          간호학생의 임상실습 스트레스 영향요인

          This descriptive study was done to identify factors that influence stress related to clinical practice for nursing students. Methods: Structured questionnaires were used to collect data from 278 students from two nursing colleges located in G metropolitan city and one nursing college in C region. Results: The factors that most influenced stress for the nursing students during their clinical practice were critical thinking disposition, clinical competence, year, and gender. Especially, the result showed that higher critical thinking disposition and clinical competence correlated with lower stress in clinical practice. Conclusion: The results indicate that improving nursing students` critical thinking ability and clinical competence would help to relieve stress during clinical practice and increase the ability to cope with stress efficiently. The development of a variety of teaching and learning strategies and education in both theoretical and clinical practice education would be necessary to achieve this goal.

          The major therapeutic human serum albumin was purified into three batches by cold ethanol precipitation method and albumin were studied for the stability. In storage over 39 months, the pH of albumin was slowly acidified from pH 7.0 to pH 6.8. The turbidity was not changed. However, the heme content in albumin was progressively increased with time in storage. Therefore, the color of albumin changed after 1-year of storage. The polymer and aggregates was investigated by HPLC techniques. The HPLC analysis are compared with the polymerization. The polymer form of albumin was increased during storage after the preparation. It is suggested that the denaturation of albumin is not dependent in temperature but dependent increased in fatty acids during storage. The results passed all the internal specifications at the albumin during the tentative expiration.

          Home Economics, as a practical subject. Is adjustable for the open education in that it can be raised the decision-making and problem-solving ability and creativity, Generally it has not been common to find open education methods in upper-middle school and it could hardly be found the materials or teaching plans except some limited subareas in Home Economics subject. This study was to develop a teaching plan of open education in the area of 'Family Resources Usage and Management' for the junior high school students by mixed using an application model of the cooperative learning method and discussion method and the practical problem solving model. The procedures of this study were as follows; First, the statement of practical problems according to the practical problem-solving model. Second, the suggestion of general aims and learning targets. Third, the implementation the contents of detailed lesson. At this point, the practical problems are supposed to be discussed by the unit of small groups and are supposed to be solved by the application model of 'cooperative learning method and discussion method', Reseachers followed above steps for the development of teaching plan. And then, fourth, a secondary school teacher checked the developed teaching plan focused on the suitability of practical lessons. Fifth, the checked points were supplemented and final teaching plan were made. It is desirable that to develop teaching plans for open education can be effective collaborated working project between professors for developing program by using the various teaching methods, and secondary school teachers for checking suitability of program by teaching their students. In addition, it is expected that the consistent and equalized education can be possible through obtaining and sharing necessary materials and related articles among teams.
