이효석 소설에 나타나는 ‘능금’, ‘고향’, ‘모성’의 상관관계 연구

In this paper, the meaning of the correlation between ‘hometown’, ‘motherhood’ and ‘nunggeum’ in Lee Hyo-seok’s novel was revealed. In Lee Hyo-seok’s novel, ‘Nunggeum’ appears repeatedly and constructs a multi-layered meaning. The ‘present/absence’ of Neunggeum means ‘the paradise/lost’ and ‘mother’s arms/lost’. In addition, ‘Nunggeum’ implies a temporary liberation from the reality of the colonial country, a struggle for independence, a journey to find freedom, and a longing for socialism for human liberation. And ‘Nunggeum’ is a longing for ideology, sex, and nature, and it is an symbol of ideal world. Lee Hyo-seok’s birthplace is uncertain. However, it is certain that his birthplace is between Jinbu and Bongpyeong. Despite the geographical uncertainty, Lee's psychological and emotional hometown is Pyeongchang’s, which includes Jinbu and Bongpyeong. It is also questionable who Lee's birth mother is. Kang Hong-kyung is most likely not his birth mother, and it is likely that the person referred to as ‘Chungju-daek’ is his birth mother. Thus, Lee considers Gyeongseong to be his hometown and his mother-in-law as his mother. Lee Hyo-seok’s denial of his hometown is too strong. It is heading towards denial of parents. However, considering Gyeongseong and his mother-in-law, his denial of his hometown is thought to eventually lead to his mother, and his denial of his father likely served as a catalyst for it. It is not possible to clarify the specific cause of Lee's denial of his hometown, but it can be confirmed that he strongly denies his hometown, which is related to his parents, and ultimately to his motherhood. The relationship between Neunggeum and Gyeongseong is important in understanding Lee Hyo-seok’s literature, along with the place of birth, Gyeongseong's mother-in-law, birth mother, and hometown. For Lee Hyo-seok, Neunggeum is a symbol of nature and Gyeongseong. It's a subsitute for mother-in-law. Likewise, for Lee Hyo-seok, Neunggeum is a subsitute for his hometown and his mother. After all, Neunggeum is a subsitute of the lost hometown. What is very interesting, however, is that Neunggeum focuses on in Lee Hyo-seok’s novels, especially during the Gyeongseong period, and it disappears in his novels during Pyongyang. Lee Hyo-seok seems to have experienced some kind of mental trauma between his birth mother and Kang Hong-kyung, although the specific fact is unknown. While living at a family-in-law’s home in Gyeongseong, he relieves some of his childhood trauma, which is the result of his mother-in-law’s warm love. Thus, during the Pyongyang period, Lee Hyo-seok summoned his hometown, which was suppressed in his unconscious mind, and projected it into his work. At this time, he creates his masterpieces based on his hometown. It is his return to hometown.

The development of high-speed spindle have been studied extensively for micro machining in advanced industrial countries. The research of miniaturized high-speed air spindle is important part which needs for the micro machining process of high quality. So, This study was to carry out results about design characteristics of miniaturized high-speed air spindle. We had designed 4type turbines and shaft. They were simulated in use the computer simulation programs. We made them as products. They measured RPM (revolutions per minute). As a result of experiments, there was a contrast among 4type Turbines. it reached 384,000rpm in 4.5bar of air pressure. And, We tried to compare the results of measurement whit the results of computer simulation.

Purpose: To report a rare case of bilateral pseudotumor with a two-week rapid spontaneous regression Method: A 63-year-old man visited our clinic with a chief complaint of a headache and right ocular pain. An orbital computerized tomography (CT) scan revealed a roud mass with well-demarcated capsule-like boundaries located in the inferior part of both orbits. After a systemic evaluation to exclude a systemic malignancy, we performed excisional biopsy of the right orbital mass to make diagnosis. Result: The right orbital mass was not found at the time of surgery for an excisional biopsy. Instead, we took multiple small biopsies of orbital fat, inferior rectus muscle, and adjacent soft tissues. Histologic examination revealed a non-specific inflammatory reaction without the presence of tumor cells. There was a marked spontaneous regression of the mass in both orbits on an immediate follow-up orbital CT. The patient began steroid treatment for 12 weeks under the presumptive diagnosis of bilateral pseudotumor. There was no evidence of recurrence at the eight-month follow-up.

Purpose: The authors report a case of Rubinstein-Taybi syndrome with optic disc coloboma and chorioretinal coloboma. Case summary: A 17-month-old female infant was brought to our clinic presenting exodeviation in the right eye. On cycloplegic refraction, her refractive power was -5.50 D sph -2.50 D cyl axis 180° in the right eye and +0.50 D sph in the left eye. On ophthalmologic examination, exotropia of 60 prism diopters with no limitation of ocular movement was observed. Fundus examination showed optic disc coloboma and chorioretinal coloboma in the right eye. The patient’s physical characteristics were downward slanted palpebral fissures, long eyelashes, low set ears, and the thumb and the big toe were disproportionately broad. The patient also demonstrated delayed gait abilities. The clinical diagnosis of Rubinstein-Taybi syndrome was given. Conclusions: The authors report a child with Rubinstein-Taybi syndrome with optic disc coloboma and chorioretinal coloboma, the first to be reported in Korea. 골성 Bankart 병변

A growing number of people are enjoying sports activity with a rise in national income. In this current, many patients complain of traumatic shoulder dislocation and chronic instability with bony Bankart lesion. Computed tomography arthrography is good diagnostic modality for bony Bankart lesion. It is important to consider the patients' factors such as occupation, sports activity, size of preoperative glenoid bone loss before decision of treatment. As development of arthroscopic treatment, there is no significant difference in the result of bony Bankart repair between arthroscopic surgery and open surgery. However, open surgery should be considered for patients with preoperative glenoid bone loss more than 25% or in need of collision sports activity.

섬유성 골 이형성증이 골육종, 연골육종, 섬유육종 등으로 악성 변환을 하는 것은 매우 드무나 잘 알려져 있다. 악성 변화가 흔히 일어나는 부위는 두경부, 근위 대퇴골, 상완골, 골반골, 경골, 및 견갑골 순이다. 41세 다발성 섬유성 이형성증 환자가 상완골의 동통을 주소로 내원하였다. 방사선 상 상완골 간부의 골 팽윤 및 파괴를 보였다. 생검 상 저악성도의 연골육종으로 진단하여 변연부 절제를 하였으나 7개월 만에 근위부에서 국소 재발 후 재 절제한 표본은 연골아세포형 골육종으로 진단하였다. 다발성 섬유성 이형성증에서 속발한 연골아세포형 골육종을 저악성도 연골육종으로 오진하여 치료방침에 오류가 있었던 1례를 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

In this paper, it is assumed that a system is composed of an essential unit and a nonessential unit. During the running of the system, an essential unit is replaced at periodic replacement time T or at nth failure of essential unit whichever occurs first. Nonessential unit is replaced at its failure and at the replacement of essential unit. This paper derive optimal replacement period which minmises the total expected cost for replacement. The unimodality of totoal maintenance cost function is proved under the assumption that hazard rate of each component is continuous and monotone increasing failure rate(IFR). Based on this condition, it is shown that the optimal replacement period is finite and unique.

상한론의 '기기상충(其氣上衝)'과 '계지탕(桂枝湯)'에 대한 연구

In pathologically analyzing, 'Qi(氣)' is fall downed 'Zheng-Qi(正氣; Base energy of human body)' or 'Wai-Gan-Xie-Qi(外感邪氣; poisoned energy from outside of human body)'. And all extroverted symptoms from this 'Qi(氣)' is 'Shang-Chong(上衝)'. Also this symptom's basic mechanism is deficiency of 'Zhong-yang(中陽; basic active energy acting pivot)' by non-proper 'Xia-fa(下法; treatment way getting out focus to down side)' at early days of 'Tai-Yang-bing (太陽病; Primary stage symptoms when the cold energy of the outside tresspasses the external layer of body)'. And comparing herbs in medicines for treating 'Shang-Chong(上衝)' in Shang han lun with Japanese in Shang-han medical practitioner's view, there is 'Ping-Chong(平衝; Supress out bursting energy)''s effect when use 'Gui-zhi(桂枝; Cinnamomum cassia loureirii zeylanuicum)' for mass dosage. Based on these, 'Qi-Shang-Chong(氣上衝)' means all of the symptom's aspects which called 'Yang(陽)''s aspect that is extrovesity, dynamic and imminent by results of the experiment about Cinnamaldehyde which are the main ingredients of 'Gui-zhi(桂枝; Cinnamomum cassia loureirii zeylanuicum)' and clinical data of 'Gui-zhi-tang(桂枝湯)'.

해양환경 하에서 Ni-Cr계 자용성 합금 코팅된 ALBC3 합금의 캐비테이션 특성 평가

In this study, cavitation characteristics of a thermal spray coating were evaluated in order to improve durability and cavitation resistance. For a coating material, a Ni-based self-fluxing alloy was thermal-sprayed over a ALBC3 alloy substrate and subsequently modified by heat treatment.The resulted self-fluxing coating layer had relatively high hardness compared to the base material, and thus would be expected to exhibit good durability. However, the cavitation characteristics were deteriorated due to the intrinsic porous structure of the coating. Therefore, it is essential to optimize heat treatment condition during thermal spraying coating process for self-fluxing alloy, and in this research the increase in heat treatment temperature is thought to increase the fluidity of B and Si in the self-fluxing alloy and to remove pores or defects, leading to the characteristics enhancement.
