        Hydraulic Clutch System의 Mission Profile 및 내구시험모수 결정에 관한 연구

        One of reliability measurements of vehicle is estimated by driving mileage but the reliability of component, such as an hydraulic clutch system, is defined from the number of successful operational cycle. Relationship between these reliability measurement variables(mileage and cycle) should be examined first of all in the reliability estimation of components. Relationship between mileage and cycles is commonly known as linear function. However, the gradient depends on the operational environmental condition. Therefore, estimation of mission profile variable should be done with correlation analysis at the same time. In this paper, we derive mission profile variable of an hydraulic clutch system by field vehicle test and suggest the determination process of durability test parameters of CMC(Clutch Master Cylinder) with mission profile variable.

        ‘裁判의 前提’를 둘러싼 憲法 第107條 第1項ㆍ第2項 사이의 體系整合性을 위한 試論

        According to the traditional view about interpreting Korean Constitutional Law Article 107, the ‘at issue in a trial’ in Korean Constitutional Law Article 107(1) means so-called ‘Concrete Review on Norm’ to regulations, and that of Korean Constitutional Law Article 107(2) means ‘Concreteㆍ Incident Review on Norm’ to decrees, but ‘Concerning with Its Case’ to ‘Administrative Action’. As long as ‘at issue in a trial’ is a part of the Constitutional Law, it should be interpreted widely according to the character of outline norm which is one of the characters of Constitutional Law. Constitutional Law sketches only the outline of the whole national legal system. The detail of the rest of it should be trusted to ‘Discretion in Legislation’ of National Assembly. Thus the definition of ‘at issue in a trial’ should be interpreted according to the character of outline norm of Constitutional Law. In such meaning, Firstly, ‘at issue in a trial’ in Korean Constitutional Law Article 107(2) should not be interpreted in view of so-called ‘the preliminary question in administrative law’. Secondly, the purport of regulating both of the decrees and administrative action at same time and way should be taken into consideration fully. Thirdly, ‘at issue in a trial’ in both of Article 107(1) and Article 107(2) of Korean Constitutional Law should be interpreted in the same meaning in view of the character of outline norm of Constitutional Law. Such character commands that too excessively detailed interetation of Constitutional Law Articles hurts ‘Discretion in Legislation’ of National Assembly and be forbidden. Fourthly, according to the above traditional view, the meaning of ‘at issue in a trial’ in both of Article 107(1) and Article 107(2) of Korean Constitutional Law means only ‘Concrete Review on Norm’ in cases of controlling ‘regulations’ and ‘decrees’, which means that Abstract Review on Norm should be excluded in interpreting the above two clauses. Thus the definition of ‘at issue in a trial’ should be comprehensive as long as the above two clauses shares each other with the definition of ‘at issue in a trial’, which could embrace all and suit to the character of sketching outline of national order. This way of interpreting the above two clauses of Article 107 could embrace the above all cases and even the case of interpreting Local Autonomy Act Article 107ㆍ172. To interpret Constitutional Law Articles according to its original character of sketching outline of national order is just the realization of representative democracy in the viewpoint of holding ‘Discretion in Legislation’ of National Assembly in estimation.

        전자양도성기록(ETR)의 활용론

        The basic direction to utilize ‘mutual distributed ledger’ based on blockchain skill has not been fixed yet. Seemingly we can say that the blockchain industry should be supported regardless of cryto-currency, but actually there are unsatisfied supports for the blockchain industry by the government, for the time being it seems that we are trying to regulate cryto-currency. If it is difficult for us to say what kind of role cryto-currency could play, It should be also difficult to decide whether it would be right for us to regulate cryto-currency or not. Actually it would be self-contradictory that the blockchain industry could be boosted under the circumstance of cryto-currency regulation. we should note that the blockchain skill has originated from the beginning with cryto-currency. The idea of government would be that the blockchain industry could be promoted widely in other areas without crypto-currency. But we are in the circumstance that there is no better industrial area to take motive to research and develop blockchain skill from than cryto-currency. I think the attitude of government is almost as same as we should put aside the R&D of blockchain skill for the time being. As contrasted with us foreign countries such as Switzerland ets. are supporting crypto-currency very positively. They have made herbs for crypto-currency and blockchain industry, one of them is ZUG in Switzerland. We are behind Japan and China in blockchain skill. We are at the top in IT technology, but we are not so in blockchain skill, behind Japan and China. It should be said that we are in the hard situation to follow them. Timely the UNCITRAL has tried to define Electronic Transferable Records and in the end the UNCITRAL Model Act on Electronic Transferable Records was made in consideration of blockchain skill in 2017. We are in need of the legislative respondence to the above legislation by the UNCITRAL. However we have limits in solving the legal problems by way of the appliance of existing laws, and new legislation should be needed. Only to take the way of partial revision in existing laws shouldn’t be sufficient, if so all new legislation should be needed to solve the above problem. For ‘mutual distributed ledger’ based on blockchain skill as way of electronic registration is quite different from that of the existing concentric electronic registration. For all that, in my thought it is not the time to make the general basic law for supporting blockchain industry. It’s too early to do that. The legislation should not be biased against a special skill and be equal to every one.

      • 멀티 클래스 트레픽을 위한 무선 ATM-MAC 프로토콜 성능 분석

        본 연구는 멀티미디어 서비스를 무선 ATM 환경에서 지원하기 위한 WATM MAC 프로토콜을 제안하였다. 무선 환경에서는 값비싼 무선 자원을 효율적으로 사용하여 ATM 서비스가 요구하는 QoS를 만족시키는 것이 중요하다. 특히 대역폭의 사용이 가변적인 비디오 트레픽의 경우는 유연한 대역폭 할당 기능이 있어야 한다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 VBR과 CBR을 구분하여 제어하는 셀 스케줄링 방식을 제안하였다. 이때 VBR 트레픽은 GCRA 알고리즘을 사용하여 가변적인 트레픽 요구를 만족시키도록 하였다. 제안된 제어 기법의 성능을 알아보기 위해 모의 실험을 통하여 성능을 평가 하였다. In this paper, we propose and analyze a WATM MAC protocol for multimedia services in a wireless ATM environment. In a wireless environment, it is important to efficiently utilize scarce wireless resources while providing required QoS to ATM services. It is particularly important to provide variable bandwidth to VBR traffic in an efficient and flexible manner. In this research, we propose a dynamic MAC protocol in which we schedule ATM cells based on the type of traffic sources : CBR or VBR sources. In order to provided guaranteed QoS to VBR sources while protecting other sources from VBR sources which violate traffic contract we use GCRA algorithm in the proposed scheduling algorithm. We performed computer simulation in order to evaluate performance of the proposed MAC protocol.

        본 연구는 멀티미디어 서비스를 위한 무선 단말기의 효율적인 망 엑세스를 제공하기 위한 무선 ATM-MAC 프로토콜에 관한 연구이다. 현재 유선 망에서는 멀티미디어 서비스를 위하여 ATM 기술을 사용하고 있기 때문에 유무선망의 통합을 위한 ATM 무선망을 설계할 필요가 대두되고 있다. 이를 위해서는 우선적으로 무선망이 가지는 대역폭(bandwidth)의 한계와 링크의 높은 에러율을 극복하기 위하여 효율적인 MAC과 개선된 DLC의 설계가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 무선망에서 멀티미디어 서비스의 QoS를 보장하기 위한 링크당 5Mbps 정도를 처리할 수 있는 GCRA 알고리즘과 reserved movable boundary scheme을 이용한 무선 ATM-MAC 프로토콜을 설계하였다. 또한 제안된 MAC 프로토콜의 적합성을 보이기 위하여 다양한 입력 트레픽 환경에서 시뮬레이션을 수행하고 성능을 분석하였다.

        KDS 0050-9000-3과 ISO 9001:2008의 품질시스템 비교연구

        현재 우리나라가 사용하는 국방규격인 KDS는 민간의 품질규격인 ISO에 군수분야의 특성을 추가 및 보완하여 제정되었다. 그러나 군수품이라는 특성을 반영하는 과정에서 민간의 규격보다 엄격하고 까다롭게 제정되었다고 알려져 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국방품질규격인 KDS 0050-9000-3과 민수규격인 ISO 9001:2008을 품질경영시스템의 관점에서 비교하였다. 비교는 일차적으로 두 규격의 요구사항에 대한 양적비교를 실시하여 KDS가 ISO에 비하여 추가 한 내용과 항목을 조사하였고, 이후 요구사항의 내용을 비교하는 질적비교와 KDS에 추가된 요구사항의 내용을 살펴보는 질적 분석을 수행하였다. 양적비교를 통해 KDS가 ISO에 비하여 제품실현과 자원관리에 관심을 가지고 보완하고 있음을 알 수 있었으며, 질적비교 및 분석을 통해 제품의 신뢰성과 기업의 경영윤리를 중요하게 여기고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 KDS를 제정하는 과정에서 ISO에 비해 중요하게 여기는 항목과 그 의중을 파악할 수 있었으며, 이는 현재 군수산업에 속한 기업이 KDS인증을 취득하거나 향후 군수산업에 관심을 가질 기업들이 KDS인증을 준비하는 과정에 도움이 될 것이라 판단된다. Korean Defense Specification(KDS) was established by adding the complementary requirements of the defense sector to the ISO quality standard. However, it is known that KDS is stricter and pickier than ISO in the process of reflecting the requirements for certification. The purpose of this study is to compare KDS 0050-9000-3 and ISO 9001:2008 in order to obtain the features of KDS as defense quality management system. We primarily compares the requirements between KDS and ISO quantitatively and also performs qualitative analysis for supplementary requirements of KDS. Through the quantitative comparison it is found that the KDS is a complementary resource management and product realization compared to the ISO, and qualitative analysis shows that the KDS considers important product reliability and business ethics. In this study, we identify important requirements and the intention of KDS comparing to the ISO, therefor, the result of this study would be helpful to the company currently belongs to the defense industry and acquired certification in the future, or have an interest in defense industry for preparing KDS certification.
