The purpose of study is this that is, to find out whether there is any profit for children's behavior in pro-social Learning Activity, and to find out whether specially combined behavior with 2 groups of Learning Activity is rather good for increasing efficiency of Pro-social Behavior. The subject of this study were 160 children's ages full 5 and 6 years old of a certain kindergarten in Taegu, Korea, and dept-riding on "An Examination-standard" by LEE, Hye-ju, an examination was done an each 15 kindergarteners being selected into 4 groups from among 60 Kindergarteners by a random sampling method. In order to distinguish between the experiment group & the control group among the collected data, an analysis of one way ANOVA was practised by a preliminary inspecting mark system, and also in order to find out a difference between the experiment group and some other conditions after the experiment disposition, the analysis of monistic alteration and scheff's inspection were practised by a postmark system. The conclusion eventually obtained from this study is as follows; 1. Pro-social Learning Activity had an effect on promoting Pro-social Behavior, that is, TV Watching Activity, TV Watching & Role Playing Activity and Role Playing Activity etc. were very effective to promote: Pro-social Behavior. 2. It was confirmed that comparing with other activities, TV Watching & Role Playing Activity Group among the three Learning Activities were the most effective educational method.
Biorefinery of microalgae biomass for liquid biofuel production

Microalgae are a potential feedstock for biofuel production due to their advantages such as high level accumulation of lipid and carbohydrate. In this study, a sequential and integrated production of liquid biofuels such as biodiesel, bioethanol and bio-oil from microalgae was performed. Biodiesel were synthesized by a two-step procedure of dimethyl carbonate-based lipid extraction from microalgae and biotransformation of these lipids to biodiesel by lipase. In the second step, lipid-extracted residual biomass containing 60 % carbohydrate per dry cell weight was used as the feedstock for producing bioethanol via fermentation with yeast. In the last step, the residual biomass converted to bio-oil through pyrolysis. Microalgae-based pyrolysis liquids were separated into two phases with the top organic phase called bio-oil. Major microalgae components were successfully utilized for production of various biofuels.

This study is who before acquire license come in for stress are intended for 14 people male and female before or after to foot reflex-massage in physiological change such as, body temperature, blood pressure, blood velocity and Electroencephalography(EEG) variation. The results of the survey for pre test-post test affirmative clause grade is up, unfaithful clause grade is down. Body temperature is decrease 0.4℃ after foot reflex-massage, blood pressure is reduced together an average in systole and diastole and be found out very high significance. In blood velocity a rise together be found out very high significance too. In EEG upward absolute α wave in channel 5,6,7 the rest channel is reduced, in relative α wave all of channel is reduced out of channel 4, so be found out very high significance. In SEF-90 all of channel is rise and found out very high significance. in view of the results maintenance and increase for health recognize to necessary foot reflex-massage for relaxation of body. 본 연구는 국가고시를 앞두고 스트레스를 받고 있는 남・녀 대학생14명을 대상으로 발반사마사지 전과 발 반사마사지 후의 생리학적 변화 즉, 체온, 혈압, 혈류속도 그리고 뇌파변화에 대하여 알아보았다. 발 반사마사지 전・후 설문의 결과에서 긍정적인 항목의 점수가 향상되었으며, 부정적인 항목에서는 점수가 감소하였다. 체온은 발 반사마사지 전・후에서 약 0.4℃ 정도 감소하였으며, 혈압은 수축기와 이완기의 평균 혈압 값이 같이 감소하였으며 매우 높은 유의성이 나타났다. 혈류속도에서도 수축기, 이완기 모두 상승하여 매우 높은 유의성이 나타났다. 뇌파영역에서는 절대 α파의 Channel 5,6,7값은 상승하였고 나머지의 Channel들은 감소하였으며 상대 α파에서는 Channel 4를 제외한 모든 Channel이 감소하였으며 매우 높은 유의성이 나타났다. SEF-90에서는 모든 Channel이 상승하였고 매우 높은 유의성이 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 건강을 유지 증진하기 위해서는 인체를 적절히 이완시킬 수 있는 발 반사마사지가 스트레스 관리 방법이 필요하다는 것을 알 수 있다.
