      • 潮流豫測을 위한 2次元 數値模型

        This paper describes the characteristics of tidal currents in the Mokpo Coastal Waters by using the two-dimensional nonlinear hydrodynamic equation. The basic equations are derived by Navier-Stokes momentum equation and continuity equation and its characteristics critically are reviewed, and they are analysed by the implicit finite defference method. The numerical model is constructed two-dimensional(depth-averaged) simple layer model. This paper investigates the stability of solution and convergence of solution in application of the method to Mokpo Coastal Waters, and the reproducibility of the simulation is also discussed in comparison with the results of field survey. The following items are clarified through the numerical investigation; ⅰ) The reproducibility of tidal range and currents are quite acceptable, comparing with the results of model tests and field data, and ⅱ) Tidal cycle for convergent solution is six tidal cycle. also, ⅲ) If not provided a special condition on the tidal flow, the frictional coefficient for the flow on the bottom of the bay can be represented by Chezy’s equation which considers the effect of the tide depth.

      • 하구언 방류가 만내의 해수유동에 미치는 영향

        In order to investigate variation of tidal currents and tide levels due to Estuary Weir dischrage in the Mokpo Bay, the numerical model is constructed two-dimensional simple layer model, and they are analysed by the implicite finite difference method. This paper investigates the reproducivility and convergence of solution in application of the method to Mokpo castal waters, and at three stations analysed variation of tidal currents and tidal level due to Estury Weir discharge. The results of the paper is clarified ⅰ) When the amount of flowing water is maximum the variation of velocity have a rise of 2cm/sec at the front of Estury on spring tide. ⅱ) When the amount of flowing water is maximum(132cms), the variation of tidal depth have a rise of 2cm at the three station. ⅲ) Residual currents is impact of the front of Estury in spring tide.

        To investigate variation of tidal currents and tide levels in the Mokpo coastal waters due to littoral reclamation, The numerical model is constructed two-dimensional simple layer model, and They are analysed by the implicit finite difference method. also, The paper investigates the reproducibility and convergence of solution in application of the method to Mokpo coastal waters and, at six station, analyed variation of tidal currents and tidal level due to littoral reclamation. The following items are clarified; ⅰ) Flow patterns obtined by the numerical experiments approximately coincide with those of the field observation by the Hydrographic office. ⅱ) Numerical experiment results have shown that tidal currents during the ebb tide is more prevalent than one during the flood tide, and Tidal cycle for convergent soluton are six tidal cycles ⅲ) The variation of tidal currents and tidal level due to reclamation, exception nearby reclamation, similarly represented

      • 防波堤 切開시 灣內의 水質變化 豫測

        The objective of this study, is interpretation of current flow pattern and pollutant dispersion by the breakwater incision in a harbor. The reliability of predictions from a pollutant dispersion model depend on how well the model approximates the field situation, the numerical model used here is a two-dimensional simple layer model(ADI). It is investigate the reproduction of phenomena for flow patterns and pollutant dispersion was confined through the comparison between the observed data at Wando Harbor. When the breakwater was cut by 100m at center part, current velocity was larger by max. 0.12m/sec and computation of COD was lower by 0.1㎎/ℓ~0.9㎎/ℓ than before breakwater incision. Resultly, we can expected water quality improvement approximate 33% because it is incised.

      • 하구언 방류가 만내의 오염물질확산에 미치는 영향

        This paper has examined about the effect of the flow and pollutant dispersion by the discharge control at the estuary weir in Mokpo Bay, using a field survey data and results of numerical experiment. For this paper, using the numerical model is constructed two-dimensional simple layer model, and its analysed the implicit finite difference method(ADI). The results of the paper is clarified, 1) The flow pattern of the numerical experiments is similar to the others. 2) When the flow is the maximum discharge, the variation of velocity has a 2 ㎝/sec rise at the front of th estuary on spring tide. 3) It’s showed that the tide level is 2㎝ rise at T1, T2, T3 of 8㎞ around from the entrance. 4) The variation of COD is distributed 1.5㎎/ℓ~1.0㎎/ℓ in 1㎞ from the estuary entrance, it is showed 1.0 ~0.5㎎/ℓ at Kohado around.

      • 상수도의 1일 홍수량의 시간적 변화의 특성에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 상수도 급수량의 시간적 변화형태를 조사하고, 수요량의 시간적인 변화량에 통계학적 개념을 이용하여 수요량의 시간적 변화에 관한 확률적 분산모형에 관하여 검정 결정하였다. 연구대상의 지역으로 광주시를 선정하고, 자료로는 2시간 간격으로 측정된 배수지의 수위와 1일 상수도 생산량을 이용하였다. 급수계통의 모형에 통제용적과 연속방정식을 적용하여 2시간별로 변화되는 수요량을 결정하고, 매월 단위로 정리하여 수요수량의 변화를 알 수 있도록 하였다. 2시간별 수요수량은 1일 총 급수량에 대한 백분율로 환산하여 지수화하였으며, 시간별로 변화되는 각각의 급수량은 통계학적으로 추론될 수 있는지 알 수 있도록 분산모형에 관하여 검정을 하였다. 검정결과를 이용하면 시간별 확률 급수량의 산정이나 급수량의 통계학적 해석을 통하여 상수도 시설의 운용에 이용할 수 있는 것으로 판단되었다. The purpose of this study was to improve the understanding of the characteristics of the daily urban water use. The city of Kwangju in Korea was selected as a study area. The population of Kwangju in the end of 1993 was more than one million and two hundred thousand peoples. The average of daily water use in 1993 was about three hundred and fifty thousand tons a day. The variation of the urban water demand trend with time for a day was studied. One day was devided into 12 divisions with a 2hour increment. The water use demand for the given time interval of a day was observed. The water use index was defind in percentage that indicates the ratio of the amount of water use for a time interval to the amount of water use for a day. The water use index was found to be useful to manage and to operate the water supply systems. In addition to this, the probability distribution of the water use demand for each time interval was tested using the K-S(Komogorov-Smirnov) method. The normal distribution type was found to be appropriate as the probability distribution type for the variation of water demand for the given time interval of a day.

      • 만내의 조류수치해석 - 가막만을 중심으로 -

        본 연구는 2차원비선형 동수역학방정식을 이용하여 가막만의 조류의 특성을 해석하였다. 사용된 기초방정식은 Navier-Stokes의 운동 및 연속방정식이 이용되었고, 방정식을 구성하는 각항의 특성에 관해 상세하게 살펴본 후, 그것을 음적차분법을 사용하여 수치해석하였다. 수치모델은 2차원 단층모델로 구성하였으며, 수립된 수치모델을 가막만에 적용하여, 해의 안정성과 수렴성을 검토하였으며, 모델의 결과와 현지의 관측치를 비교하여 수치모델의 재현성을 검토하였다. 본 수치실험결과 다음의 것들이 증명되었다. I) 실측치와 비교해서 조류의 유향, 유속에 대해서 재현성은 양호하게 나타났으며, II) 안정해를 얻기위한 조석주기는 4주기었다. 또한, III) 조도계수는 C=(1/n)$h^{1/6}$으로 충분히 나타낼수 있었다. This paper investigates the stability of solution and convergence of solution in application of the method to Gamag Bay, and the reproducibility of the simulation is also discussed in comparison with the results of field survey. The following items are clarifide through the numerical investigation; i)the reproduc-ibility of tidal range and currents are quite acceptable, comparing with the results of model tests and field data, and ii) tidal cycle for convergent solution is four tidal cycle, also, iii) bottom friction is successfully represented as c=(1/n))$h^{1/6}$.

      • GSIS를 이용한 연안 환경준설 관리 방안

        연안에서 해양개발, 수로유지 및 수질 개선 등을 목적을 준설이 시행되고 있다. 수질 개선을 목적으로 하는 준설공사의 경우 준설량을 정확하게 예측하는 것이 공사비용 및 공사기간을 결정하는데 매우 중요한 요소이다. 본 논문에서는 현재 국내에서 가장 널리 사용되고 있는 양단면평균법과 GSIS의 기법 중 역거리가중(Inverse Distance Weight; IDW) 보간법, Kriging 보간법 및 불규칙삼각망(Triangulated Irregular Network; TIN) 보간법을 이용하여 준설량을 산정하였다. 또한 GSIS를 이용하여 준설공사를 체계적으로 관리할 수 있는 준설관리체계 구축안을 제시하였다. In coastal areas, dredging is carried out for the purpose of ocean development, channel maintenance, water quality improvement, and so on. An accurate estimate of the dredging volume can decrease excessive amounts of uncontaminated dredging materials. Also, it can minimize the period and expense of the construction. In the moment, the end area formula method is generally used for calculating dredging volume. The position of sediment investigation is decided empirically through in-situ survey. However, in foreign countries the investigation is decided before dredging through an effective terrain analysis. This study is focused on making a management tool for marine dredging using Geo-Spatial Information System(GSIS). The Marine Dredging Management System(MDMS) developed in this study is a GSIS-based integrated system consisting of three compartments such as estimation of dredging volume, prediction of flow currents and water quality parameters.
