This paper proposes the virtual implementation of solar cell(VISC) for photovoltaic system, It is required to make operation condition of solar cell arrays where is the limit of time and space<br/> The main advantage of the simulator is its ability to simulate different types and sizes of arrays considering V-I characteristics of data sheet. The VISC with buck-boost converter can be used to study the short-term and long-term performances of PV cells, The simulator is a far more cost effective and reliable replacement for field and ,flight testing.

Water-Electrolyzed gas is a mixed gas of the constant volume ratio 2 ' 1 Hydrogen and Oxygen gained from electrolyzed water, and it has better characteristics in the field of economy, efficiency of energy, and environmental intimacy than acetylene gas and LPG used for existing gas welding equipment So studies of Water-Electrolyzed gas are activily in progress nowadays, and commercially used as a source of thermal energy for gas welding in the industry. The object of this paper is V-I feature of Hydrogen -Oxygen Gas Generator using DC source.

Shorted-turns can have significant effects on a generator and Its performance. Shorted-turn sensor for synchronous generator's field winding have been developed One of effective method detecting inter-turn short circuits on round rotor winding is a method using sensor detecting But the method needs duplicate design of sensor for characteristic change according to types and forms of generator Thus sensing skill without sensor depend on change of electric property in generator For the reason, this paper presents shorted-turns phenomenon and the characteristic analysis of shorted-turns 10 synchronous generator by using 2-D finite element method(FEM)
