아도르노의 도덕철학 - 정치: 법의 지배에서 도덕의 지배로 -

이 글은 사회의 기본구조와 이러한 구조 속에 살아가는 사람들의 관계를 법의 지배를 통해 규제하는 정치의 한계를 비판적으로 검토하고, 이를 통해 오늘날 자유민주주의 체제 가 건강하게 작동하기 위해서는 도덕과 도덕철학이 중요하다고 논증할 것이다. 이를 위해 본 논문은 도덕이 지배하는 정치와 법이 지배하는 정치로의 전환을 비판적으로 분석하며, 이러한 분석으로부터 ‘다시 도덕의 지배’라는 주제를 중심으로 도덕의 필요성과 역할을 다 룰 것이다. 그럼에도 도덕의 지배는 법의 지배를 비판하지만 법치 자체를 부정하는 것이 아니라 도덕과 정치의 상호작용을 목적으로 한다. 이러한 의미에서 본 논문은 이전의 덕 윤리나 의무론적 윤리를 다시 소환하는 것이 아니라, 아도르노의 철학을 재해석함으로써 도덕과 정치의 상호작용을 가능하게 하는 도덕철학을 ‘비판적 도덕철학’이라는 이름으로 제시한다. 아도르노의 도덕철학은 자유를 억압하는 관리된 사회에 대해 비판이 도덕철학 의 근본역할 일 뿐만 아니라, 도덕적 가치를 판단할 비판적 원칙을 제시하고 있다는 점에 서 비판적 도덕철학이다. 더 나아가 본 논문은 도덕적 판단의 원칙을 인간이 상호성의 존 재라는 그의 철학에 대한 해석에 따라 ‘상호작용하는 모든 것은 어떤 단순한 교환가치로서 가 아니라 그 자체의 내적 가치를 가지는 것으로 존중되어야 한다’로 수정할 것을 제안할 것이다. This study will critically examine limits of politics which regulate the relations among peoples through the rule of law, and then will argue that moral and moral philosophy are important so that democracy can operate healthy. For this, this study firstly will deal with the rule of moral, and than will analyze the conversion to the rule of law critically. From this analysis, this study will deal with the necessity and the role of moral in the center of the rule of moral again. Nevertheless, the rule of moral criticizes legalism, but does not negate the rule of law itself. Rather, it aims at the interaction of moral and politics. In this sense, this study will not recall virtue ethics or transcendental ethics, but will suggest the ‘critical moral philosophy’ that can enable the interaction of moral and politics. Adorno’s moral philosophy is the critical moral philosophy in that the critic of the administered society which suppress freedom is the fundamental role of moral philosophy, and in that it suggests the critical principle by which we can judge moral values. Furthermore, according to his thoughts that human is the beings of reciprocity, this study will suggest the principle of moral judgement that ‘everything interact reciprocally should be respect as having internal value in itself, not as simple exchange value.’

동일성 인식의 구성적 불완전성과 예술의 자율성

이 글은 생산을 위한 생산의 원리가 지배하는 시대에, 그럼에도 불구하고 교환 불가능한 것에 대한 전율로서의 미적 경험이 가능하고, 그런 한에서 이를 객관화하는 예술이 자율적이며 사회비판적 역할과 중요성을 가진다고 주장할 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 전략적으로 칸트의 선험적 종합판단을 비판적으로 분석함으로써 육체적 경험과 이를 통한 전율의 가능성을 논증하려 한다. 따라서 논의의 전개는 먼저 순수 개념의 적용을 통한 보편적 인식이 가능하지 않으며, 인식 수단인 개념 또한 순수한 것이 아니라 경험적이며, 그렇기 때문에 개념은 불충분할 수밖에 없다고 주장할 것이다. 그런 다음 칸트의 보편적 인식은 비동일적인 물자체를 의식의 사실과 동일화하지 않지만, 그럼에도 감각을 추상적 감각으로 환원함으로써만 가능하게 되며, 그렇기 때문에 추상적 감각은 불충분할 수밖에 없다고 비판한다. 이러한 비판을 통해 본 연구는 추상적 감각으로 환원될 수 없는 육체적 경험을 정당화하며, 경험세계와 유사성의 계기인 육체적 경험을 통해 정신 내적으로 일어나는 전율로서 미적 경험과 이를 객관화하는 예술의 자율성을 주장할 것이다. This Thesis tries to argue that in spite of times the principle of production for itself dominates, the aesthetic experience as shudder of what cannot be exchanged is possible, and the art which is objectifying such experience is autonomic, so that it has the social-critic role and importance. In order to justify it, this thesis will argue the possibility of fleshly experience and the shudder which occurs with it by analyzing Kant's a priori synthetic judgement strategically. The argument will firstly insist that the universal knowledge through application of pure concepts is not possible, the concepts as instrument for knowing are not pure but empirical, and for that reason concepts cannot help being insufficient. Then, it will argue that Kant’s universal knowledge does not identify what cannot be identified with the facts of consciousness, but nonetheless it becomes possible by reducing senses to abstract senses. Therefore abstract senses cannot help being insufficient. Through this critical analysis, this thesis will justify the fleshly experience which cannot be reduced to abstract sense. And it will argue the aesthetic experience as shudder occurring within mind by means of the fleshly experience and the autonomy of art.

자유의 전제로서 유사성

본 논문은 자유가 관계 속에서의 자유이며, 그러한 자유를 가능하게 하는 것이 유사성이라는 것을 정당화하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 논문은 먼저, 유사성 개념의 역사를 간략하게 분석함으로써, 유사성이 왜 형식적 논리에 기초해서 자신의 철학사상을 체계화한 철학자들의 아킬레스건이 될 수밖에 없었는지를 다룰 것이다. 그런 다음 본 논문은 의지의 자유와 그것의 정당화를 가장 깊이 있게 다루었던 칸트 실천철학을 비판적으로 분석함으로써, 칸트에게 의지의 자유가 현실의 관계 속에서 작용할 수 없을 만큼 무기력하게 될 수밖에 없는 이유가 자유를 주관성 속으로 내면화하기 위해 관계의 전제인 유사성을 부정하기때문이라고 주장한다. 이어서 아도르노의 의지 개념을 분석함으로써, 자유 의지가 관계 속에서 실행되도록 하는 것이 유사성이고, 이러한 유사성이 아도르노가 계몽철학을 비판하기 위한 근거이자 무기이며, 자신의 비동일성 철학의 핵심이라고 주장한다. 아도르노에게충동과 이성이 유사성을 가지기 때문에 상호작용하며, 이러한 비동일적 긴장 속에서의 상호작용을 통해 의지가 가능하게 된다. 그러므로 충동과 이성의 상호작용으로서의 의지는첫째, 이성이 이성적이도록 하는 이성의 힘이며, 둘째 이성이 몸을 움직이도록 하는, 즉경험세계의 현실에 실천적 행위를 할 수 있도록 하는 이성의 힘이라는 이중적 성격을 가진다. 이러한 분석을 근거로 본 논문은 거부할 수 없는 유사성이 인간 이성이 경험세계와 관계하고 이성이 실천적이기 위한 조건이며, 그런 한에서 인간의 의지의 자유도 의지가 실행되는 세계를 벗어날 수 없는 관계 속에서의 자유임을 논증하고자 한다. This thesis tries to justify that freedom is only in relations, and that what makes the freedom in relations possible is affinity. To do it, This thesis, firstly, will analyze histories of affinity concept briefly, and through such analysis it will deal with reasons why the affinity cannot help being problems to modern subjective philosophy. And then it will analyze critically Kant s philosophy which dealt with the freedom of will and the justification of it in depth. By dong so, it will insist that the reason why the freedom of will cannot help being impotent to Kant is because he negated the affinity which was presupposition of relations in order to internalize freedom into subjectivity. At last it will argue that the freedom of will which Adorno tries to advocate is the freedom which is possible only in relations, and that ground of it is affinity. As Impulse and reason have affinity, they interact each other, and this interaction in their non-identical strain makes the will possible. In the sense of interaction of impulse and reason, the will, firstly, is the force of reason that makes reason rational, and second, is the force of reason through which reason moves the body, so that it can make practical action in the empirical world. Therefore this thesis will argue that the affinity is conditions that reason relates with the empirical world and makes reason practical, so the freedom of human will is also the freedom in relations to which the will belongs.

IPTV 서비스와 FTTH 테스트베드

통신서비스와 방송서비스의 융합을 특징으로 하는 IPTV 서비스가 세계적인 추세이다. 또한, 고품질 IPTV 서비스 제공을 위하여 특히 광가입자망(FTTH)을 포함한 가입자망의 광대역화가 빠르게 이루어지고 있다. 국내에서는 통신 및 방송 사업자의 이해관계, 관련 법제도의 미정비 등으로 인해, 본격적인 IPTV 서비스가 지연되고 있다. 광가입자망 기반 고품질 서비스 플랫폼 및 차세대 장비 개발의 방편으로, ETRI에서는 자체적으로 네트워크 운영센터 및 IPTV 서비스 장비를 갖춘FTTH서비스센터를 구축하고, 망사업자를 통하여 구축된 상용 광가입자망과 연동하였고, IPTV 실험서비스를 적용하고 있다. 본 기고에서는 FTTH 테스트베드의 소개와 적용되고 있는 IPTV 실험서비스의 특징 및 구조에 대해서 기술하였다. The deployment of IPTV services featuring the convergences of communication and broadcasting services is a worldwide trend. Also, the broadband access networks, especially FTTH, is being deployed rapidly to support the high quality IPTV services. However, the IPTV deployment has been delayed in Korea because of the business relationship between the communication and broadcasting area and the lack of the related laws. As a means to the development of FTTH-based high-quality service platform and next-generation equipment, ETRI has been building own FTTH service center with a network operation center and IPTV service equipments, connecting it with commercial FTTH infrastructures made by network operators, and providing the trial IPTV services. In this article, we introduce FTTH testbed and the current trial IPTV services.

IPTV 서비스는 통신서비스와 방송서비스의 융합을 특징으로 하며, IPTV 서비스가 제공되기 위해서는 다양한 IP 네트워크 기술, 방송 AV 기술, 서비스제어 기술, 콘텐츠 보호 기술들이 복합적으로 사용된다. 본 기고에서는 IPTV 표준화 동향, 관련 기술, 국내외 서비스 동향, 신규 IPTV 서비스 예 등을 살펴보고, ETRI에서 구축한 FTTH 기반 IPTV 테스트베드를 간략하게 소개한다.
