Recently, various type of nanomaterials such as nanorod, nanowire, nanotube and their core/shell nanostructures have attracted much attention in photocatalyst due to their unique properties. Among them, Type-II core/shell heterostructures have extensively studied because it has exhibited improved electrical and optical properties against their single-component nanostructure. Such structures are expected to offer high absorption efficiency and fast charge transport due to their stepwised energetic combination and large internal surface area. Thus, it has been considered as potential candidates for high efficient photocatalytic activity. In this work, we introduce a novel chemical conversion process to synthesize Type-II ZnO/ZnSe core/shell heterostructures. A plausible conversion mechanism to ZnO/ZnSe core/shell heterostructres was proposed based on SEM, XRD, TEM and XPS analysis. The ZnO/ZnSe heterostructures exhibited excellent photocatalytic activity toward the decomposition of RhB dye compared to the ZnO nanorod arrays due to enhanced light absorption and the type-II cascade band structure.

It is becoming increasingly clear that participation in the 'new economy' dviven by scientific and technological advances will be the way to achieve global prosperity in the 21st century. An analysis of the patents assigned to a particular country, using the techniques in this study, provides a means to objectively assess the potential for participating in that prosperity, and to identify strong and weak area in technological potential. The analyses are based on Korean-invented patents issued in the United States, and on the citation analysis techniques that link these patents with other patents.
역세권 청년주택 공급활성화를 위한 제도개선 방안 연구 - 서울시 송파구 잠실동 역세권 청년주택 사례를 중심으로

This research, as the way of residents stability of young households, aimed to examine the improvement of the operating system of housing supply for young adults. This study intends to activate the housing supply for young adults in the subway station areas. By analyzing the current situation and problems of the case study of young adults housing, this study suggested the improvement plans for the change of land use to the general commercial zone to prevent incongruity in urban planning and the legal standard of the public contribution rate according to the actual increase in floor area ratio(FAR). This study proposed management plans such as car-free living culture for creating the sustainable settlement environment and community activation. Furthermore, this study suggested the specific plan to increase the effectiveness of the housing supply for young adults by providing incentives for private businesses with an additional 20 percent FAR for the municipalities which have a proportion of young households higher than the average in Seoul. Yet, since this study has analyzed the target area by the end of December 2018, additional research about young adults housing should proceed after this study. In addition, the young adults housing which is supplied in the subway station areas should be studied along with the prevention of CBD's decline and preparing sustainable settlement environment that contributes to the community as well residence stability of the young adults housing. 본 연구는 청년가구의 주거안정을 목적으로 하는 역세권 청년주택 공급활성화를 위한 청년주택관련 운영제도의 개선방안을 연구하는데 그 목적이 있다. 청년주택사업의 추진현황 및 사례를분석을 통해 도시계획적 부조화방지를 위한 일반상업지역으로의 용도지역 변경기준과 실질적인증가용적률에 따른 공공기여율 확보기준에 대한 개선방안을 제안하였다. 또한 지속가능한 정주환경 조성을 위해 차 없는 생활문화 및 주민공동체 활성화를 위한 운영지원방안을 제안하였다. 그리고 청년 1인가구 비중이 서울시 평균보다 높은 자치구의 경우 용적률 20%p를 추가 부여하는 인센티브계획으로 민간사업자의 공급 유인책을 마련하여 청년주택 공급의 실효성을 높일 수있는 방안을 제안하였다. 그러나 본 연구는 대상지를 ’18.12월말까지로 한정하여 분석하였으므로, 연구 이후의 청년주택들에 대한 추가적인 연구의 필요성이 있다. 또한 청년주택은 역세권내공급되는 주거로써 청년주거의 안정뿐만 아니라 도심공동화 방지 및 지역사회에 기여하는 지속가능한 정주환경 마련이라는 측면에서도 함께 연구되어져야 할 것이다.
