1920-30년대 韓國 歷史小說에서의 木蘭 형상

The reason why we are worthy of notice on the texts which was written in 1920-30 in Korea based on the Chinese character “Mulan”(「Mulanshi(木蘭詩)」)- such as 『Giingisalok』 『Ilsayusa』 「Bunang」 『Byungjaimjinlok』- is that they had reflected the spirit and culture of the age and cultivated important cultural domains- especially the social status of women in modern Korean society. Women’s participation and contributions in the March 1 movement which played an important role in the efforts for the independence of Korea multi-cultural aspects caused the publication of female heroic novels in which women should challenge to acquire new life through the overcoming of pain and gained the improved women’s social status. These texts had chosen motif of mulan’s male attire, participation in a war on behalf of he father, changed her name as ‘Bunang’ and put her into the stage of Korean history - Lee-Guwal’ riot. The keypoint we should focus is thant insead of Chung-Chungshin who was the real hero of history, Bunang’s heroic aspects like the bravery, resource, brightness and challenge spirit as a woman had been magnified. In the 1920∼30 colonial era which could be classified as a part of Korea history of the patriotism and cultural enlightenment that people tried to maintain the traditional Korean values and ethnic characteristics, Moklan had been evolved its cultural images by adaptation of the atmosphere of the Japan colonial era based on the popular intimacy, the character as a minority woman, the ethical sensitivity and free love as well as the interests to a woman in male attire.

실크단백질 효소 가수분해물이 OLETF Rat의 혈당, 혈중 인슐린과 렙틴분비에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 누에고치를 가수분해하여 얻은 실크단백질 효소 가수분해물이 비만형 당뇨병 모델인 OLETF 쥐의 당뇨병 개선에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 27주령의 OLETF 쥐를 당뇨대조군과 실크단백질 효소 가수분해물 0.5%, 0.8% 섭취군으로 나누어 19주 동안 음수로 섭취시켰다. 19주 동안 실험동물의 체중, 식이 섭취량, 음수 섭취량을 측정하고, 매주 2회씩 비공복과 공복 혈당변화를 관찰하였으며, 19주 후 모든 동물을 희생시킨 후 혈액을 채취하여 혈청지질과 인슐린 및 렙틴의 농도를 분석하였다. 당뇨대조군의 체중은 실크단백질 효소 가수분해물 섭취군에 비해 크게 감소하는 경향을 보였고, 총 콜레스테롤은 농도 의존적으로 그 수치가 낮아지는 경향을 보였으나 유의적 차이는 없었다. 또한 중성지질이나 HDL-cholesterol 함량 변화에도 큰 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 실크단백질 효소 가수분해물 섭취군은 대조군에 비하여 혈당 상승이 유의적으로 억제되었다. 17주 후 내당능 측정결과 실크단백질 효소 가수분해물 섭취군의 최고 혈당치가 농도 의존적으로 낮게 나타나는 경향을 보였으며 회복도 빨랐다. 인슐린과 렙틴은 농도 의존적으로 증가하였으며, 유의적인 차이를 보였다. 실크단백질 효소 가수분해물의 섭취는 인슐린과 렙틴의 대사에 관여하여 혈당상승을 억제하는 것으로 사료된다. This study was performed to investigate the effect of silk protein hydrolysates hydrolyzed by protease on blood glucose level, serum insulin and leptin secretion in the OLETF rats. Twenty seven week-old-male OLETF rats were divided in three groups: diabetic control, 0.5% and 0.8% silk protein hydrolysates groups that were fed daily for 19 weeks. Body weight increased in the 0.5% and 0.8% silk protein hydrolysates fed groups compared with diabetic control group. Food and water intake were not different among diabetic and silk protein hydrolysates groups. In random state, the blood glucose levels in silk protein hydrolysates fed groups were lower than diabetic control group; however, the blood glucose in the three groups were not different in fasting state. Also silk protein hydrolysates improved the glucose tolerance in OLETF rat. The silk protein hydrolysates did not influence serum lipids while serum insulin and leptin levels were increased in the experimental OLETF rats. These results suggested that the administration of silk protein hydrolysates solution reduced significantly (p<0.05) an increasing rate of blood glucose level by stimulating the insulin secretion and increasing the serum leptin level.

주성분분석(PCA)기반 포유류의 얼굴 비율 연구 - 인간과 동물 20종을 중심으로

This study was conducted on the face ratio of mammals. It can also be applied to character automation by checking factors about the difference between animal and human face shapes. This paper used the face and face area data generated for Deep Learning learning. In detail, the proportion factors of the area comprising the faces of 20 species of animals and humans were defined and the average ratio was calculated. Next, the proportion of each animal was analyzed using the Principal Component Analysis (PCA). Through this, we would like to propose the golden ratio of mammals.

폴리쉬 사용으로 인한 네일 변색에 관한 연구

Due to rapid growth of nail art industry, various materials and expression tools are have been developed. Increasing number of consumers favor diverse nail art techniques including painting and artificial tips in addition to basic care such as cuticle trimming or coloring. Accordingly, the diversity of polish colors has been settled as a concept of total fashion in addition to the clothes and accessories. As the result, nails may be damaged or discolored. A study the nail discoloration by using polish was purposed that contribute to the development of nail protective products. The tests were conducted with 20 college students for six months from March 3 to Aug. 28, 2009, using digital camera as the measurement apparatus. The students were classified into two groups which applied bright polish (white, beige, pink series) and dark polish (purple, blue, black series), and then divided into the groups applied and not applied the base coat which is known to be effective in preventing nail discoloration, and the groups applied and not applied tonic. The students applied polish for one week, and removed the polish with remover and photographed to examine the degree of nail discoloration. Dark colored polished resulted in earlier coloration and discoloration than the bright colored ones. Base coat could prevent coloration and the color changes of hyponychium and eponychium were lighter than the cases not applied with base coat. Tonic could delay coloration and reduced the color changes of hyponychium showing that tonic was effective for preventing coloration and discoloration of nail in addition to nutrition.

The reason why we are worthy of notice on 〈The Women warrior〉 which was written based on the Chinese character “Mulan”(〈Mulanshi(木蘭詩)〉) in minority discourse is that it has cultivated important cultural domains in modern society in which subject and discourse of minority have been raised and America society which has multiethnic and multicultural aspects. Mythical heroine named Mulan suggested that minority women should challenge to acquire new life through the overcoming of pain, which assured that minorities had ability and potential power. Due to the unique literary characteristics and tendencies of Mulan, it propounded the social messages such as femininity, ethnicity, sociality, popularity entertaining, and convoyed them to the public, moreover to build the unique literary domain. That kind of qualities were combined with her feature of minority and created a synergy effect. It was incredibly inspired that Mulan as a social minority icon who was belonging to equestrian culture and nomadic tribes not a part of Confucian culture was realized a person who could not only resolve conflicts and but also as an ideological leader who drove newly positive life as well. Ultimately Mulan declared to assimilate into the America mainstream society, acknowledged herself as a main body of culture who can construct new culture area, reached full growth as a capable person who can change society and culture, and became qualified as a guard who can alert the sovereign majority.

Mulan-its story and images- which was reproduced in popular novels in the latter part of Chosun dynasty and Chung era reflected general cultural atmosphere of the age and aspect of reaction of popular reading behavior, and was a pragmatic example to identify the relation between readers and socio-cultural connection of literary work. Even though Mulan contained almost same motif, it was totally reproduced and changed its internal symbolism after 18 century due to Korea and China cultural variety and expansion of reader’s class. The text of Mulan story which was reproduced in Chosun dynasty as an enlightening heroine and in Chung as a beauty or transcendent female fighter showed the readers of those days transferred to proactive participants of reading activity and critical cultural authority, not as a passive recipient. We could assure from China and Korea culture that readers as a proactive participants could take crucial position in socio-culture as a 2nd creator for social change and cultural evolution.

교육과정 이전의 재봉 교과서의 교육 내용에 관한 고찰

Textbook were used for the secondary home economics education in South Korea. According to the educational guidebook, students’ practice hours were supposed to be 1 hour per week for the first grade students and two hours per week for the second and third grades. Jaebong Textbook teaches measurement, sewing method, western clothing patterns and Korean traditional costume patterns. 1) Measurements in Jaebong Textbook are designed specifically for western clothing. Furthermore, measurement areas for children and ladies’ outfits are illustrated through pictures suggesting the standard measurements. 2) Sewing method focuses on explaining sewing techniques used in Korean traditional costume as well as details on seam. 3) Western clothing patterns for children and ladies’ outfits are diverse. Among descriptions on western clothing, 61.5% were about children outfits, 30.7% were about ladies outfits, and only 0.8% were about gentlemen’s outfit. This implies western clothing of ladies and children’s outfits were encouraged to improve efficiency and activity at that time. 4) Korean costume chapters for men and women consist of diverse clothing patterns, cutting and sewing using illustrations.
