        Bioaccumulation of Trace Metals by Mussel (Mytilus edulis) from Korean Coast

        This study was carried out to investigate the concentrations of Cu, Pb, Zn and in seawater, sediments and Mytilus edulis at Masan Bay, Onsan Bay, Daesan industrial complex and unpolluted area for the degree of contamination on the coast of Korea. The concentrations of dissolved Cu, Pb, Zn and Cd in seawater the ranges of 0.29~0.79 ${\mu}g/l$, 0.03~0.08 ${\mu}g/l$, 0.19~2.01 ${\mu}g/l$ and 0.01~0.05 ${\mu}g/l$, respectively. The concentrations of Pb(p<0.001) and Zn(p<0.01) showed the significant differences between the contaminated and unpolluted area. There were the ranges of 13~55 ${\mu}g/l$, 26~101 ${\mu}g/l$, 51~263 ${\mu}g/l$ and 0.8~2.2 ${\mu}g/l$ in the concentration of Cu, Pb, Zn and contaminated and unpolluted area. The concentration of Cu, Pb, Zn and Cd in the Mytilus edulis showed the ranges of 0.69~2.77 ${\mu}g/l$, 0.29~1.50 ${\mu}g/l$, 13.57~52.90 ${\mu}g/l$ and 0.09~0.85 ${\mu}g/l$ respectively. These concentrations of four trace metal in Mytilus edulis were not significantly different with sites. Trace metal contents of Mytilus edulis in the contaminated site were similar to those in the unpolluted area. This is thought that metal concentration in coastal seawater were not relatively serious.

        임상 간호사의 직무만족과 완벽주의 성향이 소진에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: This descriptive study was conducted to identify burnout and factors influencing burnout in clinical nurses. Methods: A cross-sectional survey design was conducted by administering a structured questionnaire to 195 nurses working at hospitals, from August to September 2017. This study used scales to measure burnout (20 items), job satisfaction (16 items), and perfectionism (40 items). Data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0, descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis. Results: Burnout of participants was correlated with job satisfaction and perfectionism. Factors identified to have influence on burnout were job satisfaction (${\beta}=-.35$, p<.001), perfectionism-fail avoidance (${\beta}=.26$, p=.001), perceived health status (${\beta}=-.26$, p<.001), and intention of department relocation (${\beta}=-.23$, p<.001). The regression model explained approximately 48% of nurses' burnout. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to improve job satisfaction and organizational support to decrease dysfunctional perfectionism that could cause burnout in nurses. It is also necessary to establish a psychological support program in hospitals.

        일부 간호대학생들의 SNS 중독과 정신건강에 대한 연구

        Purpose: Purpose: The aim of this study was to identify the condition to use social networking service and mental health among nursing college students. Methods: In this study, 277 college students were selected by a convenience sampling method. Data were collected through personal interviews in the form of questionnaires from May 23 to 31, 2011 and analyzed using SPSS/PC Win 12.0 program. Results: The mean scores of SNS addiction and mental health were $1.34{\pm}0.30$and $2.25{\pm}0.39$. The SNS addiction of the nursing college students was significantly different according to the time of SNS and the reason of internet use. The mental health of the nursing college students significantly differed according to the method of SNS. The SNS addiction and mental health showed the significant negative relationship. The factors influencing mental health were SNS addiction score and method of SNS use. Conclusion: Therefore, it is necessary to offer controlling method of SNS use time a day for nursing college students through regular curriculum.

        서울시 초등학교 학생수 변화 경향에 대한 조사 연구

        서울특별시는 우리나라의 수도로써 서울시 지역별 학생수 증감추세 특성이 어떠한 차이를 나타내고 있는지 조사 분석하여, 서울시 지역별 특성에 맞는 학교수용계획 수립이 필요하다고 판단되었다. 본 연구의 주요 연구성과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기존의 35가지 유형에 서울시 조사분석을 통하여 22가지 유형을 추가 발굴하여 총 57개 유형으로 세분류 할 수 있었다. 둘째, 서울시 조사 분석결과 이미 전국적으로는 나타났지만, 서울시에서는 나타나지 않은 14개 유형이 있음을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 서울시 43개 유형별 빈도분포를 조사한 결과 장기하락형 중 가장 많은 유형은 A6형>A8형>A17형>A2형>A1형>A18형 등의 순으로 71.3%를 차지하고 있다. 신설학교 장기형은 Nl4형이 가장 많다. 넷째, 장기하락형 중 강남8학군에는 A2형, A3형, A13형, A15형 등의 학생수 감소를 막아주는 유형이 많은데 반하여, 비강남지역에서는 이와 다른 전형적인 학생수 감소 유형들이 많이 나타나고 있어 지역 간 유형 분포의 차이가 확연하게 나타났다. 따라서 도시지역이 대부분인 서울시는 11개 지원청별로 지역적 특성에 맞는 학교수용계획 수립이 필요하다. 이를 위해서는 서울시 각 지역별 특성을 면밀하게 조사 분석하여 학교 신설, 이전, 통폐합, 통학구역 재조정, 리모델링, 적정화정책 등 종합적인 서울시 학교수용정책 수립이 필요할 것으로 판단된다. The results of this research and analysis are as follows: First, it was possible to subdivide the increasing and decreasing trends of regional student numbers in Seoul into a total of 57 types by discovering additional 22 types through the Seoul City survey analysis of the 35 existing types, and it was found that there were 14 types that had not appeared in Seoul contrary to the nationwide appearance. Second, among the 43 types in Seoul, the most long-term decline types accounted for 71.3% in the order of A6 type> A8 type> A17 type> A2 type> A1 type> A18 type. The most long-term type of a new school was Nl4 type. Third, among the long-term decline types, there were many types that prevented the decrease in the number of students, such as the type A2, type A3, type A13, and type A15, in Gangnam School District 8, whereas in the non-Gangnam area, there were many other types of student decrease. The difference in distributions of types among regions was clearly seen. Therefore, in Seoul, which is mostly an urban area, it is necessary to carefully investigate and analyze the regional characteristics of each of the 11 Education Support Offices and to establish a school accommodation policy that reflects these results.

        Mistletoe lectin I/D-galactose의 인식결합에 기초한 Mistletoe lecti I에 대한 용액상 효소결합분석법에 관한 연구

        Mistletoe lectin I(ML I)에 대한 간단하고 빠른 용액상 효소결합 분석법을 렉틴의 당 특이성을 이용하여 개발하였다. ML I에 특이성을 가지고 있는 D-galactose를 사용하였으며, 용액상 분석법의 효소로는 malate dehydrogenase(MDH)를 사용하였다. 분석신호물질로 사용되는 MDH-galactose 접합체는 isothiocyanate 방법을 통해 합성하였으며, 이 접합제는 thiourea 결합을 하고 있다. ML I의 존재하에, ML I은 D-galactole와의 특이 인식결합을 통해 MDH-galartose 접합체의 활동도를 억제한다. 그러므로, 존재하는 ML I의 농도는 MDH-galactose 접합제의 촉매활동도의 억제도에 비례하게 된다. 따라서, 본 용액상 효소결합 분석법을 통하여 ${\mu}g/mL$ 수준의 ML I의 측정이 분석 시간 10분 이내에 가능하였다. A simple and rapid homogeneous enzyme-linked binding assay for mistletoe lectin I(ML I) was developed using a coupled enzyme system of malate dehydrogenase (MDH) and D-galactose. A highly substituted MDH-galactose conjugate was prepared by employing an isothiocyanate method for formation of thiourea bond. In the presence of ML I, ML I inhibits the activity of the conjugate based on the ML I/D-galactose specific interaction. Thus, the concentration of ML I can be related to the homogeneous inhibition of the MDH-galactose conjugate. Using this method. ML I can be measured at the level of microgram per milliliter within 10 minutes.

        수용액에서의 Eu(Ⅲ) 착물의 형광스펙트럼에 영향을 미치는 온도 및 리간드 효과에 관한 연구

        Eu(III)이온과 간단한 리간드 사이의 착물형성에 대한 온도와 리간드의 영향을 형광방출 스펙트럼을 이용하여 연구하였다. 온도와 리간드에 따라 hypersensitive 전이($^5D0\; {\to}\;^7F_2$)와 nonhypersensitive 전이($^5D0\; {\to}\;^7F_1$)의 상대적 세기는 온도와 리간드의 영향을 크게 받는다. 이러한 상대적 세기변화를 내부권 착물 형성에 의한 평형상수의 변화로 해석하여 $Eu(H_2O)_X^{3+}$ 에서 EuL(H$_2O)_{X-1}^{2+}$로의 내부권 착물 형성시의 열역학적 함수들을 계산하는데 사용하였다. EuCl(H$_2O)_{X-1}^{2+}$의 내부권 착물 형성시의 $\Delta{H}$는 대략 15 kJ/mol이고 온도에 따라 거의 영향을 받지 않는다. 그러나, EuNO$_3(H_2O)_{X-1}^{2+}$의 내부권 착물 형성시의 $\Delta{H}$는 온도에 따라 25$^{\circ}C$에서는 -11 kJ/mol 그리고 250$^{\circ}C$에서는 47 kJ/mol로 증가하였다. Temperature effects on the fluorescence emission spectra of 0.01 M Eu(III) ion with ClO$_4$, Cl$^-$, NO$_3$ were studied. Relative intensity change of hypersensitive band ($^5D0\; {\to}\;^7F_2$) and nonhypersensitive band ($^5D0 \;{\to}\;^7F_1$) was quite remarkable with temperature and ligand. The relative intensity change was interpreted as the change of formation constant and used to calculation the enthalpy change of $Eu(H_2O)_X^{3+}$+ to EuL(H$_2O)_{X-1}^{2+}$ complex. $\Delta{H}$ of $Eu(H_2O)_X^{3+}$ to EuCl(H$_2O)_{X-1}^{2+}$ was roughly 15 kJ/mol and temperature independent, but $\Delta{H}$ of EuNO$_3(H_2O)_{X-1}^{2+}$ was changed with temperature; -11 kJ/mol at 25$^{\circ}C$ and 47 kJ/mol at 250$^{\circ}C$.

        Sodium β-glycerophosphate가 치수조직의 경조직 형성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to observe the effect of ${\beta}GP$ in the remaining dental pulp tissue after pulpotomy in the dogs' teeth. For vital pulpotomy, 72 dogs' teeth were used and class V cavities were prepared and the pulps were amputated. ZOE and Dycal (Caulk Co., USA) were placed over the amputated tissue and cavities were sealed with ZOE cement in the control group. In the experimental group, ${\beta}GP$, ${\beta}GP$-ZOE, ${\beta}GP$-Dycal were placed over the exposed pulp tissues respectively. Dogs were sacrificed after 1, 2 and 4 weeks following the operations and the teeth were decalcified in the nitric acid, sectioned and stained with HE for light microscopic examination. For electron microscopic examination, specimens were made after 2 and 4 weeks following the operation. A comparative microscopic examination revealed as follows. 1. The dentin bridge was formed continuously due to osteodentin in the ${\beta}GP$-Dycal group at the 2nd week, the dentin bridge composed of osteodentin and tubular dentin was observed at the 4th week. 2. Osteodentin formation was vigorously in the ${\beta}GP$-Dycal than in the Dycal group. 3. In the surface of osteodentin the osteodentinoblasts showing vivid synthetic activity were observed and the matrix vesicles were presented during calcification of osteoid dentin matrix. 4. The dentin bridge formation was not observed in ${\beta}GP$ group and ${\beta}GP$-ZOE group.
