본 논문은 엔도슈사쿠(遠藤周作-이하 엔도라고 칭함)의 『침묵』과『예수의 생애』에서 공통적으로 나타나고 있는 로드리고와 예수의 생애를 통하여, 엔도의 그리스도관에 대하여 살펴보았다. 엔도는 일본에 있어서 카톨릭 문학을 대표하는 작가로서 카톨릭 문학의 창작에 일생을 걸었다. 『침묵』은 소설로서 1966년에 간행되어 세계적으로 이미 잘 알려져 있는 작품이다. 『침묵』 이후, 1968년 어머니와 헤르쵸쿠신부를 제재로 한 소설『영법사』와, 1969년에 역시 어머니를 소재로 한 소설『어머니인 신』, 1973년에는 예수를 둘러싼 군상을 그린 연작『사해의 부근』이 간행되었다. 그러나 이 소설이 독자에게 잘 이해되지 않았던 것을 계기로 전기문학에 관심을 기울이게 되어, 일본인에게 근접할 수 있는 예수상을 탐구하여 오랜 성서연구의 결실인 『예수의 생애』가 간행되었다. 『침묵』이 발표되고 7년이라는 세월동안 한결같았던 어머니와 예수라는 두 개의 원체험이 하나로 중첩되어, 일본문학사상 뿐 만 아니라 일본 기독교 역사상에도 남을 『예수의 생애』라는 작품으로 탄생하게 된다. 『침묵』에서 선교사 로드리고는 기치지로라고 하는 일본인(배교자)의 안내를 받아 일본으로 잠입하여 포교하지만, 결국 기치지로의 배신으로 수난을 당하게 된다. 선교사의 교리로서 순교를 원하지만 일본인 신자의 죽음을 막기 위하여 배교를 하는 주인공의 갈등 속에 신은 침묵으로 일관하고 있다. 『예수의 생애』에서는 민중과 제자들의 기대와는 달리 예수를 무력, 무능한 신으로 그리고 있다. 전능자로서 강하게 나타나는 신이 아니라, 절망적인 인간 앞에서 침묵하고 무력한 신으로 나타나는데 의문을 갖게 한다. 두 작품에서 나타나는 엔도의 예수상은 어떠한 것일까. 일맥상통하는 부분이 여타 작품보다 많아 이 두 작품을 논문에서 다루고자 하였다. 연구방법으로서는 먼저 일본의 기독교와 기독교 문학, 엔도의 신앙적인 배경을 파악하고, 일본의 기독교 수용에 있어서의 배경과 토착화 되지 못한 여러 가지 이유를 분석했다. 그 다음으로, 『침묵』의 등장인물 세 사람을 통해 엔도의 예수상과 기독교가 뿌리내리기 어려운 일본의 풍토를 살펴보고, 예수를 배반한 유다에게 작가자신을 투영하고 있음을 살펴보았다. 그리고『예수의 생애』에서는 반복되어 사용되는 무력과 무능, 사실과 진실이라는 단어적 표현을 통한 의미와, 세례요한과 예수를 대비한 엔도의 예수상을 고찰하였다. 마지막으로 『침묵』의 로드리고와 『예수의 생애』의 예수에 있어서 수난과 구원이 어떠한 관계성을 갖고 있는가를 비교하고, 『예수의 생애』에서만 언급하는 수수께끼에 대하여 살펴보았다. 기독교가 뿌리 내리기 어려운 오랜 역사와 전통이 뿌리 깊은 일본에, 어머니를 통하여 받아들인 기독교는 엔도에게 있어 몸에 맞지 않는 양복이었고, 그로 인해 엔도는 자신의 몸에 맞는 일본의 기모노로 바꾸게 된다. 그의 서구의 예수상, 즉 강하고 힘 있는 아버지와 같은 예수상에서 점점 일본인의 감성에 맞는 약하고 자상하고, 용서의 어머니와 같은 예수상으로 변화되어 간다. 성경에서 예수를 은30에 파는 유다까지도 용서의 손을 뻗치는 그러한 예수상으로 변화되어 가는 것이다. 예수는 기적을 행하기보다 무력과 무능한 모습으로 십자가에 달려 죽으며 자기를 배반한 제자와 군중들을 용서하였다. 기적을 발휘하여 그들의 기대에 만족을 줄 수 있지만, 예수는 순간적인 기쁨을 주는 자가 아닌, 위로자로 영원한 동반자가 되었던 것이다. 성경의 기적의 이야기를 사실로서가 아닌 진실로, 위로의 이야기를 사실로 다룸으로써 사실 그대로를 믿는 것과 동시에 진실을 더욱 강하게 인정하는 것으로 그 깊이가 더 해 간다고 할 수 있겠다. 또한 세례요한을 구약의 아버지의 신으로, 예수를 신약의 어머니의 신으로 표현하는 것은 그의 예수상을 더 명확히 보여 주는 부분이다. 로드리고와 예수의 수난을 통해 예수의 사랑을 극대화시키며 수난의 과정 뒤에 나타나는 구원은, 이 세상을 살아가는 어떠한 인간에게도 실망이 아니라 인내 속에 열매 맺어질 구원을 소망하도록 한다고 할 수 있겠다. 부활 후, 예수를 배반했던 제자들이 각지에 흩어져 예수의 가르침을 전파하게 되는데 그 이유가 의문의 여지로 남는다. 엔도의 이러한 수수께끼는, 『예수의 생애』의 연장선상이라고 할 수 있는 『그리스도의 탄생』에서도 나타난다. 엔도의 수수께끼를 푸는 방법으로 기독교의 삼위일체론에 엔도의 작품을 대조해 보았다. 엔도의 두 작품에는 성부 하나님과, 성자 예수가 그려져 있지만 성령에 대한 언급이 되어 있지 않다. 그러나 성경을 기본으로 하면서도 일본인이 받아들일 수 있는 기독교를 그려 나갔다고 하는 점에서, 성령을 직접적으로 표현했다고 하기 보다는 독자가 스스로 의문을 통하여 관심을 기울이도록 작품을 마무리했다고 볼 수 있겠다. 두 작품에서 나타난 엔도의 그리스도관은 반복되어 강조되고 있는 것처럼, 인간이 이해할 수 있는 한 어머니의 사랑으로 대체하여 신의 사랑을 그리고 있다. 즉, 그 신은 거룩하여 가까이 대하기 어려운 신이 아니라, 무력하고 무능하여 자기를 배반한 자들을 용서하고, 결국엔 십자가에 죽기까지 사랑하는 사랑의 신이다. 또한 침묵하고 있는 듯 하지만 결코 침묵하지 않고 함께 아파하는 신으로서 사랑의 동반자가 되어 주는 신인 것이다. 결론적으로, 작품에서 나타난 엔도의 그리스도관은 표면적으로는 명확하게 드러나고 있지는 않지만, 성서에 근거하여 충실하게 작품에 반영되었다고 보여진다. This thesis hopes to compare and find similarities between the characters in Shusaku Endo's "Silence"(Rodrigo) and "the life of the Jesus"(Jesus) and discover Endo's view on Christianity. Endo is the representative Japanese author of Catholicism and he devoted his life to the catholic culture and development. "Silence" is a novel published in 1966, and is recognized all over the world. His works, after "Silence" include "A silhouette"(1968) about a mother and Herutyoku priest, "A mother thing"(1969) also about a mother, and "The bank of Dead Sea"(1973), a series about the followers of Jesus. However these works were difficult to understand by readers, and the author focused on biographical Literature, and after years of research on Jesus, the masterpiece "the life of the Jesus" was born and it became a method for many Japanese people to understand Christianity. After the publishing of "Silence", the author focused on the mother figure and Jesus for seven years, and the combined research and collaboration gave birth to "the life of the Jesus". It became recognized, not of the greatest works in Japanese religious works of art. In "Silence", the missionary Rodrigo is receives help from a Japanese guide Kichijiro and succeeds in going into Japan but is later faced with trouble due to Kishijiro's betrayal. The missionary wants to become a martyr because of his religious creed, but is forced to become an apostate to save a Japanese believer. While the character faces his greatest challenges that test his faith, "God" remains silent throughout the novel. In "the life of the Jesus", the author paints Jesus as a helpless and incompetent God figure unlike the public and disciples expected. Not only does it not show him as an all mighty figure but it questions the silent and helpless god when faced by humans in despair. What is the Jesus figure that Endo hopes to show in these two works? This thesis hopes to show the connection between the two as the similarities are numerous than any other pieces of work. The research was conducted, first by recognizing the background of Japanese Christianity and its Christian culture as well as Endo's religious beliefs. An analysis on the background and reasons why Christianity was difficult to settle in Japan was also conducted. Second, by observing the three main characters in "Silence" , noted Endo's image of the Jesus figure and analyzed the cultural reasons why Christianity had a difficult time settling in Japan as well as noting that the author himself is being reflected in the character Judas who betrayed Jesus. In "the life of the Jesus", the usage and meaning of the words helplessness and incompetence, reality and truth was analyzed, and by comparing the characters of the disciple Joseph and Jesus, observed Endo's image of the Jesus figure. Finally, a comparative look at the troubles and woes of the characters Rodrigo from "Silence", and Jesus from "the life of the Jesus" was taken and analyzed the riddle shown in "the life of the Jeses". In a nation with deep rooted traditions and history, Christianity had a difficult time settling in Japan, and as Endo was somewhat forced by his mother to take up the religion, it felt awkward and uncomfortable for him. As the grew older, he changed his perspective and began to change the way he looked at Christianity to suit the Japanese way of life. The image of a powerful and strong fatherly figure of Jesus that is prominent in Western cultures, changed to a softer, weaker and more considerate figure like an all forgiving mother. The fact that Jesus is forgiving towards Judas who passed him over for 30 silver coins, shows the changing, forgiving characteristic of Jesus. Jesus does not perform miracles, but shows helplessness as he is led to the cross but at the same time, forgives the disciple that betrayed him and those who are in the crowds. Although performing a miracle may satisfy those and receive a momentary happiness, Endo's figure of Jesus becomes a comforting, and eternal companion for those around him. The stories of Jesus' miracles are considered, not as fact but truth, and the stories of his forgiveness are considered as fact instead. Through recognizing both the truth and facts, the depth of religious belief is considered with more importance. Also, through Endo's representation of the disciple Joseph as the strong fatherly god figure, and Jesus' representation as the motherly figure, it shows exactly what image Jesus has and Endo himself believes. Through the struggles of Rodrigo and Jesus, it emphasizes the love of Jesus and helps readers find out that real salvation behind the process of despair lies, not in the disappointment of individuals but in the perseverance and hopes that one day they will receive salvation. After Jesus' resurrection, the disciples who betrayed Jesus spread out across the world to pass on the message taught by Jesus, but the reason why they did so, still remains a mystery. This mystery given by Endo also appears in the follow up book to "the life of the Jesus", "Birth of Christ". To solve this mystery, a comparative analysis between the holy Trinity and Endo's pieces of works were conducted. In the two books mentioned above, the Father, and the Son were mentioned but the Holy Spirit was not. However, as the two books are based heavily on the bible, the author allows Japanese readers, not to be influenced solely by the text, but have them to find an interest in finding more about the Holy Spirit. Endo's Christ figure is repeated and emphasized throughout the two novels and represents the love of God as a loving motherly figure that readers can easily understand. This means that God is not represented as someone that people look up to admire at a distance, but a person who is forgiving to those who betrayed him and even by death on the cross, he constantly gives love to all those around him. And although he may seem silent, he suffers the same pain as those around him and is eternally together with all his subjects through his love. In conclusion, Although Endo's Christ figure is not literally written in his books, it reflects the bible in its detail.
본 연구에서는 그 동안 유례가 없었던 은행의 시장퇴출이 정부에 의해 전격적으로 이루어짐에 따라 우리 나라 은행들의 대출승인 관련 신용평가 관리가 얼마나 적절히 이루어지고 있는가를 검토하였다. 1998년 6월 29일자로 정리대상이 된 퇴출은행과 우량은행의 신용평가표상 기업체 신용평점을 기준으로 여신관리에 대해 세 가지 관점에서 비교·분석을 시도하였다. 은행신용평가표는 5개의 재무항목과 11개의 비재무항목으로 구성되어 있으며, 기업의 자산규모에 따라 각 각 35~65점을 배점하여 100점만점으로 기업신용을 평가하고 있다. 신용평점 40점을 기준으로 그 이상일 경우는 일반적으로 대출승인이 이루어지며, 40점 미만일 경우는 대출을 승인하지 않는 것이 관례이다.(물론 은행의 대출의사에 따라 예외적으로 반대의 경우가 발생할 수도 있다.) 분석결과 우량은행과 퇴출은행간의 신용관리 차이는 크게 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 퇴출은행의 경우 신용평가표에 의한 신용평점이 기준요건 미만임에도 불구하고 대출을 승인한 규모비율이 우량은행에 비해 2배이상 높게 나타났으며, 자산건전성 분류기준에 의한 요주의이하 여신의 규모비율도 우량은행에 비해 3배이상 높게 나타났다. 특히, 부도기업에 대한 분석에서 퇴출은행은 100%가 신용평점이 대출승인요건에 미달하는 것으로 나타났으며, 자산건전성 분류기준상 모두 요주의이하 여신이었다. 본 연구의 결과는 퇴출은행이 우량은행에 비해 신용관리면에서 유의하게 부실하다는 것이다. 하지만 이러한 결론을 퇴출은행의 부실원인의 전부라고는 단언할 수 없다. 따라서 추후 다른 많은 연구들에서 금융기관의 부실 원인을 본 연구와는 다른 관점에서 분석해 본다면 보다 명확한 부실 원인을 찾을 수 있으리라 기대한다. This thesis examines whether there exists any difference in loan decision making between ousted and sound banks in Korea. The motivation of the thesis is attributable to the fail that five banks were ousted due to their management failure on June 29, 1998. The subjects of investigation are (1) the percentage of loans granted, (2) the percentage of distressed loans, and (3) the percentage of loans bankrupted with less than 40 points of credit evaluation. The sample consist of 71 loans of a sound bank and 47 loans of an ousted bank. The credit points computed by The Korea Credit Evaluation Firm are used in the analysis. The result shows that the ousted banks loan decision making was more lenient than the sound bank. This implies that the ousted bank granted loan although the risks of loan applicants are more than acceptable. This behavior may be due to the fact that the ousted bank's business strategy was more aggressive because of its shorter history than the sound bank. Another explanation for this result may be government's unofficial intervention in loan decision making process thereby the ousted bank unwillingly granted loans despite high risks.
This study focused on identifying Won-Il Kim's literature of the division of Korea, starting from criticizing that previous studies are too much inclined to fragmentary analysis on his literary work and has little diachronic and synchronic consideration. And this will be done with reviewing his most important work from 《A red sky》 in 1970s to 《An accordion》in 2000. For this purpose, this study will review the concept and the category of the literature of the division, and then look into the context of social discourse on his work, examining the significance of his work of literature. It is summarized as follows. The chapter III looks into the social discrimination of proletarian classes Sam-jo Kim represents which is described in 《A red sky》 as the cause of the territorial division after the liberation of Korea. The fragmentary exhibition of the conflict between the classes is the one of the forms of people's resentment. So we can understand the popular psychology through this part. And the writer described the reconciliation between the father and the son (speaker of the novel) in the name of the nation who had experienced the resentment during 29 years including the 1948's event and the 1970's Yushin, ruminating father's life. It is possible to notice that the distance between the father and the son was adjusted by crossing the point of time, which is the method that the writer was constantly attempting. The chapter IV reconfigures the large-scale massacre in Geochang through the novel 《Winter valley》 which created a sensation in 1990. Seemingly, the Syngman Rhee's hard line towards the communists seemed to make it happen, but the underlying cause of the massacre was the ideological confrontation of cold war. And the innocent people were sacrificed by this conflict. As the result of this ideological confrontation that made the people divided into the mountain (left) and the village (right), the innocent people were slaughtered, which makes us know that the human is not only a cause of tragic division of territory but also a solution to overcome the division. Consequently this scene of sacrifice became a witness of the history. We can define the 1980's as a "politicide" which means a "political massacre", and this has the ideological link to 5·18 movement. While the 5·18 movement played a role of ethical awakening the Korean popular movement through the ruined people, 《Winter valley》 played a role of ethical awakening through the sacrificed people. These two events were a kind of a watershed on Korean history, and people related 5·18 movement and people in 《Winter valley》 were identified as a communist, so these were a typical form of the violation of the government. 《Winter valley》 witnesses the infringement upon human right done by the name of the "anticommunism", criticizing regnant powers who repressed the people's will and sacrificed the people. This destroyed the taboo on that period: the "anticommunism." Won-Il Kim tried to reveal the inconsistency of the cause of the division, witnessing the people's suffering. The chapter V traced the root of the division, examining situation from the libration of Korea to October 1950 through 《The festival of fire》 which is regarded as his masterpiece. The views on the cause of the division are usually categorized into the view of intrinsic factor and the view of extrinsic factors. 《The festival of fire》 looks into the land reform and suggested the cause of the division through each character's dialogues. That is, 《The festival of fire》 provides a kind of comprehensive view on that. And 《The festival of fire》 seeks to overcome the division through the characters reactions in the side of the people. First, there is a care of other people who have a complex. Second, there is an awakening from the bottom. Third, there is a positive self training. This shows that we should help the people who feel more severely hurt, which represents the people's voice. Finally, there is a warning that we should careful not to have a blind acceptance of ideology and this also shows that the community spirit has be urgently restored. Andthere is a character who has both ideological experience, and the vision of reconciliation in the basis of orthodoxy of the one nation through this character. 《The festival of fire》 offered a multifocal point that has an open sight on the cause and overcoming which had not existed previously. The chapter VII deals with the reunion of the dispersed family membership the changed situation after the fall of the USSR and Eastern Europe. 《In the search tor disillusion》 let us sympathized the dispersed family members' pain through the communist father's note. 《In the search tor disillusion》 shows three different views, asserting that the dispersed family members are the most urgent problem to solve for overcoming the division in the view of the people and making it clear that this problem should be solved on the humanitarian basis not on the politics. And we can notice the writer's intention to offer ahope for the restoration of a nation's homogeneity through the communist father Jung-lyul Park's note. And 《An accordion》requested the magnanimity towards the prisoners who denies the conversion from a communist to liberalism. This was done by three different spectrums; first, there is an grandfather's younger brother who denies the conversion from a communist to liberalism; second, the grandfather's younger brother and the grandfather are all the victims of the division; third, there is an inconsistency of anticommunism internalized in our society which is represented by Jumsul Hwang's victimization. While 《In the search tor disillusion》 shows that the legacy of division existing in two generation, 《An accordion》shows that the legacy of division existing in three generation. We can also find that the grandfather's generation is emotional and the father is the generation of anticommunism while the grandson has a more objective view because he didn't experience it indirectly. Through these legacies, Won-Il Kim suggests that the peaceful days represented by《An accordion》have to be restored. Based on the review above, the significance of Won-Il Kim's work of literature is as follows. First, Won-Il Kim dealt with the reinterpretation and reassessment of anticommunism in Korea which had been a taboo. He described communistsas angry insurgents caused by social discrimination in 《A red sky》, victims sacrificed by ideological confrontation in 《Winter valley》, a confident man speaking the people's will in 《The festival of fire》, declining man with shaking conviction in 《In the search tor disillusion》, a man of integrity who is ready to die in 《An accordion》. Although this is partly because of the changes in social situation, he also intended to be a neutral position describing the advanced image of communist which had been internalized by anticommunism. Second, Won-Il Kim offered humanism as a channel connecting the left and right. Sam-jo Kim in 《A red sky》 committed himself to the communism which promised the world without discrimination for him and his family, but actually he had to enforce his family to give up their hometown. And the captain Song in 《Winter valley》 did an ironic behavior; for the sake of the world for the people, he went to the war which would make the people suffered. Min-se Cho in 《The festival of fire》 was engaged on communist party without caring for his family. Jung-lyul Park in 《In the search tor disillusion》 betrayed his family for his ideological belief. Kwang-su Park in 《An accordion》killed his agent for his anticommunism. They were all the fathers who made their family suffered since they, at least once, dreamed the communist's utopia. However, Won-Il Kim wanted to show that they are all very weak people who were drawn into the whirlpool of the history. And Won-Il Kim suggested that humanism is needed which overcomes the ideologies. Third, Won-Il Kim took a neutral and objective stance. One of the features of his work is crossing narration; time is crossed in 《A red sky》, space and speaker are crossed in 《Winter valley》 , time and space were crossed in 《The festival of fire》, spatial boundary is extended to North Korea in 《In the search tor disillusion》 and in 《An accordion》. North Korea is a space of past memories in 《An accordion》, while North Korea is the present time in 《In the search tor disillusion》. This crossing method is a kind of strategy that helps to adopt diverse views from different time, different space, and different speakers. So Won-Il Kim provides the chance to see the truth itself. Forth, Won-Il Kim examines the division not from the persons who were in the core of the division and the war but from the general people who were widely exposed by the war. Won-Il Kim didn't set the heroic character but he chose the general people so that he could have an objective and neutral perspective. He described a living character, and this presented his belief that the people are the world. For instance, the characters in 《A red sky》, 《Winter valley》, 《The festival of fire》, 《In the search tor disillusion》, 《An accordion》were the best characters that could have the view of the people. According to the above examinations, we can understand that Won-Il Kim's work of literature is more oriented to the lives of the people rather than the ideology, homogeneity rather than heterogeneity, and reconciliation and humanism rather than hostility. Although the literature of the division had to have disabled parts due to the ideological limitation, the literature of the division itself is valuable because it contains our lives during 60 years of division. And it is our property of literature. Literature is a reflection of society, so we can accumulate the property of literature through the exchanges between North and South. And Won-Il Kim's literature provides the more adequate view on the division, overcoming the previous crippling works of literature. In this respect, the literature of the division has to focus on not only the restoration of homogeneity but also the interpretation of the cause of the division and the removing the barriers in reunification. And we also need to extend subject matters to the legacies of the division remaining in the present. And the ultimate goal is to be the establishing the proper perception of the division which is helpful to the reunification. Furthermore, the goal of the literature of the division should not be limited to the reunification itself, but have to contain the people's will which is future oriented. Then, this will of the people can be the driving force that will enable us to overcome many things even after the reunification. With this, the literature of the division will be able to remain after the reunification as a national property. As pointed out, Won-Il Kim's work is not of emotion but of power, and not of simple reality but of critical reality. He described how the division destroyed the lives of people and showed the lives wrecked by the ideological confrontation. What is afraid of most is the one simple social mechanism that violates the freedom of individuals. Ultimately his orientation is humanism. The division of Korea is not limited to this region. This is in the series of similar problem prevailed in the world. How we identify the 20th century is same as how we see the 21th century. Therefore, it is not desirable to misunderstand the literature of the division as a work of nationalism which could be contrast to the globalization discourse. Reunification model of Korea is the problem of how much it can contribute to peace of the world. So that is the answer to the question why Won-Il Kim's work is analyzed in 21th century.
우리나라 하수슬러지에서의 PCDD/Fs 및 PBDEs 분포특성
Sewage sludge samples from 8 sewage treatment plants (STPs) were analysed for 17 toxic PCDD/Fs (poychlorinated dibenzo-p dioxins and dibenzofurans) and 17 congenerner of PBDEs (Polybrominated diphenyl ethers) isomers. The levels of PCDD/Fs in sewage sludge samples were 1.34 ~ 178.50 pg I-TEQ/g dry wt. Which values were below the EU guideline (100 pg I-TEQ/g dry wt.) for the re-use of sewage sludge except a STP (SH). The distribution patterns of PCDD/Fs varied in accordance with input sources of influent. H7CDF and OCDD/F were dominant in 5 STPs which have input source of 100% residential sewage. However, homologue patterns in 3 STPs which have industrial wastewater contribution to influent (50∼70%) were different from above 5 STPs. The levels of PBDEs in sewage sludge samples were 85.2 ~ 655.3 ng/g dry wt. and which were similar or a little bit higher than those of foreign countries. BDE-99 (45 ~ 67%) and BDE-47 (13 ~ 27%) were predominant among 17 PBDE isomers and the coefficient of determination (r2) between BDE-99 and BDE-47 was 0.87 (p<0.01), which results are similar with previous studies. Distribution patterns of PBDEs isomers in sewage sludge (this study) was different from those in the atmosphere (previous study) but similar with those in sediment (previous study). It is likely that the physicochemical properties of PBDEs in atmosphere (deposition rate from airbone phase) and water environment (sedimentation with particular matter-from water phase to solid phase) affect the fate and distribution of PBDEs. However, data exclusion of more higher molecluar weight PBDEs analysis, especially, BDE-209 and limited samples have an effect on interpretation of result. Therefore, more investigation for high molecular weight PBDEs (octa ∼ deca BDEs) analysis and monitoring of various sewage and wastewater sludge samples for PCDD/Fs and PBDEs are needed.
자동차용 강판재의 미세조직 구성이 동적 인장 특성에 미치는 영향
The deformation behaviors of metallic materials at high strain rates shows different characteristics from those in quasi-static state. Therefore, the strain rate should be considered when simulating the crash events. The object of this paper is to evaluate the dynamic tensile characteristics of steel sheets for automobile depending on the volume fraction of microstructure. 590DP sheet is comprised of ferrite and martensite while SPCC sheet is composed of ferrite. As-received SPRC440 sheet is composed of ferrite and pearlite phase while ferrite and martensite phase were obtained after the heat treatment at 730℃ and 780℃ for 5 minutes as expected by the calculation based on the dilatation curve from the dilatometry results. The high speed tensile tests were performed to acquire strain-stress curves at various strain rates in the range of 0.001/s to 500/s which is the common range in practical vehicle crash. The flow stress increased as the strain rate increased and this tendency was more obvious in relatively soft specimens which were not including martensite phase. This means that the intrinsic higher dislocation density and twin structure of martensite effectively disturbs the movement of dislocation and hide the effect of high strain rate which is causing the increase of active dislocation source. Comparing the tensile strength depending on heat treatment in SPRC440, the strengthening by phase transformation to martensite showed higher effect than the increase of strain rate. In the case of SPRC440, as the volume fraction of martensite increased, the tensile strength increased while the strain rate sensitivity decreased and show similar value over 17% volume fraction of martensite. It seemed that the strengthening effect by the martensite prevail the effect of increase of active dislocation source according to high strain rate, over certain amount of martensite volume fraction.
