LPS에 의한 급성 폐손상에서 게르마늄에 의한 폐포-모세혈관 장벽의 변화

급성호흡곤란증후군은 다양한 원인에 의해 발생하는 급성 염증성 폐질환으로써 폐포-모세혈관 장벽의 파괴로부터 기인하며 파괴 기전에 호중구가 중요한 역할을 담당한다. 이에 대한 게르마늄의 항염증 효과 즉, 호중구의 폐조직 내 유주 억제로 인한 폐포-모세혈관의 손상의 감소로 폐손상이 경감되는지를 확인하고자 하였다. 실험군은 생리식염수를 투여한 대조군(CON), 내독소 5시간 투여군(LPS), 그리고 게르마늄 1시간 전처리 후 내독소 5시간 투여군(Ge+LPS)으로 나누었으며, 내독소는 $100{\mu}g$을 0.5 mL 생리식염수에 녹여 기도내로 분무하고, 게르마늄은 체중 100 g당 26 mg을 복강으로 투여하였다. 내독소의 주입으로 급성 폐손상을 유도시킨 내독소 투여군에서는 대조군과 비교하여 폐부종(p<0.001), 기관지폐세척액 내 단백질 함량(p<0.05), 호중구의 침윤(p<0.001)이 현저히 증가하였으나 게르마늄을 전처리 한 군은 내독소 투여군과 비교하여 모든 항목에서 유의하게 감소하였다. 현미경을 통한 관찰 결과에서도 게르마늄 전처리군은 내독소 투여군에 비해 내피세포, 제I형 폐포세포, 기저판으로 구성된 폐포-혈관장벽의 구조가 비교적 잘 보존되었고, 제II형 폐포세포의 Lamellar body와 미세융모 그리고 기저판의 구조도 비교적 정상적으로 보존된 상태로 나타났다. 그러므로 게르마늄은 항염증물질로 작용, 즉 호중구의 폐조직 내로의 유주현상을 방해하여 활성화된 호중구의 독성물질로 인한 폐포-모세혈관의 손상을 감소시킬 수 있었으므로 결과적으로 내독소로 유도된 폐손상은 게르마늄의 전처리에 의해 억제되었다고 판단된다. Acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), also known as an acute inflammatory lung disease is developed by various factors that is originated from the destruction of alveolar-capillary barrier, and neutrophils plays an important role in the destruction. The study intended to confirm, the anti-inflammatory effect of germanium, whether a lung injury has been mitigated with the reduction of injury in alveolar-capillary barrier resulting from inhibition of neutrophils migration in lung tissue. Test groups were divided in saline administered CON, 5 hours of endotoxin administered LPS and 5 hours of endotoxin administered Ge+LPS following 1 hours of pre-processed germanium. $100{\mu}g$ endotoxin was melted in 0.5 mL saline and sprayed into airway and 26 mg germanium per 100 g weight was administered into abdominal cavity. The endotoxin group which induced an acute lung injury with administered endotoxin showed dramatic increase of pulmonary edema (p<0.001), protein contents in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, BALF (p<0.05) and neutrophils of infiltration in BALF (p<0.001) comparing with a control group, while a pre-treated germanium group showed significant decrease in all categories comparing to the endotoxin administerd group. In the result of a microscopic observation, the structure of alveolar-capillary barrier which is constructed with basal lamina, alveolar type I cells and endothelial cell were preserved of the pre-treated germanium group relatively well compare to the endotoxin administered group. And the construction of lamellar body, microvilli and basal lamina of alveolar type II cells were also preserved relatively well. Hence, germanium activates as an anti-Inflammatory mediator in other words, it interfered neutrophils migration into lung tissue, thereby reduced injury of alveolar-capillary barrier from toxic substances of activated neutrophils. Consequently, the study has determined that the acute lung injury induced by endotoxin has been decreased by the pre-treated germanium.

비중격만곡증 환자의 눈물주머니코안연결술의 임상예후

Purpose: Septal deviation has few subjective symptoms. However, a difficulty remains in doing DCR (dacryocystorhinostomy) in these patients. We investigate the clinical course of DCR in patients with a septal deviation. Methods: Acquired nasolacrimal duct-obstructed patients who had undergone DCR with septal deviation from 2003 to 2006 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. We measured the septal distance using paranasal computed tomography taken preoperatively and compared the sex and age of patients, the kinds of operations, outcome of surgery, and ocular and nasal complications in our analysis. Results: Twenty-two eyes of 22 patients with a mean age of 55.3 years (range 29~74) were analyzed (4 males, 18 females). Mean septal distance was 4.84 mm (range 2.18~6.99 mm). Nineteen eyes had endonasal DCR, and three had external DCR. Two had DCR combined with septoplasty. Three had septoplasty as a secondary operation, Nasal complication was synechiae in 9 eyes. DCR success was seen in 15 eyes, and DCR failure in 7 eyes. Septal distance was not correlated with DCR success but was correlated with nasal complication (Mann-Whitney test, p=0.003) Conclusions: In the case of DCR with septal deviation, the surgical technique used will need to minimize the mucosal injury and ensure appropriate nasal correction to prevent future complications.

점화효과를 적용한 여성 소비자의 주류 광고 수용 분석

본 연구는 여성 소비자가 소비에 있어 제품을 선택하고, 구입하는데 큰 영향을 미친다는 점에서 시작하였다. 여러 제품 중 아직까지는 여성보다 남성의 소비가 많은 주류를 차지하지만 소주의 “웰빙과 저도화”에 따라 점차 여성의 음주 인구 편입이 늘어나고 있는 추세이다. 그동안 남성 위주로 제작된 주류 광고가 어떻게 여성 소비자에게 다가갈 수 있으며 구매까지 영향력을 끼칠 수 있는지 점화효과를 통해 간접적으로 측정하고 검증하였다. 이 실험을 통해 피실험자들은 실험 영상과 간섭 영상이 의미적으로 연관이 있을 경우 부분적으로 점화효과가 있었음을 알 수 있었다. 짧은 시간동안 스쳐 지나가는 광고의 한 장면일지라도 그것이 의미적으로 비슷한 환경이나 여건이 되어 노출될 경우 점화효과가 일어나 광고 중에 나타난 행동을 긍정적으로 생각하게 되는 것이다. 주류 외에 자동차와 같은 남성 중심적 제품의 광고가 여성 소비자에게 어필하기 위해서는 광고가 점화효과를 일으킬 수 있는 상황적 요소가 맞아야 할 것이다. 이러한 점화효과를 광고 제작과 편성에 이용한다면 보다 쉽게 여성 소비자에게 다가갈 수 있을 것이다. This study started from the point that female consumers have powerful effects on selection and purchase of products. Liquor is consumed by men more than women, but a population of women drinking liquor is increasing due to wellbeing and a tendency to lower alcoholicity of soju. Through priming effects, this study estimated and tested how liquor advertising which had been made focusing on male consumers could appeal to female consumers and affect their purchase. The results of this study revealed that the subjects were partially influenced by priming effects when the experimental image and the interference image were connected to each other in terms of their meaning. This study showed that if scenes in advertising, no matter how short they were, were in a similar situation, priming effects occurred and consumers had a positive attitude toward behavior which appeared in the advertising. In order that advertising of male-dominated products such as cars in addition to liquor may appeal to female consumers, situational factors have to be suitable to create priming effects. If such priming effects are advertising making and arrangement, advertising can appeal to female consumers more easily.

Requirements and Analysis for Efficient Key Management Mechanism on IPSec-6LoWPAN

6LoWPAN (IPv6 over Low Power Personal Area Network)은 IPv6 패킷을 저전력 무선 네트워크인 센서 네 트워크를 통한 전송을 가능하게 하는 표준이다. 이를 위해서는 6LoWPAN에서의 보안 문제를 해결해야할 필요가 있 다. IPSec은 IPv6에서의 보안을 담당하는 프로토콜로서, 일부 연구 결과는 6LoWPAN에서 IPSec 채택에 대한 가능성 을 보여주고 있다. IPSec에서 두 통신 주체는 일반적으로 키 관리 프로토콜인 IKE를 통하여 동적으로 보안 파라미터 와 비밀키를 공유하게 되는데, IKE를 그대로 6LoWPAN에 채용하기에는 많은 제약이 있다. 본 논문에서는 6LoWPAN에서 IPSec을 위한 키 관리 메커니즘의 요구 사항을 제시하고 후보 프로토콜들을 분석하여 가능성을 제시 한다. 6LoWPAN is a standard to enable IPv6 packets to be carried on top of low power wireless networks. It needs to achieve security in 6LoWPAN, which is being defined at the 6LoWPAN working group of the IETF. IPSec is already part of IPv6, which makes it a candidate to be directly employed or adapted for WSNs. Some results showed that the adoption of IPSec is viable, and also point towards the successful design and deployment of security architecture for WSNs. IPSec requires two communicating entities to share a secret key that is typically established dynamically with the IKE. However, there are some limitations to use IKE on wireless networks. In this article, we show requirements for being Efficient Key management Mechanism for IPSec on 6LoWPAN and analyze candidate protocols.

문화콘텐츠의 서사성이 그와 연관된 콘텐츠 선호도에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 문화콘텐츠가 가진 서사성이 이와 연관된 다른 형태의 문화콘텐츠에 대한 선호도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 먼저 문화콘텐츠의 형식을 시각적 정보의 양에 따라 소설, 만화, TV 프로그램으로, 문화콘텐츠의 장르를 스토리 연속성의 중요성에 따라 멜로/드라마, 코미디, 액션으로 분류하였다. 선행연구에 의하면 각 형식 과 장르 중 소설 형식과 멜로/드라마 장르가 가장 서사성이 높은 형태의 문화콘텐츠로 설명되는데, 본 연구에서는 이러한 서사성의 영향을 영화 산업을 중심으로 한 설문 조사를 통해 검증하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 서사성이 높은 형식으로 분류되는 소설 형식을 선호하는 사람은 본인이 선호하는 장르와 동일 장르의 영화도 선호하는 것으로 나타났는데, 이러한 현상은 서사성이 낮은 형식인 TV 프로그램에 있어서는 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 소설에 대한 이러한 현상은 특히 서사성이 높은 장르인 멜로/드라마 작품을 원작으로 하는 영화에 대해 더 강하게 나타난 반면 서사성이 낮은 장르인 코미디나 액션 장르에서는 나타나지 않았다. 이상의 결과를 통하여 본 연구는 일반 관객의 문화콘텐츠 선호도에 있어서 일반적으로 서사성이 중요한 역할을 한다는 것을 발견했으며 특히 영화 원작이 높은 서사성을 가진 경우에는 영화의 선호도가 더욱 크게 상승한다는 것을 발견하였다. This study examined the effects of the level of narrativity of a culture content on the level of preference of a related culture content. The culture contents were categorized into novels, cartoons and TV programs according to the content type, and into dramas, comedies, and actions by the contents genre because previous studies found a high level of narrativity in novels and dramas. Based on the survey data on the movie preference, the following were found. First, when people prefer novels with high-level narrativity, rather than TV programs, which have low-level narrativity in a certain genre, they prefer watching movies in the same genre. Second, this relationship is even more reinforced when the genre of the original of the movie is drama, which has high-level narrativity, rather than comedies or actions, which have low-level narrativity. Narrativity plays an important role in the movie preference, especially when it comes to movie originals.

IKEv2를 지원하는 IPSec 에서의 키 복구 설계

본 IPSec은 인터넷의 네트워크 계층에서 IP 메시지에 대하여, 암호화 서비스와 인증 서비스를 제공하는 보 안 프로토콜이다. 본 논문은 모바일 환경에서 요구되어지는 IPSec 에서의 키 복구를 위하여 IKEv2에 적용할 수 있 는 키 복구 수행 메커니즘을 제시한다. 이는 IPSec과 IKEv2에서 호환성을 유지할 수 있으며, 기존의 메커니즘보다 안전하며, 네트워크 오버헤드를 줄일 수 있으며, 키 위탁기관이나 권위기관에 종속되지 않고 키 복구 결정을 할 수 있는 메커니즘이다. IPSec is the security protocol that do encryption and authentication service to IP messages on network layer of the internet. This paper presents the key recovery mechanism that is applied to IKEv2 of IPSec for mobile communication environments. It results to have compatibility with IPSec and IKEv2, reduce network overhead, and perform key recovery without depending on key escrew agencies or authorized party.
