        Purpose : Under the assumption of change to the amplitude based sorting, the study will use four dimensional computed tomography imaging (4DCT) arrayed using the phase based sorting to analyze the respiratory phase difference. Materials and Methods : The study analyzed the 4DCT (4-dimensional computed tomography) images of 10 liver cancer patients that were treated with respiratory gated radiotherapy from 2015 February to March. Using RPM respiratory gating (RPM 1.7.5, Varian, USA) equipment, imaging according to respiratory cycle of phase based sorting was acquired and using a treatment planning system (Pinnacle 9.2, Philips, USA) the acquired imaging according to respiratory cycle was used to measure the abdominal movement value by respiratory cycle. The measuring point was the point where the center point of the Marker Block and the body surface met in the 50% phase image and here the coordinate values Lateral, Vertical, Longitudinal (X, Y, Z) were set as reference points, and on the X, Z plane identical to the reference point, using the identical method the Y axis coordinate value of each 0%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 80% phase images were acquired to quantitatively measure the variation of distance to the Y axis. The abdominal movement value according to respiration was applied to the theoretical model that the value decreases linearly from maximum inhalation to maximum exhalation to divide the variation of my value to predict as amplitude value by respiratory cycle and conversely the variation in amplitude was recalculated with the phase variation deviation value to analyze. Results : The deviation value between expected value and actual location was the largest in the 30% phase with 0.24 cm, and standard deviation was also the largest in 30% phase with 0.13 cm. The effective value of the deviation value derived from the average of the deviation squared value of each patient appeared as minimum 0.7 cm, maximum 0.18 cm, average 0.12 cm, and standard deviation 0.4 cm. Also by dividing the actual movement distance value with the peak expiration value then converting it into %Phase, the deviation value with actual phase 16.5% in 30% phase, 10.0% and 40% phase, 10.0% and 60% phase, 15.4% and 80% phase, and overall average about 13%, and arraying based on amplitude, phase shift occurred and further it was from peak expiration the chance of deviation occurrence was increasingly measured. Conclusion : Based on the results of the study there were differences between value acquired based on theoretical model and actual value. Therefore in respiratory gated radiotherapy using external surrogates, there needs to be establishment of respiration gated radiation system that avoids the combination of two Sorting methods considering that there will be occurrence of treatment and corresponding clinical differences due to the phase difference that occur due to the Amplitude based Phase Sorting.

      • 측두하악관절원판변위 환자에서 나타나는 측방횡두개방사선사진상의 과두위치에 대한 평가

        저자는 1996년 4월 1997년 9월 사이에 경북대학교병원 구강내과에 측두하악장애를 주소로 내원한 20대 여자 환자들중 자기공명 영상사진상의 소견에 의해 관절원판변위로 진단되 74관절과 관절원판변위가 없이 정상적인 관절원판-과두 복합체의 관계를 나타내는 16관절을 대상으로 촬영된 측방횡두개방사선사진을 대상으로 관절와에 대한 하악과두의 위치를 분석하였으며,그 결과를 각 진단아군별로 비교하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.1.페구위에서 전관절강폭과 상관절강폭은 정상군과 정복성 및 비정복성 관절원판전방변위 환자군 사이에 유의한 차이가 없었으나,후관절강폭은 정복성 환자군에서 비정복성 환자군보다 상당히 감소되어 있었다.2.폐구위에서 후관절강폭에 대한 전관절강폭의 비도 정복성 환자군에서 다소 높은 경향을 보였다.이에 비해 정산군에서는 약 1로 나타나 하악과두가 거의 관절와의 중심에 위치하고 있음을 보여주었다.반면 비정복성 환자군에서는 정산군에 비해 별다른 차이를 보이지 않았다.폐구위 상태에서 관절와내에서 하악과두의 전후방 위치관계에 대한 분포를 보면 정상군에서는 중립위가 가장 많았고,정복성 환자군에서는 후방위가 가장 많았다.4.측방횡두개 방사선 사진을 이용하여 관절와와 하악과두의 동심성을 평가한 결과 정상군과 정복성 환자군 및 비정복성 환자군 사이에 유의한 차이가 없었다.

        HSV 색공간을 활용한 실시간 커피생두 불량 검출 시스템

        본 논문의 목적은 커피 생두의 시각적 품질 검사를 위해 HSV색공간을 활용한 불량 검출 시스템을 제시하는 것이다. 이 실험에서 두가지의 알고리즘을 적용하였다. 첫번째는 라인 스캔 카메라 영상으로 들어오는 객체를 이미지화 하여 중복 없이 각 객체를 분리하는 작업이다. 두번째는 객체의 HSV 분포를 그래프와 수치로 얻는 것이다. 비교대상은 정상두와 결점두로 하였다. 커피는 재배 상태, 보관 상태에 따라서 달라지게 되는데 아무 이상 없이 온전하게 유지한 원두를 정상두라고 하고 재배 상태가 나쁘거나 발아가 제대로 되지 못해 기형적으로 되었거나 곰팡이, 해충, 이물 등이 끼어서 품질이 떨어진 커피를 결점두라고 한다. H, S, V 값은 커피 생두의 40~50%에 해당하는 부분을 기준 값으로 삼는다. 라인스캔 카메라의 영상 프레임을 단일 이미지로 처리할 경우 이미지 경계면에서의 객체의 잘림 또는 후행 이미지에서 동일 객체가 다시 감지되는 경우가 발생하여 이러한 점을 보완하기위해 입력부분에 ‘HB(Historic Buffer)’라는 기능을 추가하여 객체의 잘림을 인식 후 처리하도록 보완했다. 정상두, 객체에서 결점이 75~100% 를 차지하는 결점두A, 객체에서 결점이 50~75%를 차지하는 결점두B, 이렇게 세 그룹으로 나누어 각 그룹의 평균 H, S, V 값을 비교했고 Value값에서 정상두와 결점두 선별이 가능한 것을 확인했다. The purpose of this paper is to present a defect detection system utilizing the HSV color space for the visual quality inspection of green coffee beans. Two algorithms were applied in this experiment. The first involves imaging objects received from a line scan camera and separating each object without duplication. The second entails obtaining the HSV distribution of the objects in the form of graphs and numerical data. The comparative subjects are normal beans and defective beans. Coffee can vary depending on cultivation and storage conditions, with intact beans referred to as normal beans, while defective beans refer to those that have deteriorated in quality due to poor cultivation conditions, deformities due to improper sprouting, or contamination by mold, pests, or foreign substances. The H, S, and V values are established as reference values based on 40-50% of the green coffee beans. When processing the video frames from the line scan camera into a single image, issues can arise, such as object truncation at the image boundaries or the same object being detected again in subsequent images. To address these issues, a feature called 'HB (Historic Buffer)' was added to the input section to recognize and process object truncation. The beans were divided into three groups: normal beans, defective beans A (with 75-100% defects), and defective beans B (with 50-75% defects). The average H, S, and V values of each group were compared, confirming that it is possible to distinguish between normal and defective beans based on value differences.

        측두하악관절원판변위 환자에서 나타나는 측방횡두개방사선사진상의 과두위치에 대한 평가

        The author assessed the sagittal relationships between glenoid fossa of the temporal bone and mandibular condyle from lateral transcranial views of 74 TMJ with disc displacement and 16 TMJ with normal disc-condyle complex by the magnetic resonance image findings. All the subjects were female and also in their 3rd decades. The disc displacement group was subdivided into anterior disc displacement with reduction (ADWR) group and anterior disc displacement without reduction (ADWOR) group. The anterior, superior, and posterior joint spaces as well as anterior/posterior (A/P) ratio of the space at the closed jaw position and vertical and horizontal components of the condyle position relative to the articular eminence at the open jaw position were measured from all the subjects and the data were compared among groups. The result were as follows : 1. The mean posterior joint space of ADWR group was smaller than ADWOR group, but there were no significant differences in anterior and superior joint spaces between two groups. 2. There showed a tendency of higher A/P ratio in ADWR group which meant the condyle of ADWR was likely to take posteriorly displaced position. 3. There were higher proportion of neutral condylar position in glenoid fossa in normal group, but higher proportion of posterior condylar position in ADWR group. 4. There were no significant differences in the degree of condyle-fossa concentricity among groups.

        포스트모더니즘구성요소를 활용한 텍스타일디자인 연구

        Textile Design is used in our living not as a simple surface decoration of design process but as a process but as a product. Since it is closely related with living than any other design, it has been developed considerably in foreign countries by realizing its importance, on the other hand it`s very poor in our country. Currently in case of our country, it is the actual situation that we can`t largely expect the excellent, unique and creative design`s growth due to our admiring, imitating and copying foreign products and business owners` commercial goal, etc. Therefore, the introduction of cultural factors to design is considered to be the desirable start in order to create high added value of Textile Design. This study considered that how Textile Design is currently being expressed through the background, development and feature of post-modernism, and it also considered the difference between the design that uses design`s structural elements and the design that utilizes the structural elements of post-modernism. This study considered the design`s effect that utilized cultural factors, and it could see the design that had been developed through various expressions. Our Textile Industry to come forward on 21st century should strive further than the advanced countries. It is considered that we should implement and support the future-oriented Textile Administration Policy, and improve the quality of designers` creative investment and activity, and strengthen more the specialty of college education, thereby develop it as the practical industrial learning.
