기존의 온라인 상에서 제공되는 번역서비스의 경우 번역의 진행이 의뢰자와 번역참여자 외에 접근이 한정되어 폐쇄적으로 진행되며, 자동번역서비스의 경우 아직 번역문의 정확도와 완성도가 보장되지 않는 문제점을 안고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 본 연구에서는 의뢰자와 번역참여자 뿐만 아니라 불특정 다수의 참여자가 번역의 수정과 평가에 참여할 수 있도록 수익성 모델을 부여하여 결과적으로 집단지성을 갖게 되는 웹기반 번역서비스를 제안한다. The legacy on-line translation service limits the participation to general users except clients and translators while the automatic translation service guarantees no exactness and perfectness on the translated results. This paper proposes a web-based translation service with business model that permits the participation of general users as well as translators and clients to modify and evaluate the transient contents of the translation ultimately leading to the collective intelligence.

온실가스(green house gas: GHG) 감시는 지구의 기후변화를 방지하기 위해 필수적인 수단이 되고 있다. 기존 연구에서 글로벌 인프라인 NGN(next generation network)을 통해 온실가스감시를 수행하기 위한 서비스 시나리오가 제시되었으나 추상적인 단계에 머무르고 있어서 실제로 NGN에 적용하는 데에는 어려움이 있다. 본 논문에서는 NGN 내에 탑재될 기능들을 중심으로 온실가스감시서비스 시나리오를 제시하여 실제 NGN에서 적용이 가능하게 하기 위한 기반을 제공한다. The GHG(green house gas) monitoring has been an essential method to prevent climate change. Service scenarios for GHG monitoring over NGN(next generation network), a global infrastructure, was proposed in the previous study, which stays at the abstract level that may lead to difficulties for the actual implementation of the monitoring service in NGN. This paper proposes GHG monitoring service scenarios, based on functions to be incorporated in NGN, that provides the basis for actual implementation in NGN.

근래에 ICT 기술을 농업에 적용시켜 효율성과 생산성을 제고시키는 기술인 스마트농업에 대한 연구개발이 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 아직 국제적으로 공인된 국제 표준이 구축되지 않아 외산 장비 도입과 해외 진출시 많은 어려움이 있는 상황이다. 이러한 필요에 의해 국제 표준화가 ITU-T SG13에서 국내 전문가들에 의해 추진되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 서비스 적용례를 기술할 수 있는 시나리오를 기반으로 하여 스마트농업 서비스들을 제안하며, 제안된 서비스 구성을 반영시킨 문서는 ITU-T Y.2238 권고안으로 승인되었다. There have been lots of researches and developments for smart agriculture that enables higher efficiency and productivity by applying ICT into the agriculture field recently. However, there still remain many difficulties in purchasing foreign equipments or overseas expansion due to lack of international standards that are internationally approved. Such necessity leads to the international standardization activities driven by domestic experts especially in ITU-T SG13. This paper presents several smart agriculture services based on the service approach that can effectively describe use cases. The proposed architecture of service provision was applied to the document that has been consented as the ITU-T Recommendation Y.2238.

단말기 동작인식과 상호 통신을 결합한 스마트폰 게임의 구현

스마트 폰의 일반화로 인해 스마트폰 게임이 많이 출시되고 있지만, 주로 터치 기능을 이용하여 화면 상의 상호작용을 통한 게임이 주류를 이루고 있다. 한편 기존의 가속도센서, 방향센서 외에 자이로센서 등 단말기의 위치와 동작을 인식하는 기능은 나날이 발전하고 있다. 따라서 사용자의 동작을 단말을 통해 인식하여 사용자 단말을 게임도구로 사용하는 게임의 개발이 기술적으로 가능해지고 있으나, 아직 구체화된 사례는 발견되지 않고 있다. 본 논문에서는 단말기의 동작 인식과 단말기간 상호 통신을 결합한 새로운 형태의 게임의 기본 틀과 알고리즘을 제시하고, 그 구현 내용과 결과를 제시한다. The generalization trend of smart phones have brought many smartphone games into daily lives. These games are mainly dependent on the interactions on the display of the phone using finger touches. On the other hand, functions for detecting the positions and actions of the phones such as gyro-sensors have been rapidly developed over the former orientation sensors and acceleration sensors. Though it has become technologically possible to detect the users' motion via the smartphone devices and to use the phone device directly as the game device, it is hard to find the actualized cases. This paper proposes a new paradigm including basic frameworks and algorithm for the games combining the motion recognitions and mutual communications on the smartphones and finally presents the details of its implementation and results.

There have been civil and criminal disputes over equity-linked securities (ELS) in Korea since 2009. ELS have the characteristics of derivatives-linked securities under the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act and the judgment of the courts, prosecutor`s office, and supervisory authorities may affect legality of securities firms` hedging methods underlying ELS products, which may in turn affect the legal validity of the ELS products and other similarly structured financial investment products which are popular financial investment products in Korea. In criminal cases, the issue raised is whether Article 176 of the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act (Prohibition on Market Price Manipulation, etc.) or Article 188-4 of and the former Securities and Exchange Act (Prohibition on Unfair Trading including Market Price Manipulation) applies, and in civil cases, the issue raised is whether Article 150 (Act against Trust and Good Faith as to Condition) of the Civil Code applies. Since the amount hedged itself may be viewed as a factor affecting supply and demand and transactions of any size may fix or stabilize the prices of securities under Article 176, Section 3 of the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act, if delta hedging is used in a consistent and predictable manner, Article 176, Section 3 is not likely to apply. As for Article 176, Section 4 of the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act, it is also questionable whether this provision would apply to unlisted ELS products as a matter of statutory interpretation. Article 188-4 of the former Securities and Exchange Act is also not likely to apply for similar reasons. As for Article 150, Section 1 of the Civil Code, trial courts have rendered split decisions, with the pending case at the appellate court attracting much attention. It is impossible to think of ELS products without the delta hedging method from the basic structural point of view. If delta hedging is simply considered as a method of hedging risk taken under ELS issuers` sole responsibility and if any legal determination made is only based on the results of such hedging, then the legal validity of ELS and other similar financial investment products may be seriously questioned and they would lose their legal justification. What is now required is a reasonable determination by the courts, prosecutor`s office and supervisory authorities regarding the relationship between delta hedging and ELS products and validity of specific hedging transactions, as distinguished from abusive hedging transactions.
