저소득층 장애위험 유아의 발달특성 및 교사교육 프로그램에 대한 유아교사 인식 연구

본 연구는 저소득층 장애위험 유아의 발달특성과 교사교육 프로그램에 대한 유아교사의 인식 조사를 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 대전·대구·부산 지역의 어린이집 및 유치원에서 근무하는 만 3-5세 담당유아교사 228명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 후 장애위험 유아 교육경험이 있는 교사와 없는 교사 집단으로 구분하여 수집된 자료를 분석하였다. 이에 따른 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 소외계층 장애위험 유아의 발달 특성으로 이상하고 돌출된 행동을 보인다고 인식한 응답(41.2%)이 가장 높게 나타났으며 또래 유아들보다 중점을 두어야할 발달 영역에서는 사회-정서적 발달이 64.9%로 가장 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 저소득층 장애위험 유아를 위한 교사교육 프로그램의 필요성에 대해서 필요하다고 응답한 교사가 71.5%에 해당하였으며, 프로그램의 주요내용으로 의사소통 훈련과 적응행동 향상 훈련의 필요성에 대해 각각 36.8%의 응답을 나타냈다. 또한, 프로그램의 실행에 있어서 대그룹과 소그룹을 혼용하고 영상과 토론을 함께 사용하며 한 학기에 1-2번 실행하여 총 5-10시간 정도로 제공하는 것을 가장 적합하게 인식하였다. 셋째, 장애위험 유아 교육경험이 있는 교사는 전체교사의 53.1%에 해당하였으며, 장애위험 유아 교육경험이 있는 교사와 없는 교사간의 유의미한 차이는 교사의 교육경력 정도와 중점을 두어야할 발달 영역 인식에서 차이를 나타냈다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 소외계층 장애위험 유아를 위한 교사교육 프로그램 개발 및 실행을 위한 논의점과 제언을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to examine how the use of Any applies to the aspect of realization for the politeness strategy. In order to make a functional analysis of use of Any, I have reviewed the politeness rules and strategies in discourse. Based on these observations, it is argued that 'Free Choice any' should be considered as an expression of being polite in particular social context. Therefore, this paper proceeds as the followings: (1) I examine the case in which Any has a politeness feature in the field of pragmatics. (2) I also examine the case in which Any is relevant to the politeness strategies. (3) I suggest the case in which Any can be applied to the politeness strategies.

스마트 에너지 시스템의 안정성 보장을 위한 블록체인 기술 분석

최근 블록체인(blockchain) 기술은 최근에 10대 전략 기술의 하나로 부각되고 있으며 다양한 분야에서 채택되고 있다. 그러나 이 기술을 사용하는 금전 거래(transaction)나 암호화폐(cryptocurrencies) 및 디지털 상품거래서에서는 안정성을 보장하는 응용 프로그램이 중요한 요소로 작용한다. 블록체인 기술을 스마트 에너지 시스템에 적용하는 것은 아직 연구가 시작단계이다. 특히 스마트 에너지 시스템에서의 블록체인의 응용은 물리적 자산(physical assets)과 밀접한 관계가 있어 블록체인 응용 프로그램은 보다 신뢰성을 보장해야 이득을 기대할 수 있다. 스마트 에너지 시스템에서 블록체인의 응용은 에너지 블록체인(energy blockchain)이라는 용어로 전력 거래 시장과 관련이 깊다. 본 논문은 스마트 에너지 분야에서 블록체인 기술의 응용 기술과 사례에 대해 통찰력 있는 시각을 제시해 스마트 에너지 시스템에서 안정성을 보장하기 위한 블록체인의 유망한 기술적 측면을 명확히 제시한다. Recent advancements have positioned blockchain technology as one of the top 10 strategic technologies, increasingly embraced across various sectors. However, ensuring stability in applications for financial transactions, cryptocurrencies, and digital asset exchanges utilizing this technology remains pivotal. The application of blockchain in smart energy systems is still in its nascent research phase. Particularly in smart energy systems, leveraging blockchain necessitates a close tie to physical assets for ensuring reliability and reaping benefits. Within smart energy systems, the application of blockchain, often referred to as energy blockchain, intricately links with the energy market. This paper provides insightful perspectives on the applied technology and case studies of blockchain in the realm of smart energy, distinctly outlining promising technical facets that ensure stability within smart energy systems through blockchain.

The Nationality Act of South Korea grants its citizens with multi-citizenship through birth or adoption the freedom of opting out of Korean nationality. For male citizens facing mandatory military service, however, there are restrictions banning the opt-out until the end of their service. On the other hand, for those who acquired foreign citizenship by choice automatically lose their Korean nationality and are made exempt from military obligations as a consequence. This discrepancy stems from the concerns against the spread of multi-citizenship among its people. Underlying these concerns is the negative public sentiment against those using their dual status as a way out of military obligations. A deeper look into the current laws and decrees on military draft unveils that this sentiment is overblown and baseless. Contrary to popular notion, it is by legally extending the multiple citizenship that we can retain the human resources for military service and restra in those seeking foreign nationality to avoid the service. From a survey conducted with adequate information on relevant laws, majority of respondents affirmed the need for banning the opt-out for those who acquired foreign citizenship by choice. This can be done by allowing more opportunities for multi-citizenship instead of reducing them.

항염증조절을 통한 금은화-감초 복합 추출물의 DSS 유도 궤양성 대장염 완화 효과

Objectives The purpose of this study is to investigate the anti-inflammatory effect of Lonicera Japonica-Glycyrrhiza Uralensis decoction extracts (LGE) on ulcerative colitis in children and adolescents. Methods Colitis was induced by DSS (Dextran Sulfate Sodium) in C57BL/6 mice. The sample mice were divided into group of four. The mice in the control group were not inflammation-induced. The control group was composed of untreated ulcerative colitis elicited mice. The mice in the experimental group were administered with Pentasa and another experimental group mice were treated with LGE after colitis elicitation. The effects on ulcerative colitis were evaluated by the morphological changes of colonic mucosa, decrease in the effect of pro-inflammatory cytokines ($TNF-{\alpha}$ and $NF-{\kappa}B$) and inflammatory cytokines (iNOS and COX-2) in the mucosa. Results LGE showed protective effects in DSS induced ulcerative colitis. LGE inhibited shortening of colon length and relieved the hemorrhagic erosion in colonic mucosa. LGE decreased pro-inflammatory cytokines ($TNF-{\alpha}$ and $NF-{\kappa}B$) and inflammatory cytokines (iNOS and COX-2). According to the GC/MS analysis, N-methyl pyrrolidone (NMP) was identified. Conclusions The result shows the clinical efficacy of LGE and demonstrates possible treatment options for ulcerative colitis. Further investigations for biological activity and chemical analysis of LGE will be needed.
