        조직효과성의 영향요인에 관한 고찰

        This study aims to analyze the determinants of organizational effectiveness focused on the comparison analysis by Blau and Scott's organizational type : mutual-benefit associations, business concerns, service organizations, commonweal organizations. From this perspective, in order to analyze the determinants of organizational effectiveness we have selected welfare system factor and organizational management factor, organizational structure factor. We would like to verify whether the determinants of organizational effectiveness have the differences among four organizational-types categorized by prime beneficiary, such as mutual-benefits associations, business concerns, service organization, commonweal organization. In order to attain these research objectives, we established research model and a hypothesis based on extensive analysis of documentary records regarding organizational effectiveness. A summary of the results from these analyses of the research is as follows. First, in order to understand the determinants of organizational effectiveness before testing the hypothesis, we performed a relatively detailed population statistical analysis on 26 agencies chosen as a sample. And in order to establish hypothesis, we selected fourteen independent variables and one dependent variables based on documentary records. Fourteen independent variables are such variables as pay, piece rate(payment by the result system), promotion system, chief executive officer's principle which respects innovation, and chief executive officer's principle which respects performance and output, informal group, decision-making, communication, conflict-management, shinbaram culture, specialization, complexity, formalization, centralization. Dependent variable is organizational effectiveness. Organizational effectiveness was evaluated by the level of overall goal achievement and by the level of goal achievement against input costs The result of regression analysis for overall respondents revealed that three variables, such as pay, piece rate, promotion system, had not significant effect on organizational effectiveness in the significant level of 5%. As for organizational management factor, three variables, such as chief executive officer's principle which respects innovation, decision-making, conflict management, had positive effects on organizational effectiveness in the significant level of 5%. As for organizational structure factor, four variables, such as specialization, formalization, centralization, complexity, had positive effects on organizational effectiveness in the significant level of 5%. Second, to verify hypothesis in four organizational types, a multiple regression analysis was performed. The results of multiple regression analysis showed that pay had no positive effect on organizational effectiveness in three organizational types, such as business concerns, service organization, commonweal organization, in the significant level of 5%. In mutual-benefit associations, four variables, such as pay, shinbaram culture, communication, chief executive officer's principle which respects innovation, had positive effects on organizational effectiveness in the significant level of 5%. In business concerns, three variables, such as specialization, complexity, formalization, had significant effects on organizational effectiveness in the significant level of 5%. In service organization, three variables, such as chief executive officer's principle which respects innovation, conflict-management, specialization, had significant effects on organizational effectiveness in the significant level of 5%. In commonweal organization, two variables, such as decision making, formalization, had significant effects on organizational effectiveness in the significant level of 5%. 본 연구에서는 조직효과성에 영향을 주는 영향요인으로 후생복지 요인, 조직관리 요인, 조직구조 요인 등 3개 요인을 선정하여 조직효과성에 미치는 영향을 밝히고자 하였다. 조직효과성의 측정을 위해 전반적인 목표달성도와 비용투입대비 목표달성도를 하위변수로 선정하였다. 후생복지 요인으로는 보수의 수준, 성과급, 승진제도 등 3개 변수를, 조직관리 요인으로는 최고관리자의 창의성 중시, 최고관리자의 성과 중시, 비공식조직, 의사결정, 의사소통, 갈등관리, 신바람분위기 등 7개 변수를, 조직구조 요인으로는 업무의 전문화 정도, 조직 내 수평적 분화, 업무의 표준화 정도, 권한의 위임 정도 등 4가지 변수를 채택하였다. 조직효과성의 영향요인에 대한 가설을 검증하기 위해 조사대상자 전체에 대한 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과 최고관리자의 창의성 중시, 의사결정, 갈등관리, 업무의 전문화 정도, 조직 내 수평적 분화, 업무의 표준화 정도, 권한의 위임 정도 등 7개 변수는 5% 유의수준에서 조직효과성에 통계적 유의성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 종속변수인 조직효과성에 영향을 미치는 독립변수 14개의 영향력을 Blau와 Scott이 주된 수혜자를 기준으로 분류한 호혜조직, 사업조직, 서비스조직, 공익조직 등 4가지 조직유형별로 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 5% 유의수준에서 통계적으로 유의미한 변수를 조직유형별로 살펴보면 호혜조직은 보수의 수준, 최고관리자의 창의성 중시, 의사소통, 신바람분위기 등 4개 변수가, 사업조직은 업무의 전문화 정도, 조직 내 수평적 분화, 업무의 표준화 정도 등 3개 변수가, 서비스조직은 최고관리자의 창의성 중시, 갈등관리, 업무의 전문화 정도 등 3개 변수가, 공익조직은 의사결정, 업무의 표준화 정도 등 2개 변수가 유의미한 변수로 나타났다.

In this paper, we used the mode of an electricity conductivity. The analyzer to measure the salinity was made in sea water, and experimented in an aqueous solution situation, its measuring electric data is examined by square root of the different data correction.

        배(Pear) 수출가격에 미치는 환율의 비대칭적 전이효과 분석: 자기회귀시차모형 활용

        본 연구는 실질환율의 변화가 한국 배(Pear) 수출 가격에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해 1970~2013년의 연간 시계열 자료를 이용하고 자기회귀시차(ARDL) 모형 한계 검정법(Bound test)을 적용했다. 또한 Wald-Test를 통해 배 수출 시장에서 실질 환율 변화의 대칭 및 비대칭 효과를 평가 했다. 분석한 결과, 첫째, 자기회귀시차모형(Autoregressive Distributed Lag Modeling) 장기 효과 분석에서 1%의 환율 하락(원화절상)이 5.64%의 배 수출 가격을 상승시켰다. 둘째, 단기효과 추정 결과에서 1%의 환율 상승(원화절하)이 시차 1기(-1), 시차 2기(-2)에서 각각 0.02%, 0.04%의 배 수출 가격을 하락시켰다. 셋째, 1%의 인플레이션이 0.11%의 배 수출 가격을 상승시켰다. 넷째, 1%의 이자율 상승이 0.67%의 배수출 가격을 하락시켰다. 마지막으로 1%의 무역 개방도의 상승이 0.74%의 배수출 가격을 상승시켰다. 이처럼 배 수출 시장에서 환율의 비대칭 효과가 존재한다면 무역수지가 악화된다. 본 연구의 추정 결과와 정책 제안을 통해 안정적인 환율 정책과 수출 농산물 생산 촉진을 유도하고 한국의 농업 부문 수출 규모확대와 농가 소득 증대에 유의미한 시사점을 줄 것이다. This study used annual time series data of 1970~2013 to analyze the effect of real exchange rate variation on Korean Pear export market. The ARDL Bound test and the Wald test were used to evaluate the symmetric and asymmetric effects of real exchange rate variation. As a result of the asymmetric effect of the pear, Firstly, the KRW appreciation of 1% increased the export price of 5.64%. Secondly, the 1% depreciation of the KRW of the first period (-1) and the second period (-2) decreased 0.02% and 0.04% in the export price, respectively. Thirdly, the rise in inflation has boosted pear export prices by 0.11%. Fourthly, interest rate increase of 1% led to decrease in pear export prices of 0.67%. Finally, a rise in trade opening of 1% led to increase in pear export prices of 0.74%. If asymmetrical effects of exchange rates exist in the pear export market, the trade balance will deteriorate. The results of this study will provide a meaningful implication for the expansion of Korea s agricultural exports and the increase of farm household income through stable exchange rate policy and promotion of production of export agricultural products.

        Simulation and physical implementation are both valuable tools in evaluating sensor network routing protocols, but neither alone is sufficient. In this paper, we present the implementation and analysis of sensor routing protocols on the discrete-event simulation system that allows existing nesC codes of sensor network routing protocols to be used to create a physical implementation of the same protocol. We have evaluated the Surge function of TinyOS through example implementations in the Ptolemy Ⅱ of the unmodified codes and Direct-diffusion routing protocols using VIPTOS simulation models.

        The application of PD Monitoring System in real space needed to considerate of noise reduction. but, A limit of the noise reduction exist in some filters. Therefore, TFMAP impelemented to reduce noise for classification of PD and noise. This paper showed noise reduction effect of TFMAP in experiment.

        In condition monitoring system for underground electrical distribution networks, applications based on wireless sensor are necessary to maintain the systems efficiently. Therefore, we need suitable routing determination algorithm and it's topology of wireless sensor networks. We assume that end nodes have tiny-power resources but cluster heads are not restricted power condition. In this paper, we present a simple routing determination algorithm for cluster topology and compare our algorithm, based on a cluster heads beacon mechanism, with previous by a discrete-event simulator.

        In this paper, method of a simple wireless sensor network for detecting and locating faults as well as for underground cable monitoring are presented. The main novelty of the concept is in source based routing network characteristics on system level with low power hardware. This method enables the underground electrical distribution system monitoring to be simple.

        This paper is the result of on-going research & development of partial discharge remote monitoring system of underground power distribution line, which is installed in the central area of a city. To set up Remote Monitoring System with effective component parts, the Remote Monitoring System on partial discharge is designed as following scheme. The system begins with the operation of sensor equipped at the manhole or some defined spots of underground electricity roadway to precisely measure the signal of partial discharge from the power distribution line. The signals of partial discharge measured at the sensors are analyzed & assorted in the local control unit and transferred through the wireless communication network to the system server. the role of server in this system is considered to enable the measured and analyzed signals at the local control unit to be displayed and to monitor the acquired data, trend, PRPD/PRPS, and in addition, to make conclusions by diagnosis algorithm for using the various data at real-time as well as to classify all accumulated data in database.

        알루미늄박의 어닐링 집합조직의 생성에 미치는 어닐링 온도의 영향

        The effect of annealing temperature on the evolution of the annealing texture in high purity aluminium foils was studied by X-ray texture measurements and microstructure observations. Upon annealing at a lower temperature, the preferred orientations in the annealing texture were quite similar to those found in the cold rolling texture, although the foils were completely recrystallized in the microstructure. Annealing at a higher temperature led to the formation of the strong cube texture. The lowest annealing temperature at which the cube texture begins to develop was dependent on the purity of aluminium foils. The orientation density of the cube orientation increased with the purity of the fails: Since the development of the cube orientation seemed to be related with the size of annealed gains, it was concluded that the grain growth played an important role in the evolution of the cube texture.
