액화수소 충전스테이션에서 VCE로 인한 피해영향평가에 관한 연구

전세계적으로 수소 충전 스테이션 구축에 많은 투자와 지원을 하고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 수소는 폭발범위가 넓고 확산이 빠른 기체이다. 본 연구에서는 액화수소를 취급하는 소규모~대규모 충전스테이션을 대상으로, 사고시 발생하는 VCE로 인한 피해영향범위를 산출하고, 프로빗 모델을 통해 주변의 인적, 물적 피해를 예측하였다. 더불어, 벤트스택 끝단에서 발생 가능한 Jet fire를 시나리오로 선정하여 최적 높이를 설정하였다. 피해영향범위는 관심과압 6.9kPa을 기준으로 하여, 소규모 저장시설의 경우 8.24m, 중규모 14.10m, 대규모 22.38m이다. 폐출혈로 인한 인체 피해는 소규모와 중규모가 각각 50m, 대규모 100m였으며, 구조물 손상에 따른 피해는 소규모 200m, 중규모 300m 및 대규모 500m이다. 벤트스택의 최적높이는 소규모 4.7m, 중규모 8.8m 및 대규모 16.9m이다. Hydrogen charging station was invested and supported around the world. In this study, the extent of damage caused by VCE in the charging station handling liquefied hydrogen was calculated, and the human and material damage was estimated through the Probit model. In addition The optimal height of vent stack for low temperature hydrogen was set. The damage range is 8.24m in small scale, 14.10m in medium scale, and 22.38m in large scale based on interest overpressure 6.9kPa. In case of death due to pulmonary hemorrhage, 50m of the small and medium scale and 100m of the large scale were injured. Structural damage was 200m in small scale, 300m in medium scale and 500m in large scale. The optimum height of the vent stack is 4.7 m in small scale, 8.8 m in medium scale and 16.9 m in large scale.
LPG 탱크로리 폭발시 파편 형상에 따른 비산거리 산정에 관한 연구

LPG는 사고발생시 사람이나 환경에 치명적인 피해를 가져올 수 있으므로 많은 주의가 필요한 물질이다. LPG는 고정시설 뿐 아니라 운송시설에서도 사고가 빈번하게 발생하며, 그 중 LPG 탱크로리의 사고가 가장 많다. LPG 탱크로리가 운송중 전도되었을 때 LP가스는 2상(two phase) 상태로 누출되어, 대부분 기체로 누출되고 일부분 액체로 누출된다. 이때 누출된 기체도 공기보다 무겁기 때문에 아래로 가라앉게 되고, 누출이 계속된다면 증기운을 형성하여 점화원에 의해 폭발할 수도 있다. 본 연구에서는 LPG 탱크로리의 증기운 폭발 사고 발생시 파편에 대한 영향거리를 분석하여 대피거리를 제시함을 목적으로 한다. 파편의 비산반경 산출 결과, 최대 561m 비산하였다. 따라서 LPG 탱크로리의 누출시 대피하여야 하는 거리는 561 m 이상으로 설정하는 것이 필요하다고 판단된다. LPG is a substance that requires a lot of attention because it can cause fatal damage to people and environment when an accident occurs. LPG is frequently accidents in transportation facilities as well as fixed facilities, among which LPG tank lorries are the most frequent accidents. When the LPG tank is evacuated, the LP gas leaks into two phases, leaks mostly to the gas and leaks to some liquid. At this time, the leaked gas will also sink downward because it is heavier than air, and if it continues to leak, it may form an explosion and explode by the ignition source. The purpose of this study is to present the evacuation distance by analyzing the effect distance of the LPG liquefied petroleum gas in the event of explosion. As a result of calculation of the scattering radius of the fragment, the cylinder fragment was scattered up to 561 m. Therefore, it is appropriate to set the distance to be escaped when the LPG tanker leaks to 561m or more.
산화분해촉매를 함유한 rPP/ZnO 나노컴포지트 유연식품포장필름 제조 및 물성 특성 연구

본 연구에서는 수출 가능한 식품포장재로 pro-oxidant($d2w^{(R)}$)함유 rPP/ZnO 나노컴포지트 유연필름을 제조하였고, 이 산화분해 필름의 기계적 특성과 항균기능을 조사하였다. 산화분해필름은 일정조건의 열과 자외선 처리를 거친 후 특성분석으로 FT_IR, SEM, UTM, GPC를 측정하여 물성변화를 관찰하였다. 카보닐지수와 하이드록실지수에서 열과 자외선에 노출율이 많아질수록 수치는 상승하였다. 표면분석에서는 rPP/$d2w^{(R)}$/ZnO나노컴포지트 필름의 경우 표면이미지가 매끈하여 ZnO의 첨가가 고분자의 상용성을 향상시켰고, 열과 자외선차단효과로 분해를 감소시키는 효과로 작용하였다. 항균력시험에서는 그람음성균은 대장균으로 그람양성균은 황색포도상구균으로 항균력을 측정하였다. 결과로는, ZnO는 시험에 사용한 농도에서 3로그 이상의 미생물 감소율을 나타내었다. 그러나 유연 필름용으로는 ZnO의 농도가 높아질수록 투명도가 떨어지므로 사용에 제한이 있었다. rPP/$d2w^{(R)}$/ZnO가 함유한 시편에서 인장강도는 40% 상승하였고, 신율은 30% 감소되었다. ZnO를 첨가한 경우 기계적 물성상승과 열 안전성과 자외선차단성을 나타내었다. 산화분해능은 열 노출 $70^{\circ}C$ 온도에서 480시간 경과한 후, 자외선 조사로 72시간 노출 이후 시점의 분자량은 수평균분자량이 1,294 g/mol, 무게평균분자량이 5,920 g/mol로 분해되는 결과를 얻었다. 이것으로 UAE 5009:2009, ASTM 6954의 기준에 준한 필름을 제조할 수 있었다. 비교시편과 본 연구에서 제조한 산화분해필름의 분자량이 80.7%와 75.6% 감소한 결과를 얻음으로서, 자연 산화분해됨을 확인하였다. 식품포장재로서 안전성분석에서는 국내법 중 식품접촉플라스틱 폴리프로필렌의 기준에 적합하였다. In this study, pro-oxidant($d2w^{(R)}$) and rPP/ZnO nanocomposite flexible films for food packaging were prepared, and their mechanical and antimicrobial properties were investigated. As a result, the carbonyl index and hydroxyl index increased with exposured time to heat and UV rays. Surface analysis showed that the addition of zinc oxide improved the dispersibility and compatibility of the polymer, so that the surface of the composite film was smooth and the zinc oxide particles were smaller than the compared film. And it kept the physical properties by heat and UV ray blocking effect, and it worked to reduce decomposition. In the antimicrobial activity test, the microbial reduction rate was 3 logs or more at the use concentration of zinc oxide. The tensile strength was increased and the elongation was decreased. Oxidative degradability of multi-layered film in UV exposured for 72 hours, the molecular weight of the film decreased by 75.6%, 1,294 g/mol Mn and 5,920 g/mol Mw. In the safety analysis of food packaging materials, we obtained that are in standard of polypropylene, a food contact material of domestic law.
일부 대학 실험실 연구자들의 근골격계질환 위험 요인과 증상

Objectives: The aim of this study was to determine the prevalence of symptoms relating to musculoskeletal disorders(MSDs) and investigate the risk factors among researchers at university laboratories. Methods: 209 researchers were included in this study, drawn from 27 laboratories at three universities in Korea. Checklists for MSD symptoms and risk factor assessment were utilized. Results: The symptoms checklist showed reliable results with Cohen`s Kappa 0.33-0.56, percent agreement 81.0-96.8%, and correlation coefficient 0.41-0.63. The overall prevalence of MSD symptoms was 68.9%, while the prevalence in specific parts of body were as follows: shoulders(47.6%), lower back(46.9%), neck(46.9%), knees(25.4%), wrists(20.1%), elbows(13.6%). The symptom prevalence among women was higher than among men(OR 2.67, 95% CI 1.37-5.18). Daily exposure time was observed to be a significant risk factor for developing MSD symptoms(OR 2.14-6.07). Conclusions: This study suggested that repetitive pipetting and static work posture are the most significant risk factors for MSD symptoms among laboratory researchers.
액체염소의 Pool vaporization에 따른 위험성 평가에 대한 연구

In this study, quantitative risk assessment of liquid chlorine was conducted. In discharge modeling, the rate that liquid chlorine dropped as droplets after the initial leak was estimated. The maximum downwind distance was calculated by selecting 30 ppm of end point of toxic cloud diffusion. In this study, overall diffusion process is divided into segments for accurate diffusion modeling. Toxic cloud diffusion and surface evaporation were simultaneously analyzed by dividing several segments. The individual risk was presented in the form of contour lines, and the social risk was expressed by the FN curve. All risks were unacceptable, so risk mitigation measures were essential.
Efficient Hydrogenation Catalysts of Ni or Pd on Nanoporous Carbon Workable in an Acidic Condition

Efficient catalytic systems, where Ni or Pd is introduced in a supporting material of nanoporous carbon, have been developed for a liquid-phase hydrogenation of carboxylic acids and ketones at room temperature. It has been found that the catalysts reliably show high activities and selectivities for the hydrogenation to alcohols even in acidic conditions, and the catalytic activities depend on the preparative method of catalysts, the hydrogen pressure, the agitation rate, and the catalytic species. The hydrogenation of carboxylic acids and ketones clearly shows that the reaction rate is affected by the electronic and the steric effects, and a plausible reaction mechanism using metal hydrides as catalytic species is proposed.

The government announced that it would ask the contractors not only the supplier but also the contractors to take the same responsibilities if they did not observe industrial accident safety measures from 2019. The semiconductor manufacturing process belongs to the representative disaster industry group in which the facility is directly located inside a closed space called clean room. According to previous studies, the semiconductor industry group used checklists for safety management of their suppliers. This study has developed a model for assessing suppliers by constructing a quantitative checklist item through the risk assessment methodology, laws and regulations. The evaluation model of the supplier set up through this study becomes the safety management standard in the semiconductor industry. Furthermore, it is applied to the partner companies in the operation of ISO 14001, 45001, I would like to apply it as a measure of performance management for CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility).
