객체지향 데이타베이스 스키마의 구조적 일관성 유지를 위한 스키마 진화 모델

본 논문에서는 객체지향 데이타베이스의 스키마 변동 연산시 발생하는 스키마의 구조적인 문제들을 총체적으로 해결하기 위한 기본 틀을 제안한다. 객체지향 스키마에 대한 정확한 이해가 부족한 상태에서의 스키마 변동연산은 데이타베이스의 상태에 문제점을 야기할 수 있다. 스키마 변동시에 상하위 클래스간에 IS-A 관계를 유지하는 것은 정확한 질의 모델을 정의하기 위해 매우 중요한 문제이지만 기존의 모델에서는 유지하지 못하는 경우가 있는 것이 일례이다. 본 논문에서는 클래스간의 서브타입 관계를 재정의하고 속성간의 연관성을 파악하기 위해 속성간의 의미적 연관성을 정의한다. 속성간의 의미적 연관성은 속성의 도메인과 이름 그리고 근원 관계를 이용하여 정의된다. 이를 바탕으로 상위클래스에 정의된 속성을 하위클래스에서 상세화해서 계승받을 때, 이들 속성간의 연관성을 유지시켜주는 근원 속성, 파생 속성, 속성 파생 계층(ADH: Attribute Derivation Hierarchy)등을 정의한다. 이러한 개념들을 종합하여 스키마의 구조적 일관성을 정의하였고, 이를 이용하여 스키마의 구조적 일관성을 유지하는 스키마 변동 연산을 정의하였다. It proposes the basic framework for structural problems of schema when schema changes in object-oriented database. Without concrete knowledge of object-oriented database schema, schema change may result in undesirable status of database. Although maintaining IS-A relationship between super-class and sub-class is very important for defining concrete query model but there are a few models support it. In this article, it defines the subtype relation between classes and defines a semantic relation between attributes. The semantic relation between attributes is defined by using attributes domains and their origins. The origin attributes, inherited attributes and attribute derivation hierarchy(ADH) are defined based upon the semantic relations and they are used to maintain the relationship between the inherited attributes and the origin attributes. On the view of synthesizing these concepts, it defines structural consistency of schema and the schema change operations to guarantee structural consistency in schema evolution.

N/A Ultrastructurai Study of Fixed Drug Eruption Ai Young Lee, M.D., Yoo Shin Lee, M.D. Department of Dermatology, College of Medicine, Seoul National University Hospital Seoul, Korea Although patch test responses and histopathology of fixed drug eruption and allergic contact dermatitis are similar, the former recurrs persistently at the same site. The pathogenesis of this site predilection remains to be clarified. The purpose of this study was to examine ultrastructurally healed and active sites of fixed drug eruption. Degenerative changes of keratinocytes, which showed aggregation of tonofilaments, increment of electron density, decrement of nuclear size and irregular condensation of chromatin, were observed in asymptomatic lesions above 1 month after attacks as well as in active lesions. The changed keratinocytes usually attached to lymphocytes and Langerhans cells in both active and healed lesions. The ultrastructrual difference between active and healed lesions lay mainly in the extent and degree to be changed. In the provocation, changed keratinocytes with lymphocytes and Langerhans cells appeared earlier than macrophages. Langerhans cells and lymphocytes seemed to be pulled from dermis to epidermis in active and provoked lesions, and to play a role in the pathogenesis. (Kor J Dermatol 29(4) : 466-470, 1991)

흡입에 의하여 분리된 백반증 환자 수포 표피의 광학 및 전자 현미경 관찰

Suction is a useful tool for separation of epidermis from dermis in vivo. With appropriate suction pressures and durations applied, cellular damage of the separated epidermis can reduce, This study was performed to examine the appropriste suction pressures and durations in the lhsional and normal skin of four vitiligo patients who wanted to take epidermal autograft. The suction pressures and durations for making the blisters of similar morphology were different according to person. Microscopic changes in the blisters of similar morphology were not very different, and suction of 200 to 250 mmHg for 2 to 3 hours with a 2cm diametered suction cup was considered to be acceptable. Obvious damage to keratinocytes and diminish of melanacyte number were observed with much more powerful and longer suction such as suction of 350 to 400 mmHg for 3 to 4 hours. The level of dermo-epidermal separation was between basal cell membrane.

오랫동안 객체 지향 데이타 베이스 시스템에 대한 연구가 지속되어 왔으나, 멤버함수의 수정이나 스키망의 변동을 실시간에 수행하려는 노력이 거의 없었다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 동적인 기능을 고려한 데이타 모델을 설계하고 이를 기반으로 구현중인 객체관리 시스템을 소개한다. 구현중인 객체 관리기는 컴파일언어인 C++를 이용하면서도 재컴파일없이 스키마 변동이 가능하며 멤버함수나 트리거등을 수정할 수 있다.

온천수의 아토피피부염 치료효과에 대한 예비임상연구

Background: Spa has been applied for the alleviation of atopic dermatitis (AD), but there have been few studies on the efficacy and safety of hot spring sea water therapy. Objective: This study aimed to clarify the conditions which have adequate efficacy and safety of hot spring sea water therapy for the treatment of AD. Method: Twenty-eight patients with AD who had mild to moderate symptoms were enrolled and divided into 14 groups according to bathing frequencies, temperatures, durations, and kinds of water. Bathing frequency was 2, 3 or 7 times a week. Temperature was 37˚C or 40˚C, and duration was 15 or 30 minutes. Twelve groups took a bath in hot spring sea water obtained from an island in Korea, 1 group took a bath in salt water and 1 took a bath in tap water. We assessed o-SCORAD index at baseline and every week for 4 weeks. In addition, colony counts of S. aureus were evaluated at baseline and at the last visit. Result: The 3 times-a-week/37˚C/15 minute and twice-a-week/37˚C/30 minute groups showed the largest and continuous decline in o-SCORAD index. The index was also slightly decreased in the salt and tap water groups. The colony counts of S. aureus did not show significant changes after bathing. Conclusion: This pilot study shows the possibility that hot spring sea water therapy might be an efficacious and safe treatment option for treating AD. However, the precise mechanism should be elucidated through further studies. (Korean J Asthma Allergy Clin Immunol 2011;31:124-130)

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of these para-amino- benzoate, benzophenone and cinnamate sunscreens in the same base(cream) and the effect of concentration on sun protection with three different concentrations(2 5%, 5. 0% and 7. 5%.). Twenty-one normal healthy Korean-men, majority(2. 5%) of whom have skin type iv or v, were applied to their untanned back with above prepared nine different sunscreens and calculated individual sun protection factor (SPF) of these different sunscreens. The study was performed to measure and compare the peripheral blood T cell and T subsets in normal controls and psoriatic patients. Thirty-two normal controls and fift:en psoriatic patients were subjected to the study and the percentages and the rati vs of peripheral blood T cell and T subsets were measured. The results were as follows: 1. Mean percentages of peripheral blood lymphocytes reactive with OKT3 monoclonal antibody in psoriatic patients were 72. 8+-8. 2%, They decreased significantl) as compared with these in control group(76, 6- i-4. 7%). Mc an percentages of peripheral blood lymphocytes reactive with OKT4 monoclonal antibody in psoriatic patients were 47. 3+6, 7p;. They increased as compared with these in control group(46. 5+-3. 9p;), but the increase was insignificant. 3.
