An analysis method of electromagnetic coupling through an arbitrarily shaped aperture on the upper wall of parallel-plate waveguide, when excited by an electromagnetic plane wave from outside, is considered. The mixed-potential integral equation, in which Green's functions are expressed in a computationally efficient closed form by using the Prony's method and the Sommerfeld identity, is formulated. Expanding the unknown equivalent magnetic surface current in terms of two-dimensional rooftop-type basis functions and choosing razor testing, the integral equation is reduced to a linear algebraic equation, which is solved. The results are compared with the previous results. Fairly good agreements between them are observed.

대구지역 여대생의 거주형태에 따른 식사 행동과 영양소 섭취 및 질적 상태에 관한 연구

This is an analysis of the dietary behavior, nutrient intake status and INQ(Index of nutritional quality) of 129 college women according to their residences in the Daegu area. The average height and weight were 160.0 cm and 54.5 kg respectively. Diet intake data were obtained by using the 24-hour recall method to evaluate the usual diet of the subjects. The energy intake of the group, living alone was higher than that of living a roommate and living at home. Ca, Fe, Zn and folate intakes were low in all the groups. The composition rate of carbohydrate, protein and fat for energy intake was 58.9 : 15.5 : 25.6 in living alone, 59.9 : 15.1 : 25.0 in living with a roommate and 61.2 : 15.5 : 23.3 in living at home, compared with the preferred of 65 : 15 : 20. The group living alone showed significantly better mean adequacy ratio(MAR, 0.7) than the other groups (p<0.05). The group living with a roommate showed significantly better INQ in vitamin $B_6$ (p<0.01) and Fe (p<0.05) than the other groups did In conclusion, this study indicates that nutrient intake in college women in Daegu is considerably lower than the RDA values. Furthermore the group living alone showed better dietary behavior and nutrient intake status than the other groups. A nutrition education program for college women is necessary.

The purpose of this study was to search for a mixture of stevioside and sucrose, the sweetness of which in soft drink such as cocoa and ginger tea were almost equal the sweetness of commomly used 7% sucrose in the drinks. Results obtained by the present experiment were as fellows: 1) Mixture of 50% stevioside 40mg (0.04%) (A) and 2.0% sucrose, 95% stevioside 40mg (0.04%) (B) and 1.0% sucrose, and 50% and 95% stevioside 60mg (0.06%) (A,B) respectively, the sweetness of which in ginger tea corresponded to that of reference in the drink. 2) Mixture of 50% stevioside 40mg (0.04%) (A) and 2.0% sucrose, 95% stevioside 20mg (0.02%) (B) and 2.0% sucrose, and 50% stevioside 40-60mg (0.04-0.06%) (A) and 95% stevioside 40-60mg (0.04-0.05%) (B), the sweetness of which in cocoa is equal to that of standard sucrose in the drink. 3) The mixture contains low energe, and also the after-taste of stevioside was not detected in the above drinks.

대구지역 여대생의 영양소 섭취 상태가 체성분 및 골밀도에 미치는 영향

Body content bone mined density and nutrient intake status of 129 college women in Daegu area are analyze4 The mean age was 23.1 years. Bone mineral density was measured in their right heel by SONOST-2000 ultrasound bone densitometer, and nutrient intake was assessed by a Questionnaire. Diet intake data were obtained by using a 24 hours recall method to evaluate the subject's usual diet. The average energy, Ca, Ee, Zn and folate intakes were 64.2, 47.5, 54.7, 62.9 and $57.4\%$ of RDA, respectively. Ca/P and Ca/Protein ratio were 0.46 and 6.7, respectively. The mean adequacy ratio(MAR), an index of overall dietary quality wag 0.6. The index of nutritional quality was under 1.0 for protein(0.7), vitamin A(0.9), E(0.7), $B_1(0.8)$, niacin(0.8), $B_6(0.6)$ and phosphorus(0.6). The less the protein and energy intake, the less the bone mineral density(p<0.05). The intakes of protein(p<0.05) and that of phosphorus(p<0.001) were positively correlated with bone quality index(BQI). The calcium intake was positively correlated with Z-score(p<0.05). The phosphorus intake was positively correlated with T-score(p<0.001) and Z-score(p<0.0001). In conclusion, this study indicates that nutrient intake of the college women is considerably lower than the RDA. Also the BQI is lower than standard.

The effects of pesticides on fishes and water in the Nonsan County were investigated. Since organic phosphate and carbamate pesticides act as poisons by inhibiting the neurotransmitter modulating enzyme acetylcholinesterase(AChE) in the nervous system, poisoning of fishes was diagnosed by measuring brain AChE activity of fishes collected from the different places of Nonsan river. Fishes(Zaco Platypus) from upstream have higher brain AChE activities to show less exposure to pesticides than those from midstream or downstream. Fishes not exposed to pesticides, Carassius, have much higher brain AChE activity than those from Nonsan river. Drinking water from wells near the rice field showed the presence of AChE inhibitors, presumably by the leakage of pesticides from the rice field. Rice field water right after the application of pesticides showed significant inhibition of AChE activity. These results show that AChE assay is a convenient, sensitive, and reliable method for measuring pesticides pollution in certain areas.

1. In the present experiment, necrotic myocarditis were produced only in suckling mice but also in weanlings or young adult mice by intraperitoneal inoculation with the Tyzzer's organism KK of cat origin, whereas the organism MSK from the mouse was not capable of producing such lesions. 2. Significant difference in pathogenicity for 1-to 6-week-old mice was demonstrable between the two organisms after intraperitoneal inoculation without cortisone.

새로운 형태의 Closed-Form 그린함수의 유도를 위한 근사 경로의 최적선택

Based upon three level approximation and the steepest descent path(SDP) method, we consider an optimum choice of approximation path for derivation of new class of closed-flrm Green's functions which can lead to the analytic evaluation of MoM(Method of Moment) matrix elements. It is observed that the present method can give more accurate evaluation of the spatial Green's functions than the previous method, even without the advance investigation of the spectral functions, over a wide frequency range. In order to check the validity of the present method, some numerical results are presented.
