괴저고름피부증과 유사한 임상 양상을 보인 비강형 NK/T-세포 림프종 1예

NK/T-cell lymphoma is rare type of lymphoproliferative disorder, but it is clinically aggressive with a poor prognosis. The World Health Organization (WHO) classified mature NK cell neoplasms into extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma nasal type and aggressive NK cell leukemia. NK/T-cell lymphoma is characterized by a strong association with Epstein-Barr virus (EBV), and when it involved the skin, the lesions clinically appear as deep nodules, infiltrative plaques and ulcerative plaques. We herein report on a case of the nasal type of extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma that showed the immunophenotype of CD20?, CD56+ and CD45RO+, and it was positive on in situ hybridization for EBV. Our case was characterized by the clinical resemblance with pyoderma gangrenosum and this malady generally displays chronic painful ulcer and necrotic lesions. (Korean J Dermatol 2009;47(6):732∼735)
핸드볼 슈팅 특성에 따른 골키퍼 방어율 분석: 2019 여자 핸드볼 세계선수권 대회 자료를 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 시간의 흐름, 슈팅 유형 등의 환경적 요소를 고려하여 승패로 구분된 집단 간 핸드볼 골키퍼 방어율에 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴보는데 있다. 2019년 일본에서 열린 여자핸드볼세계선수권대회 91경기에 출전한 전체 골키퍼를 대상으로 승패집단에 따른 슈팅 시간, 슈팅 유형별 골키퍼의 방어율 차이검증을 위해 반복측정 이원배치 분산분석을 이용하였다. 승패집단 간 골키퍼 방어율의 차이는 시간의 흐름에 영향을 받았는데, 특히, 경쟁요소가 극대화되는 전반전 종반부(승리팀: 26.9%, 패배팀: 18.9%)와 후반전 종반부(승리팀: 31%, 패배팀: 17%)에서 가장 큰 차이를 나타냈다. 반면, 승패집단 간 골키퍼 방어율의 차이는 슈팅 유형에 영향을 받지 않았으며, 7m(13.8%), 속공(15.3%), 돌파(15.3%) 슈팅에서의 방어율에 비해 6m(24.4%), 9m(29.6%), 윙슛(29.9%)에서의 방어율이 상대적으로 높게 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 골키퍼 방어율의 환경적 요소와 패턴에 기초해 훈련의 초점을 시간과 위치에 맞춰 설정할 필요성을 밝혀냈으며, 향후 진행될 유사연구에서는 자료의 범위를 넓히고, 골키퍼 방어율에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 다양한 변수 간 상관성에 기반 한 분석이 이루어져야 한다고 사료된다. The purpose of this study is to identify factors that affect the intergroup handball goalkeeper"s defensive ratio, which is divided into wins and losses, taking into account the flow of time, environmental factors of the type of shooting. goalkeeper’s who played in 91 games except for five draws at the 2019 Women"s Handball World Championships in Japan, the team used a 2-way ANOVA of repeat measurements to verify the difference in the goalkeeper"s defensive ratio by type of shooting. The difference in goalkeeper defensive ratio between winning and losing groups was influenced by the passage of time, especially at the end of the first half (26.9% for winning team, 18.9% for losing team) and the end of the second half (31% for winning team, 17% for losing team). In addition, the difference in goalkeeper defensive ratio between winning and losing groups was not affected by the type of shooting, with relatively higher defensive ratio in 6m shots (24.4%), 9m shots (29.6%), and wingshots (29.9%) compared to 7m shots(13.8%), fast break (15.3%), Breakthroughs (15.3%). Based on the environmental factors and patterns of goalkeeper defensive ratio, the need to focus training on time and location, and similar studies in the future should broaden the scope of data and analyze correlations among various variables that can affect goalkeeper defensive ratio.

In general, the electrochemical treatments, organic materials by oxidation and reduction on electrode surfaces, are regarded as simpler and faster processes for removal of pollutants compared to other wastewater treatments. In this study, The removal of Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) of Wasted Soluble Cutting Fluids was investigated using electrochemical treatment Aluminium (Al) as electrode. Experiments were conducted to examine the effects of current density, the concentration of supporting electrolyte (NaCl, Na<sub>2</sub>SO<sub>4</sub>) on removal efficiency. Experimental data in relation to current density and concentration of electrolyte are outlined. As a result of analyzing the COD removal efficiency according to the current density without electrolyte addition, the final removal rates were 48.33% (40 A/㎡), 65.63% (60 A/㎡) and 78.28% (80 A/㎡). As the current density increased, the COD removal rate increased. When adding electrolytes in all current density conditions, the removal rate was increased. however, Compared with before and after electrolyte addition, NaCl addition increased the average removal rate by 7.86% and Na<sub>2</sub>SO<sub>4</sub> increased by 5.18%.

Prurigo pigmentosa is a rare dermatosis characterized by the sudden onset of pruritic erythematous papules that leave reticulated, mottled hyperpigmentation after healing. Prurigo pigmentosa is an unique inflammatory dermatosis that has distinctive phases of clinical and histopathological features. The cause is unknown. Skin lesions are symmetrically distributed on the neck, clavicular, chest and upper back area in young adults, predominantly women. This disease is endemically common in Japan but rarely seen in other countries (especially western). In Korean dermatologic literature, there are some reported cases of prurigo pigmentosa. We report the cases of 5 patients who were diagnosed as prurigo pigmentosa. (Korean J Dermatol 2008;46(5):690∼695)
도시화에 따른 공공공간의 지속가능한 디자인 유형에 관한 연구

Ever since the industrial revolution, large cities have become a field of new lifestyle and urbanization, causing climate change and environmental pollution. As a result, countermeasures for revolving these problems is needed. In addition, large cities in the information age have become a space where each nation executes its public policy to express the competitiveness of each city. In this study, countermeasures for the environmental crises caused by urbanization as well as the sustainable spatial designs for the cities are investigated as a new source of urban competitiveness, and the environmental aesthetics for designing public space is considered. The purpose of this study is to suggest a direction for sustainable designs and planning that is applicable to public space. According to the definition of sustainability, the items of the spatial implementation of ecological, economical and social sustainability are categorized. Based on this categorization, the sustainable designs of public space are classified into five types, and a comprehensive analysis of good public spaces from previous literature is conducted. The concepts of design and three elements--public space, sustainability, and their instrumental meanings, are integrated in this study. The significance of this study lies in the actual application of the classification to the planning and design of sustainable public space in cities, rather than being a conceptual classification.
