만투자의 부재에 기인하는 것으로 보고 항만산업의 투자비 조달방안을 제시하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 주요 내용은 생산유발계수, 부가가치유발계수, 수입유발계수, 영향력계수, 감응도계수이다. 이들의 분석을 통하여 본 결과 항만산업이 국민경제에 미치는 영향은 크다고 할 수 있다. 또한 선박의 대형화에 대비한 대수심의 확보, 항만서비스의 향상과 생산성의 제고, 대형선사의 부두운영참가 등을 통해 항만산업 발전에 투자를 해야 한다. 그런데 항만개발에 따른 비용이 필요할 뿐만 아니라 대단위의 비용이 투입되는 산업분야이다 따라서 항만산업은 산업구조상 국가경제에 미치는 전후방 파급효과가 매우 크며, 또한 항만은 특성상 조기에 확보하기가 어렵고, 거대한 자본이 소요된다. 우선 항만물류의 효율성을 제고되는 것이 중요하며, 소프웨어적 측면과 하드웨어적인 항만시설의 확보가 중요하며 이를 위해서 항만시설투자에 적극적어야 한다. Port industry has achieved a remarkable growth with a help from increase in container shipment and above all, transshipment that reflects international competitive power of Port industry amounts to 36% of the national harbor shipment. Therefore, this study speculates the impact of Port industry on national economy using the inter-industry relation table. As it considers the reason why international competitive power in Port facilities decreased as absence of investment, it is to present an effective investment plan for Port industry. Though Port industry as one of main national key industries play an important role in production of national economy, it has been evaluated as having relatively less importance. And when Port industry is managed independently, relying on foreign countries without improvement, price increase due to improper agreement of foreign enterprises and problems relating to securing safe transportational vehicles will have tremendous impact on national economy. And they should try to create added-value and support re-export of the exported and imported shipment through their processing and packaging by making Port zones bonded area.
