오늘날의 우리 사회는 인터넷의 빠른 보급과 전자상거래 시장의 급변으로 인하여 온라인 소비패턴에 많은 변화가 생겼다. 이 변화는 온라인 게임에서도 다양한 소비패턴으로 나타나고 있다. 온라인 게임 시장이 꾸준하게 성장하고 있는 반면, 온라인 마켓을 통한 실물재화 구매 관련된 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있으나, 온라인 게임 내 아이템 구매와 관련된 연구는 활발히 이루어 지고 있지 않은 상황이다. 더욱이 빌링 시스템의 품질 정도가 사용자 만족도를 결합시킨 소비자 구매 행태에 연구는 거의 없는 것과 같다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 온라인 게임에서의 빌링 시스템 품질을 시스템 신뢰성, 응답성, 편리성으로 구분하여 온라인 게임에서 게임아이템 등의 온라인 상품등에 지불행위를 하는 소비자들에게 지각 되는 빌링 시스템 풀질이 소비자들의 사용자 만족도와 재구매 의도에 영향이 있는지 여부를 분석함으로써 온라인 게임의 산업 및 온라인 결제시장 부흥에 도움이 되도록 이바지하고자 한다. 이러한 연구목적을 살펴보기 위하여 설문지를 통해 자료를 수집했고, 설문조사는 온라인 게임 사이트에서 빌링 시스템을 통해 아이템을 구매한 경험이 있는 20-40대를 대상으로 실시하였으며, 구글 독스를 이용하여 온라인 설문을 받아 유효한 250부를 최종적인 분석 자료로 사용하였다. 자료는 SPSS 통계 프로그램을 사용하였으며, 요인분석, 신뢰성 분석, 다중회귀분석 등으로 분석하였다. Today active variations have been observed in online consumption pattern, resulted from rapid dissemination of internet and dynamic changes in e-commerce market. Among these variations, online game is a representative type of change in consumption pattern due to the development of internet. Considering that online game market continuously grows every year and that there are already large body of studies done on purchase of goods through online market, little analysis and research have been devoted to purchase of item in online games. Moreover, almost no research has been done for effect of billing system quality on consumer purchase behavior combined with the user satisfaction. Therefore, this study classifies billing system quality in online game into reliability, responsiveness and convenience to analyze influence of billing system quality recognized by consumers purchasing online commodities such as game item on user satisfaction and repurchase intention, ultimately contributing improvement of online game industry and online payment market. To fulfil this goal, a survey is conducted for online game users in their twenties to forties who have an experience of item purchase through billing system of online game web site. Google Docs is utilized as online survey tool to obtain 250 effective results for final analysis. SPSS statistical program is used for Factor Analysis, Reliability Analysis and Multiple Regression Analysis. As a result, this study is an advanced research considering the effect of billing system quality with user satisfaction in using domestic online game on practical intention of repurchase. This study systematically theorizes the concept of online game and conveys an important message to online game makers and large game portals that the quality of billing system influences user satisfaction and repurchase intention.

유머스피치 커뮤니케이션 교육 활용 방안 연구

유머는 인간이 다른 인간에게 호감과 인정을 받기 위한 가장 중요한 도구이며, 점점 개인의 매력이 중요시되는 현 트렌드에서 매력적인 사람이 되는 조건이 되고 있다. 사람들에게 인기를 끌고 좋은 인간관계를 얻기 위해서는 유머가 필수 조건이다. 즉 유머가 있는 대화는 인간관계를 원활하게 하는 윤활유 역할을 하며 사회 전반적인 분위기를 유쾌하게 하는데도 큰 도움이 된다. 이러한 맥락에서 유머를 활용한 스피치 교육을 체계적으로 정리할 필요성이 제기된다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제제기를 바탕으로 현재 유머를 활용한 스피치 교육을 수강 중인 연구 참여자들을 대상으로 심층인터뷰를 실시하였다. 이를 통해 유머를 활용한 스피치 교육의 효율성을 제고시킬 수 있는 방안을 도출하고 이를 학문적으로 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위한 연구문제는 다음의 3개 이다. 연구문제 1. 유머스피치 교육에 참여하는 사람들은 어떠한 계기에 의해 유머 스피치교육을 받게 되며 유머스피치에 대한 생각은 어떠한가? 연구문제 2. 유머를 활용한 스피치 교육은 수강생에게 어떠한 영향을 주는가? 연구문제 3. 유머를 활용한 스피치 교육의 효율을 높이기 위한 바람직한 방향은 무엇인가? 분석결과 연구문제 1의 경우 연구참여자들은 유머스피치를 자기계발의 하나로서 참여하였고, 유머감각의 향상을 통해서 업무의 효율성의 제고 및 일상생활에서의 유쾌함을 유지하려고 노력하고 있었다. 이러한 논의를 실용적으로 적용하여 스피치 교육 현장에서 학생들에게 보다 다양하고 전문적인 유머텍스트를 구성해야 할 것이다. 나아가 자기계발이 필수적인 현대인들에게 자기계발의 위한 도구로써 적용시킬 필요가 있다. 연구문제 2의 경우 연구참여자 들은 유머스피치 교육에 참여하고 나서 대체적으로 자신감과 유머감각이 향상되었다. 이를 토대로 유머스피치 교육은 개인에게 종합적인 커뮤니케이션 능력을 제고해주는 유익한 프로그램으로 고려 할 필요가 있다. 연구문제 3의 경우 수강생들에게 제공되는 유머텍스트의 개별사례들이 사람들에 따라 다른 웃음을 유발한다. 또한 동일한 웃음을 제공하는 상황이 사람에 따라 유머가 발생하지 않는다. 따라서 웃음에 대한 개별적이고 풍부한 사례를 개발하는 것이 유머스피치 교육에 있어서 상당히 중요한 부분이라고 분석된다. Humor is considered the most important tool which helps one favored and accepted by another, and has becomes an indispensable condition for an individual to become attractive in the today's trend in which personal charming is gradually regarded as important. Humor is requisite for enchanting others and maintaining a good relationship with them. In other words, a dialogue with humor serves as a lubricant which facilitates human relations, helping the general atmosphere of a society be pleasant. In light of this, it is necessary that speech education using humor should be systemized. In consequence, this study was based on in-depth interviews with the students who were taking the class of speech education using humor. This study aims to derive practical methods to raise the efficiency of speech education using humor and to utilize them in an academic manner. To fulfill the objectives, three subjects were intensively studied. Subject 1: What motivates the students to take the course of humorous speeches and what opinion do they have on humorous speeches? Subject 2: How does the speech education using humor affect the students? Subject 3: What should the speech education using humor lead to for its optimum efficiency? The analysis of Subject 1 shows that the students participated in the course of humorous speeches as part of self-development, and that they strive not only to keep up the jovial atmosphere in their routine but also to raise the efficiency at work through the improved sense of humor. Such aspiration should be put into practice and more diverse and professional texts should be made available for students in the educational fields. Furthermore, speech education with humor needs to be applied to modern people for whom self-development is requisite as a consequential tool. The analysis of Subject 2 reveals that, as a whole, the participants have come by improved self-confidence and an ameliorated sense of humor since they took part in the course of humorous speeches. Based on this analysis, the speech education using humor needs to be considered a beneficial program which helps individuals raise their comprehensive communicative skills. The analysis of Subject 3 discloses that each case of humor texts provided for students creates different laughs, depending on individuals. In addition, the analysis shows that the impact of humor differs in individuals though the texts are expected to render a similar laugh. Consequently, it is analyzed that developing individual and abundant cases regarding laugh plays a significant role in the speech education using humor.

株式會社의 分割은 하나의 회사의 營業을 둘 이상으로 分離하고 분리된 영업재산을 기본으로 하여 회사를 新設하거나 다른 회사에 合倂시키는 組織法的 行爲를 말한다. 회사분할의 法的性質은 회사의 영업을 분리하여 그 주체인 法人格을 달리하는 동시에 분할되는 영업에 상응하여 會社의 柱式所有關係를 分離하는 會社法的 法律事實이다. 이러한 주식회사의 분할은 經營의 安定化와 效率化를 도모하고, 위험도가 높은 사업부문을 母企業으로부터 分離함으로써 危險負擔의 範圍를 限定하고, 企業間 競爭이 과도한 경우를 이를 解消하는 방편이 되기도 하며, 영업성적이 불량한 사업부분이 있는 경우 그로 인한 缺損擴大를 遮斷할 수 있는 등의 유용성이 있다. 현행 상법상 會社分割의 方法으로는 크게 單純分割, 分割合倂, 物的分割이 있으며 그 밖에 안분비례형분할과 비안분비례형분할, 교차분할과 동종분할이 있다. 한편, 단순분할은 다시 소멸분할, 존속분할로 나누어지고, 분할합병은 다시 소멸분할합병, 존속분할합병, 흡수분할합병, 신설분할합병으로 나누어진다./현행상법상 주식회사의 분할은 株式會社에 한해서만 인정되고 있으나 人的會社의 경우에도 구성원상호간의 신뢰가 무너진 경우 회사분할의 필요성이 인정되고, 有限會社의 경우에도 物的會社라는 측면에서 구성원에 있어서 주식회사와 큰 차이는 없는 점을 고려한다면 會社分割을 인정해야 할 것이다./상법은 주주총회의 分割承認決議는 特別決議에 의하도록 함으로써 합병승인결의와 균형을 맞추고 있다. 다만 분할회사의 주주에게 按分比例的으로 株式을 配分하는 경우라면 주주의 이익이 침해될 우려가 없다는 점과 企業

유전자 알고리즘을 이용한 멀티콥터 무인기용 수소저장용기의 중량 최적화에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 수소연료전지 시스템에서 연료를 저장하는 2, 3 및 6 리터 용량의 수소저장용기에 대하여 최적설계를 수행하였다. 최적설계 조건은 67.5 MPa의 파열압력에서 파손이 발생하지 않으며, 이때 수소 저장용기의 무게가 최소가 되도록 설정하였다. 최적화 방법은 전역적 최적화에 보다 적합한 메커니즘을 가지고 있는 유전자 알고리즘을 사용하였으며, 설계변수로 복합재료의 헬리컬 층과 후프 층의 적층 각도와 두께를 사용하였다. 파손은 Tsai-Wu 파손이론을 이용한 유한요소해석을 통해 검증하였다. 그리고 최적화된 수소저장용기와 상용 제품의 중량을 비교하였으며, 6 리터 용량의 수소저장용 기에서 약 12.59%의 중량이 감소됨을 확인하였다. 추가로 수소저장용기의 중량 감소에 따른 비행성능 향상을 확인하기 위해 제자리 비행시간을 계산하였으며, 6 리터 용량의 최적화한 수소저장용기를 적용한 경우 상용 제품과 비교하여 제자리 비행시간이 약 17.69% 증가함을 확인하였다.

In 2022, the number of deaths from accidents in the construction industry is 341, the highest among domestic industries, accounting for 53% of the total number of industrial accident deaths of 644. From January 2022, the Act on the Punishment of Serious Accidents, which strengthens the responsibility of business owners and managers, came into effect. Under the ?Industrial Safety and Health Act?, occupational safety and health management expenses have clear standards for appropriation, such as differentiating the application rate according to the type of construction and target amount. However, the Construction Technology Promotion Act does not specify the detailed appropriation standards for safety management expenses. This situation can bring confusion to the construction site and is directly related to safety. Therefore, this study was conducted because it was necessary to prepare a plan to improve the safety management cost standard. This study analyzes the standards for reflecting various costs related to safety management costs of LH, a representative construction company, and analyzes the current status of actual use of 50 complex development projects to study safety management cost standards improvement plans. This study analyzes the start and completion details of the completed project, the initial and current (at the time of investigation) safety management cost accounting for the LH Complex Development Corporation. The establishment of detailed standards for safety management expenses is an active response to the government's industrial safety policies, such as the Act on the Punishment of Serious Accidents. Through this study, it is believed that domestic construction safety and quality improvement can be induced.

차세대 국방정보통신망 발전방향 및 구축방안 연구

It is "the concept of sharing battlefield situations while making an integrated and effective combat power by connecting many combating factors of the battlefield" which is the concept of NCW (Network Centric Warfare). The outlook of future warfare is showing an effect centered operation by performing multiple multidimensional simultaneous operations through acquisition of predominance in information rather than a victory by predominant combating power based on advance technology. In order to make this possible, the network of entire battlefield for acquisition of information-commanding decision-strike is necessary. On the other hand, the mainstream of current communication services aremoving from the voice service using IDM technology to the internet service using Data (Ethernet) technology. It is already a well known fact that the traffic for data has outrun the voice traffic and since 2000's, the development trend of commercial information communication is developing with an objective of establishing the integrated network of next generation in order to evolve individual networks such as broadcasting as an IP based integrated network structure in addition to combining the existing voice telephone with the internet. Even in case of communication network for foreign military, they are promoting development of a separate core technology and improvement of strategic communication network along with active reflection of commercial information communication technology in order to establish an expandable communication infrastructure in which the survival ability, reliability and connectivity are secured enabling acquisition, unity and sharing of information are possible in various battlefield environment in order to acquire predominance in information, Therefore, the development objective of national defense information communication network is at guaranteeing superhigh speed and circulation of data to enable transmission of multimedia information according to the request of combatant at the battlefield, integration of various individual networks for improving the efficiency of band and to develop the strategic communication system for guaranteeing field adaptability to become more high speed and crowded to secure mobility and survival ability. In this thesis, the requirements of current information communication network on future warfare followed by change of war performance concept has been clarified, the operation status by national defense information communication network system which is currently established and operated and then clarified its problems to present national defense information communication network development objective as well as the establishment plan and plan for application of commercial technology. The organization of this thesis has dealt with information communication requirements followed by change of war performance concept in chapter 2 and dealt withtechnological trend of commercial information communication network in chapter 3. Especially, the possibility of implementing transmission network in which the MSPP (MultiService Provisioning Platform) becomes the core and its advantage has been analyzed in order to provide a communication environment which is able to provide any services requested by the user by having advantage of (BcN : Broadband Convergence Network ) and flexibility of services at a diversified national defense information communication network by escaping from the limited services of the past. Through the reality analysis of military information communication network in chapter 4, the development objective as well as establishment plan and technological application of national defense information communication network has been presented in chapter 5 and this thesis has ended with conclusion of chapter 6.

益心健腦湯이 고콜레스테롤 식이로 유발된 흰쥐의 고지혈증 및 항산화활성에 미치는 영향

Artherosclerosis have been increasing in aging society, especially the major cause of artherocsclerosis "Hyperlipidemia" can lead to circulatory system diseases, obesity, diabetes mellitus and the more, so it is what needs to prevent and treatment. Iksimgeonnoe-Tang(IGT) is prescribed for hyperlipidemia in clinical medicine, also IGT has antioxidant activity. But the effect of IGT on hyperlipidemia and antioxidant activity was not well known. This study was designed to investigate the effect of cytotoxicity, liver and kidney function. Also I observed the change of body weight, weight of liver, cholesterol, triglyceride, glucose, albumin, globulin, lipid peroxidation and antioxidant activity of liver tissue, cholesterol gene revelation control efficiency. The results of this Study were obtained as follows ; 1. AST, ALT, ALP, Creatinine, Uric acid were decreased significantly by IGT. 2. Total-cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, Triglyceride were decreased significantly by IGT. 3. HDL-cholesterol was increased significantly by IGT. 4. Albumin was increased and Globulin was decreased significantly by IGT. 5. Lipid peroxidation, SOD and catalase of liver tissue were decreased significantly by IGT. 6. Gene revelation of ACAT and HMG CoA reductase in hepatic tissue were decreased significantly by IGT. 7. The tissue of liver and aorta were controled defect by IGT on histologic study. 최근 우리나라에서는 경제 발달과 생활수준 향상으로 인해 질병 양상과 사망원인의 많은 변화가 일어났는데, 통계청이 발표한 “2009년 사망원인통계 결과”에 따르면 사망원인의 첫 번째가 암이며, 그 다음이 뇌혈관 질환과 심혈관계 질환으로 과거 1980년도에 비해 혈관 질환의 비중이 높게 차지함을 알 수 있다1,2,3. 채식을 주로 하던 식습관에서 근래 급격한 식생활의 서구화로 인해 순환기 질환이 점차 증가하고 있으며4,5, 그 중 고혈압, 허혈성 심장질환, 혈관 질환 등 동맥경화성 질환의 발생빈도가 크게 늘어나고 있기에6 동맥경화를 예방하는 것은 의의가 크다고 할 수 있다. 동맥경화증의 원인으로는 고지혈증, 고혈압, 비만, 흡연, 당뇨병 등이 있는데7, 그 중 고지혈증은 동맥경화증의 가장 중요한 원인9으로 혈중 콜레스테롤이나 중성지방이 많은 고콜레스테롤혈증, 고중성지방혈증을 지칭하며 지질의 농도가 비정상적으로 상승된 상태를 말한다8,9. 따라서 동맥경화 예방을 위해서는 고지혈증의 예방과 적절한 치료가 필요하다. 고지혈증은 실제 뚜렷한 자각증상이 없기 때문에 진단에 어려움이 있는데 임상에선 주로 혈액검사에 의거하여 진단한다10. 2002년 제정된 한국인의 고지혈증 치료지침에 의하면 총콜레스테롤(Total chol.)의 경우 240 ㎎/㎗ 이상, 중성지방(TG)의 경우 200 ㎎/㎗ 이상, 저밀도지단백 콜레스테롤(LDL)의 경우 160 ㎎/㎗ 이상으로 제시하고 있다11. 치료에 있어서는 식이요법으로 동물성 지방 섭취를 제한하는 것이 기본인데 목표는 포화지방산과 콜레스테롤 섭취를 줄이고, 칼로리 제한과 신체활동을 통한 에너지 균형을 유지하는 것이다6,12. 최근 statin 계열의 약물13, Fibrate14, Niacin515, 오메가-3 지방산16 등의 약물요법도 많이 시행되고 있다. 한의학적으로 고지혈증은 肥胖, 氣滯, 痰阻, 痰濁, 血瘀 등에 속하며, 肝腎漸虧, 脾失健運, 過食肥甘厚味 등의 원인으로 생긴다17,18. 고지혈증에 관한 한의학적 연구가 많이 진행되어 왔는데, 鹿茸19, 薑黃20, 枳實21 등의 단일약제가 미치는 영향 혹은 加味地黃湯22, 加味防風通聖散23, 柴苓湯24 등의 처방에 관한 실험적 연구, 列缺, 蠡溝25 등의 침치료, 豊隆, 陰陵泉에 대한 약침26이 미치는 영향 등에서 고지혈증에 유의성 있는 효과가 있는 것으로 밝혀져 있다. 心血管科專病中醫臨床診治에 나온 益心健腦湯27은 임상에서 고지혈증 치료제로 널리 쓰이고 있는데 아직 그에 대한 실험적 효과가 밝혀진 바가 없다. 이에 저자는 益甚健腦湯 추출물이 고지혈증 및 항산화에 미치는 영향을 실험적으로 규명하기 위하여 고콜레스테롤 식이로 유발시킨 고지혈증 흰쥐에게 미치는 영향을 살펴본 바 유의성 있는 결과를 얻었기에 보고하는 바이다.
