        This study was intended to attempt to identify in what form feedback information was effectively given by classifying reinforced feedback into result indication and result direction and inquiring into how they had an effect on learning process and learning effect and how the effect changed in accordance with the difference in groups. The study results were as follows: 1) In the control group, the sub-group 3 of three groups showed the greatest change in response error time and the change in each trial showed the greatest value. And everyone showed a slow response and had no training effect. 2) In case of the result indication group, the sub-group 3 showed a tendency to gradually approach Omsec in the change of response error time, and the sub-group 1 and 2 had a training effect. 3) In the result direction sub-group, the groups 1, 2 and 3 showed a tendency to approach Omsec in the change of response error time. The training effect took place in the sub-group 1 but the sub-group 3 showed a greater value on response error time in the post-test than that in the pre-test. As a result, it is thought that result indication and direction in reinforced feedback information have a different property. It was shown that there occurred the difference in the alleviation of response error time in accordance the difference in the group. This study investigated what effect reinforced feedback had on the player`s timing control by adopting both-legged jumping as the exercise task and classifying reinforced feedback into result indication and direction. A number of studies on the effectiveness of reinforced feedback have been documented, but this study found that reinforced feedback information was not necessarily effective. Of course, reinforced feedback information becomes, in some cases, the impeding factor to the subject`s timing control. It is thought that there is a need to identify the relationship between temporary structure or exercise task and individual`s information processing ability as well as to make a clear-cut classification of reinforced feedback information as to the problem of “In what form reinforced feedback information in provided.”

        검도 수련 활동이 신체적 자기 개념에 미치는 영향

        The purposes of this study were to find out the influences that practicing Geomdo had on physical self-concept to an elementary school students, using the Korean version of physical self-concept questionnaire(PSDQ) by Kim Byeong Jun(2001). A total of 168 students participated as the subject of this study, who were divided into two groups(81 Geomdo practicing participants and 87 nonparticipants). To verify the differences of average with each factor of groups of students, independent t-test was used and the results were as followings. 1. The significant differences between Geomdo practicing participants and nonparticipants were not found on the factors of fat/slim, appearance, health, muscular strength, self-esteem. 2. In terms of the factors of sports competence, physical activity, endurance, flexibility, and entire physical factors, Geomdo practicing participants valued themselves more positively than nonparticipants. Statistically significant differences were found too. 3. In the Geomdo practicing participants, boy students valued themselves more positively on the factors of sports competence, muscular strength, and entire physical factors, on the contrary girl students valued themselves more positively on the factors of appearance, flexibility, and statistically significant difference were found. 4. The significant difference were not found with sexes on physical activity, endurance, health, body fat/slim, and self-esteem in the Geomdo practicing participants.

      • 운동부하(運動負荷)와 수축회수(收縮回數)의 관계(關系)를 이용(利用)한 상완이두근(上腕二頭筋)의 최대완력추정(最大腕力推定)에 관한 연구(硏究)

        The purpose of this study is estimate maximum muscle strength by measuring only maximum mumber of contractions at a given load(kg) with no direct determination of maximum muscle strength in isometric. Therfore, was designed to investigate the laws of various weight-loads (P) and number of contraction(N). Subjects were 75 baseball players whose ages ranged between 18 and 23 years old. Each subject measured the maximum mumber of contractions during extension and contraction movements between 45 degrees and 110 degrees of right elbow joint angle by using arm ergometer. The rate of tempo was once every two seconds. And, In this study, the value of maximal isometric stength was applied elbow joint engle in 45 degrees. The results may be summarized as follows : 1) It was significantly that maximum number of contractions during training group was higher than that of De-training group (P < 0.05). 2) In the total, it was significantly that maximum mumber of contractions during Low group of maximum muscle strength was higher than that of High group by measuring 70 to 90% Loads (P < 0.01) 3) In the total, it was significantly that maximum number of contractions during High grip strength was higher than that of Low group by measuring 50% Loads(P < 0.05). 4) Relationship between Load(kg) and number of contractions has shown to be well fitted to an exponential equation: N = -allP + b. On the basis of these findings, it was suggested that estimation of maximum muscle strength relationship between load and mumber of contractions brachial biceps more adequate weight-loads than relative load(%).

      • AT 및 Mental Image 훈련에 의한 골프선수의 지도연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate appearing some result after execution AT or mental image training to J player. Subject of this study was J player is outstanding in AT or mental image rehearsal of the six, KON-KUK university golfers. Career of J player was only 2.6 years. Also, he was inferiority in physical fitness or function to others player. But image correct a swing motion with one`s defection, and show strong intention and establishment of skill. Image to J player will first play an important part by motivation. Consideration at image training know correctly task with player, and give instruction contents of mental rehearsal by the proper time allocation. J player by such teaching has the sufficient time on one`s game in image, and has had the self-confidence advancing of one`s intention during task exercise. For that matter, Investigator leave severely alone afraid that I interrupt in regulation of condition. As being imitation of skill of pro-golfer has the similar swing motion of a J player through mental rehearsal, make intentionally achieve to objective can strike resolutely long-iron one`s defection through visual experience. The result that contending with many senior for capability as freshman take the fourth by 301 hits (76-76-74-75).

        Chinese Physical Education and sport has developed the Soviet sport. It is using by one method of collective education. Physical education is encourage in the knowledge that the base to the elevation of labor power and national defense power or physical education is recognizing the main objective of education. It is utilizing the GTO of Soviet in order to the elevation of national strength and excavation of top athlete. It is encourage and direct rather team sports and collective play than personal sports and play. It is direct equally practical training and theory in politically physical education of university. It is using the physical education toward showing off national power through the elevation of record and the international avdance of sports. It is endeavor toward the sports science but is subject to backwardness.

        AT is an effective mental training for athletes. The purpose of this research is to show how much a skillful adaptation of AT based on a biological index Resp, HR could possibly streamline AT. Experiment was recognized simplified AT were conducted by experiened for three times. Although there were no biological index to prove simplification from inexperienced AT athletes, it was suggested from observation that are effects of AT. However, there were evidence of simplification by experienced AT athletes. Therefore, there is possibility of simplification by proper AT.

      • 각성수준과 타이밍 오차시간에 관한 연구

        This study made inquiries into the change m error time with timing motion during exercise from a standpoint of the cerebral arousal level and the feeling of fatigue by allowing the subjects to conduct the bicycle ergometer under the load of 750kpm/min in order to identify the cause exerting an influence on the drop in performance during exercise under the condition of fatigue to an extent of not needing to take a rest. As a result, the conclusion came to be draw as follows : 1. RPE increased during exercise with the passage of time. A little fatigue was subjectively admitted in the period that the timing error time remakably increased. And if the time of period passed, the timing error time remarkably decreased, and the normal state of RPE could be seen. 2. The change in CFF with the passage of time during exercise was not observed. 3. The timing error time with the passage of time during exercise significantly rose at 40 minutes during exercise and decreased at 50 minutes on the other hand.

        유도선수들의 다차원 완벽주의와 성취목표지향성의 관계

        This study aimed at examining the relationship between multiple perfectionism and achievement goal orientation of college judo athletes. For this study, a total of 234 questionnaires out of 245 were collected. The data was analyzed by using Window SPSS 15.0 as well as exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis and reliability analysis, using AMOS 6.0 as well as confirmatory factor analysis and structure model analysis. The research finding were as follows. First, multiple perfectionism of college judo athletes had significantly positive influence on achievement goal orientation. Second, multiple perfectionism of college judo athletes had a great influence on task orientation compared with ego orientation of achievement goal orientation.

      • 수영참가자의 지각된 유능감 및 자아존중감의 관계

        This study investigated the relationship between self-esteem, perceived competence and participation of masters swimming. Participants (N=322) were randomly selected from masters swimming program of swimming pool in seoul and Kyung-Kee. Results indicated that the meaning significant found the representation of duration of contingencies participation and participation of swimming competition in masters swimming. In sum, firstly, in the participation of masters swimming, every time participation in swimming competition assigned greater than the other participant to perceived competence, and in duration of contingencies of participation, 4-7 years participation group assigned greater than the order participant group to perceived competence. Secondly, in the participation of masters swimming, every time participation m swimming competition assigned greater than the other participant to self-esteem, and in duration of contingencies of participation, 2-4 years participation group assigned greater than the order participant group to self-esteem. Thirdly, in the participation of masters swimming, perceived competence is positively influence on self-esteem.

      • 운동강도의 조건이 타이밍에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to attempt to clarify the influence of difference in intensity of movement on the timing skills. The results are as follows ; 1. Time phase in B group were longer than that in A group. And as a characteristic of movement, I found the difference on pre-movement time and pre-movement start time. 2. A group started pre-movement by SW2, and organized the time structure of movement. B group started pre- movement by SWl, and organized the time structure of movement. 3. A group had a tendency to extend Jumping time by training, B group had a tendency to extend contraction time by training.
