        지각과민 치아에 대한 처치약재의 임상적 연구

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the periodic effect of desensitizing drug such as potassium oxalate(D.D.S. # I&II), strontium chloride (ZAROSEN)$^{(R)}$, and placebo group. The 193 teeth of 93 patients who had been complained dental hypersensitivity, and were divided into three groups by application agent and desensitizing treatment was completed. The interval of observation and treatment period were immediately, 1 week, 2 week, 3 week, 4 week, before and after treatment. The data was statistically analized and the results were as followed. 1. Group I showed best desensitizing effect to the stimuli, followed by Group II, Group III. 2. There was a significant difference (p < 0.005) in desensitizing effect among the Group I, Group III and Group II, Group III but there was no significant difference (p < 0.005) in Group I, Group II. 3. The cold stimuli was most effective in desensitization and there was a significant difference (p < 0.005) in cold, air-blast, but there was no significant difference (p < 0.005) in other stimuli. 4. There was no significant difference (p < 0.005) in effect of the desensitization of the cause of exposed dentine. 5. Anterior teeth was more effective than posterior teeth in desensitization and there was a significant difference (p < 0.005) between anterior teeth and posterior teeth. 6. In analysis of stimuli on the potassium oxalate, there was a significant difference (p < 0.005) in cold, air-blast but there was no significant difference (p < 0.005) in other stimuli.

        한국의 공업화건축 공법 도입활용과정 분석을 통한 3D 프린팅기술 개발 방향성 연구

        This paper aims at finding some lessons applicable to successful implementation of 'The 3D Printing R/D Project' through both examining the process of adopting overseas industrialized housing production technological knowhow by home builders during the 1970's~1980's period and thereafter until now the various efforts to adjust the technologies efficiently to the Korea's unique situation. Some meaningful lessons can be summarized as follows; I) Deep understanding of 3DP technological know-why along with its inheritance, II) Readjusting of R/D period and goals(cf. Global leader Winsun's 15 years experiment), III) Restructuring for more collaborative R/D B&E system among participating researchers IV) Fostering 3DP expert-engineers and technicians from the early stage, V) Clearing legal barriers in users' adopting 3DP methods necessary, VI) Development of appropriate building material besides concrete. Therefore, it is highly recommended that the above-mentioned 6 lessons positively accepted and applied to the Research Implementation Plan in due course, especially by KICT consortium and KAIA under the guidance of Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.

        고유진동수를 이용한 정림사지 5층 석탑의 구조모델

        요즘은 비선형해석과 유한요소해석이 가능하며 또 불연속면을 모델링을 통해 구현할 수 있도록 개발된 컴퓨터 프로그램이 개발되어 사용되고 있다. 그러나 석조구조물의 물성을 파악하지 않고서는 이러한 프로그램을 이용하여 실제거동을 예측하기가 매우 곤란하다. 이를 위해 석재와 석재의 접촉부의 강성의 변수를 사이부재를 가정하는 방식으로 수행하였으며, 실제 고유진동수를 측정하고, 석탑을 다자유도계 구조물로 가정하여 고유치 해석을 한 다음 이론상 고유진동수와 실제고유진동수가 일치하도록 접촉면의 강성을 조절하는 방식으로 모델링을 수행하였다. 연구를 위해 정림사지 오층석탑을 대상으로 구조모델링을 실시하였다. 본 연구결과는 석탑형 문화재에 대해 범용 프로그램을 이용한 구조모델링을 가능하도록 함으로써 주요 석탑형 문화재의 연직하중 뿐 아니라 진동이나 횡력에 대한 구조안전성 평가를 하는 과정에서도 유용할 것으로 기대된다. Multi-layered stone masonry monuments, such as stone pagoda can be modeled as a multi-degrees of freedom system. The dynamic behavior of these structures are mainly influenced by contour condition of contacting surface of stones. In this case the mass of the system can be easily estimated, mean while the estimation of stiffness at junction is not simple. In this paper a method for estimating the spring constant at the contacting surface of stone in proposed. This paper describes a method of computational modelling technique for structural analysis of stone pagodas using measurement of natural frequency and eigenvalue analysis. For this purpose Five story stone pagoda in Cchongnimsa site was selected as a model.

        고양이 3종(FPV, FHV, FCV) 불활화 백신의 효과

        This study tested the effect of a trivalent (feline panleukopenia; FPV, feline viral rhinotracheitis; FHV, feline calicivirus infection; FCV) inactivated vaccine in cats. The vaccine was tested for the safety in guinea pigs, mice and cats. Also, it was tested for the efficacy in cats. The vaccine was inoculated to cats at 7~9 and 10~12 weeks of age (conventional schedule) and the serological response to vaccination was assessed and was compared to the unvaccinated group. All cats were bled by jugular venipuncture for FPV, FHV and FCV specific serological test (virus neutralizing antibody, VN) at 7~9, 10~12 and 13~15 weeks. After last bleeding, all cats were inoculated with each virus (FPV : orally $2ml\;10^{7.5}\;TCID_{50}/ml$, FHV : nasally $1ml\;10^{7.0}\;TCID_{50}/ml$ and FCV : nasally $1ml\;10^{7.0}\;TCID_{50}/ml$). The Vaccine verified excellent protective effect in guinea pigs, mice and cats. The VN antibody titers of the unvaccinated group cats against FPV, FHV and FCV were <2~16, on the other hand the vaccinated group cats were $512{\sim}{\geq}4096$, 64~1024 and 64~1024, respectively. When all cats were challenged with virulent viruses, the survival rates of the vaccinated group cats were over 80%, while the survival rates of the unvaccinated group cats were less 20%. The typical clinical signs were not observed in the vaccinated group cats, but the typical clinical signs and histopathological lesions were observed in the unvaccinated group cats. As the result of tests, the VN values obtained in this study appeared to be high enough to protect cats from viral challenges. The trivalent (FPV, FHV, and FCV) inactivated vaccine seemed to be very effective, for prevention of feline viral diseases (FPV, FHV, and FCV).

        汾西 朴瀰의 書畵애호와 그 기록 : 「丙子亂後集舊藏屛障記」를 중심으로

        汾西 朴?는 병자호란이 끝난 뒤 강화도에서 돌아와, 소장하고 있던 8점의 서화 작품들을 다시 裝幀하여 병풍으로 만들었다. 그리고 ?丙子亂後集舊藏屛障記?라는 제목 하에 총 8편의 記를 지었다. 이 글에는 서화 品評에 뛰어났던 박미의 모습을 비롯하여 當代 서화계의 다양한 품평 활동이 기록되어 있다. 아울러 서화와 관련된 다수의 逸話가 채록되어 있다. 따라서 17세기 전반기 서화계의 실상을 보여주는 중요한 자료이다. ?丙子亂後集舊藏屛障記?의 내용은 4가지 정도로 요약할 수 있다. 첫째는 宣祖의 御筆 서화에 대한 品評으로, 宣祖의 서화 취향과 성취를 기록하였다는 점에 의의가 있다. 둘째, 當代의 전문적 서화 품평 활동에 관한 내용을 기록하였다. 특히 뛰어난 서화 품평가로서 白沙 李恒福의 위상이 잘 나타나있다. 셋째, 서화 관련 일화의 채록이다. 초상화에 뛰어났던 李信欽 관련 일화는 여타 기록에 보이지 않는 흥미로운 기록이다. 이 일화들은 17세기 전반기 조선 서화계의 이면을 보여준다는 점에서 중요하게 다루어야 한다. 넷째 松雪體에서 王羲之體로의 書體 변화에 대한 박미의 비판적 입장을 확인할 수 있는데, 이 점에 대해서는 보다 구체적인 고찰이 필요하다. ?丙子亂後集舊藏屛障記?는, 題跋 등을 통해 산발적으로 이루어지던 이전 시기 서화 관련 논의의 형태를 벗어나, 같은 제목 하에 서화만을 집중적으로 논의한 ‘최초의 기록’이라는 점에서 그 가치를 평가할 수 있다. Bunseo Park-Mi returning from Kanghwa(江華) Island after Byeongja-horan was over made folding screen again by arranging 8 pieces of work of calligraphy and paintings. And he wrote total 8 writing with title of Byeongjananhu-jipgujangbyungjangi(丙子亂後集舊藏屛障記), meaning of recording document that was written after manufacturing folding screen with collecting old paintings owned by him after Byeongja-horan was over. Various evaluation activities of calligraphy and paintings world at that time were recorded in this writing. Together, many anecdotes related to calligraphy and paintings were collected. Therefore, it is important data that show actual circumstances of calligraphy and paintings world at first half years of 17th century. The contents of this writing can be summarized by four. First, that make evaluation about King Seonjo(宣祖)'s work, there is a meaning that recorded King Seonjo's inclination and accomplishment of calligraphy and paintings. Second, it recorded contents about professional calligraphy and paintings evaluation activity at that time. Especially, he raised the image of Baeksa Lee-hangbok(李恒福) as excellent calligraphy and paintings evaluator. Third, it is collection of anecdotes of calligraphy and paintings. These anecdotes are important at point that show part which it is not known well of Joseon dynasty calligraphy and paintings world at first half years of 17th century. Fourth, we can confirm Park-Mi's critical standpoint about change from Songseolche(松雪體) to Wangheejiche(王羲之體), need more specific investigation about this point. Byeongjananhu-jipgujangbyungjanggi, escaping discussion form related to calligraphy and paintings attained sporadically through Jebal(題跋) at previous time, can be evaluated by the value of “The first recording” that discuss only calligraphy and paintings intensively under same title.

        Existing real estate markets are monopolized because they are capital intensive and have information asymmetry. However, with the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, technology is converging in various industries based on information technology (IT), and the real estate market is also developing a new field called "PropTech". According to this trend, new PropTech technologies are emerging in various real estate services sectors in Korea, but the electronic contract system, which accounts for the largest portion of the real estate industry, is still cited as a complex identification process and long processing time. Therefore, in this paper, we propose an improvement plan for the current electronic contract system through the introduction of blockchain technology, which is drawing attention with the development of PropTech, and explore the possibility of introduction by producing an experimental model of blockchain-applied electronic contract system in a programming language.

        숭례문 사례를 통한 육축 문화재의 구조특성 연구

        우리나라의 석조문화재을 모델링할 때 불연속면을 갖는 구조재의 강성을 어떻게 규명하느냐가 매우 중요하지만 원형보존을 해야 하는 문화재의 특성상 이를 파악하기란 매우 곤란하다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 비파괴조사를 이용하여 고유진동수를 측정한 후, 시행착오법을 이용하여 측정된 고유진동수와 컴퓨터 모델링 해석을 통해 고유진동수를 비교함으로써 불연속면의 강성, 구조재의 탄성계수 등 숭례문 육축 구조를 이루는 재료의 구조적 물성을 추정하였다. 이를 통해 육축 문화재에 대한 컴퓨터 모델링 기법을 제시하고 육축구조물의 안전성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 연구결과 적심석의 강성이 육축구조물의 안전성에 가장 큰 영향을 미지는 젓으로 분석되었다. It is hard to predict the mechanical characteristics of discontinuous stone masonry structures with the use of by the static analysis method, because of irregularity of face stones and also due to randomness of backfill materials. Inversely, one can estimate the mechanical characteristics by comparing the natural frequencies between measured from the field tests and computed from the analytical models. The aim of this paper is to investigate the effectiveness and confidence of the computational modeling method of ancient stone arch bridges in Korea and to find the factors influencing their dynamic characteristics. The results revealed that the rigidity of spandrel walls and backfill materials are the most important factors influencing the natural frequencies of stone arch bridges, which are the critical for the stability of the stone arch structure.

        Electronic Packaging에 쓰이는 공정 조성의 Pb-Sn Solders에서 Grain Boundary Sliding과 관련된 계면파괴현상

        Pb-Sn eutectic bulk specimens을 thermal cycling동안 electronic package의 땜납이 격게되는 변형 조건 즉 $10^{-3}-10^{-5}$/s정도의 낮은 frequency와 0.2-1%정도의 적당한 strain range에서 피로파괴 실험을 했을때, grain boundary sliding과 관련하여 임계면을 따라 일어나는 균열이 5단계에 의해 묘사될 수 있다는 것을 보였음. This report details the microscopic aspects of grain boundary cracking in Pb-Sn eutecticduring displacement-controlled mechanical tests performed over a range of low frequency ($10^{-3}-10^{-5}$/s)and moderate strain range (0.2 - 1 %) where is the most technologically relevant to solder jointssubjected to thermal cycling. It is shown that intergranular cracking begins with the appearance ofcrack-like features (CLF's), which can be seen due in part because they are associated with grainboundary sliding, and is able to be described by certain stages of isolated crack growth. In the initialstages CLF's are not ture cracks but instead what I shall call "proto-cracks" where grain boundarysliding begins to damage the gram boundary at the surface. At some point during the initiation stagesonce proto-cracks become ture cracks, they develop into isolated cracks and the growth of isolatedcracks is eventually accomplished by coalescence, resulting in 5 stages of cracking.ing in 5 stages of cracking.
