        IMF 이후의 대구지역 아파트 외부공간의 변화에 관한 연구

        The purposes of this study was to analyze the change of apartment outdoor space on Daegu after IMF. The study has been done through on-site observation of apartment complexes, and through the analysis of housing estate planning techniques, rules and regulations affecting outdoor spaces during the rapidly developing era. For this purpose, 14 apartment complex that have been built in Daegue since IMF were selected, and each apartment complex consisted more than 500 households. A field study was conducted between October 14 and 28, 2007. For the outdoor space analysis, two spaces - space for daily life and function space- were selected, and 7 detailed elements such as entrance to the apartment complex, the entrance space in front of the housing, resting and communicating space, space for pedestrian, green space, playing and exercise space, parking lot were analyzed. The results of this study are as follows : the characteristics of the outdoor space of the apartment complexes, after the IMF crisis, are distinguished from the previous ones in the openness of the entrance to the apartment complex, the increased underground parking lots, the unifying use of the spaces like the unification of the playing and rest space, and the planning of the diverse exercise space like golf exercise facility and a roller-skating rink etc. for the people of different age, and rest spaces for increasing the communication among the residents.

        지하철 역세권 가로변 건물의 이용 특성에 관한 연구

        Recently, the role of the subway as a city transport system becomes more important. The importance of subway resulted in the activation of an existing commercial power, and also led the appearance of new commercial power around the subway stations. The purpose of this study was to analyze the building use on the street around the subway station. For this purpose, 11 subway stations were divided into 6 groups to analyze the characteristics of the street in the subway station in Daegu. 4,083 commercial shops on the street around the station were analyzed, and a field study was conducted between January 15 and February 25, 2010. The results of this study are as follows : 1) The buildings on the street around the subway station are shown to be used as commercial uses, such as the service, the business, and selling, 2) More than 80% of shopping stores on the street around the subway station are located below 3rd floor, and a half of the stores are located on the 1st floor, 3) Group A, a subway station on the outside of the city, shows to have a high rate of the residential, and the public welfare functions, but a low rate of the function of the selling. The groups of C and D showed the lower residential, and the public welfare functions, but the higher service, and the business functions. At Group F, a central subway station, most buildings are used for the commercial purposes such as the service and the selling.

        우리나라 보호지역 관리 실태와 개선방안

        본 연구의 목적은 우리나라의 보호지역에서 관리개선방안을 마련하는 것이다. 이를 위해 보호지역의 현장조사와 설문조사를 통해 문제점을 파악하였고, 통합관리를 위한 관리개선방안을 도출하였으며, 이에 따른 관리계획지침과 사후평가지침을 마련하였다. 본 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 현재의 우리나라의 보호지역은 지정 후 제대로 관리가 이루어지지 않고 있기 때문에 보호지역에 대한 관리계획 이 필요하다. 둘째, 관리계획 수립 시 관리기관은 관련 이행당사자와의 원활한 협의를 통한 자발적인 참여를 이끌어낼 수 있는 관리계획을 수립해야 한다. 셋째, 관리계획을 지속적이고 체계적으로 지속시키기 위해서는 관련 정책 및 법 제도를 정비해야 한다. 넷째, 보호지역의 중복지정 및 관리의 다원화에 따른 관리의 비효율성을 감안하여 통합관리전담기구를 신설해야 한다. 다섯째, 효과적 통합관리를 위해 관리계획지침과 사후평가지침이 절실히 필요하다. 본 연구 결과는 우리나라 보호지역의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 관리개선에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다. 향후 관리계획과 사후평가 부분의 지침에 대한 검증과 국가 차원에서 관련 법 제정, 정책 등의 체계적이고 지속적인 지원이 수반되어야 할 것이다. This research intends to suggest the ways to improve protected area management in Korea. To this end, the current protected areas appointed in the nation and their management has been examined, and the problems of management have been identified by means of a field research of protected areas and a survey. In addition, a scheme for an integrated management system has been suggested for management improvement, and a management plan guide, as well as after-evaluation guide, has been suggested. The outcome of the research is as follows. First, the protected area management plan is needed since the protected area in our nation is not managed in a proper way after being appointed as such. Second, when making a management plan, a management organization should make a management plan that can attract voluntary participation from stake-holders by means of efficient communications with them. Third, to maintain the management plan in a consistent and systematic way, related policy, law, and institutions should be (re)formulated. Fourth, an organization responsible only for management of protected areas should be established in consideration of management inefficiency due to the overlapped appointment of managing the protected area. Fifth, the management plan guide and after-evaluation guide can be used for effective protected area management. The results of this study are expected to be helpful for creating a management improvement scheme to address the problems related to the protected areas in our nation. But, it is required to review the guides for the management plan and after-evaluation, and consistent and systemic support from the government in such areas as legislation and policy are also in great need.

        가로변 상업건축물의 지속가능성을 위한 주입면 오염요소 고찰

        In this study to identify sustainable building facade design, the correlation was analyzed between the facade design and facade pollution for the main streetside commercial buildings in Daegu, Korea. Pollution levels which was based on the pollution of finish materials, the breakage of finish materials, the pollution of finish materials joint, the pollution of an opening were analyzed with forms, materials, colors of facade. Within the scope of this study led to the following conclusions. Viewing the facade's mass form, symmetric shape is superior to asymmetric. In facade's surface flat one is superior to unflat one against pollution. That is, the pollution is caused in the uneven spot of the building. Overall, when the building is asymmetry and has unflat surface at the same time the pollution level is on the highest rank. In horizontal-accented type, the grid's pollution level was the highest. In this, usually the opening is hollowed into the building and as the facade side is bent, the contamination is caused. On the other hand plane-accented grid gets the least pollution which is because of the abundance of unit area, specifically with glass material. Glass has a large unit area and barely effected by joint. so it is easily sustainable. As glass is the most sustainable finishing material, tile is determined to be the easiest pollutant finishing material. (The order marked) Since tile has a small unit than other materials, pollution in visual is readily seen. Plus, it is very weak to destruction. When joint, the connection of each material, gets wider, the more pollution is gotten to the building. Basically, if many finishing material has used, the building easily gets dirt. But if not, as the time is longer the building is easily contaminated. In most cases, ivory color goes with tile, panel, and stone, green or blue color usually goes with glass on the other hand. White or grey color appear to be with paint finishing. Even though it's an old building, pain is superior of repair work so it may not be highly damaged. Synthetically when a building's mass shape is symmetric with flat surface using the smooth material with plane-accented grid, and with strong chromatic color, it gets the most superior against the pollution. And generally, the knowhow to against the contamination in joint can be the key variable to maintain the primary design of the building.

      • 고로슬래그 미분말의 분말도에 따른 숏크리트의 역학적 특성

        최근 터널 및 지하시설물의 건설이 중가하고 있고 터널 건설에 있어 주요 지보재인 숏크리트는 지반 이완, 강도, 콘크리트 라이닝의 하중의 분담을 요하기 때문에 장기강도와 내구성 측면에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 이에 따라 숏크리트의 성능향상을 위한 고로슬래그 미분말의 분말도에 특성을 평가하고자한다. 고로슬래그 미분말을 분말도에 따라 혼입한 숏크리트는 분말도가 높아질수록 미세공극의 충진으로 인한 초기의 강도가 향상되는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며, 분말도가 높을수록 장기재령에서도 강도가 더 좋은 결과를 나타내는 것을 확인 할 수 있다.

        최근 터널 및 지하시설물의 건설이 증가하고 있고 터널 건설에 있어 주요 지보재인 숏크리트는 지반 이완, 강도, 콘크리트 라이닝의 하중의 분담을 요하기 때문에 장기강도와 내구성 측면에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 이에 따라 숏크리트의 성능항상을 위한 고로슬래그 미분말의 분말도에 특성을 평가하고자한다. 고로슬래그 미분말을 분말도에 따라 혼입한 숏크리트는 분말도가 높아질수록 미세공극의 충진으로 인한 초기의 강도가 향상되는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며, 분말도가 높을수록 장기재령에서도 강도가 더 좋은 결과를 나타내는 것을 확인 할 수 있다.
