Purpose: The purpose of this study was to provide information and suggestions for improvement of the intern physical therapist. Methods: I used 'intern physical therapist' as a keyword, and searched using the Google Search Appliance. Hospitals in the Seoul metropolitan region were selected. Twenty six hospitals that operate the intern physical therapist system were selected. A survey was conducted using questionnaires from August 20, 2012 to August 30, 2012. Among the 26 submitted questionnaires, 24 responded, and the results were analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 19.0. Results: 1. Education: (1) Sexual harassment prevention training, infection control training was lower at the rehabilitation hospital and semi hospital than at the university hospital and general hospital. (2) The rehabilitation hospital provided more education for intern physical therapists than the university hospital. (3) University hospital practice location was more diverse than that of the rehabilitation hospital. (4) In the rehabilitation hospital, education of practical skill was somewhat higher. 2. The employment rate of people who have completed an internship was higher in the rehabilitation hospital than the university hospital. Conclusion: Trial employment is more reasonable than intern physical therapist at the semi general hospital and rehabilitation hospital. Council is needed for decisions regarding internship training curriculum.
산소호흡율 및 최종 생화학적 산소요구량 실험을 활용한 생물학적 분해성 및 난분해성 하수 유기물 분율 분석

An integrated biochemical index, such as Biochemical or chemical oxygen demand (BOD or COD), have been used to measure the strength and characteristics of wastewater organic matter. However, adopting biological nutrient removal processes in wastewater treatment plants, wastewater organic matter needs to be specified to subordinate fractions, which are readily biodegradable COD (RBCOD), slowly biodegradable COD (SBCOD), nonbiodegradable soluble COD (NBDSCOD) and nonbiodegradable particulate COD (NBDPCOD). This study was thus purposed to develop and test a COD fractionation method to evaluate the strength and characteristics of the sub-fractions of wastewater organic matter, adopting the oxygen utilization rate and ultimate biochemical oxygen demand tests. We applied the COD fractionation method to (1) a wastewater mostly with domestic discharge and (2) a wastewater with domestic and industrial discharges. Results from the COD fractionation tests indicated that biodegradable RBCOD and SBCOD was abundant in the domestic wastewater, whereas NBDSCOD was substantial in the wastewater containing industrial discharge. Thus, the COD fractionation method was proven to be an effective way to measure the strength and characteristics of the COD sub-fractions of wastewater organic matter and will be adopted for better design and operation for a tertiary nutrient-removal wastewater treatment plant.

지능형로봇 산업은 큰 성장잠재력을 지니고 있으며 앞으로 꾸준히 성장할 것으로 예측되는 분야이다. 하지만 지능형로봇을 개발하기 위해서 실제 로봇을 사용할 경우 시간과 비용이 많이 들며 개발을 실패 했을 경우 위험부담이 크다. 그러므로 위험부담을 줄이고 개발기간을 단축하기 위해서 실제 구성될 환경과 동작 환경을 고려한 시뮬레이션 환경이 개발에 많이 사용된다. Pyro는 파이썬 언어를 사용한 로봇 개발 플랫폼으로 쉽게 배우고 사용할 수 있는 특징이 있다. 본 논문에서는 Pyro를 이용하여 실세계를 유사하게 모델링 할 수 있는 3차원 시뮬레이션 시스템에 대하여 기술한다.

The purpose of this study is to propose a way to secure and utilize farmland for vitalizing urban agriculture. Analyses of the change in farmland of the metropolitan area showed continuous loss of the farmland. To promote the urban agriculture and maintain the urban farmland, it is needed to set up the institutional mechanism and to provide incentives which encourage farmers to continue the farming activity. This study suggests following institutional improvements for urban farmland conservation. First, It is necessary to establish ‘urban agriculture district’ inside the metropolitan area and to accept the urban farmland as urban planning facilities. Second, it is necessary to limit strictly the conversion of fertile farmland and to strengthen restitution of development gains in the farmland preservation charge. Third suggestion is to establish the urban agriculture farm and to reform the system to enable lease and loan of the farmland in the private urban agriculture farm. Fourth, inside the Greenbelt area, it is necessary to restrain strictly farmland reduction and to block thoroughly farmland damage caused by the illegal activity. Fifth, it is necessary to expand the condition of reduction and exemption for capital gains tax on urban farmland, also enforce the transfer of development right(TDR) to strengthen the loss compensation according to farmland regulation. Sixth, it is necessary to ease the regulation on scale of the farmland registration document to enhance urban farmland management(from 1,000㎡ to 660㎡). Seventh, it is required to investigate the possible area for urban agriculture and to make database, and for the practical use of urban farmland, ‘landshare’ method is recommended. Lastly, the systematic cooperation and division of roles among the central government, local government and the civil society, should be established.
