레이저 박리용 선형 빔 광학계의 빔 변환 모듈과 단축 형상에 대한 연구

본 논문은 디스플레이용 OLED의 제작 공정에 사용하는 레이저 박리(laser lift-off, LLO) 장비의 선형빔 광학계에 대한 연구로서, M²가 큰 레이저를 사용하는 경우, 단축의 선폭을 작게 만들면서 공정심도를 깊게 유지하기 위한 빔 변환 모듈(beam transformation unit, BTU)을 포함한 광학계에 대한 연구를 진행하였고, 단축 형상을 슈퍼 가우시안으로 만들 수 있는 방법과 flat-top 분포로 만들 수 있는 광섬유를 사용하는 빔 변환 방식에 대하여 제시하였다. This paper reports the study of the line-beam optical system of the laser lift-off (LLO) equipment used in the OLED manufacturing process. To obtain both a long process depth and a narrow width of the line beam, even with the poor M² value of the laser source, the research is focused on the optical system, including the beam transformation unit (BTU). We also propose optical configurations for the super-Gaussian distribution and the fiber-based BTU for the flat-top distribution.

청소년의 정보요구 해결을 위한 스마트폰 어플리케이션 이용행태

청소년들의 스마트폰 어플리케이션 이용이 증가함에 따라 이를 정보요구 해결에 활용하는 가능성이 높아졌다. 그렇지만 기존의 정보행태 연구에서는 정보원으로서의 스마트폰 어플리케이션에 대한 논의는 거의 없는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 청소년의 정보요구 해결을 위한 스마트폰 어플리케이션 이용행태를 조사하였다. 중, 고등학교에 재학 중인 학생 114명의 설문을 이용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 학생들은 스마트폰 어플리케이션에 대한 인식 및 이용률이 높았으며, 다양한 정보요구를 정보, 오락, 커뮤니케이션 어플리케이션을 활용하여 해결하고 있었다. 특히 정보요구 영역에 따라 사용하는 어플리케이션 유형의 선호도가 다른 것으로 나타났다. 또한 청소년들은 어플리케이션을 선정하는데 있어 무료, 쉬움, 개인정보 정책, 타인의 평가, 품질, 비영리단체, 디자인, 미디어 추천 등을 고려하고 있었다. 본 연구결과의 이론적 가치는 정보원으로서의 스마트폰 어플리케이션의 역할을 확인한 것이며, 실무적으로는 청소년을 위한 정보, 미디어, 모바일 활용능력 교육 프로그램 개발 및 어플리케이션 개선과 개발에 활용될 수 있을 것이다. The number of youth smartphone users has been increasing, and they use smartphone applications to satisfy their various types of information needs. Nevertheless, few researchers have addressed youth information behavior on applications. In this study, the author examined the application use behavior of youth in response to their work- and everyday life- information needs. The author collected 114 completed questionnaires from students enrolled in a middle school and a high school. The survey results show that participants' usage and perception of smartphone applications were high, and they were using information, entertainment, and communication applications to meet their information needs. In particular, their preference for application use differed by the type of information needs. Also, participants were considering cost, easiness, privacy policy, review, information quality, providers, interface design, and recommendation to choose applications. This study confirms the role of smartphone applications as an influential information source, and it also provides useful implications for educators and for application developers.

공공도서관 이용을 통한 사회자본 형성에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 공공도서관이 사회자본을 형성하는데 미치는 영향 및 사회자본의 형성에 있어 수행하는 역할 등을 공공도서관 이용자들을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 통해 실증적으로 살펴보았다. 분석 결과, 공공도서관의 이용은 주로 개인적인 정보활동 수준에서 이루어지고 있으며, 사회적인 수준에서 다른 사람들과의 상호 교류나 신뢰 형성으로 이어지지는 않는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만, 공공도서관에서 이루어지는 개인의 정보활동이 다른 사람들과의 정보의 공유나 의견 교환으로 연결되면, 이는 공공도서관을 매개로 한 사회적 관계의 형성을 가져올 수 있다는 점이 나타났으며, 도서관 이용자들을 사회적인 차원에서의 호혜적인 활동으로 유도할 수 있는 잠재성을 보이고 있다. 이러한 결과를 통해 보면, 공공도서관은 사회구성원들의 정보활동뿐만 아니라 사회자본의 형성이라는 사회적인 책무를 고려한 사회적 기관으로서의 기능을 보다 강화하기 위한 노력이 필요할 것으로 보인다. This study conducted a survey research in order to prove the influence of public libraries on the creation of social capital. The analysis showed that the use of public libraries is generally focusing on information activities on a personal level and it is not extended to establish social relationships or form social trust between people on social level. If the personal information activities in public libraries are expanded to share information and opinions with other people, however, it can establish social relationships across people mediated by public libraries. It also has the possibilities to induce library users to participate reciprocal activities on social level. As a result, the information activities in public libraries on personal level can be extended to social levels mediated by public libraries, which can affect the creation of social capital. Based on these results, public libraries need to consider the social responsibilities on creating social capital as well as supporting information activities of members of society.

문화자본 격차 해소를 위한 공공도서관의 역할

It is generally accepted that cultural capital is constructed through cultural environments that facilitate the cultural activities of individuals. Although public libraries foster the cultural environment and support various cultural activities, there is controversy about whether public libraries still affect the formation of cultural capital in the current evolved cultural environment. This research empirically verified the roles of public libraries in the formation of cultural capital by conducting a survey targeting public library users. As a result, public libraries as cultural institutions play an important role in providing opportunities to access and utilize cultural resources and to experience various cultural activities, which are connected to the formation of different types of cultural capital. In addition, public libraries function to close the cultural divide and social disparities by providing equal opportunities to construct cultural capital for community members.

인공지능 교육 기반 초등학교 수업 사례 분석

The purpose of this study is to present the direction of elementary school AI education by analyzing cases of classes related to AI education in actual school settings. For this purpose, 19 classes were collected as elementary school class cases based on AI education. According to the result of analyzing the class case, it was confirmed that the class was designed in a hybrid aspect of learning content and method using AI. As a result of analyzing the achievement standards and learning goals, action verbs related to memory, understanding, and application were found in 8 classes using AI from a tool perspective. When class was divided into introduction, development, and rearrangement stages, the AI education element appeared the most in the development stage. On the other hand, when looking at the ratio of learning content and learning method of AI education elements in the development stage, the learning time for approaching AI education as a learning method was overwhelmingly high. Based on this, the following implications were derived. First, when designing the curriculum for schools and grades, it should be designed to comprehensively deal with AI as a learning content and method. Second, to supplement the understanding of AI, in the short term, it is necessary to secure the number of hours in practical subjects or creative experience activities, and in the long term, it is necessary to secure information subjects. 본 연구의 목적은 실제 학교 현장에서 AI 교육과 관련된 수업들의 사례를 분석하여, 초등학교 AI 교육의 방향을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 AI 교육 기반의 초등학교 수업 사례로 19개의 수업을 수집하였다. 수업 사례를 분석한 결과에 따르면, AI를 학습내용과 방법의 혼합적 측면에서 수업을 설계하였음을 확인하였다. 성취기준과 학습목표를 분석한 결과, AI를 도구적 관점에서 활용한 8개 수업에서 기억, 이해, 적용에 관한 행동 동사가 발견되였다. 수업을 도입, 전개, 정리단계로 나누었을 때, AI 교육 요소는 전개 단계에서 가장 많이 나타났다. 한편 전개 단계에서 AI 교육 요소의 학습내용과 학습방법의 비율을 살펴보았을 때 학습방법으로 AI 교육을 접근하는 학습시간이 압도적으로 높았다. 이를 토대로 다음과 같은 시사점을 도출하였다. 첫째, 학교, 학년 교육과정을 설계할 때, 학습 내용과 방법으로의 AI를 포괄적으로 다룰 수 있도록 설계해야 한다. 둘째, AI에 대한 이해를 보완하기 위해 단기적으로는 실과 교과나 창의적 체험활동에서의 시수 확보가 요구되며, 장기적으로는 정보 교과의 확보가 필요하다.

마스터 데이터를 활용한 메타데이터 통합 프레임워크 구축

메타데이터 요소들 사이의 매핑에 기반한 현재의 메타데이터 상호운용성 접근방식이 지닌 한계를 극복하기 위해, 본 연구에서는 마스터 데이터를 활용한 메타데이터 상호운용성 접근방식을 제안하고 있다. 이는 메타데이터 요소가 아닌 요소의 값을 기준으로 동일한 값을 지니는 요소를 마스터 요소를 중심으로 통합하는 방식이다. 이를 위해 마스터 요소 프레임워크를 구축하여 메타데이터 요소들을 계층적인 형태로 의미적으로 통합하고, 이를 기반으로 메타데이터 레코드 사이의 상호연결을 확보함으로써 메타데이터 상호운용성을 확보할 수 있다. 이는 메타데이터 상호운용성을 확보하기 위한 대안적인 방법으로 활용될 수 있다. In order to overcome the problems of current approaches to metadata interoperability based on element mapping, this research proposed Master Element Framework that is an alternative approach to metadata interoperability. It is an approach to integrate metadata elements that have the same value, instead of direct mapping between similar elements. Master Element Framework is constructed to semantically integrate metadata elements in a hierarchical order and to interconnect between heterogeneous metadata standards. This approach is expected to be an alternative approach to metadata interoperability.

흐릿함 농도 평가기를 이용한 국부적 안개 제거 방법

안개는 매우 작은 물방울이 대기 중에 떠돌아다니는 국지적인 기상현상으로 지역에 따라 안개 양과 특성이 다를 수도 있다. 특히 이러한 안개로 인해 가시거리가 줄어들어 항공 교통 방해와 차량 교통사고를 유발할 수 있으며, 보안용 CCTV 등 의 화질을 저하시킨다. 따라서 최근 10년간 안개로 인한 피해를 줄이기 위해 안개제거 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 안개가 없을 경우, 안개가 고르게 분포한 경우, 그리고 안개가 국지적으로 다른 경우에 적응적으로 대응할 수 있도록 흐릿함 농도 평가기를 이용한 가중치 생성을 통해 국부적인 안개 제거를 수행한다. 그리고 입력 영상에 안개가 있다고 가정하고 안개를 제거하는 기존의 정적인 방식의 안개제거 방법의 한계점을 개선시킨다. 또한 벤치마크 알고리즘과의 정량 및 정성적 성능 평가를 통해 제안하는 방법의 우수성을 증명한다. Haze is a local weather phenomenon in which very small droplets float in the atmosphere, and the amount and characteristics of haze may vary depending on the region. In particular, these haze reduce visibility, which can cause air traffic interference and vehicle traffic accidents, and degrade the quality of security CCTVs and so on. Therefore, in the past 10 years, research on haze removal has been actively conducted to reduce damage caused by haze. In this study, local haze removal is performed by weight generation using a haziness degree evaluator to adaptively respond to haze-free, homogeneous haze, and non-homogeneous haze cases. And the proposed method improves the limitations of the existing static haze removal method, which assumes that there is haze in the input image and removes the haze. We also demonstrate the superiority of the proposed method through quantitative and qualitative performance evaluations with benchmark algorithms.

미디어 리터러시가 스마트 디바이드 형성에 미치는 영향

이 연구는 스마트기기 이용이라는 맥락에서의 다변화하는 정보격차인 스마트 디바이드의 형성에 미디어 리터러시가 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 미디어 리터러시의 대부분의 요인들은 스마트기기를 이용해서 사회적 네트워크를 구축하고, 이를 기반으로 정보적, 사회적 활동의 범위를 확장하는데 영향을 미치고 있다. 또한 미디어 리터러시는 스마트기기를 통해 입수한 정보의 가치 평가능력에도 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 미디어 리터러시를 확보한 사람들과 그렇지 못한 사람들 사이에는 스마트기기의 활용을 통한 정보적, 사회적 이익이라는 측면에서 보다 심화된 사회적 격차가 발생할 수 있으며, 이는 스마트 디바이드를 유발하는 기제로 작용할 수 있다. This study empirically analyzed the effect of media literacy on the formation of the smart divide, which is a multi-faceted digital divide that occurs in the context of the use of smart devices. As a result, most of the factors of media literacy affect the establishment of social relations and social network through the use of smart devices, which, in turn, leads to the expansion of the range of informational and social activities. In addition, media literacy has a significant effect on the competence to evaluate the value of information acquired through the use of smart devices. Based on these results, there can be social disparity between those who have secured media literacy and those who do not from the perspective of informational and social benefits through the use of smart devices, which can function as a mechanism to generate the smart divide.

실린더 잠자리 눈 렌즈의 정밀도가 선형 빔의 장축 균일도 및 경사도에 미치는 영향

본 논문은 OLED 제작 공정에 사용하는 레이저 박리(laser lift-off, LLO) 장비의 실린더 렌즈를 사용하는 선형 빔 광학계의 장축 성능에 대한 연구로서, 실린더 렌즈의 편심을 7가지로 분류하고 정의하였으며, 측정 방법을 제시하였다. 또한 실린더 잠자리 눈 렌즈의 면정밀도와 편심, 사용방식 등이 선형 빔 광학계의 장축 성능에 미치는 영향에 대한 분석 및 실험 결과를 제시하고, 장축 성능을 향상시키기 위한 향후 진행방향을 제시하였다. This paper reports a study on the long axis performance of the line beam optics used in laser lift-off equipment for the OLED manufacturing process. The centration errors of the cylindrical lens are classified and defined in seven categories, and the measurement methods are presented. The cylindrical fly-eye lens is analyzed theoretically and experimentally to find the influence of the surface shape error and decentering error on the long axis performance of the line beam optics system. A future research direction is also presented to improve the long axis performance.

디지털 자본의 형성을 위한 공공도서관의 역할

본 연구는 개인적, 사회적으로 축적되는 디지털 자본의 형성 요인을 디지털 접근과 디지털 역량으로 구분하고, 디지털 자본의 형성에 공공도서관의 이용이 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 공공도서관의 프로그램 참여와 정보서비스의 이용, 디지털 장서의 이용은 개인적, 사회적 차원에서의 디지털 자본 형성과 축적에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 공공도서관의 디지털 장서 이용은 디지털 콘텐츠의 생성이나 온라인 네트워크 기반의 협업에는 큰 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 공공도서관이 사회적 자본으로서의 디지털 자본 형성을 지원하기 위해서는 전통적인 지식정보의 제공 역할뿐만 아니라 디지털 기반 협력체계로서의 역할 또한 수행해야 한다. This research categorizes the factors of digital capital accumulated both in personal and social level into digital access and digital competence, and empirically analyzes how the use of public libraries effects on the formation of digital capital. As a result, it was found that participation in public library programs, the use of information services, and the utilization of digital collections had positive effect on the formation and accumulation of digital capital at the personal and social level. In contrast, it was analyzed that the use of digital collections in public libraries did not significantly affect the creation of digital contents or reciprocal collaboration based on online networks. Therefore, in order for public libraries to fully support the formation of digital capital, they should not only provide knowledge and information which is a traditional role of public libraries, but also play a role as a digital-based cooperative system.
