Purpose: The purpose of this study is to evaluate how university hospital Institutional Review Boards (IRBs) in Korea classify risk when reviewing clinical trial protocols. Methods: IRB experts (IRB chairman, vice chairman, IRB administrator) in the university hospitals obtaining a Human research protection program (HRPP) or IRB accreditation in Korea were asked to fill out the Google Survey from September 1, 2020 to October 10, 2020. Result: Among the 23 responder hospitals, 8 were accredited by the American Association for Human Research Protection Program (AAHRPP) and 8 were accredited by the HRPP of Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS). Seven were accredited by Forum for Ethical Review Committees in Asia and the Western Pacific or Korea National Institution for Bioethics Policy. Thirteen of 23 hospitals (56.5%) had 4 levels (less than minimal, low, moderate, high risk), 4 hospitals had 3 levels (less than, slightly over, over than minimal risk), 1 hospital had 5 levels (4 levels plus required data safety monitoring board), and 1 hospital had 2 levels (less than, over than minimal risk) risk classification system. Thirteen of 23 hospitals (56.5%) had difficulty classifying the risk levels of research protocols. Fourteen hospitals (60.9%) responded that different standards among hospitals for risk level determination associated with clinical trials will affect the subject protection. Six hospitals (26.1%) responded that it will not. Three hospitals (13.0%) responded that it will affect the beginning of the clinical trial. To resolve differences in standards between hospitals, 14 hospitals (60.9%) responded that either the Korean Association of IRB or MFDS needs to provide a guideline for risk level determination in clinical trials: 5 hospitals (21.7%) responded education for IRB members and researchers is needed; 3 hospitals (13.0%) responded that difference among institutions needs to be acknowledged; and 1 hospital (4.3%) responded that there needs to be communication among IRB, investigator, and sponsor. Conclusion: After conducting a nationwide survey on how IRB in university hospital determines risk during review of clinical trials, it is reasonable to use 4-level risk classification (less than minimal, low, moderate, high risk); the most utilized method among hospitals. Moreover, personal information and conflict of interest associated with clinical trials have to be considered when reviewing clinical trial protocols.

PAT program(The Proficiency Analytical Testing Program)은 미국산업위생협회(American Industrial Hygiene Association AIHA)와 미국산업안전보건연구원(National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health NIOSH)에서 공동주관하는 정도관리로서 일년에 4회 실시하고 있다. 실시항목은 금속(납, 카드뮴, 크롬, 아연), 유리규산, 석면, 유기,용제(Benzen, O-Xylene, Toluene, Carbon Tetrachloride, 1, 1, 1-Trichloroethane, Chloroform, Tetrachloroethylene, 1, 2-Dichloroethane, methanol, p-Dioxane)이다. 대한산업보건협회 산업보건연구소에서는 위의 4가지 항목을 모두 신청하여 1995년 1월에 실시된 120회 부터 참여하였는데 다음은 본 연구소의 120화에 대한 분석방법과 NIOSH로 부터 받은 결과이다.

N/A Recently we are interested in the biosurfactant. Biosurfactant have a low toxcity and easily biodegradable compound. Pseudomonas sp. 13 was isolated from soil. This microorganism produced biosurfactant that consists of glycolipid R-1 and R-2. A time course study of fermentation indicated that the appearance of glycolipid in the fermentation broth the commencement of the stationary phase with the respect to biomass. The effect of variation of the media components such as amount of glucose, nitrogen, phosphate and metal ions has been investigated The following values found to be optimum for biosurfactant production (glucose, 20 g/ℓ; carbon to nitrogen ratio, 40; carbon to phosphate, 18; FeSO₄·7H₂O 20 ㎎/ℓ).

본 연구의 목적은 온라인과 오프라인 공간에 다양하게 존재하는 지리 관련 학습 자료를 지도를 기반으로 매쉬업한 지리교육사이트를 구현해 봄으로써 지도를 기반으로 한 지리교육의 가능성을 탐색해보고자 하였다. 최근 지오웹환경의 급격한 변화는 지리교육에 있어서도 지도에 기반한 다양한 변화가능성을 제안하고 있지만, 지리교육분야에서 그와 관련된 연구는 매우 제한적이었다. 그러나 본 연구에서는 첫째, 교과서 분석을 통하여 콘텐츠를 설계하고, 그 개념을 설명하기 위한 사진, 영상, 개념도 등 다양한 관련자료를 수집하였으며, 둘째, 수집된 자료를 구글의 오픈 API를 활용하여 지도기반으로 매쉬업하였으며, 셋째, 교과서 분석에 따른 내용분류와 수집된 자료를 바탕으로 지리교육사이트를 구축하였다. 본 연구는 공간을 다루는 지리교육에서 텍스트위주가 아닌 지도기반으로 교육을 할 수 있는 가능성을 탐색하고, 지오웹환경에서 교과서의 다양한 개념을 가장 잘 표현할 수 있는 방안을 모색하였다는데 의의가 있다. The purpose of this research is to explore the possibility of geographic education by implementing the map-based geographic education site which mashed up with Google earth by referring the various materials of geographic education which exist in on-line and off-line. In recent years map-based geographic education is required by the radical change of geoweb environments, but there have been few researches in this field. This research is folded up as follows: First, we designed the contents through the textbook analysis and then collect various data related to the contents such as pictures, video clips, conceptual map, etc. which are required to explain the concept. Second, we mashed up the collected data on the Google earth by using the Google's open API. Third, we implemented the geographic education website based on the classification of contents in textbook and the various collected data. This research is important in both that it explores the possibility of the map-based education rather than the text-based education in the geographic field which handles mainly the space and finds the best method to express the various concepts of the textbook on the geoweb environments.
철근콘크리트 다이아그리드 시스템의 내진성능 비교 및 분석

자유로운 입면, 평면 설계의 요구에 대한 초고층 수직 구조물의 설계에 적절히 대응할 수 있는 구조시스템에 대한 관심이 집중되고 잇으며, 그 대안으로서 다이아그리드시스템이 주목된다. 하지만 안정성 및 시공성의 이유로 대부분의 다이아그리드시스템에 강구조나 SRC구조를 채택하고 있다. 이에 따라 비선형 정적해석을 통한 일반적인 횡력저항 구조시스템과 다이아그리드시스템의 성능점 비교와 층간변위비, 최대변위, 층전단력 비교 및 대표 기둥의 축력, 모멘트, 전단력을 비교하여 다이아그리드시스템에 철근콘크리트구조의 구조적 적용 가능성을 확인하고자 한다.

The histological structures of Buxus koreana were studied by cross section and compared with those of Buxus koreana var. elongata, B. koreana var. insularis, B. microphylla subsp. sinica (Taiwan) and B. liukiuensis(Okinawa) . Many different points showed that B. koreana var. insularis is similar to B. microphylla subsp. sinica while B. koreana to B. liukiuensis. The extracts of Buxus koreana by three solvents are as follows: ether ext. 3.34%, dilute alcohol ext. 16.98%, water ext. 11.67% The total alkaloid of Buxus koreana is approximately 0.01%. The general pharmacological effects of dilute alcohol ext. of Buxus koreana were studied and the following conclusions were obtained. Contraction of excised uterus of rabbit was augmented by treatment of dilute alcohol ext. Motility of excised intestine of rabbit was stopped for a moment and stimulated at once by treatment of dilute alcohol ext.
