본 연구는 염산(hydrochloric acid; HCl)과 아염소산나트륨(sodium chlorite; $NaClO_2$)을 이용해 이산화염소 기체를 발생시키기 위한 최적조건을 확립하기 위해 수행되었다. 먼저 HCl (1 N)에 다양한 농도의 $NaClO_2$ ($50,000-500,000{\mu}g/mL$)를 반응시킨 결과, $100,000{\mu}g/mL$ 농도의 $NaClO_2$를 포함하는 이산화염소 용액으로부터 가장 고농도(695 mg/L)의 이산화염소 기체가 생성되었다. 이후 진행되는 실험은 이산화염소 용액(1 N HCl+$100,000{\mu}g/mL$ $NaClO_2$)을 사용하여 이산화염소 기체를 발생시켰다. 다음으로 상대습도(43, 85, 100%) 또는 온도(4, 12, $25^{\circ}C$)가 이산화염소 기체의 발생에 미치는 영향을 확인한 결과, 상대습도가 감소함에 따라 온도는 높아짐에 따라 이산화염소 기체 발생 농도도 높아짐을 확인하였다. 마지막으로 이산화염소 용액의 용량과 이산화염소 기체 생성량 사이의 관계식을 도출하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 이산화염소 기체를 이용하여 식품 및 식품 접촉 표면을 살균하기 위한 프로그램을 개발하는데 있어서 유용한 정보를 제공할 것이다.

In general, the shoe stretcher is utilized to stretching the leather of shoe upper in the longitudinal direction. In the capstone design class, we tried to make a shoe leather stretcher for the ball of foot. Since a natural cow leather was recovered in length according to relaxation time after stretched, it was difficult to predict the initial amount of set up of stretching. In this paper, tensile and relaxation experiments were conducted in order to predict the amount of initial stretching for appropriate tensile length. Apparatus of leather stretching was designed and strains of leather were measured according to relaxation times of 12, 18, 24 hours after stretching of 24 hours. It was revealed that the ratio of the final relaxed strain and the initial applied strain was about 0.404 with R-square of 0.990 for a shoe cow leather.

This study examined the process of closing the DRK(West German Red Cross) hospital in Busan with an emphasis on the illegal disposal of foreign currency in 1956 and the discussions about hospital closure from 1958 to 1959. DRK hospital was founded by mutual agreement with the West German government and the US government in support of the postwar restoration of South Korea, and the strategic interests of West Germany and the US were inevitably reflected in the closing process. When medical aid from the Swedish Red Cross Hospital and other countries ended, the United States' strategic needs for the West German Red Cross Hospital also declined. West Germany felt difficult to maintain a hospital with the growing financial burden of free medical treatment. The hospital had internal accidents continuously. The Rhee Syngman government was unable to express its position during the opening and closing of the DRK Hospital, but it played some role in the worsening financial situation and the closing of the hospital, because they made no effort to improve the situation.

Pasteurella multocida Pasteurella multocida toxin (PMT) is a causal pathogenin atrophic rhinitis in pigs. To investigate the protective immunity and vaccination effect of recombinantPMT, the gene for PMT was isolated from the infective P. multocida D:4. The 2.3 kb XhoI/PstI fragment(PMT2.3) of PMT gene was expressed in E. coli BL21 (DE3) using the induced expression vector system.The recombinant protein of PMT2.3 having molecular weight of 84 kDa was purified by Ni-afinitycolumn chromatography. The PMT2.3 raised slightly less anti-PMT antibody titer than formalin-killedwhole cel, however, it showed more protective imunity against P. multocida D:4 infection in vaccinationand chalenge.

As a method of simple patterning of transparent conductive oxide (TCO) films deposited on flexible substrates, laser direct etching was carried out on TCO films sputtered on polycarbonate (PC) substrates. As a result of different binding energies in TCO films, indium tin oxide (ITO) and indium gallium zinc oxide (IGZO) were more easily etched than zinc oxide with different $Nd:YVO_4$ laser beam conditions.

In this paper, we developed a wireless sensor network system to monitor the temperature and humidity of the agriculture environment. In order to construct a low-cost and low-complexity system, a narrow-bandwidth communication based on 424MHz frequency band is considered while achieving reliable wireless links. The developed system is implemented in a farm for maesil, which is sort of plum. For a slope farm environment, the system can successfully gather the measured data.

본 연구는 학습자 중심 교수-학습 방법으로 주목받고 있는 플립드러닝(flipped learning)을 대학 수업에 적용하여 자기조절과 학습실재감, 문제해결력에 대한 효과성을 검증하고자 하였다. 먼저 선행연구 분석을 통해 기존의 연구 결과에서 사전학습 과 교실수업의 분절성이 플립드러닝의 문제점으로 지적되고 있는 것을 발견하였다. 이러한 단점을 극복할 수 있는 방법으로 성찰 기반 플립드러닝 수업을 제안하고 이를 대학의 인문계 전공과목에 1학기 동안 적용하였다. 수집된 자료는 기술통계분석과 대응표본 t-검정을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 성찰 기반 플립드러닝은 인지실재감과 사회실재감 상승에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으나, 자기조절과 문제해결력에는 유의한 영향력을 확인할 수 없었다. 이를 기반으로 대학 교육에서의 플립드러닝 수업 설계에 대한 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of flipped learning using reflection journal on self - regulation, learning presence, and problem solving skill. As a way to resolve these segmentation problems of between pre-class and in-class, we proposed a flipped learning using reflection journal for the course in higher education. pre and post self-reported questionnaire were implemented. and collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and a corresponding sample t-test. As a result of the analysis, the reflection - based flipped learning had a significant effect on the cognitive presence and social presence, but it did not show significant effect on the self - regulation and problem solving skill. Based on the results of this study, we provide suggestions for the instructional design of flipped learning instruction for effective flipped learning in higher education.

The purpose of this study is to provide information and guidelines with regard to online learning designs during the COVID-19 outbreak based on the comprehensive and systematic analysis of effects of presence in domestic online learning outcomes. For investigating this purpose, a total of 50 studies meeting the criteria, which were mostly academic journals and theses published since 2011, were selected, and the general effect size of presence on online learning outcomes, the effect size of presence by factors such as instructionalㆍcognitiveㆍsocialㆍemotional presences, the effect size of presence by learning performance areas such as cognitiveㆍdefinitionalㆍsocialㆍ meta-cognitive areas and by variables and the effect size of presence by moderator variables such as the effect size of variables, type of publication, subject of study, classification of subjects, subject area and whether it is a regular class or not were calculated. The results are as follows: First, the general effect size of presence was 0.56, which was a large effect. Second, according to the result of the effect size of presence by factors, all the factors showed large effect sizes. Third, the result of the effect of presence by learning performance areas, definitional and social areas showed large effect sizes while cognitive and meta-cognitive areas showed medium effect sizes. Regarding the analysis result of the effect size of presence by learning performance variables, satisfaction, immersion, interaction, self-efficacy and intention to continue learning showed large size effects while achievement, self-directed learning ability and self-regulated learning ability showed medium effect sizes. Fourth, among moderator variables, subject of study and classification of subjects showed a statistical significance. In conclusion, this study established the integrated effect of presence on online learning outcomes through the meta analysis, and based on this, it suggested design and implementation guidelines to enhance online learning outcomes.

LP-BM5 murine leukemia retrovirus induces the excessive oxidative stress and immune dysfunction leading to B cell leukemia and murine AIDS with cytokine dysfunction. In the present study, the immune restoratory effect of antioxidant hormone dedydroepiandrosterone sulfate (DHEAS) was investigated in the primary splenocytes from LP-BM5 retrovirus-infected C57BL/6 mice. DHEAS significantly increased T and B cell response to mitogen and normalized the unbalanced production of Th1/Th2 type cytokines. In particular, both protein and mRNA expression of IL-4, IL-6, and TNF-α were down-regulated by DHEAS treatment, whereas IL-2 and IFN-γ level were increased. This result suggests that DHEAS directly or indirectly regulates the gene expression of Th1/Th2 type cytokines in transcription level. In addition, DHEAS treatment decreased the hepatic lipid peroxidation and preserved vitamin E level in liver cells. These results suggested that DHEAS could effectively prevent immune dysfunction by regulating cytokine secretion and preventing the oxidative stress in murine AIDS.
