교육과정 운영실태를 고려한 고등학교의 공간계획에 관한 연구 - 방과후 활용을 중심으로 -

This study has presented construction planning data or material. which can maximize the efficiency of school facilities; in other words, to utilize school facilities as local continuing education facilities in terms of use rate, as well as to make school facilities to accommodate the 7th education curricula. This study has been carried out through questionnaire survey on currently executed various curricular operation types, targeting people in charge of drawing up and operation of the curricula in liberalarts high school. The questionnaire survey has also been conducted on ideal teaching-learning type by subject, targeting teachers in charge of individual subject. The expansion of specialized curricula rooms and classrooms, as well as classrooms by level and ICT-related rooms, are required to invigorate continuing education, which utilizes smooth operation of the 7th education curricula and school facilities. I also assume that implementation of school curricula and the role as local continuing education facilities can be fulfilled, through activated deployment type and operation programs with which management of the facilities becomes easy, in order to utilize those classrooms to be used for continuing education.

`Purpose: To evaluate the clinical results of toric iris-fixated phakic intraocular lens (Artisan?) implantation for the correction of myopia with astigmatism. Methods: Sixteen eyes of 11 patients underwent toric Artisan? lens implantation between April 2004 and February 2006 and were followed up for 6 months. We analyzed visual acuity, refraction, change in astigmatism, efficacy, safety, predictability, and complications. Results: Among 11 patients, 4 were men and 7 were women, with an average age of 30.9 years. The preoperative mean uncorrected visual acuity (UCVA) was 0.02, except for 1 eye with post-LASIK astigmatism (0.4); the mean spherical equivalent refraction was -11.06±4.11D; and the mean astigmatism was -2.91±0.91D. At postoperative 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months, UCVA was more than 0.8 in 31%, 69%, 81% of eyes and more than 0.5 in 94%, 94%, 100% of eyes, respectively. Mean astigmatism decreased to -2.28, -1.37, and -0.73 and the spherical equivalent refraction was within 1.0D in 56%, 81%, 88% of eyes, respectively. For the vector analysis of astigmatic change, a doubled-angle scatterplot revealed that the postoperative 6 month data were located mainly at the center of the plot, which indicated a considerable reduction of astigmatism by magnitude and axis. At postoperative 6 months, the efficacy and safety indices were 99.0% and 114.7%, respectively. Complications included transient elevation of intraocular pressure in 1 eye and nighttime glare or halo in 3 eyes. Conclusions: Although the patient population was small, six-month clinical results demonstrate that the implantation of the toric Artisan lens was safe, reliable, and effective for correcting high myopia with astigmatism.`

목적: 요추부 장분절 유합을 시행한 환자들을 대상으로 추시 3년, 7년 이상의 결과를 비교하여 인접 분절의 변화 양상과 유합 부위 분절간 전만각에 따른 변화를 분석하였다. 대상 및 방법: 퇴행성 요추부 질환으로 장분절 후측방 유합술 시행 후 3년 및 7년 추시가 가능하였던 62예를 대상으로 3년과 7년 추시 결과를 비교하였다. 인접 분절의 변화는 단순 방사선 사진을 이용하여 추간판 간격의 감소, 견인 골극, 추체 골단판의 경화장, 추간판내 진공 현상을 관찰하였다. 유합 부위 분절간 전만각은 Gelb 등의 기준을, 임상 결과는 Katz 등의 분류를 최종 추시시 측정하여 이용하였다. 결과: 인접 분절의 변화중 추간판 간격의 감소는 3년 추시 27.4%에서 7년 추시 38.7%로, 견인 골극은 22.6%에서 35.5%, 추체 골단판의 경화상은 19.4%에서 32.2%로, 추간판내 진공 현상은 8.1%에서 12.9%로 증가되었다. 유합 부위 분절간 전만각이 기준치 내에 있는 29예는 3년 추시 3.4%에서 7년 추시 20.7%로, 기준치를 벗어난 33예는 3년 추시 33.3%에서 7년 추시 90.9%에서 인접 분절의 변화가 관찰되었다(p<0.001). 임상 결과는 만족 83.9%, 불만족 16.1%이었다. 결론: 장분절 후측방 유합술 시행 시 유합 부위 분절간 전만각을 생리적 범위로 유지함으로써 장분절 유합에 필연적으로 발생하는 인접 분절의 변화를 줄일 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. Purpose: To compare the 3 year and over the 7 year results after long-segment posterolateral fusion and to analyze the changes of adjacent segments and the changes according to the segmental lordosis angle of the fusion segments. Materials and Methods: A retrospective review was carried out 62 patients of long segment fusion for 7 years follow up and compared that of the 3 year and over the 7 year results. The changes of adjacent segments were evaluated by simple radiography for disc space narrowing, traction spur, endplate sclerosis and vacuum phenomenon. In last follow-up, segmental lordosis angle of fusion level was evaluated by Gelb's criteria and clinical results were analyzed by Katz's classification. Results: In the changes of adjacent segments, disc space narrowing was increased 27.4% to 38.7%, traction spur was 22.6% to 35.5%, endplate sclerosis was 19.4% to 32.2% and vacuum phenomenon was 8.1% to 12.9%. The changes of adjacent segments were observed that from 3.4% to 20.7% in physiologic group and from 33.3% to 90.9% in un-physiologic group. The clinical results showed 83.9% satisfaction and 16.1% un-satisfaction. Conclusion: In long-term follow up of long-segment posterolateral fusion, physiologic segmental lordosis angle should be preserved for decrease of changes of adjacen segments in long-segment posterolateral fusion.
고분자 전해질 연료전지의 작동조건이 성능에 미치는 영향

The objective of this paper is to investigate the effect of operating condition on the performance of hydrogen-oxygen polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell. The catalysts consist of Pt-carbon with loading 0.5㎎/㎠ at both electrodes symmetrically. This experiment was conducted to find the optimal operating conditions such as cell temperature, hydrogen flow rate, anode backpressure, oxygen flow rate and cathode backpressure. The performance was analyzed by electronic-load with constant voltage mode and expressed by voltage-current density. Additionally, AC impedance was measured to investigate of ohmic and activation loss. The results were indicated that the cell performance increased with increase of cell temperature, oxygen flow rate, and cathode backpressure. The activation loss decreased as the hydrogen flow rate and high anode backpressure increased. And the ohmic loss increased as the anode backpressure and oxygen flow rate increase.
