Max Weber 官僚制의 現代的 觀點에서 分析 : 非效率性을 中心으로

This paper is on inefficiency of the Max.Weber’s Bureaucracy. The chief cause of inefficiency did description in preface. Immediately it is all along of the change of an age. The inefficiency is not overall the bureaucracy, on a part. In the main subject, paper’s content is analysed by two part, namely internal prerequisite and external prerequisite. In the internal prerequisite, it is divided by vertical structure and horizontal structure. The chief cause of inefficiency in vertical structure is hierarchy, span of control, unity of commmand and so forth. In horizontal structure is conflicts, professionalization, overlapping, line and staff, and the like. On the external prerequisite, simply it is divided by clients and the lack of ability on the marketing economy system. In epilogue a partly inefficiency in Max.Weber’s bureaucracy is inevitable all along of the change of an age. Internal inefficiency comes from contradiction and unreasonableness of it’s self and by no means recovering is not easy. Particularly external prerequisite is dependencing in the outside factors, so can’t cordinate the bureaucracy freely. Anyhow the chief cause of inefficiency in the M.Weber’s bureaucracy is as the change of condition on society, economy, politics, culture.
