        중학교 시기 전반에 걸친 특목고 진학 계획 및 진학에 관한 연구

        Using the Korean Education Longitudinal Study(KELS) 1~4th wave data from the Korean Educational Development Institute(KEDI), this study longitudinally examined middle school students’ educational plans and transitions to a special-purpose high school(SPHS). This study constructed the stacked datasets across three time points (7th grade, 9th grade, and entering high school) by collecting information on students’ academic career transitions to a SPHS during their middle school years. Then, this study examined conditional probabilities on students’ academic career transitions, consisting of making a plan for SPHS admission, preparing the SPHS throughout middle school years, and finally entering a SPHS. Findings suggest different opportunity structures for academic career pathways to a SPHS depending on when students began to prepare for SPHS admission. While many 7th graders began to prepare for SPHS admission, most gave up their plan before 9th grade. If they were on track to SPHS admission through 9th grade, they were more likely to enter a SPHS than those who began to prepare for SPHS admission in 8th or 9th grade instead of 7th grade. This study also suggests that students’ gender, parental education, family income, and school areas affected opportunity structures for students’ academic career pathways to a SPHS. Findings related to the effects of family background confirmed previous studies on the horizontal stratification between the SPHS and general high school(GHS). This study also suggests that educational inequality occurred not only in the stage of entering a SPHS but also throughout students’ academic career pathways to a SPHS. 본 연구는 한국교육개발원의 한국교육종단연구(KELS) 1~4차 연도 자료를 활용하여 중학교 시기 전반에 걸친 중학생의 특목고 진학 계획과 최종 진학 여부를 종단적으로 분석하였다. 이를 위해 학생들의 특목고 진학 진로 결정에 대한 정보를 중학교 1학년, 3학년, 고등학교 입학 등 세 시기에 걸쳐 조사하여 누적 자료(stacked data)를 구성하고, 학생들의 진로 전환 과정, 즉 특목고 진학 계획을 수립하고, 지속적으로 준비하여, 최종적으로 진학하는 과정을 각각 조건부 확률을 추정하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 특목고 진학 계획을 세우는 시기에 따라 진학 진로과정에서 기회구조가 다소 다르게 형성됨을 확인할 수 있었다. 적지 않은 학생이 중학교 1학년부터 특목고 진학을 계획하고 준비하였으나 대다수의 학생이 중도에 포기하였다. 입시 전까지 오랜 기간 특목고 진학을 준비한 학생은 뒤늦게 경쟁에 뛰어든 학생과 수적으로는 유사하였으나 이들보다 훨씬 높은 진학률을 보여주었다. 이러한 진학 과정상의 기회구조는 학생의 성별, 부모의 교육수준 및 가구 소득, 학교 소재 지역 규모 등에 따라 다르게 나타났다. 특히 특목고 진학 진로 과정에 걸친 가정 배경의 영향은 일반고와 특목고 간의 질적 계층화 현상에 대한 선행연구들의 논의를 뒷받침하고 있다. 더욱이 이러한 교육 불평등은 단순히 진학 단계에서만 나타나는 것이 아니라 진학을 계획하고 지속적으로 준비하여 최종적으로 진학하는 진학 진로 과정 전반에 걸쳐 다양한 양상으로 나타났다.

        Coumaroyl Quinic Acid Derivatives and Flavonoids from Immature Pear (Pyrus pyrifolia Nakai) Fruit

        Fourteen compounds were isolated from 60%ethanol extracts of immature pear (Pyrus pyrifolia Nakai cv. Chuhwangbae) fruit using Amberlite XAD-2 column HPLC with guided DPPH radical scavenging assay. Based on MS and NMR analysis, the isolated compounds were identified as 5-O-trans-caffeoyl quinic acid methyl ester (1), malaxinic acid (2), 5-O-trans-p-coumaroyl quinic acid methyl ester (3), 5-O-cis-p-coumaroyl quinic acid methyl ester (4), 5-O-trans-p-coumaroyl quinic acid (5), trans-pcoumaric acid (6), methyl cis-p-coumarate (7), methyl trans-p-coumarate (8), 3,5-O-dicaffeoyl quinic acid (9),(-)-epicatechin (10), (S)-(+)-2-cis-abscisic acid (11),isorhamnetin 3-O-β-D-galacto-pyranoside (12), isorhamnetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (13), and isorhamnetin 3-O-α-Lrhamnopyranosyl (1→6)-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (14). Six compounds (1, 2, 6, 9, 10, and 13) were identified previously, but other compounds (3-5, 7, 8, 11, 12, and 14)were isolated for the first time from pear.

        Large-scale Isolation of Highly Pure Malaxinic Acid from Immature Pear (Pyrus pyrifolia Nakai) Fruit

        Malaxinic acid [4-(O-β-D-glucopyranosyl)-3-(3'-methyl-2'-butenyl)benzoic acid; MA] is one of themain compounds contained in pear fruit. The antifungal,antibacterial, and anticancer effects of MA have beenreported. However, additional evaluations on the biologicalactivity of MA have not been fully performed due to thelack of an MA standard. Therefore, in the present study, weestablished a large-scale isolation method to obtain highlypure MA from immature pear (Pyrus pyrifolia Nakai) fruit. The EtOAc-soluble acidic fraction (134.75 g) of pear fruit(18 kg fresh wt.) 60% EtOH extract (1,081.9 g) was purifiedby Amberlite XAD-2 (H2O/EtOH, stepwise), Diaion HP-20 (H2O/MeOH, stepwise), and Sephadex LH-20 (80%MeOH) column chromatographies. Then, the fractionscontaining MA were finally purified by high performanceliquid chromatography using an Amide RP-C16 column onsemi-preparative scale. The isolated MA (793 mg) was>99% pure, and total recovery was estimated to be 61.7%.

        Isolation and Antioxidative Activity of Amino Acid Derivatives Produced by Leuconostoc mesenteroides

        One new phenyl lactic acid derivative, N-(5-amino-2-hydroxy-1-oxopentyl)-tyrosine (2), and three known metabolites [(S)-8-hydroxy-4-hydroxy-phenylpropanoic acid (1), (S)-8-hydroxy-phenylpropanoic acid (3), and indole-(S)-3-lactic acid (4)] were isolated from the culture medium of Leuconostoc mesenteroides guided with DPPH radical-scavenging assay. The chemical structures of the isolated compounds were determined by NMR and electrospray ionization mass spectroscopy. The isolated four compounds were assumed to be metabolites formed by the transformation of amino acids. The DPPH radical-scavenging activities of 1 and 2 were significantly higher than those of 3 and 4. This result may provide meaningful information of antioxidative metabolites from lactic acid bacteria.

        This paper is concerned with the bulking factor for dredged marine clay to be reclaimed by a pump dredger Marine clay is deposited naturally with several ten percent of water content however once it is dredged by pump dredger its water content increases upto a few thousand percent rapidly After it is transported to confinement area and undergoes sedimetation and self-weight consolidation process its water content is reduced but still higher than before dredging This means the volume of marine clay increases than before In this study the empirical method and numerical analysis method are used to calculate and compare the bulking factors of marine clay by dredging The calculated results show the bulking factor of numerical analysis method is lesser than that of the empirical method

        방송드라마 제작방식으로서 문화산업전문회사에 대한 연구

        본 연구는 문화산업전문회사제도가 지상파방송의 드라마제작에 미친 영향이 무엇인지를 검토하는데 주목적이 있다. 구체적인 연구 문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지상파방송사가 드라마제작에 문전사제도를 적극적으로 도입하게 된 이유는 무엇인가? 둘째, 지상파방송사의 문전사 설립 및 운영 과정에서의 특징은 무엇인가? 셋째, 문전사제도가 지상파방송의 드라마제작시스템에 미친 영향은 무엇인가? 본 연구는 KBS가 문전사를 활용해 제작한 <학교2013>를 분석사례로 선정하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 지상파방송사는 막대한 제작비를 조달하고 투명하고 효율적으로 관리하기 위해 새로운 문전사 제도를 적극 도입하였다. 둘째, 지상파방송사 문전사(KGCS문전사)의 특징은 모태펀드와 프로젝트 펀드로 나누어진 이중 구조로 설계되어 있다는 것이다. 셋째, 문전사가 지상파방송의 드라마제작에 미친 영향으로는 ①외부 투자 유치 활성화, ②제작비 운영의 투명성, ③자체 기획 활성화, ④콘텐츠의 안정적 확보, 그리고 ⑤수익 다각화 등이었다. The purpose of this study is to examine how the Munjeonsa(SPC) has influenced the way terrestrial broadcasting networks produce drama. The study has three research objectives. First, this study investigates why the networks use SPC for drama production. Second, the study examines the features in the process of the setup and operation of SPC. Third, the study identifies the impacts of SPC on networks’ drama production. This study analyzes <School 2013> which was produced by KBS SPC. The results of this study are as follows. First, networks introduce SPC to procure an enormous production costs and to manage the production system transparently and efficiently. Second, the feature of networks’ SPC(KGCS SPC) is that it has a unique dual structure with main and project SPC. Third, SPC influences drama production system in various ways; revitalization of external investment, accounting transparency, growing of network’s planning dramas, securing intellectual properties and revenue diversification.
