        The choice of the tourist destination tends to be influenced by the general variables such as the characteristics of the individual, destination, and factor of environment, and so forth. Therefore, The study on tourist behavior of the destination choice be usually focused on the constituent factors as well the characteristics which can have an influence on the formation of individual preference. This study to make understanding of the relationship of tourist destination choice, and post-behavioral intention, this study has been conducted through both literature study and empirical study as well. Through literature study, the followings have been investigated the dimension of destination attributes; destination attributes and attraction. Based on the theoretical study, I research the empirical analysis. In conclusion. most part of tourists are make a tour for satisfaction, attraction. A cause of this sort was insufficiency to facilities of a tourist attraction and give accommodation level. So destination attraction is give a real rest to a tourist.

      • 외식기업의 사내교육이 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 연구

        This research is aim to examine influence of education-training program, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment for food service employees. This study examined previous studies related to concepts such as education-training program for employee influence of job satisfaction and organizational commitment. This empirical research was analyzed based on the questionnaire answered by 236 food service employees. Result of this study are indicated as below. First, education-training contents had positive effect on job satisfaction (direct service education contents t=3.568, p=0.000, indirect service education contents t=7.360, p=0.000, safety education contents t=3.312, p=0.000). Second, education-training contents had partially positive effect on organizational commitment (direct service education contents t=6.882, p=0.000, indirect service education contents t=1.011 p=0.312, safety education contents t=3.597, p=0.000). Third, job satisfaction had positive effect on organizational commitment(t=12.621, p=0.000). The limitations of this study are possible problems with generalization by convenience sampling, firms scale and limited areas.

        해양관광축제 방문객의 축제 참여동기와 만족에 관한 연구

        This article is to analyze participants motivation of regional festival. Motivation of festival attendance has been used as a valuable information for promoting satisfaction and revisit. This study aimed to explore motivation of Hongsung-gun namdang port Festival attendants and find the relations among motivation, satisfaction and revisit. The results of the factor analysis show that 15motive items were classified as five dimensions(novelty, escape, peculiarity, friendship, education). The results of the multiple regression analysis indicate that all motive factors were statistically significant with festival attraction. The findings indicate that regional festival planners can enhance participation through differentiated promotion strategy on each market segmented by motivating factors.

        농어촌테마공원 선택속성이 관광만족도와 재방문의도에 미치는 영향 연구: - 천수만 농어촌 테마파크를 중심으로 -

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of Rural theme park selection attributes on tourism satisfaction and revisit intention. The conclusions of this study are as follows. In order to analyze the impact of the selection attributes of rural theme parks on the overall satisfaction of rural theme parks, multiple regression analysis was conducted and the regression ceremony was statistically significant. By independent variables, sales facilities, experience facilities, and rest /recreation facilities were found to have a significant impact on the overall satisfaction of rural theme parks. In order to analyze the impact of the satisfaction attributes of rural theme parks on the intention to revisit, multiple regression analysis was analyzed to be statistically significant. By independent variables, sales facilities, experience facilities, public relations and information facilities, and rest and recreation facilities have a significant impact on the intention to visit again. In addition, overall satisfaction was analyzed as having a significant influence on the intention of revisit.

      • 관광호텔의 연봉제 평가공정성이 임금만족, 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        Recently Korean companies have been looking into ways to change their wage systems for more efficient management and faster restructuring. Most companies in Korea had the seniority system in which the ability of a worker does not affect the size of his or her paycheck. The system therefore did not give workers any incentive to work better, and it is one of the typical examples of the high-cost, low-output management style of Korean Hotel and that was why a number of companies recently have replaced the seniority system with the annual salary system for greater productivity and efficiency. The workers displayed greater organizational commitment and job satisfaction, which are two indices of organizational effectiveness, when they were satisfied with there wages. They Showed same response when they believed the wage system was fair. There was no satistically meaningful difference in the organizational commitment and job satisfaction between the workers whose companies have adopted the annual salary system and those whose companies have not.

        Hotel Industries are seeking new business strategies to survive and thrive in the rapidly changing business environment. Specifically, they put emphasis on the recruitment and management of talented people, taking the capability of talented people as top priorities, because they realize that people are the important asset of company. Mentoring is defined as the relation by which individuals adapt themselves to an organization and seek mutual development among members of the organization. This study has surveyed hotel industries to find what effects in actuality mentoring has on an organization commitment and role clarity in order to suggest the strategy to introduce and activate mentoring program suitable to organizational features of business. In conclusions, this study shows that mentoring has some influence on adjustment to organization of hotel industry, and thus suggests that mentoring program should be positively used in training employees on adjustment to organization and should be customized to individual demographic characteristics. In order words, the role of mentor which can help set the direction of organization and present a role model needs to be emphasized.

      • MSRDS를 이용한 모바일 로봇의 시뮬레이션 동기화 및 온라인 피드백 제어

        로봇을 개발함에 있어 많이 겪는 어려움 중 하나는 열악한 시뮬레이션 환경 및 소프트웨어 개발이다. Microsoft社의 MSRDS(Microsoft Robotics Developer Studio)는 3D시뮬레이션 환경과 로봇 구동을 위한 각종 표준화된 서비스들을 지원함으로써 이러한 문제점들을 해결할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 원자력 발전소의 중 저준위 폐기물 저장창고 검사 로봇을 대상으로 MSRDS를 이용하여 3D 시뮬레이션 및 온라인 피드백 제어를 수행하였다. 로봇은 사륜으로 이루어져 있으며, 주행 환경 확인을 위한 카메라, 장애물 감시용 LRF(Laser Range Finer)센서, 주변 환경 감지를 위한 온도센서, 습도센서 및 MSRDS가 장착된 산업용 PC가 탑재되어 있다. MSRDS의 제어신호는 이벤트로 생성되어 3D 시뮬레이션 렌더링 시산과 동기화되며, Brick 서비스를 통해 전송된다. 피드백은 10㎳ 주기로 LRF 센서, Motor 엔코더 값을 받아 3D 시뮬레이션에 반영된다. 본 논문에서는 MSHDS의 시뮬레이션 및 실제 로봇과의 동기화 방식을 제시하며 구동 실험으로 검증하였다.

        해석적 모델을 이용한 분산된 리오더 버퍼 슈퍼스칼라 프로세서의 성능분석

        슈퍼스칼라 프로세서에서 리오더 버퍼의 복잡도를 줄이는 여러 가지 방법이 제시 되었다. 그 중에서 리오더 버퍼의 포트를 가장 단순하게 하는 방법은 하나로 되어 있는 리오더 버퍼의 구조를 실행 유닛의 개수만큼 여러 개로 나누어 분산된 리오더 버퍼로 구현하는 것이다. 각각의 분산된 리오더 버퍼는 실행 유닛의 작업 부하에 따라 그 크기를 달리 할 수 있다. 하지만 분산된 리오더 버퍼의 크기에 따라 성능의 변화가 크다. 지금까지의 분산된 리오더 버퍼로 나누는 연구는 적절한 크기를 결정하기 위해 시뮬레이션 결과에 기반 하여 직관적으로 유추하였다. 본 논문은 분산된 리오더 버퍼에 M/M/1 큐잉 이론을 이용한 수학적 모델을 적용하여 최적의 크기를 결정하고 CPU2000 벤치마크 프로그램을 수행하여 성능을 측정하고 평가하였으며 기존 슈퍼스 칼라 프로세서 성능의 99.2%를 보여주는 분산된 리오더 버퍼의 최적 크기를 정할 수 있었다. 기존의 리오더 버퍼와 본 논문에서 제시한 분산된 리오더 버퍼를 HDL로 구현하였을 때 포트에서 82%의 하드웨어 자원과 30%이상의 지연시간을 줄였다. There are several approaches for reducing the ROB(Reorder Buffer) complexity in processors. The one technique that makes the simplest ROB ports relies on a distributed implementation that spreads the centralized ROB structure across the functional units(FUs). Each distributed buffers are decided on the size of them by workload of the functional units. The performance of the processor depends on the size of distributed ROB. However, most of previous works have depended on the simulation results to decide the optimsize of distributed ROB. In this paper, we use an analytical model based on the M/M/1 Queuing theory to determine the optimum size of each distributed ROB. Our schemes are evaluated by using the simulation performed by the CPU2000 benchmarks. We are able to choose the optimum size of distributed ROB showing the 99.2% performance compared with existing superscalar processors. We can save 82% hardware resources in ports and reduce more than 30% of delay when ROB and distributed ROB proposed in this paper are designed by HDL.

        The consumer's satisfaction of travel agency's service is the best strategy for survival as the gradually increasing environment of market competition travel industry. Marketers of travel agents have to understand how the tourist is satisfied or unsatisfied, so the purpose of this study is to offer an alternative for consumers satisfactions of travel service and policy. In particular, in terms of re-purchasing and creation of new customers, the research into the degree of satisfaction of customers and purchasing behavior of tour products can be considered very important. In travel agency management the importance of travel agency must be evaluated to form, develope and maintain building relationship with customer. It is possible for customer's satisfaction to attain the aim of marketing thru every activity by the stage of building relationship with customer, keeping relationship with customer, and interest maximization of both travel agency and customer.
