잣나무, 일본잎갈나무, 리기테다소나무, 리기다소나무, 편백과 히마리아시다를 3월 15일부터 15일 간격으로 11월 30일까지 18차에 걸쳐 통년 조림의 가능성을 밝히기 위하여 시험을 실시하였다. 일부 하기조림이 어려운 수종이 있으나 苗木의 취급방법을 개선할 경우 통년 조림의 가능성이 밝혀진 것 같다. 식재법, 苗木취급법, 기상요원과 식재 가능성의 관계를 발표하고자 한다.
Bile duct imaging to use liver targetable CT contrast through I.V. injection

Computed tomography (CT) is one of the diagnostic devices however it is difficult to diagnose disease in soft tissues. So, CT contrasts are important to improve CT contrast image in soft tissues. Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) is usually performed for bile duct imaging. But ERCP is invasive diagnosis method. So, we develop liver targetable CT contrast agent (LTC). LTC can treat easily through I.V. inject. LTC is composed with iodine-based material, liver targeting moiety, solubility increasing regions. Targeting moiety can interact with receptor in liver. In vitro, we have confirmed specific interaction and uptake in liver cells and non-liver cells. In vivo, we have confirmed the biodistribution of body. Also, we measure iodine content in bile juice of LTC treat group against the commercial contrast agent (CCA) treat group. We have confirmed contrast effect in the bile duct. We have confirmed elimination of LTC by detecting LTC in urine and feces.
Tumor microenvironment and lysosome pH-sensitive carbon-Dots for cancer therapy

pH-sensitive polymers are used for many applications such as drug delivery, gene delivery, especially, cancer treatment. Because tumor microenvironment (TME) and lysosome have each acidic pH 6.8 and pH 5.5 unlike normal cells (pH 7.2 ~7.4). But, pH-sensitive polymers have some demerits such as certainly necessary synthesis, wide distribution of molecular weight, difficult to regulate toxicity and biodegradation, drug loading efficiency and release rate. C-Dots are composed organic materials containing carbon. C-Dots have many advantages that fluorescence, low cost, excellent biocompatibility easy synthesis such as hydrothermal, microwave, etc. We develop TME and lysosome pH-sensitive C-Dots (TLpSC) through microwave method. Drug release in TLpSC are higher than in control group at TME. In vitro, we confirmed the therapeutic effect using various cancer cell lines. In vivo, we confirmed the tumor treatment ability of drug loading TLpSC using tumor bearing mouse.
I.V. injectable liver targeted CT contrast agent for bile duct imaging

Computed tomography (CT) is one of the diagnostic tools but it is difficult to diagnose disease in soft tissues. So, CT contrasts are important to improve CT contrast image in soft tissues. Bile duct imaging is typically performed endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP). But ERCP is invasive diagnosis method. Solve this problem, we develop I.V. injectable liver targeted CT contrast agent (ILTC). ILTC is composed with iodine-based molecule, targeting molecule, solubility increasing molecules. Targeting molecule can bind receptor in liver. In vitro, we have confirmed specific binding and uptake in liver cells (receptor positive) and non-liver cells (receptor negative). In vivo, we have confirmed the biodistribution of body and confirmed the content of iodine in bile juice compared with the commercially available contrast agent (CACA). We have confirmed contrast effect in the bile duct in CT image. We have confirmed elimination of ILTC by detecting ILTC in urine and feces.

Cancer treatment using drug loaded pH-responsive C-Dots

pH-responsive polymers are used for various application such as drug delivery, gene delivery, etc. But, pH-responsive polymers have several disadvantages such as unavoidable synthesis, wide distribution of molecular weight, unregulatable drug loading and release rate, toxicity and biodegradation. So, we developed pH-responsive carbon dots (C-Dots). C-Dots are made through organic materials containing carbon, and various methods such as hydrothermal, microwave, pyrolysis, etc. We synthesized drug loaded pH-responsive C-Dots (pRC-Dots) through microwave method. Drug release rate in pRC-Dots are higher than in control group at tumor environment mimic pH. In vitro test, we confirmed the therapeutic effect using human colon cancer, human pancreatic cancer, and human breast cancer cell lines. Also, we confirmed the pRC-Dots therapeutic effect by in vivo test using tumor bearing mouse. As a result, we show that pRC-Dots have the possibility to be used as a tumor treating material.
모바일 아이피에서 개선된 캐싱 에이전트와 CoA 풀을 사용한 빠른 핸드오프 기법

모바일 아이피는 무선 모바일 노드의 이동성에 따른 기존 아이피 주소 체계의 고유성 보장 문제를 해결하고자 제안되었다. 네트워크 레이어에서의 핸드오프는 모바일 광고 메시지를 수신하게 됨으로써 완료되는데, 메시지 광고 주기는 지연 시간과 밀접한 관련을 가지게 된다. 일반적으로 평균 500ms의 큰 지연시간을 발생시키게 되며 인터넷 전화나 멀티미디어 스트리밍 서비스와 같은 경우에 치명적인 문제로 작용할 수 있다. 기존의 기법에서는 최근의 모바일 광고 메시지를 저장하고 있는 캐싱 에이전트의 리플레잉 정책에 의하여 핸드오프 지연 시간을 감소시켰지만, 모바일 아이피 등록 과정 동안의 패킷 손실과 지연 시간 증가의 문제점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 위와 같은 문제를 해결하고자 캐싱 에이전트를 개선해 핸드오프 완료 전에 데이터 포워딩이 가능하도록 하였고, 또한 빠른 모바일 아이피 등록을 위해 CoA풀을 도입하여 핸드오프 지연 효과를 감소하는 기법을 제안하였다. Mobile IP was proposed to overcome identity problem of original IP address system caused by mobility of wireless mobile host. To complete its network handoff procedure, it must receive a mobile advertisement broadcasted by mobile agent. Generally, in a mobile IP system, mean time delay, 500ms, in a network handoff procedure is a critical problem of wireless service such as Voip, multimedia streaming. A caching agent caches a latest mobile advertisement, and replays it by receiving solicitation message from a mobile node finishing link layer detection. But, during the procedure of mobile registration, many packets from service provider to the mobile host would be lost and handoff time delay would be increased. In this thesis, we propose an unproved caching agent technique which can forward data packets while handoff procedure, and CoA pool for fast mobile IP registration.
