        Comparison of Quantitative Electroencephalography between Tic Disorder and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder in Children

        Objective: Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and tic disorder (TD) are among the most common comorbid psychopathologies and have a shared genetic basis. The psychopathological and neurophysiological aspects of the mechanism underlying the comorbidity of both disorders have been investigated, but the pathophysiological aspects remain unclear. Therefore, this study aimed to compare the neurophysiological characteristics of ADHD with those of TD using resting-state electroencephalography and exact low-resolution brain electromagnetic tomography (eLORETA) analysis. Methods: We performed eLORETA analysis based on the resting-state scalp-recorded electrical potential distribution in 34 children with ADHD and 21 age-matched children with TD. Between-group differences in electroencephalography (EEG) current source density in delta, theta, alpha, beta, and gamma bands were investigated in each cortical region. Results: Compared with the TD group, the ADHD group showed significantly increased theta activity in the frontal region (superior frontal gyrus, t = 3.37, p < 0.05; medial frontal gyrus, t = 3.35, p < 0.05). In contrast, children with TD showed decreased posterior alpha activity than those with ADHD (precuneus, t = −3.40, p < 0.05; posterior cingulate gyrus, t = −3.38, p < 0.05). These findings were only significant when the eyes were closed. Conclusion: Increased theta activity in the frontal region is a neurophysiological marker that can distinguish ADHD from TD. Also, reduced posterior alpha activity might represent aberrant inhibitory control. Further research needs to confirm these characteristics by simultaneously measuring EEG-functional magnetic resonance imaging.

        서울지역 강우자료를 이용한 침투량 산정과 사면에서의 침투거동 모의

        사면에서의 강우는 경사와 토양의 물리적 성질에 따라 침투와 유출이 분리되게 되는데, 사면 해석에서는 강우가 모두 침투된다는 가정 하에 분석이 이루어져 지하수위가 과대 산정되는 경향이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 서울지점의 강우분석에 이어 해석적 침투모형 중 적용성이 뛰어난 NRCS 모형과 Horton 모형을 이용하여 토양형에 따른 침투량과 유출량을 분리시킨 후, 토양을 분석하였다. 사면의 경사는 국내 설계기준에 의해 많이 적용되는 경사에 대한 단면을 구성하였으며, 산정된 침투량을 바탕으로 경사보정을 한 후 수치해석을 통해 침투거동 및 지하수위양상에 대해 분석하였다. 분석 결과에서 토양형이 D형에서 A형으로 갈수록 지하수위 변화양상이 크게 나타났다. Precipitation on slope is separated into infiltration and outflow according to physical properties of soil and slope. However, the slope analysis is assumed that all precipitation are percolated. So, groundwater level is excessive tend to be calculated. In this paper, NRCS model and Horton models that have a suitability were used for agro-type analysis of Seoul station after precipitation was separated into infiltration and outflow. Also, gradient of slope was analyzed about seepage behavior and underground water level aspect through numerical analysis. After inclination correction, the estimated infiltration was compose of slopes much applied by domestic design standard. The change of groundwater level is appeared greatly as agro-type goes from D type to A type in the analysis results.

        대기 플라즈마 용사 공정에 의해 제조된 철계합금-몰리브덴 혼합 코팅층의 미세조직 및 내마모성

        Atmospheric plasma spraying (APS) is world-widely used process in the automotive industry as a method to provide wear resistance coatings for engine cylinder bore, using various materials. The weight of engine blocks can be considerably decreased by removing cast iron liners, which can finally result in the improvement of fuel efficiency. In this study, five kinds of powder materials, 1.2C steel powder and 1.2C steel powder mixed with 5, 10, 15, 20 wt.%. molybdenum powder, were deposited by atmospheric plasma spraying in order to investigate the effect of molybdenum on the wear resistance of coatings. Microstructural analysis showed that molybdenum splats were well distributed in 1.2C steel matrix with intimate bonding. The molybdenum added coatings showed better tribological properties than 1.2C steel coating. However, above the 15 wt.%. blending fraction, wear resistance was somewhat degraded with poor roughness of worn surface due to the brittle fracture occurred in molybdenum splats. Consequently, compared to conventional liner material, gray cast iron, 10 wt. pct. molybdenum blended 1.2C steel coating showed much better tribological properties and therefore it looks very feasible to replace gray cast iron liner.

        Weber - Cockayne형 단순성 수포성 표피박리증 - 전자현미경 소견

        Epidermolysis bullosa simplex(EBS) is a group of autosomal dominantly inherited genetic disorders characterized by blistering due to mechanical- stress-induced degeneration of basal epiderrnal cells. Recently, it was discovered that EBS is induced by keratin 5 and 14 gene mutations. Weber Cockayne(W-C) EBS is the mildest type, with blistering concentrates primarily on palar and plantar regions, and basal cell cytolysis by keratin filament perturbations is present. Herein we report a case of W-C EBS with its ultrastructural findings. Electron microscopy showed cytolysis and separation of the basal epidermal cells, mainly at the subnuclear cytoplasm. The cyto- plasm of basal cells showed edema, loosening and intact rnitochondria. Besides the cytoplasmic changes, the nucleus also showed lytic degeneration. Characteristically, dense condensation of tonofilarnent was observed, which suggests that W-C EBS is. also a disorder of keratin. (Kor J Dermatol 1997;35(1): 214-219)

        그래프 분할을 이용한 문장 클러스터링 기반 문서요약

        문서요약은 여러 개의 하위 주제로 구성되어 있는 문서에 대해 문서의 복잡도를 줄이면서 하위 주제를 모두 포함하는 요약문을 생성하는 것이 목적이다. 본 논문은 그래프 분할을 이용하여 하위 주제별로 중요 문장을 추출하는 요약시스템을 제안한다. 문장별 공기정보에 의한 단어의 연관성 분석을 통해 선정된 대표어를 이용하여 문서를 그래프로 표현한다. 그래프는 연결정보에 의해 하위 주제를 의미하는 부분 그래프로 분할되며 부분 그래프는 긴밀한 관계를 갖는 문장들이 클러스터링된 형태이다. 부분 그래프별로 중요 문장을 추출하면 하위 주제별 핵심 내용들로만 요약문을 구성하게 되어 요약 성능이 향상된다. The main purpose of document summarization is to reduce the complexity of documents that are consisted of sub-themes. Also it is to create summarization which includes the sub-themes. This paper proposes a summarization system which could extract any salient sentences in accordance with sub-themes by using graph division. A document can be represented in graphs by using chosen representative terms through term relativity analysis based on co-occurrence information. This graph, then, is subdivided to represent sub-themes through connected information. The divided graphs are types of sentence clustering which shows a close relationship. When salient sentences are extracted from the divided graphs, summarization consisted of core elements of sentences from the sub-themes can be produced. As a result, the summarization quality will be improved.

        Warty dyskeratoma is a rare, well-circumscribed epidermal tumor that frequently aries as a single lesion on the skin of the head or neck of middle aged or older persons. Its histopathological features include : suprabasilar clefting with villous proliferations of the connective tissue papillae into the clefts ; acantholytic and dyskeratoic epithelial cells,basilar hyperplasia, and hyperleratosis. We report three cases of warty dyskeratoma describing clinical and histochemical fea tures. (Kor J Dermatol 1992;30(4):564-568)

      • 정의(正義) 관점에서 본 문재인 정부의 어린이집과 유치원 간 격차 해소 방안

        이 연구는 문재인정부의 유아교육과 보육 정책 추진방안을 고찰하고, justice의 관점에서 어린이집과 유치원간 격차 해소 정책을 제시하기 위한 목적으로 수행하였다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 교육정의의 5가지 기준으로 문재인정부의 110대 국정과제 중 ‘유아교육과 보육 정책’ 및 ‘어린이집과 유치원 간의 격차해소 방안’을 분석하여 4대 문제점을 분석하였다. 이와 같은 방법을 통해 도출한 문제점을 바탕으로 이 연구에서는 문재인정부에서 추진하여야 할 어린이집과 유치원 간의 격차 해소 방안을 다음과 같이 제시하였다. 첫째, 기존에 추진하였던 어린이집과 유치원 간 격차해소 방안을 재검토 하고, 유아교육과 보육간의 협력 정책 효과를 검증하여야 한다. 둘째, 어린이집과 유치원 간 격차가 심화된 요인을 분석하여야 한다. 셋째, 어린이집-어린이집 간 유치원-유치원 간의 격차요인을 분석하여야 한다. 넷째, 어린이집과 유치원의 보육 및 교육효과와 국가차원의 보육과 유아교육 정책성과를 종합하거나, 그렇지 않으면 새로운 방법으로 보육 교육효과와 정책성과를 분석할 필요가 있다. 다섯째, 어린이집과 유치원 간 교원 신분과 자격, 양성체제, 근무조건을 동일하게 하여야 한다. In this study we have investigated President Moon Jaein government’s child care and early childhood educational policies and suggested how to redress the disparity between child care centers and kindergartens in Korea from the perspective of educational justice. Based on five educational justice standards, we have analyzed and evaluated the government’s child care and early childhood educational policies and plans to solve the imbalance between child care centers and kindergartens out of the 100 Government Projects and found out four major problems. After in-depth analysis of the problems we have come up with policy suggestions for President Moon Jaein government to solve the inequality between day care centers and kindergartens in Korea. First, the government needs to review current polices and assess the effectiveness of the government plans to integrate early childhood education and child care. Second, the government needs to have a thorough analysis on root causes for the disparity. They may include licensing regulation, facilities and equipment standards, operating hours and management, teachers’ status and certification, training courses, remunerations and working conditions, supervising government agencies and other administrative and financial support system. Third, it is required to investigate disparity among child care centers and among kindergartens as well, and find out causes. For instance, labor cost of teachers, operating cost, equipment cost, etc. need to be examined. Fourth, the government has to carry out an integrated analysis of achievements of private sector-led child care and early childhood education and those of government-led child care and early childhood education. Or it has to find a new way to assess effectiveness the child care and early childhood education and policy achievements. Fifth, it is necessary that teachers in child care centers and kindergartens have equal working conditions. Teachers must have equal status, get the same training and certification, and have the same working hours and pay.
