성희롱-이성애제도-조직문화 그 연관성에 관한 고찰

본 논문은 이성애적 실행으로서의 성희롱이 한국의 이성애 제도를 재현하는 성적순결, 결혼제도와 어떠한 연관성을 가지는 지를 검토하고 또한 성희롱이 일어나는 대표적인 장인 조직 내의 성별, 성문화가 성희롱의 발생과 어떠한 관련성이 있는지를 고찰한다. 이를 고찰하기 위하여 질적 방법론에 기초하여 28명의 사무직 여성 노동자와 심층 연접법을 수행하였다. 본 연구를 통해서 첫째, 이성애적 제도로서 순결이데올로기와 결혼 제도 내에서의 성에서 비롯된 지배적인 이중규범은 여성을 성희롱의 저항할 수 없는 피해자로 남성을 일상화된 성희롱의 가해자로 만드는데 주요하게 기여하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 이러한 이성애제도에 근거한 남생 중심적, 이성애 중심적 성별, 성문화는 다양한 양태에 성희롱을 유발시킬 뿐 아니라, 성희롱을 유지 공고화하는 실질적인 역할을 수행하고 있음을 보여준다. 따라서 본 논문은 성희롱의 문제 해결은 단지 새로운 법안의 수립, 제도의 개혁을 통해서 가능하기 보다는 이성애 주의에 대한 도전, 조직문화에 대한 구체적인 문제제기를 통해서 가능함을 주장한다. This article examines how sexual harassment as a heterosexual incident is not only perpetuated by heterosexuality as an institution but also related to gendered and sexual organizational culture in Korea. In doing so, the data of this research derives from qualitative interview with 28 female clerical workers who work in Seoul in Korea. Firstly, this research found that the specificity of Korean heterosexuality is characterized as the dual norm based upon the ideology of sexual chastity and sexuality within marriage. Therefore, Korean female workers affected by the institution of heterosexuality are unable to assertively respond to sexual harassment. Whereas women are defined as a sexual victim, men are regarded as a common harasser. Secondly, this research shows how the incident of sexual harassment is linked with the gendered and sexual culture in the Korean workplace. The gendered organizational culture is featured as the first, inequality of opportunity in employment, sex-discrimination in income and promotion, the second, sex discrimination against married female workers, the third, a uniform for female workers only. The sex-discriminated features contribute to see women not as a worker with an equal ability but as a office wife and a sexual object. Moreover, sexual culture of Korean organizations is mainly related to the 'drinking culture' within the institution of the 'office party'. This drinking culture is male-centered and male-dominated, so most female workers are forced into sexual service roles. In this circumstance, the various forms of sexual harassment are occurred within the office parties and therefore it demonstrates that the sexualized organizational culture is a main cause of sexual harassment. As a result, in order to study incidents of sexual harassment within each society, a research on the sexual harassment- heterosexuality-organizational culture complex is indispensible.

Piperlongumine 유도체 합성과 Aflatoxin B1 생성 억제 효과

Anti-aflatoxigenic studies on synthetic pyridione alkaloids were conducted. Seven derivatives uring piperlongumine as a leading compound were prepared from 3,4,5-trimethoxycinnamic acid (TMCA). These derivatives were analyzed for their structural confrmation and purity by HPLC, GC, GCMS and ³H-NMR. 1-pjperidin-1-yl-3-(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl)propenone (1) reaction with piperidine: 1-morpholin-4-yl-3-(3,4,5-trimethoypenyl)propenone (2) with morpholine ; 1-(3,5-dimethylpiperidin-1-yl)-3-(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl)propenone (3) with 3,5-dimethylpiperdine; 1-(2-methylpiperidine-1-yl)-3-(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl)propenone (4) with 2-methylpiperidine ; 1- (3-hydroxypiperidin-1-yl )-3-(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl)propenone (5) with 3-hydroxypiperidine hydrochloride; 1-[3-(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl)acryloyl]piperidin-2-one (6) with δ-valerolactam; and ethyl 1-[3-(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl)acyloyl]piperidine-4-carboxylate (7) with ethyl isonipectotate were synthesized respectively. All derivatives showed an inhibitory activity on aflatoxin B₁ production. In conclusion, we believe that they might be an agent for the control of mycotoxin in agricultural commodities.

인체척도 적용에 의한 중소규모 의원의 물리치료실 계획에 관한 연구

Efficient space plans are built upon relations of both human and physical compositions, and the standard of the interaction is basically the human scale. Especially in medical areas, the character of the users within human scale design environment is quite significant. Unlike large hospitals with great plans and scalability performed by experts, mid-sized clinics tend to have limited space, designed by non-specialists who highlight aesthetics over functionality in floor plans which leads to poor quality in medical service. For this reason, this study will include the application of human scale based therapy rooms within the clinic from a physical standpoint and will further analyze and pinpoint any room for improvement to further enable more efficient ergonomic space planning. In this study, theoretically will contemplate over human scale, mid-sized clinic, therapies, and therapists, while the case study will include status of the recent human scale based mid-sized clinic from a physical viewpoint, classification and analysis amongst human and physical compositions chosen by discretion from either a newly opened or a newly re-modeled clinic within the last 2 years, which has 15 beds or more, minimum 3 physical therapists, with more than 5 different therapy facilities in the metropolitan area in order to measure the human scale of therapy rooms in a mid-sized clinic. As a result, the area where improvement can practically be applied is the physical composition, which does not include human scale like human composition factors as therapists and patients, and hence, I suggest the human scale applied efficient medical space plan become the base of this study and look forward to subsequent improvement in the quality of medical services.

Non-Hodgkin lymphoma can involve the female genital tract usually as a manifestation of systemic disease, the vast majority of cases being B cell lineage. We report here one case of nasal type NK/T cell lymphoma arising in the uterus, of a 45-year-old Korean woman. The endometrium and myometrium showed diffuse infiltrative mass with hemorrhage and necrosis. Microscopic examination of the tumor revealed medium-sized atypical lymphoid cells. The tumor cells were positive for cytoplasmic CD3 and CD56, and were negative for vimentin, CD10, smooth muscle actin and desmin. Furthermore, In situ hybridization analysis for Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) RNA was positive. The histopathologic and immunohistochemical findings were consistent with extranodal nasal type NK/T cell lymphoma. We report this case to illustrate that NK/T cell lymphomas can involve, and rarely arise in, the gynecologic tract.

Lipomatous variant of angiomyofibroblastoma is a rare tumor of the vulva. Most of cases are usually premenopausal and present with a slowly growing mass without pain. A 46-year-old woman presented with a swelling of the left labium major. The lesion was thought to be a Batholin`s gland cyst or a lipoma preoperatively and a local excision was performed. The tumor was well demarcated and rubbery. On microscopic examination, the alternating hypercellular and edematous hypocellular component with abundant vessels was noted. A large amount of adipose tissue was scattered in the lesion. Stromal cells were positive for vimentin, estrogen receptor, and progesterone receptor and negative for desmin antibody immunostaining. The local excision was enough for complete treatment. No recurrence was noted for 7 months after surgery.

It is creating a something. That means a change of design paradigm, form `How to design` to `Why and what to design`.

Recently there is growing concern regarding the service industry in Korea, especially the food service industry. The form of food service industry has become larger and speciallized by means of either implementing marketing programme in individual companies or the entrepreneurs` possesstion of chain stores. As the food service industry has extended throughout the whole of Korea. It has contributed enormously to the regional economy. These phenomena is based on the following facts; the increase in income level, the fast economy growth and change, rapid reform of social structure, and the change in status of the labor population. To meet these changes and reforms the food service industry in Korea has to form a new ideology that takes into account the interaction with globalization, the phenomena of instant-food consumption habit, a general increase in the those who eat-out, the two faces of luxury, and the blending of domestic extravagance and practicality, especially the influence of imported brands on advance technology and system utility on the economic section and style as a whole.
