입체 유사 홀로그램을 이용한 디지털 콘텐츠의 공간증강 전시

The pseudo hologram provides a floating image to audience by reflecting the projected digital content on flat screen. However, this technique fails to provide 3D effect according to the audience’s viewpoint so that it has been mainly used in the field of the stage performance whose viewpoints are fixed. In this paper, we present a framework of the 3D pseudo hologram that can generate natural hologram images according to audience’s viewpoint. We use a 3D physical mock-up as a projection screen and project digital content onto the mock-up to generate the pseudo hologram image having 3D effect. The proposed system is an appropriate technique for digital exhibition to be provided by various viewpoints. In particular, it is expected to be utilized for digital museums, product promotion, and media art.

CMCase를 생산하는 Klebsiella sp. Sc를 부산 인근의 토양에서 분리하였다. 이 균주는 16S rDNA와 RNA polymerase B subunit (rpoB) 유전자의 유전적 계통 분석을 통하여 동정을 시행하였다. 그 결과 Klebsiella sp. 속들의 균주들과 99% 이상의 상동성을 나타내었다. CMCase 유전자는 Sc의 게놈라이브러리를 구축하여 찾았다. CMCase 유전자는 37,666 Da의 분자량을 가지는 333개의 아미노산을 암호화하고 있는 1,002개의 뉴클레오티드들로 구성된 것으로 밝혀졌다. 추정된 CMCase의 단백질 서열은 Cellulomonas uda와 단백질과 95%의 identity와 97%의 positive를 가지는 것으로 나타났으며, Erwinia chrysanthemi와는 각각 58%와 72%를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 CMCase는 ASDGDTLIAWALLRAQ KQW와 같은 보존 영역을 가지고 있었는데, 이는 glycosyl hydrolase family 8의 보존영역(A-[ST]-D-[AG]-D-X(2)-[IM]-A-[SA]-[LIVM]-[LIVMG]-A-X(3)-[FW])와 일치하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 Klebsiells sp. Sc의 CMCase는 glycosyl hydrolase family 8에 속한다는 것을 나타낸다. A CMCase-producing bacterium, Klebsiella sp. Sc, was isolated from Busan area's soil sample. This strain was identified on the basis of phylogenetic analysis of the 16S rDNA and rpoB (RNA polymerase B subunit) sequences. The gene encoding CMCase was cloned by genome library. The CMCase gene consisted of an open reading frame of 1,002 nucleotides and encodes 333 amino acids with a deduced molecular weight of 37,666 Da. The deduced amino acid sequence of the CMCase from Klebsiella sp. exhibits 95% identities and 97% positives to those from Cellulomonas uda and 58% identities and 72% positives to those from Erwinia chrysanthemi. The CMCase contain a conserved motif with the consensus sequence, ASDGDTLI AWALLRAQKQW. This result shows CMCase protein from Klebsiella sp. Sc belongs to glycoside hydrolase family 8, A-[ST]-D-[AG]-D-X(2)-[IM]-A-[SA]-[LIVM]-[LIVMG]-A-X(3)-[FW].

A virtual broadcast is usually produced by using a chroma keying technique in a chroma studio. However, this approach not only requires a high cost for the initial configuration and employment of the expertise, but also has a spatial constraint. In this paper, we present a system that can make the virtual broadcast without spatial constraint and in real time. To this end, we use a RGB-D sensor to extract the object of interest from taken scene. We solve the hole and unmatched edge problems occurred in the RGB-D sensor to extract the object clearly. This replaces the existing method of object extraction that relies on the chroma studio. The proposed method is expected to be applied to a variety of applications such as the virtual meeting, e- learning, as well as to overcome the spatial limitations of previous virtual broadcast production system.

The study has the purpose of improving the facilities categorization of military welfare center. Military welfare center is the place where users spend their spare time and activities, so the military welfare center needs to be planed new with renewed facilities categorization for advancement of army and improving military personnel's life quality. This study starts from drawing some problem of the military welfare center through researching some case about military space of army, navy and air force and surveying the use frequency. Based on that, this study selects the target place of each military(army, navy, air force, marine) and then analyzes the frequency of use of military welfare center through survey. The conclusion is as follows. First, the facilities categorization of Domestic Military Facilities Standards should be revised and made up to user-centered facilities categorization which is separated inside barracks and outside barracks. Second, when every military founds his inside Military welfare center, that should be the place for not only the military men but inhabitants. Third, the facilities categorization which is considered the military men's family and officers and noncom should be applied to outside military welfare center.

본 연구는 도시 재생의 한 사례인 역세권 재개발의 집객 시설인 복합 상업 시설내의 광장에 대한 기능을 분석해 문제점을 도출하고 개선방향을 제안하는 것이 목적이다. 이론적 고찰로 도시광장의 기능과 역전 광장의 기능 중 교통 결절 기능을 제외한 환경 공간 기능을 분석하여 광장의 기능을 도출하였다. 삼성역, 고속터미널, 서울역, 용산역, 왕십리역 5개의 국내의 역세권 재개발 사례의 광장이 가지고 있는 공공시설물 분석을 통해 기능과의 연계성을 찾으며, 공간적 구성및 광장의 기능과 도시적 입지, 주변 요소, 평면 요소를 분석하고 이용현황과의 연관성을 도출하였다. 연구의 결과를 정리하면 첫째, 복합 상업 시설 내 광장과 접한 건물은 시설 요소 및 광장 기능에 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 역세권 복합 상업 시설 내 역전 광장은 지하철과의 연계로 인한 보행, 즉 교통 결절 기능보다는 다른 기능을 가지는 광장으로의 계획에 대한 고려가 필요하다고 판단된다. 셋째, 복합 상업시설 내의 광장은 광장 내의 물리적인 시설 요소와 더불어 비 물리적인 시설 요소간의 상호보완적 관계로 이루어져야 하며 이로서 복합적인 기능을 갖는 광장이 될 수 있다. A plaza in Mixed-Use Development (MXD) is a place for gathering in the railway or subway station influence area that is planned to be redeveloped for the purpose of urban regeneration. This study aims to examine how a plaza in MXD works by analyzing its functions and to suggest the schemes to improve it. From a theoretical viewpoint, among many different functions of plaza in MXD, we particularly focus on the spatial environments. From the domestic case studies of the station influence areas, such as Samsung, Express bus Terminal, Seoul Station, Yongsan Station and Wangsimni, we find the functional relations by analyzing public facilities of plaza. In addition, the current usage of the plaza is observed through the analysis of space composition and plaza functions, plaza location requirements, urban surrounding factors, plan analysis and utilization. The results of this study are as follows. First, the buildings close to the plaza in MXD affect the facility factors and the functions of plaza. Second, the plaza in MXD of station influence area should be planned to include some more functions than traffic nodal point. Third, the plaza in MXD can achieve its complex functionality when non-physical facility factors are complementary to physical facility factors.

We are studied on the performance optimized synthesis and mapping of design on to one or more FPGA device. our multi-phased approach optimized the key parameters that affect performance by adequately modeling the impact on wire length, routability, and performance during technology mapping to produce designs that have high performance and high routability potential.

This paper describes a design of the external-exciting electronic ballast for 100W high pressure sodium lamp. The ballast is consists of the full-bridge inverter and an external-exciting control circuit. L and C values of an equivalent L-C series resonant circuit are calculated analytically. The electrical output characteristics of the ballast, such as voltage, current etc., are simulated by Pspice. The experimental results from high pressure sodium lamp system with the ballast we developed are shown to be consistent with the simulated results.
