The instantaneous flame temperature and soot formation and oxidation in a D. I. Diesel engine are easured using a two-color method. The proposed method based on the continuous spectral radition from the soot particles in flames is applicable to industrial Diesel engines without major modifications of their main characteristics. Measurements are performed at one location inside the combustion chamber of a D. 1. Diesel engine. Effects of diffrent engine speeds and loads, injection timings, piston cavitys on flame temperature and KL factor which is an index of soot concentrations were examined. A Little temperature change were observed with increasing rpm, while increased with loads. The higher the flame temperature is, the lower the KL factor is.<br/>

IC(Integrated Circuit) lead frame is high precision product and many parameters influence on the dimensional accuracy. The development of lead frame is based on trial and error and the period of development takes a long time. To reduce the expenses of development, it needs to study about effect of parameters in lead deflection after blanking process. This paper investigates the effect of blanking order on lead shift using LS-DYNA. Several rules for blanking order of lead frame are proposed and it is verified by FE-simulation. The rule bases are used for decision 48TSOP's blanking order. The conventional and modified blanking order processes are simulated by LS-DYNA. The result of simulation is compared to experiment. Results of FE-simulation, modified blanking order is more improved in accuracy.
