가류고무의 접착력을 향상시키기 위해서 엑시머 펄스 레이저 광으로 표면처리를 하였다. 레이저 광 조사 수의 증가에 따라, 접착력은 크게 향상되어, 100회의 조사 수에서 1500 N/m의 가장 큰 값을 얻었다. 또한 에너지 밀도 증가에 대해서도 접착력은 증가하여 에너지 밀도 176 mJ/$cm^{2}$에서 가장 큰 접착력 1500 N/m를 얻게 되었다. 에너지 밀도의 증가에 따라 접착력이 증가하는 것은 표면적의 증가와 관련이 있음을 알았다. Surface treatment was carried out by an Excimer Pulse laser beam in order to increase the adhesive strength of vulcanized rubber. With increasing number of laser beam irradiations, the adhesive strength was greatly increased; the adhesive strength was 1,500 N/m after irradiation 100 times. The energy density increase was in direct proportion to the adhesive strength increase; the maximum value of the adhesive strength was 1,500 N/m at the energy density of 176 mJ/$cm^{2}$. 무선 ATM 망은 광대역 멀티미디어 서비스 제공을 위해 셀의 크기가 작은 마이크로/피코 셀 구조를 채택하므로 단말의 이동성 지원을 위한 핸드오버 기능은 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 무선 ATM 망에서 이동교환기간 핸드오버를 신속하게 처리하기 위한 동적 경로 예약 핸드오버 기법을 제안한다 제안한 기법은 이동교환기간 핸드오버를 위해 최대근접공통노드로부터 인접 이동교환기까지 가상 채널을 미리 설정하므로 실제 핸드오버 시에 연결의 재라우팅에 소요되는 시간을 단축할 수 있다 특히 일정 주기마다 예측 알고리즘을 수행하여 다음 주기에 발생할 핸드오버 호의 수를 예측하여 가상 채널을 예약함으로써 기존 DVCT 기법에 비하여 예약 채널 수, 예약 채널 이용률 및 시그널링 복잡성을 개선하였다. Handover is very important to support the mobility of user because wireless ATM networks have smaller cell size such as micro/pico cell for broadband mobile multimedia service In this paper, we propose dynamic path reservation handover scheme for fast inter-MSC (Mobile Switching Center) handovers To reduce the handover delay for connection re-routing, the proposed scheme reserves virtual channels from nearest common node to neighbor MSC in advance Especially, our handover scheme predicts the number of inter-MSC handover calls at each period by the prediction algorithm and reserve virtual channels The simulation and analysis results show that our scheme reduce handover complexity and has higher reservation channel utilization, compared with DVCT scheme.

From the progressing results, it was found that thin film using 52 wt% Ni - 38 wt% Cr - 3 wt% Al - 4 wt% Mn - 3 wt% Si target has good characteristics for low TCR (temperature coefficients of resistance) and high resistivity. The optimum sputtering condition was DC 250 W, 5 mtorr, and 50 sccm and the proper annealing condition was $350^{\circ}C$/3.5 hr in air atmosphere. At these fabricated conditions, thin film resistors with TCR values of less than ${\pm}10ppm/^{\circ}C$ were obtained. The TCR of the packaged-samples made at proper fabrication conditions was $-3{\sim}15ppm/^{\circ}C$ after the thermal cycling and $-20{\sim}180ppm/^{\circ}C$ after PCT (pressure cooker test), we could confirm reliability for the thin film resistor and find the need for enduring research about packaging method.

3GPP는 HSPA와 같은 라디오 액세스 기술의 개선을 바탕으로 다가오는 수 년 동안 높은 경쟁력을 가질 것으로 예측된다. 그러나 3GPP에서는 급속히 발전되는 정보통신서비스를 효율적으로 제공하기 위해, 3GPP R6 기술과 비교하여 사용자와 사업자의 비용을 줄이면서도 고품질의 다양한 서비스를 제공하는 새로운 이동통신기술의 필요성을 인식하고, 낮은 전송 지연(low latency), 높은 전송률(high data rate), 시스템 용량과 커버리지를 개선하는 3G long term evolution 표준기술 작성을 시작하였다. 이에 따라 지난 2004년 말부터 3GPP에 참여한 사업자, 벤더, 연구소 등은 2007년 6월 표준규격작성완료를 목표로 LTE와 SAE에 대한 연구를 진행해 오고 있다. 이들 연구는 상호 운용성을 제공하기 위한 기술적 솔루션을 최소로 하면서 불필요하게 중복되는 필수 특성들을 줄이고 다양한 액세스 네트워크 사이에서 모빌리티를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 본 문서에서는 2006년 3월까지 진행된 3GPP의 표준화 및 기술 동향에 대해살펴본다.

교수 질 프로필(IQP)에 기반한 중학교 2학년 수학과 교수의 질 분석

This study was conducted as a part of the project to evaluate the quality of mathematics instruction in the national curriculum system. The purpose of this study is to measure the consistency between teaching goals of mathematics curriculum, contents presentation of textbooks, and testing including adequacy of each element in mathematics instruction for 8th grade. To do this, we used MIQP (instructional quality profile for Mathematics) developed basing on the instructional quality profile (IQP) in the previous research of the project. First, the quality of textbooks' content presentation for 8th grade was found that the desirable levels in number and operation area and geometric area was relatively less compared to other areas, but it was generally good. Second, it was found that the quality of mathematics testing for 8th grade was good in terms of consistency with the curriculum's teaching goals, consistency with the content presentation of textbooks, and adequacy of testing. However, regional differences in the quality of testing showed that there were some deficiencies in regions outside the metropolitan.

Objective: To study the etiology of primary amenorrhea in 19-aged woman. Materials and Methods: Case report. Results: I found that there were not gonads and organ of mullerian ducts origin on diagnostic laparoscopy. She was normal 46XX on chromosomal study and normal external genitalia except short vaginal canal. Conclusion: It is very rare that absent gonads and lack of mullerian ducts with 46XX female and primary amenorrhea.

대기압 비평형 플라스마의 발생 및 규소(Si)식각에의 응용

대기압 하에서 정상적으로 저온 플라스마가 발생 가능한 장치를 개발했다. 개발한 장치는 접지전극을 유전체로 피복한 용량결합형 전극구조로 되어 있다. rf(13.56 M Hz)을 여기 원으로서 사용한 아르곤(Ar) 또는 헬륨(He)은 플라스마 가스로서 사용했다. 발생한 플라스마는 발광분광법, 플로브 진단법에 의해 특성을 검토했다. 그 결과 전자온도>여기온도>가스온도 관계에 있는 비평형 상태의 플라스마였다. 본 장치를 사용하여 발생한 플라스마에 반응가스(CF4)을 첨가해서 대기 개방 계에서 Si(100)식각($1.5{\mu}m$/min)에 적용하여 높은 처리속도를 실현했다. Under atmospheric pressure, apparently homogeneous and stable plasma can be generated from insulator barrier rf plasma generators each of which has an rf powered cathode and a grounded anode covered with a dielectric insulating material. In order to characterize the generating plasma under atmospheric pressure, some basic characteristic have been evaluated by the Langmuire probe method as well as by optical emission spectroscopy. From the result of plasma characteristics, the generated plasma was verified to be nonequilibrium; T(electron)>T(excitation)>T(gas). High rate Si(100) etching (($1.5{\mu}m$/min) were achieved by using He plasma containing a small amount of $CF_4$.
