      • 스포츠윤리성 측정도구 개발 및 타당성 검증

        본 연구의 목적은 운동선수를 대상으로 스포츠윤리성 측정도구를 개발하여 그 타당성을 검증하는 데 있다. 도구개발의 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하기 위한 양적 연구로서 대상은 서울·경기지역 프로스포츠에 포함된 골프, 농구, 배구, 야구, 축구 5개 종목 고등학교 1학년~3학년을 편의표집으로 선정하였다. 1차 조사 110명, 2차 조사 410명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며, 부적합 문항을 제외 후 최종 분석 자료로 활용하였다. 측정도구는 Rest의 도덕성 4구성요소와 스포츠 가치판단 측정도구(HBVCI-16)를 참조하여 개발하였다. 자료처리는 IBM for SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 21.0을 사용하였으며, 주성분분석, 확인적요인분석, 빈도분석, 차이검증, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 연구결과는 기존에 많은 선행연구들에서 사용된 용어인‘도덕성’을 스포츠와 관련된 윤리적인 특성을 고려하여‘스포츠윤리성’이라고 규정하고, 스포츠윤리성의 구성요소를 스포츠윤리 감수성, 판단력, 동기화, 품성화로 변경하였다. 각 구성요소별 측정요인으로 감수성의 측정요인은 상하관계지각과 수평관계지각, 판단력의 측정요인은 가치판단, 동기화의 측정요인은 순수성과 진실성 그리고 품성화의 경우 규칙준수와 공정성으로 측정요인을 선정하였다. 선정된 구성요소별 측정요인의 타당성 및 신뢰도검증을 위해 주성분요인분석을 실시하였고, 적합도 미달 문항을 삭제하였다. 이후 2차 주성분 요인분석 결과 KMO 표본 적합성 검정지수가 .686 으로 나와 각 요인들이 매우 적합함을 알 수 있었다. 또한, Bartlett 의 단위행렬 검증 통계량이 4911.846 으로 나와 p<.001 수준에서 통계적으로 단위행렬이 아님을 확인하여 요인분석에 적합함을 알 수 있다. 주성분분석 신뢰도의 경우, 신뢰도 계수는 .792~.941 로 나타나 요인 간 신뢰도가 높은 수준임을 확인하였다. 둘째, 확인적요인분석을 통한 집중타당도와 판별타당도 검증을 실시하였고, 측정모델 적합도 기준에 부합되는 결과가 나타났다. 측정도구의 신뢰도는 .792~.941 로 Cronbach's α 값이 0.7 이상으로 모두 나타나 신뢰성을 입증하였다. 현재 국내에는 스포츠선수들의 윤리성을 측정할 수 있는 도구가 명확하게 존재하지 않는다. 따라서, 본 연구를 통해 개발된 측정도구를 바탕으로 지속적인 수정·보완을 통해 도구의 신뢰도와 타당도를 높여야 한다. 또한, 측정을 통해 얻은 결과는 개인·집단 윤리성의 높낮이가 아닌 하나의 결핍요소로 해석해야 하며, 이를 토대로 대상별 맞춤식 스포츠윤리교육 프로그램 자료로 활용되길 바란다. This study aimed to develop an instrument for measuring athletes' sports ethics and examine its validity and reliability. This quantitative study developed and sought to verify the validity and reliability of a measurement tool specifically designed for sports ethics. The participants recruited for this study were first to third-year high school student-athletes in the Seoul and Gyeonggi-do providence. These students participated in five professional sports, including golf, basketball, volleyball, baseball, and soccer. 110 people participated in the first survey, and 410 people were surveyed in the second survey. Survey results that were found unsuitable were excluded from the final analysis. The development of the sport ethics-measuring tool required the four components of Rest's morality and Hahm-Bellar Values choice Inventory-16(HBVCI-16) to be modified, supplemented, and developed further. Data processing was performed using IBM SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 21.0. These programs were used to perform component analysis, positive factor analysis, frequency analysis, difference verification, reliability analysis, and correlation analysis. The term' moral character', found in many previous studies, is based on ethical characteristics related to sport and define as sport ethics. This study proposes new methods of measuring sports ethics based on sports ethics sensitivity, sports ethics judgment, sports ethics motivation, and sports ethics characterization. Measuring elements of sport ethics requires the following factors to be considered when analyzing each component. First, sport ethics sensitivity needs to be analyzed with top and bottom perceptions, horizontal relationship perception, and sports ethics judgment. Second, sports ethics' motivation was measured with purity and sincerity, while compliance and fairness of the rules were the measuring factors for sport ethics characterization. To verify each selected component's measurement factors' validity and reliability, a principal component analysis was performed, and the questions of nonconformity were deleted. Subsequently, the main component factor analysis showed that the KMO sample conformity test index was .686, confirming each factors' suitability. Bartlett's unit row verification statistic is 4911.846, p<.001, showing its suitability for factor analysis. The principal component analysis's reliability was shown as .792 to .941, confirming that the reliability between factors was high. Finally, the concentration and determination of the titration were verified through the final analysis of the factors. The results were found to meet the criteria for conformity of measurement models. The measuring tool's reliability was .792 to .941, and Cronbach's α value was 0.7 or higher, proving its reliability. In Korea, the research itself is meaningful as no tools have been developed to measure sports players' ethical standards. Future sports ethics measurement tools need to be modified or supplemented in the research phase to enhance reliability and validity. Finally, the measurement results should be interpreted as a deficiency factor, not a high level of individual or group ethics. Based on this, it is hoped that the results will be used as data for targeting sports ethics education programs.

        체육회 근로자의 일과 삶의 균형과 혁신행동의 관계에서 직무만족의 매개효과

        Workers of the sports association expect that the balance between work and life will create a virtuous cycle in which workers and institutions win-win each other by creating innovative behavior through job satisfaction, and will contribute to creating a smooth organizational culture. To this end, the purpose is to verify the mediating effect of job satisfaction in the relationship between work-life balance and innovative behavior of workers in the sports association. In this study, employees working at 17 metropolitan and provincial sports associations nationwide were set as a population, and a total of 400 copies were distributed by purpose sampling and 358 copies were used for the final analysis. Frequency analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and process macro 3.4 ver. Model 4 were executed using SPSS 25.0 ver. and AMOS 25.0 ver. The research results are as follows. First, the work-life balance of workers at the sports association has a positive effect on innovative behavior. Second, the work-life balance of workers in the sports association has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Third, job satisfaction of sports council workers has a positive effect on innovative behavior. Fourth, it was found that the job satisfaction of workers in the sports association partially mediated the relationship between work-life balance and innovative behavior. These results imply that work-life balance not only has a positive effect on innovation behavior, but also indirectly affects innovation behavior through job satisfaction. For a smooth organizational culture of sports organizations, we look forward to a virtuous cycle in which both organizations and workers coexist by providing an efficient work environment based on work-life balance.

        프로/실업 선수들의 인권침해경험에 따른 스포츠인권인식

        This study was conducted to find out the perception of sports human rights according to the human rights violations of professional and unemployment team players, provide various information on the direct and indirect recognition of sports human rights, and provide a basis for preparing policy alternatives. To this end, the original data of the “2021 Sports Human Rights Survey” published by the Sports Ethics Center (2021) were used and analyzed. Data of 7047 professional and unemployment team players were used for analysis. SPSS 27.0 ver was used as the analysis method, and frequency analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis, one-way ANOVA (one-way variable variance analysis), and LSD post-analysis were performed. The results are as follows. First, it was found that all direct sports human rights perceptions according to the degree of human rights violations were higher in the “similar, increased” group than the “decreased, not applicable” group. Second, the indirect sports human rights awareness according to the sensitivity of human rights violations was found to be higher in the human rights education awareness, problem interest awareness, fair response awareness, and reporting convenience than the “similar, increased” group. In the end, through this study, it was clearly felt that continuous monitoring was necessary along with actual institutional sites to prevent blind spots that could not be embraced by the current laws and systems.

        이름 분석(name analysis)이란 언어의 가시성 규칙(visibility rule)에 따라 식별자(identifier)들의 사용을 해당 선언들에 바운드 시키는 컴파일 과정의 일부로 타입 검사나 코드 생성과 같은 컴파일 과정의 다른 부분들의 대부분이 이 이름 분석에 의존한다. 점진적 이름 분석에선 사용과 선언 사이의 바인딩들이 프로그램이 수정됨에 따라 갱신되어야 하는데 본 논문에선 객체지향 언어에서 일어나는 점진적 이름 분석과 관련된 문제점과 이들 문제점을 해결하기 위한 적당한 자료 구조를 살펴보고 해결방법들을 비교 평가한다.
