振動, 脈流 및 音波作用 等의 脈動을 工程內에 導入하여 物質傳達率을 增進시키려고 할 때의 系內의 特性을 分析하기 위하여 考慮해야할 主要한 無次元數에 對해서 考察하였다. 脈動系內에서 物質傳達現象이 일어날 때에는 系全體가 亂流가 아닐 때도 極部的으로 振動物體의 境界近處에서 亂擴散이 일어남을 推論할 수 있으며, 이때의 亂擴散係數는 a²f에 比例하고, 振動體의 狀態가 單一 vibrational mode 일때는 a²f/vD가 重要하며, combined mode일 때는 afD/μ가, 또 crowded bubble system 에서는 ρ(af)²l/σ가 重要함을 次元解析과 實驗結果에서 確認하였다. Important dimensionless groups were investigated to find basic experimental correlations in vibrating systems. When mass transfer occurred in the system, it was deduced that eddy diffusion took place locally near the vibrating bodies without having turbulent flow in the whole system. The eddy diffusivity in the system turned out to be proportional to the factor, a²f. For a system in a single vibrational mode, a²f/vD was a very important dimensionless group. For a combined vibrational mode system, ρafD/μ, and for a crowded bubble system ρ(af)²l/σ became important. These conclusions were confirmed both by dimensional analysis and by experimental results.

국토지반정보 DB 및 시스템 분석을 통한 3차원 지하공간정보 기반 구축 방안 연구

Concerning about land development has been moving to underground from ground. With that, It is time to build infrastructure for mutual exchange of information related with underground development. MLTM is pushing ahead with 3D underground data to overcome the limit of 2D geotechnical data, according as it is expected to be more active in helping their construction sectors. This paper suggests that It is necessary of development of supporting system for effective utilizations both Integrated Land-Underground information center and 3D spatial data applications. 국토개발의 관심이 이제는 지상 뿐만 아니라 지하공간으로 이동하고 있어 지하공간 개발에 필요한 다양한 정보의 공유를 위한 국가적 차원의 기반 구축이 시급히 필요한 시점이다. 이에 따라 국토해양부에서는 지반정보의 건설 분야에서의 활용도를 높이고, 2차원 지반정보의 한계를 극복하기 위하여 정확하고 연속적인 3차원 지하공간정보 제공·분석 시스템 개발을 추진하고 있다. 이 논문은 현재 운영 중인 국토지반정보 DB 구축 현황 및 DB 운영 시스템의 분석을 통해 국토지하정보 통합센터의 설립과 3차원 정보의 효율적인 활용을 위한 지원시스템 개발의 필요성을 제시하고 있다.

The resistivity survey of Kong-Ju area is applied for water exploration, depth-bedrock determinations, sand and gravel exploration, etc. In this area, along the Geum river, the vast alluvium deposits and gently sloped hills and valleys of from late mature stage to early old stage are developed. The rocks exposed in this area are banded gnesis, migmatic gneiss, mica schist, porphyroclastic gneissose granite, Kyeongsang system and andesitic rocks etc. The alluvium layer is comparatively thick. Ground water resources are developed plentifully in the allutivial planes of the Geum river basin. The main ground water is the free ground water contained in the alluvium deposits of the Geum river basin.

컴퓨터를 이용한 청각적 인식거리의 단축에 의한 영어 청해능력 향상을 위한 CALL 패키지 : by shortening the audio perceptual distance

Speech communication is composed of two processes, uttering speech and listening comprehension. Comprehension in speech communication involves understanding the speech through its acoustic clues, that is achieving on-line understanding by drawing a mental representation from the hearer's stored memory, which corresponds to the audio perceptual representation, that is, acoustic clues which he gets among the speaker's momentary speech. Non-native speakers' short-term memory span may be much shorter in understanding English utterances, which makes speech sounds and their meaning discrete. Furthermore, Korean EFL students learn written English in letters, which makes it very difficult to draw audio mental representation by the stimuli of the acoustic clues from real speech. These are assumed to be responsible for their longer perceptual distance. Shortening the perceptual distance will cure their poor listening comprehension of English speech. In this study, I have suggested a CALL package which contains various effective ways of doing massed or spaced repetition tasks which promote shortening of the audio preceptual distance and lengthening of listening units. I am confident that this package will contribute to the production of Korean EFL students who have 'i(telligibility)+1' listening comprehension.

리더의 감성리더십이 부하의 사기에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 ‘감성리더십이 부하의 사기에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가’에 대하여 軍 조직을 중심으로 확인하였다. 이러한 리더의 감성리더십의 영향력을 확인하기 위하여 양적연구방법을 적용하였으며, 경 기도 지역의 육군 전투부대를 대상으로 하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사의 결과분석을 통하여 리 더의 감성리더십이 부하의 사기에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인하였으며, 본 연구 결과 감성리더 십의 구성요소 중 자기인식능력, 자기관리능력, 사회적-관계능력은 부하들의 사기에 정(+)의 영향을 미 치는 것으로 분석되었다. 즉 부하들은 자신의 리더가 감정을 이해하고 다스릴 줄 알며, 능력을 파악하고 이를 활용하여 새로운 기회를 잡기위해 노력하고, 부하들에게 비젼을 제시하여 이를 위해 부하들이 도 전할 수 있도록 이끌고 동기부여를 시킨다고 인식할수록 부하들은 자신의 능력에 대한 확신과 자신감이 높아진다고 할 수 있다. 리더는 조직구성원들의 갈등문제를 해결하고 좋은 인간관계 유지를 통해 팀워 크를 이끌어 냄으로써 부하들의 사기를 높일 수 있을 것이다. 이러한 연구결과는 감성리더십이 기존의 상명하복을 강조하던 리더십을 대체할 수 있는 새로운 리더십의 유형이 될 수 있음을 증명하는 결과이 며, 단순히 대체 뿐 만 아니라 사기진작 측면에서 오히려 도움을 주는 것으로 나타났다.
