통신망에서의 트래픽 제어중에는 트래픽이 입력링크에서의 전송률보다 적은 전송률로 출력링크로 보내져야 하는 경우가 흔히 있다. 이 경우 출력트래픽은 원래의 입력트래픽과 틀려지게 된다. 본 논문에서는 고정 출력전송률을 여러가지로 변화시켜가면서 트래픽이 어떻게 변화하게 되는지를, random wall 이론을 써서 살펴보았다.

Backgrounds and Objectives : The purpose of this study was to describe the follow up status and rehabilitation of Unilateral hearing loss(UHL) in children and adolescents of Korean secondary referral hospital. Subjects and Method : This was a retrospective study based on clinical data collected from time of diagnosis of UHL. The study included data since November 2009. Serial audiograms were extracted from the clinical charts and follow up status and rehabilitation decisions were analyzed. Results : Of 101 children and adolescents, they were identified at a mean age of 8.9±4.9 years. Up to 45%(n=46) of subjects went through regular checking up. About a quarter of subjects(n=25) started one side hearing aids and 60%(n=15) used it successfully. A re-checked 85 of 11.8%(n=10) showed deterioration in hearing, including four subjects who developed bilateral loss. Conclusion : The regular follow up rate and rehabilitation ratio seems lower compared to advanced country. Regular monitoring of hearing and communication between professionals and guardians is crucial in order to minimize the potential negative effects of UHL.
In vivo와 In vitro 평가모델을 利用한 韓藥抽出物의 毛髮成長 및 促進에 미치는 實驗的 硏究

To screen the effective materials for hair loss treatment, several natural extracts were tested using in vivo and in vitro test models. Firstly, all test materials were applicated onto the back skin of C57BL/6 mouse and then hair growth promoting effect was measured using hair growth index. As a result, Prunus mume, black bean, Brassica campestris subsp. black sesame and Rubi Fructus showed potent hair growth promoting effect, ranking as 1.5-2.0 of hair growth index. However, there were no plant extracts, which have remarkable potential of growth promotion of human hair dermal papilla cells cultured in vitro. In the experiments of 5${\alpha}$-reductase type Ⅱ inhibition assay, Prunus mume, Eriobotryae Folium showed effective potential to inhibit the activity of 5${\alpha}$-reductase type Ⅱ. To investigate the possible involvement of the effect of several plant extracts on the gene expression of growth factors in human hair dermal papilla cells, RT - PCR analyses were performed. However, there were no plant extracts, which have profound effect on the gene expression of several growth factors such as IGF-I, KGF, HGF and VEGF in the dermal papilla cells. Another tests for inhibition of microbial such as P. acne were also carried out to find whether these plant extracts have anti -microbial activities. Rubi Fructus showed anti -microbial effects on Propionibacterium acnes, which is believed as a pathogen of acne. Together, these results showed several plant extracts can be used for hair growth promotion.
성인 미세변화형 신증후군의 치료에서 Cyclosporine 의 효과

N/A We studied the effects of cyclosporine in 18, steroid dependent or relapsing patients with adult minimal change nephrotic syndrome. The 5 mg/kg/day of cyclosporine was given two divided oral doses with or without prednisolone and mean duration of cyclosporine administration was 7.1 months. Cyclosporine induced complete remission in 13 patients, partial remission in 2 patients and failed in 3 patients, namely overall response rate was 83.3%. There was no correlation between the previous response to steroid therapy and efficacy of cyclosporine. Urinary excretion of protein decreased significantly at 1 months of treatment (p<0.05). There was no significant changes in blood pressure and blood chemistry including BUN, creatinine, potassium, magnesium and uric acid during cyclosporine treatment. Tolerance to the treatment was excellent. Minor side effect such as tremor, hypertrichosis, hypertension and GI trouble were reported in small number of patients, but these were not serious enough to interrupt the study. Relapse occurred in seven out of 8 patient (87.5%) within a mean duration of 4.3±4.0 weeks after withdrawal of cyclosporine. In conclusion, cyclosporine may be a good alternative to steroid in the treatment of minimal change nephrotic syndrome, particulary in steroid dependent and frequent relapser. However prolonged administration of cyclosporine is needed to achieve continued remission because of high incidence of relaspses on withdrawal of cyclosporine.

Younggaechulgam-tang has been used for treating skin diseases. In this study, I investigated the immunosuppressive effect of Younggaechul-tang in the human T cell line MOLT-4 cells. MOLT-4 cells were stimulated with the phytohemagglutinin (PHA) and phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate (PMA) + A23187. The secretion appeared to be greater when cells were stimulated with PHA than with PMA + A23187. Younggaechulgam-tang had no affect proliferation stimulated by PHA. I showed that IL-2 secretion and expression by PHA stimulated MOLT-4 cells were inhibited by Younggaechugam-tang treatment. Maximal inhibition rate of IL-2, TNF-${\alpha}$ secretion was 80$\%$ and 30$\%$, respectively. Younggaechulgam-tang also inhibited nuclear translocation of p65 subunit of nuclear factor-kB and nuclear factor of activated T cells (NFAT). In conclusion, these results suggest that Younggaechulgam-tang may contribute to the immunosuppressive oriental drug clinically.

Melanin pigmentation has an essential role in protecting human skin against the damaging effects of ultra violet radiation, infection, environmental factor, etc. However abnormal melanin pigmentation can directly cause a number of congenital and acquired pigmentary skin disease. This study conducted to evaluate the effects of various partition extracts of Codonopsis lanceolata on the melanogenesis in the B 16 melanoma cells. The cells were treated for 3 days with various partition extracts of Codonopsis lanceolata. While treatment with the BuOH partition extract of Codonopsis lanceolata increased significantly the tyrosinase activity and melanin content, the n-Hexane or ethyl acetate partition extract dose-dependently suppressed them compared with untreated control. But ethyl acetate partition significantly decreased the cell viability. The H2O partiton extract at various concentrations did not exhibit any significant change on the melanogenesis. These results indicate that treatment with the n-Hexane partition extract inhibits the melanogenesis in B16 melanoma cells, and raise the possibility that this extract may be effective in the abnormal melanin pigmentation as well as the whitening agent for the skin.
데이터 캐루셀을 위한 셋탑 박스 내부의 소프트웨어 설계 및 구현

지상파, 케이블, 위성 등의 기존 방송망을 이용하여, 사용자의 요청에 부합하는 데이터를 전송하는 데이터 방송 기법에 대한 연구와 표준화 작업이 활발하게 진행 중이다. 우리나라의 경우, 무궁화 위성을 이용한 부가 데이터 방송을 구현하고자 연구 중이다. 데이터 방송 시 데이터 전송 기법에는 데이터 스트리밍,(data streaming), 데이터 파이핑(data piping), 데이터 캐루셀(data carousel) 등이 제안되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 표준화 단체인 DVB에서 정의하고 있는 데이터 전송 기법에 대한 소개와 함께, 데이터 캐루셀을 이용한 데이터 방송 구현에 필요한 소프트웨어 설계와 실제 구현에 관한 내용을 담고 있다.

데이터 방송 표준화 단체인 DVB(Digital Video Broadcasting)에서는 데이터 스트리밍, 데이터 파이핑, 멀티프로토콜 인캡슐레이션, 객체 캐루셀, 데이터 캐루셀의 다섯 데이터 방송 기법을 정의하고 있다. 이 중 기본 데이터 전송 프로토콜로 객체 캐루셀을 채택하였다. 객체 캐루셀은 데이터 캐루셀을 하위 전송 기법으로 사용하며, 서비스 응용에서 필요한 데이터를 절대 경로를 이용하여 접근한다. 본 논문에서는 데이터 방송 시 기본 전송 프로토콜로 채택된 객체 캐루셀에 대한 소개와 함께 객체 캐루셀을 위한 셋탑 박스(Set-Top Box)내 소프트웨어의 설계와 구현에 관련된 내용을 다룬다. 또한 데이터 전송 프로토콜로 데이터 캐루셀을 사용 시와 객체 캐루셀 사용 시 데이터 전송 효율을 비교한다.
