This study on intellectual capital which is in spotlight as an important factor has meaning that it provides information on intellectual capital to interested parties(stockholders, employers, employees, customers, etc.), suggests intellectual capital measurement indices for strategic management of human resources, and presents intellectual capital management process which is useful in companies practically by designing and verifying intellectual capital measurement models for effective management of intellectual capital.

Since vibration problems in high-rise structures are increased, a sky-bridge is used not only for emergency services but also as a vibration control device. The purpose of this study is to investigate the possibility of vibration control of structures using the sky-bridge connecting two high-rise buildings and to propose the optimum conditions for the sky-bridge. Time history analyses of example structures, 40-story and 50-story structures connected by sky-bridge were performed to investigate the dynamic response of structures with various locations of the sky-bridge and the natural frequency ratio of two structures.

In-wheel motor electric vehicle which does not need power train such as constant velocity joint and propeller shaft is being used to drive in urban area. However it can be used only in urban area. However its maximum velocity is limited under 60㎞/h in the area. Because when velocity of vehicle is high, the performance becomes low. So it is needed to develop a method that improves performance of vehicle. In this paper In-wheel motor electric vehicle model is made by using AFPM(Axial Flux Permanent Magnet) and planetary gear is used to change gear ratio to improve the performance of regenerative braking. If the velocity is high, small gear ratio is used to improve fuel efficiency, and if vehicle is braking, large gear ratio is used to improve the performance of regenerative braking. In this paper AVL Cruise is used to confirm the improvement of performance.
