        동의보감(東醫寶鑑) 중 고마요법(膏摩療法)에 사용된 방제(方劑)에 대한 고찰(考察)

        The purpose of this study is to expand the prescription usage from internal treatment to external treatment by applying the compatibilities of herbal ingredient for ointment massage therapy. For this, specific cases of usage were investigated in Donguibogam, which is now inscribed on the UNESCO Memory of the World Register, has been not only one of the classics of Korean medical asphere, but has compiled all the contents of the Oriental medical traditions including ointment massage therapy that was completed through different Chinese dynasties, such as Song (宋), Jin(金) and Won(元) by the 17th century. Research results of this study is : 1. Ointment Massage Therapy was used to treat the symptoms of diseases such as ACHI-mun(dental range : 牙齒門), PI-mun(dermal range : 皮門), JECHANG-mun (sore range : 諸瘡門), SO A-mun(pediatrics range : 小兒門). 2. Out of all the manipulations, it is a scrubbing manipulation that used most. 3. Out of all the formulations of ointment massage therapy, it is powder types and ointment types that most representative formulation.

        촉초(蜀椒)(천초(川椒)) 약대(藥對)에 관한 연구

        Objectives : The purpose of this study is to find out herb-pair prototype composed of Zanthoxyli Fructus, to examine compatibility regulation between them and to classify them into seven features of compatibility. Methods : To search usages of Zanthoxyli Fructus compatibility, we have investigated the classics of herb and prescription such as "五十二病方"(Fifty-two kinds of Diseases), "黃帝內經"(The Medical Classic of Yellow Emperor), "傷寒論"(Treatise on Febrile Caused by Cold), "金?要略"(Synopsis of Prescriptions of The Golden), "附廣?后方"(Handbook of Prescriptions for Emergencies), "本草綱目"(Compendium of Materia Medica), "得配本草"(Deukbae Materia Medica). Results : In these books Zanthoxyli Fructus was paired with below herbs; 桂(Cinnamomi Cortex), 薑(Zingiberis Rhizoma), 吳茱萸(Evodiae Fructus), 細辛(Asari Radix), 茴香(Foeniculi Fructus), 肉荳?(Cistanches Herba), 釜下土(Terba Flava Usta), 益智仁(Alpinae Oxyphyllae Fructus), 飴(Saccharum Granorum), ?白(Allii Radix), 梨(Pyrus), 牙?(Gleditsia Fructus), 杏仁(Armeniacae Amarum Semen), 蕎麥粉(Fagopyrum esculentum Moench), 胡粉(Minium), 白朮(Atractylodis Rhizoma White), 蒼朮(Atractylodis Rhizoma), 麻子仁(Cannabis Fructus), 大麥蘗(Hordei Fructus Germiniatus), 麴(Massa Medicata Fermentata), 生地黃(Rehmanniae Radix), 茯?(Poria), 牡?(Ostreae Concha), 白礬(Alumen), 雄黃(Realgar), 烏頭(Aconiti Radix), 附子(Aconiti Lateralis Preparata Radix). Conclusions : Zanthoxyli Fructus herb-pair classified by seven features of compatibility are as follows; 1. Mutual reinforcement compatibility with : Cinnamomi Cortex, Zingiberis Rhizoma, Evodiae Fructus, Asari Radix, Foeniculi Fructus, Cistanches Herba, Terba Flava Usta, Alpinae Oxyphyllae Fructus, Saccharum Granorum, Allii Radix, Pyrus, Gleditsia Fructus. 2. Mutual assistance compatibility with : Armeniacae Amarum Semen, Fagopyrum esculentum Moench, Minium, Atractylodis Rhizoma White, Atractylodis Rhizoma, Cannabis Fructus, Hordei Fructus Germiniatus, Massa Medicata Fermentata, Rehmanniae Radix, Poria, Ostreae Concha, Alumen. 3. Mutual restraint compatibility with: Realgar, Aconiti Radix, Aconiti Lateralis Preparata Radix) 4. Mutual detoxication compatibility with: 桑汁(Juice of Mori Folium), 桑根汁(Juice of Morus Cortex), 大蒜(Allii Bulbus), 薺?(Remotiflori Radix), 桂汁(Juice of Cinnamomi Cortex).

        동의보감(東醫寶鑑) 중(中) 소엽(蘇葉)이 주약(主藥)으로 배오(配伍)된 방제(方劑)의 활용(活用)에 대한 고찰(考察)

        This study was investigated to make sure the usage of prescriptions in which Perilla frutescens is used as a main herbal medicine in Donguibogam. Through the investigation on main treatment, pathology, etiology and nature of disease, dosage in the relevant prescriptions, The consequences are as follows; 1. The Perilla frutescens is used in 15 treatment fields which contain the cough, cold chapter ect. 2. The Perilla frutescens is used as a main heral medicine in 30 natures of disease such as cough-relative disease, an asthma, an external wind and cold, etc. 3. The Perilla frutescens is used for various pathology in the exogenous etiological factor, endogenous etiological factor, exo-endogeneous etiological factor and non-exo-endogeneous etiological factor. 4. The Perilla frutescens is used in a range of $1.2g{\sim}10g$ in relevant prescription. The main dosage is 4g. 5. The Perilla frutescens is used with various crude herbs in accordance with the pathogeny. The Perilla frutescens has been used to reduce heat from the lungs, to relieve asthma, to promote qi's movement and to soothe fetal movement etc. According to the results, 1 suggest to use the Perilla frutescens in a various pathogenic fields. The Perilla frutescens is able to remove not only pathogenic heat from the cough-relative disease, but also pathogenic asthma, an external winds and colds, etc.

        한방의료행위의 개념요소와 유형에 관한 법적 고찰

        Medical Act. article 2 (3) stipulates that “a korean medicine doctor is in charge of providing korean medical practices and korean medical health guidance”. But, without a definition article about korean medical practice, the legal concept of it is defined by supreme court cases according to specific legal trials. To establish the concept of korean medical practice, it must be included that the common parts of practice of medicine involving “the purpose of practice”, “the subject of practice”, “the object of practice” and “other dangers”, as well as the special parts of conceptual elements of korean medical practice involving “korean medicine principle” and “differentiation” and also “manufacturing of korean medicine”. Accordingly, the definition of korean medical practice is defined as examining, diagnosing, differentiating, prescribing, manufacturing of korean medicine, treating, korean medical care guiding so as to treat diseases and to promote and to maintain health, based on korean medicine as traditionally handed down from the nation's ancestors and korean medicine principle which is scientifically developed and applied and also includes a practice that will cause physiological danger to human body and/or bring harm to public health and sanitation if it is not perfomed by korean medicine doctor.

        Collagen II-induced Arthritis 생쥐에 대한 두충(杜仲).속단(續斷) 배합약물의 관절염 억제 효과

        Objectives : The object of this study was to verify the inhibitory effect of a decoction of Eucommiae ulmides OLIVER (EU) and Dipsacus asperoides C. Y. Cheng et T.M.Ai (DA) on Collagen II-induced Arthritis Mice (CIA mice). Methods : DBA/1OlaHsd mice were immunized with bovine type II collagen. Boostnig same collagen 21 days later, arthritis was induced and then administrated orally the extract of EU+DA (200 or 50 mg/kg) once a day for 4 weeks and compared with that of methotrexate (MTX, 0.3 mg/kg) as a positive control. Results : Administration of EU+DA suppressed the inflammatory progression of CIA mice and the results were 1. Arthritis index of CIA mice was decreased. 2. EU+DA decreased the production of TNF-$\alpha$, IL-6, IL-$1{\beta}$ in the serum of CIA mice. 3. EU+DA decreased the level of IgM. 4. EU+DAincreasaed $CD3^+$, $CD4^+$, $CD4^+$/CD25 but decreased $CD19^+$, $CD3^+/CD49b^+$(NKT), $CD3^-/CD49b^+$(NK), $B220^+/CD23^+$ in PBMC of CIA mice. 5. EU+DA decreased $CD3^+$, $CD4^+$, $CD3^+/CD69^+$ of paw joint in CIA mice. 6. EU+DA decreased subsynovial inflammation. Conclusions : This results demonstrated that extract of EU+DA suppressed the inflammatory progression of CIA mice and supported further studies are required to clarify a mechanism of therapeutic role.

        『동의보감(東醫寶鑑)』중 식물성 기름(油)을 활용한 방제

        Object : To investigate which diseases the utilization of various vegetable oils were used and how they were used for treatment, and to change and develop vegetable oil combined prescriptions so that the Korean medical treatment effect in clinical practice can be enhanced. Methods : All words containing oil(油) were searched and selected oils used for simple prescription and oil combined prescription. Aii of animal oils such as butter(酥油), Suis oil(猪油), Anceris oil(鴈油), and Actonis caro oil(猯油) were excludIt is suggested to develop a new formulation by succeeding the utilization methods of various effects of sesame oil and other vegetable oils.ed. All selected oils were classified as sesame oil(麻油)(inclusive, 脂麻油, 胡麻油, 香油, 淸油) or other vegetable oils. Result : 1. In 『Donguibogam』(『東醫寶鑑』), 14 other vegetable oils were used to 23 prescriptions. 2. Sesame oil was used to 187 prescriptions over 41 disease categories as of 20 effects described in the 『Zhenghebencao』(『政和本草』). 3. In 28 prescriptions, sesame oil was also used for hygiene and prevention, emetic, preparating herbs and so on. Conclusion : The 101 prescriptions used for medicinal auxiliary materials are due to the efficacy of treatments of malignant furuncles, sores, scabies, promoting regeneration of tissue and flesh, reliving pain, dispersing abscess and swelling and supplementing fissured skin. In 『Donguibogam』(『東醫寶鑑』), the unique efficacy of each vegetable oil and sesame oil was used in various ways and preparation forms to treat various diseases. It is suggested to develop a new formulation by succeeding the utilization methods of various effects of sesame oil and other vegetable oils.

        방제의 본초 중량비를 활용한 방제 비교 방안에 관한 연구

        Objectives : The objectives of this study is to establish data-base to find out similar herbal formulas with a particular herbal formula by comparing composition ratio of configuring herbs. And this thesis is to analyze differences of prescriptions and find out similar prescriptions by utilizing galenical mass ratio, which is directly related to effectiveness of galenical. Methods : This study was proceeded by using Access 2007 with Window 7(MS) and 2,787 prescriptions of which herbal configuration could be indicated by weight unit were analysed from Donguibogam. We standardize all units of the prescription and input the mass ratio data when entered galenical data. Results : We could confirm a degree of similarity between compared prescriptions and a particular prescription according to the sum of differences of herb weight ratio and similarity ratio. Conclusions : A most similar herbal formula could be searched through comparing multi prescriptions by multi prescriptions of herbal configuration from established herbal formula data-base where herb weight ratio of prescriptions is to be input.
