The polishing process of a silicon wafer is a critical factor in the fabrication of semiconductor. Because a globally planar and mirror-like wafer surface are achieved in this process. The surface roughness in the wafer depends on thesurface properties of the carrier head unit along with other machining conditions such as working velocity, polishing pad, temperature, down-force, etc. In this paper, the wafer surface is investigated according to several parameters and experimental data. Experiments were performed to observe the down-force and temperature when the wafer carrier head unit was pressed down onto the polishing pad. A loadcell was employed to obtain the signal of the applied pressure against the polishing pad. Also, working temperature was detected using an infrared sensor. To study on the optimum conditions of machining, monitoring system is coded in Ch and the results of experiment present data using Ch.

평창 동계올림픽 유치 과정에 대한 미국 언론의 시선

본 연구는 10년간 지속된 평창 동계올림픽 유치 과정을 미국 언론의 시선을 통해 알아봄으로써 동계올림픽 유치가 우리나라의 체육사에 주는 사회문화적 및 역사적 맥락을 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 미국의 3대 주요 신문인 뉴욕타임즈, 워싱턴 포스트, 월스트리트저널의 평창 동계올림픽 유치 과정에 대한 기사 2010년, 2014년, 2018년으로 나누어 살펴보았으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 2010년 동계올림픽 유치 과정에 대한 미국 언론의 시선은 밴쿠버의 동계올림픽 유치 가능성 확대, 미국의 하계올림픽 유치에 대한 우려, 평창 동계올림픽 유치 실패 이유로 나타나고 있었다. 2014년 동계올림픽 유치 과정에 대한 미국 언론의 시선은 동계올림픽 유치를 위한 투자 확대, 동계올림픽 유치에 대한 러시아의 열망, 러시아의 동계올림픽 유치 성공 요인으로 나타나고 있었다. 2018년 동계올림픽 유치 과정에 대한 미국 언론의 시선은 평창 동계올림픽 유치 과정에서 나타나는 윤리적 문제, 평창 동계올림픽 유치의 높은 가능성, 평창 동계올림픽 유치 성공 이유로 나타나고 있었다. The purpose of this study is to examine the sociocultural and historical implications of hosting Pyeongchang Winter Olympics on Korean physical education history. This study analyses the perspectives of the American press on the 10 year process of bids for Pyeongchang Winter Olympics. Articles about bids for Pyeongchang Winter Olympics from the three major American press (The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal) were divided into three parts for the analysis: 2010, 2014 and 2018. The findings showed that the main themes for 2010 Winter Olympics were the high possibility of hosting Winter Olympics in Vancouver, concerns in U.S. about bids for Summer Olympics, and the reason why Pyeongchang failed. In 2014, it was apparent that the main themes were expanding investment on hosting Winter Olympics, Russia``s desire to host Winter Olympics, and the success factors for hosting Winter Olympics in Russia. For the 2018 Winter Olympics, the American press centered towards emersion of ethical matters in the process of bids in Pyeongchang, high possibility of hosting Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang and the reasons for Pyeongchang``s successful bidding.

초등교사 스키마니아 가족의 첫 번째 겨울나기

목적 본 연구는 초등교사 스키마니아의 가족여가문화 형성과정을 탐색하고 그것이 신체활동 중심 여가활동에 시사하는 바를 찾기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 방법 이를 위해 2021~2022시즌 스키활동을 수행한 한 가족을 대상으로 문화기술적 연구를 실시하였다. 심층면담, 참여관찰, 관련자료를 통해 자료를 수집하였으며 영역분석과 분류분석을 통해 자료를 분석하였다. 결과 초등교사 스키마니아의 가족여가문화 형성과정은 동기기, 준비기, 시작기, 발전기, 정착기의 5단계로 나타나고 있었다. 동기기는 부모의 의지, 자녀의 성장, 코로나19의 영향으로 나타났고 준비기는 경제적 효율성을 고려한 시즌권 선택, 안전을 고려한 시즌방 선정, 자녀의 의견을 반영한 장비구입으로 나타났다. 시작기는 스키장에서 주말 지내기, 제한된 환경과 연습시간, 스키보다 매력적인 주변 환경으로 나타났고, 발전기는 턴과 함께 발전한 스키실력, 주변 사람들의 칭찬과 조력, 자발적 스키활동의 실천으로 나타났다. 정착기는 슬로프 도장 깨기를 통한 도전정신 형성, 가족 결속력의 강화, 다음 시즌 설계하기로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구는 초등교사 스키마니아의 가족여가문화 형성과정을 통해 가족의 결속력과 가족 사랑의 의지를 높이고 코로나19와 같은 감염병 시대에 자연체험형 여가활동을 실천할 수 있는 사례를 제시하였다는 점에서 의미를 지닌다. 더 나아가 이러한 여가활동은 교사가 교직생활에서 오는 스트레스를 해소하고 몸과 마음을 재충전할 수 있는 기회를 제공할 수 있을 것이다. Objectives This study is to explore the formation process of family leisure culture of elementary school teacher ski mania and to find out what it suggests to physical activity-oriented leisure activities. Methods To this end, a cultural and technical study was conducted on a family who skied in the 2021-2022 season. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and related data, and data were analyzed through domain analysis and taxonomic analysis. Results The process of forming a family leisure culture in elementary school teachers' ski mania was shown in five stages: motivation, preparation, beginning, development, and settlement. The motivation stage was the will of the parents, the growth of the children, and the influence of COVID-19. The preparation stage was the selection of season tickets considering economic efficiency, selection of season rooms(houses) considering safety, and purchase of equipment reflecting the opinions of children. The beginning stage was indicated by spending the weekends at a ski resort, limited environment and practice time, and an environment more attractive than skiing. The development stage appeared as skiing skills developed along with turns, praise and assistance from people around them, and practice of voluntary skiing activities. The settlement stage appeared to form a challenging spirit through trying new slopes seal, strengthen family cohesion, and design the next season. Conclusions This study is meaningful in that it raises family cohesion and will to love family through the process of forming a family leisure culture in elementary school teachers ski mania, and presents a case in which nature experience-type leisure activities can be practiced in an era of pandemic such as COVID-19. Furthermore, these leisure activities will provide teachers with an opportunity to relieve stress from teaching life and recharge their bodies and minds.

도덕교육으로서 체육교육 : 초등교육에서 체육과의 역할확장 가능성과 의의

본 연구는 초등교육에서 도덕교육으로서 체육교육의 역할확장 가능성을 알아보고 그 의의를 찾고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 문서적 차원에서 체육과와 도덕과 교육과정을 비교·분석하여 유사성을 찾고자 하였으며 실천적 차 원에서 초등학교 체육수업에서 나타나는 도덕교육적 특징을 살펴보았다. 이와 함께 도덕교육으로서 체육교육의 역 할확장이 초등교육에 어떠한 의의를 가지고 있는지를 구체적으로 알아보고자 하였다. 체육과와 도덕과 교육과정은 핵심 가치를 중심으로 다양한 정의적 요소를 제시하고 있는 구조적 유사성과 수행 중심의 교육, 전인 교육, 정의적 영역의 성취 기준을 강조하는 내용적 유사성을 보여주고 있었다. 또한 체육과가 도덕적 사고력 교육, 가치·덕목 교 육, 도덕적 공동체 교육, 가치관계 확장 교육이 가능하다는 점에서 실천적 차원에서 도덕교육적 성격을 가지고 있 다고 말할 수 있었다. 도덕교육으로서 체육교육의 역할확장은 도덕과의 역할 보충, 생활연계 도덕교육 실현, 통합적 도덕교육 실현이라는 중요한 의의를 지니고 있었다. 앞으로의 초등학교 체육교육은 학생들의 올바른 인성과 도덕성 을 함양시킬 수 있는 교과로서의 기능과 역할을 점차 확대해 나가야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to find out the possibility of expanding the application of physical education as a moral education and the meaning in elementary education. To this end, this study attempted to find similarities by comparing and analyzing curricula between physical education and moral education. This study also examined the characteristics of moral education in practical physical education class of elementary school. In addition, the purpose of this study was to examine the implications of the expansion of the role of physical education as a moral education for elementary education. Physical education curriculum and moral education curriculum had structural similarities that presented various affective elements centered on core values and they also had content similarities that emphasize performance-based education, whole person education, and achievement standard of affective domain. Furthermore, it was said that the physical education has a moral education characteristic in terms of moral thinking education, values and virtues education, moral community education, and expanding value relations education. The expansion of the role of physical education as a moral education has important implications: supplementing the role of moral education, realizing moral education in connection with life, and realizing integrated moral education. In the future, elementary school physical education will have to expand its function and role as a moral education curriculum that can cultivate students’character and morality.

Meningiomas constitute about 15 to 18% of all intracranial tumors and are usally located in the subdural compartment. Intradural meningiomas may secondarily involve the overlying calvarial bone and provoke osteoblastic or, less commonly, an osteolytic reaction. Meningiomas developing outside the dura mater, without an intradural counterpart, are rare and have been reported in only 1 to 2% of all intracranial meningiomas. We present a rare case of coexisted subdural and extradural meningioma.

스포츠 동호회 활동을 통한 초등학교 현직교사와 예비교사의 상호작용

이 연구의 목적은 스포츠 동호회 활동을 통한 초등학교 현직교사와 예비교사의 상호작용을 심층적으로 이해하는데 있었다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 S교대 스키동호회 예비교사회원 6명을 연구참여자로 선정하여 문화기술적 연구를 실시하였으며, 참여관찰, 심층면담 등의 자료를 수집하고 Spradley(1980)의 문화기술적 분석방법을 이용하여 수집한 자료를 분석하고 해석하였다. 또한 자료의 수집과 분석과정에서 자료의 진실성 및 연구의 윤리성에 대한 지속적인 검증을 받았다. 이 연구의 결과를 요약, 정리하면 다음과 같다. 스포츠 동호회 활동을 통한 초등학교 현직교사와 예비교사의 상호작용은 상호작용의 발현, 상호작용의 활성화, 상호작용을 통한 성숙한 가치관 형성 등으로 상호작용이 나타난다. 먼저, 상호작용의 발현은 동호회 활동을 위한 준비, 개별적 상호작용을 통한 동호회 분위기 파악으로 나타난다. 다음으로, 상호작용의 활성화는 기존에 형성된 지배적 문화에 대한 갈등, 집단적 상호작용을 통한 갈등 상황의 극복, 커뮤니케이션을 통한 동호회 문화 이해로 나타난다. 다음으로 상호작용을 통한 성숙한 가치관 형성은 발전을 위한 굳은 의지 형성, 스포츠에 대한 구체적 지식형성, 체육교육에 대한 보편적 가치 형성, 초등교사에 대한 주체적 의식 형성, 교직 공동체 의식 형성으로 나타난다. The purpose of this study is to understand interaction between elementary school pre-service and in-service teachers through the activities in Sports-club. Collected data by methods of participant observation, in-depth interview, documents collection and domain analysis, taxonomic analysis done by analyze and interpret those collected data. In summary, the result of the study is as follows: An interaction between elementary school pre-service and in-service teachers through the activities in sports-club include a revelation of the interaction, revitalization of the interaction and a formation of mature values through interactions. Firstly, a revelation of the interaction includes preparation for club activities and catching a club atmosphere through individual interactions. Secondly, revitalization of the interaction includes confliction with dominated culture, overcoming the conflicted situation through collective interactions and understanding the club culture through communication. Thirdly, a formation of mature values through interactions includes a formation of the strong commitment for a development, a formation of concrete knowledge about sports, a formation of elementary school teachers` independence and a formation of teachers community spirit.

인성교육을 위한 초등학교 체육수업의 일상적 전개 구조 탐색

본 연구는 인성교육을 위한 초등학교 체육수업의 일상적 전개 구조를 탐색하고 그 특징을 밝히고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 체육수업을 통해 인성교육을 직접적으로 실천한 연구나 인성교육을 실천하기 위해 구체적인 프로그램을 개발한 연구에서 강조하고 있는 체육수업 방법을 분석하여 일상적인 수업 절차인 계획, 도입, 전개, 정리의 과정에 따라 구조화하여 제시하고자 하였다. 그 결과, 계획 단계에서는 학습자 중심의 협력적 활동이 가능한 수업 내용과 방법 선정, 인성교육에 적합한 수업 모형의 선정, 학습 내용과 관련된 인성 요소의 선정을 강조하고 있었으며, 도입 단계에서는 정의적 요소를 고려한 동기유발, 가치를 강조하는 학습 목표 및 수업방법 안내, 협력 기반의 흥미를 유발하는 동기유발 도입을 강조하고 있었다. 전개 단계에서는 모둠 또는 팀 활동 중심의 수업 전개, 규칙준수나 공정한 경쟁의 의미를 강조하는 수업 전개, 간접체험 활동을 활용한 수업을 전개하고 있었으며, 정리 단계에서는 실천 반성 및 다짐 중심의 수업정리, 올바른 태도나 행위 변화 정도의 평가, 체육과 가치의 삶으로 전이를 강조하고 있었다. 앞으로 초등교사는 위에서 제시한 일련의 절차를 통해 일상적으로 진행되는 체육수업에서도 인성교육 중심의 체육수업을 보다 쉽게 전개할 수 있는 기회를 제공받게 될 것이다. The purpose of this study is to explore the ordinary development structure of elementary school physical education(PE) classes for character education and to identify its characteristics. For this purpose, the study analyzed PE methods that were implemented for character education through PE classes or emphasized in researches that developed concrete programs for that. The result were structured according to the ordinary teaching procedures of planning, introduction, development, closing. At the planning stage, Selecting contents and methods that enable learner-centered collaborative activities, Selection of instruction models suitable for character education, Selection of character factor related to learning contents were emphasized. At the introduction stage, Motivating factors that take into account affective component, Guided learning objectives and teaching methods that emphasize value, introduction of inducing interest of cooperation base were emphasized. At the development stage, Instruction development based on group or team activities, Instruction development that emphasizes compliance or fair competition, Instruction development using indirect experience activity were implemented. At the closing stage, Arrangement of practical reflection and promise, Assessment of correct attitudes and behavioral changes, Transition to the life of physical education`s value were emphasized. In the future, elementary school teachers will have the opportunity to develop PE classes based on character education more easily in ordinary PE classes through the above-mentioned procedure.
