        대학 팀 기반 프로젝트 학습에서 팀 구성방식이 학습결과에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of the team composition on the learning outcomes in the team based project learning. Participants in the study were surveyed the knowledge level and individual personality in the team learning. Based on the result of the pre survey, the students were organized into three teams; knowledge level based team composition, personality based team composition, knowledge level and personality mixed team composition. The last team was student selected team. The end of the class achievement, awareness of team learning, satisfaction, interest and participation were measured individually. And team efficacy, interpersonal understanding, proactivity in problem solving were also surveyed. The results are following. In the aspect of achievement and team learning awareness, there were significant differences among team compositions. Particularly, personality based team were more effective than other team compositions. In other way, student selected team was ineffective in the achievement and awareness of the team learning. In the learning-satisfaction, there were significant difference among team compositions but there were no significant differences among team compositions in the learning interest and participation as well. To consider the effectiveness of team activity(team efficacy, interpersonal understanding, proactivity in problem solving) knowledge level and personality mixed team composition was more effective than other team compositions. Based on the result, the team composition that are based on the various students characters such as gender, achievement, personality, learning style and awareness level are suggested for the success of the team based learning in university. 본 연구의 목적은 팀 기반 프로젝트 학습에서 팀 구성방식이 학습결과에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보는 것이다. 연구문제를 해결하기 위해 대학생들을 대상으로 전공 지식과 성격검사를 실시하였고 이를 기준으로 4가지 유형의 팀을 구성하였다. 1팀은 전공지식 수준이 다양한 팀으로 구성하고 2팀은 성격 유형이 다양한 팀으로 구성하 였으며 3팀은 성격유형과 전공지식 수준이 다양한 혼합 팀이며 4팀은 학습자 자율 적인 팀으로 구성하였다. 15주간의 수업이후 팀 구성방식별 학습효과를 측정하기 위 해 전공지식, 팀 학습인식, 학습만족도, 학습흥미 및 학습 참여도를 조사하였으며 팀 활동 수준으로 측정하기 위해 팀 효능감, 대인관계의 이해, 문제해결의 적극성을 조 사분석하였다. 연구결과 성격에 의한 팀 구성방식이 다른 팀에 비해 전공지식과 팀 학습인식에서 효과적으로 나타났고 학생 자율에 의한 팀 구성방식이 상대적으로 비 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 팀 활동 수준을 알아보기 위한 팀 효능감, 대인관계 이 해, 문제해결의 적극성에서는 전공지식과 성격 혼합 팀 구성방식이 다른 팀 구성방 식에 비해 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 기반으로 팀 기반 프로젝트 학 습 수행에 있어서 팀을 구성하고자 할 때는 학생 자율적으로 팀을 구성하기 보다는 학습자 성격이나 다른 학습자 특성을 고려하여 팀을 구성하는 것이 성공적인 팀 기 반 프로젝트 학습으로의 확률을 높이는 방안이라 제안할 수 있다.

      • Escherichia coli M1 RNA 유전자의 전사 종결

        Escherichia coli RNase P의 RNA 성분인 M1 RNA를 코드하는 유전자에 연속적으로 존재하는 종결제 T1, T2, T3의 효율을 측정하였다. 이를 위하여 M1 RNA 유전자의 3'-부분에 있는 염기배열을 차례로 결실시키고, 결실된 염기배열을 갖는 M1 RNA 유전자를 Gal K 발현 벡타인 pKO100에 클로닝하여 갈락토키나제 활성도를 측정하였다. 주된 종결반응은 첫번째 종결제인 T1에서 94%의 효율로 일어났으며, 세 개의 종결제가 모두 존재할 때는 거의 100% 효율로 종결되었다. 또한 이러한 종결제를 통과하여 전사된 RNA가 가지는 ORF (open reading frame)들에서 만들어 질 수 있는 폴리펩티드에 대해서도 검토하였다. The serially deleted sequences of the M1 RNA gene were cloned into GalK expression vector pK0100 and relative galactokinase activities were measured. The major termination occurred at the first terminator, T1, and three terminators all together functioned with almost 100% efficiency. Biosynthesis of the polypeptides encoded by readthrough transcripts from the terminators was also discussed.

        대장균 rnpA 돌연변이를 보완작용할 수 있는 Brevibacterium albidum 염색체 부위의 특성

        The chromosomal region containing the gene capable of complementing the E. coli rnpA mutation was obtained from genomic DNA of Brevibacterium albidum. The selection procedure was based on the formation of an enzymatically functional hybrid RNase P enzyme by heterologous gene products in E. coli. Unlike the E. coli rnpB gene, the B. albidum DNA region on a multicopy plasmid did not complement the E. coli rnpB mutation. The deletion analysis indicates that the rnpA-complementing activity resides in the 2.75 kb region.

        한국 전통건축과 랜드스케이프 건축에 나타난 생태학적 특성

        The main aim of this research is centered on the relation between nature and humans, and is to study the ecological characteristics appearing both in Landscape Architecture, one of the currents of ecological architecture as the architectural solution on the relation between humans and nature, and in our traditional architecture. Through this study, we were able to see that our traditional architecture was influenced by our ancestor's view of nature, and that the foremost feature of our ancestor's view of nature on our traditional architecture is not conflicting with nature, but, instead it is complying with it through seeking harmony with nature. Also we could see that our ancestor's view of nature is similar to Landscape Architecture having come to the fore toward the tendency of modern ecological paradigm in that it is the representation seeking the organic view of nature pursuing the oneness among artificial structure, humans, and nature. That is, we could figure out that various ecological features appearing in modem Landscape Architecture had been represented for a long long time, in a natural fashion, In the manner of space makeup in our traditional architecture. This is the characteristic of our ecological thinking system understanding nature and humans at the same context, and it has come down not only to our everyday living but to the manner of architectural solutions as well. Through this research, we could reconsider the modern value of ecological architecture inherent in our traditional architecture.

        마우스복강비만세포에서 프로테아제 발현 표현형의 조직 의존적 변화

        To examine the fate of the injected peritoneal mast cells (PMCs), we injected PMCs (500 or $10^5$) derived from WBB6F1-green fluorescent protein(GFP) mice into stomach wall of $WBB6F1-W/W^v$ mice. When 500 PMCs were injected, the proportion of alcian blue $(AB)^+$ mast cells to $GFP^+$ mast cells in the muscle was 25.0% on day 1, but decreased to 0.9% on day 7. Then, it increased to 98.2% on day 35. In contrast,$GFP^+$ mast cells in the mucosa were not detectable on day 1, 3, and 7 after injection. On day 35, the proportion of $AB^+$ mast cells to $GFP^+$ mast cells in the mucosa was 97.0%. When $10^5$ PMCs were injected, the proportion of $AB^+$ mast cells to $GFP^+$ mast cells in the muscle was more than 88.2%, and that in the mucosa was more than 86.3% from day 1 through 35 after injection. These results indicated that percentage of degranulation on day 1, 3, 7, 14 after injection of 500 PMCs was significantly higher than that after injection of $10^5$ PMCs. Futhermore, when 500 PMCs were injected, protease expression phenotypes of PMCs changed from day 14 after injection. When $10^5$ PMCs were injected, protease expression phenotype of PMCs did not change after injection. Such degranulated PMCs may acquire the new phenotype and adapt the new tissue.

        들뢰즈의 "주름 : Le Pli"을 통해 본 바로크 건축의 특성

        The primary object of this study lies in reilluminating the meaning of the Baroque, through studying arts and architecture by means of the features of Baroque aesthetics suggested by Deleuze in his writing 'Le Pli' on the basis of Leibniz's 'Pli' concept. Through this study we can see the following. In the first place, the six features - pli, separation between the inner and the exterior, highs and lows, unfolding, texture and paradigm presented as the features of Baroque aesthetics - have to be understood not as being independent features but as those derived from a series of continuous process of folding and unfolding. In the second place, Deleuze's thinking ranging from the 'Pli' of the Baroque to the paradigm derived on the ground of Leibniz thinking is a dynamic world of folding and unfolding, ultimately seeking unity through the topological changes and succession repeating deterritorization and reterritorization. In the third place, most architectural trends claiming 'Fold Architect' or the 'Pli' of Deleuze as their architectural philosophy are committing errors of mass-producing standardized designs by confining the meaning of Deleuze's 'Pli' concept into a simple reproduction of plied superficial things. With this finding in mind, the concept of folding and unfolding examined through reilluminating the Baroque Architecture where the 'Pli' concept is embodied, suggests to us that the problems of contemporary architecture should be rightened, and shows us that it can become an architectural philosophy which can be concretely realized in architecture.

        합성 올리고데옥시뉴클레오타이드의 피부투과

        Antisense phosphorothioate oligodeoxynucleotide(PS-ODN) against $TGF-{\beta}$ was developed as scar formation inhibitor. The scar was caused collagen deposition due to overexpression of $TGF-{\beta}$ in wounded skin. The percutaneous absorption of partially modified PS-ODN(25 mer) was investigated for the purpose of its effective delivery. Though PS-ODN has high molecular weight (MW=8,000) and polyanionic charge, it was permeated through skin. The skin permeation of PS-ODN was markedly increased by the removal of stratum corneum and dermis. Moreover, the skin permeation of PS-ODN was decreased in the following order; hairless mouse skin>rat skin>human cadaver skin. Thus, PS-ODN represents a logical candidate for further evalution due to the potential for delivery into the wounded skin.
