동맥경화증이 유발된 ApoE(-/-) mouse에서 疎風活血湯과 Clopidogrel의 병용투여 효과에 대한 연구

Background and Objective: Atherosclerosis is a diffuse, systemic disease that affects the coronary, cerebral, and peripheral arterial trees. Clopidogrel is widely used antiplatelet agent and its efficacy has been proven in cardiac and extracardiac vascular diseases, but it has several side effects. Therefore we investigated whether Sopunghwalhyeol- tang, which is widely used for treating the blood stasis syndrome in traditional medicine, could decrease the side effect of antiplatelets and have a synergic effect. Methods & Materials: Male ApoE(-/-)mice were randomly divided into three different experimental groups, non-treated group (Control group), clopidogrel-treated group (CP group) and clopidogrel with Sopunghwalhyeol-tang treated group (CPS group). The control group was fed with only an atherogenic diet, the CP group an atherogenic diet plus clopidogrel 25㎎/㎏ and the CPS group an atherogenic diet plus clopidogrel 25㎎/㎏ with Sopunghwalhyeol-tang 100㎎/㎏. We investigated plasma lipids with liver function test, and performed a histological investigation of liver and abdominal aorta. Results:1.Photomicrographs of liver and abdominal aorta tissue showed lower histological injury and lipid accumulation in the CP and CPS groups than those in the Control group. 2.In the CPS group, plasma triglyceride level was significantly lower than in the Control and CP groups. 3.In the CPS group, the plasma aspartate aminotransferase (AST) level was significantly lower than in the CP group. Conclusions: The above results shows that a combined treatment of Sopunghwalhyeol-tang and clopidogrel have a synergic effect through inhibiting vessel injury and decrease the side effects of clopidogrel alone.

The power of legacy media originated from material foundations, not contents. Legacy media has exercised its power through the control of means of publishing, namely rotary machines. Article 21 (3) of the Constitution reflects this. It states that “The standards of news service and broadcast facilities and matters necessary to ensure the functions of newspapers shall be determined by Act.” In the past, newspapers controlled production of information, publication of article, and distribution of newspaper. However, as big technology corporations virtually monopolized the news publishing and distribution process, the nature of legacy media has changed to be in charge of only production of information. The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Korea concluded, “Media diversity is an indispensable premise for democratic society based on pluralism.” However, as big technology corporations and algorithms intervened in news distribution, the market for diversity of opinions market has collapsed. The monopoly of the algorithm’s distribution of articles is unconstitutional. In order to realize diversity of public opinion in a new media environment, regulation must target an algorithm not a rotary press.

第二次 大戰直後 世界共産主義는 戰後의 民族主義와 反植民主義的 感情을 포착 利用해서 局部的 侵略手段을 通해 所謂 「 民族解放戰爭」을 선동했던 것이다. 特히 1948年 2月 印度 칼컷타에서 開催된 國際共産主義者 以來 印度지부, 인도네시아, 馬來, 以律성에서 共産主義反亂이 거의 같은 時期에 연달아 터진 事實을 想起할 수 있을 것이다. 오늘에는 自由越南政府가 그와 꼭 같은 種類의 共産反亂에 봉착해있으며 앞으로도 世界 어느 곳에서 언제 그러한 反亂이 發生할지 모르는 것이다. 이와 같은 戰後의 共産主義者들의 侵略戰術 卽 게리라 戰에 있어 中國과 印度支部는 自由陣營이 敗北한 典型的 例이며 自由陣營이 勝利한 케이스로서는 희랍, 비율빈, 馬來를 들 수가 있다. 그러므로 自由陣營의 關心이 共産反亂鎭壓法에 集中되고 있는 이때 馬來에서의 英國의 成功的 反亂鎭壓經驗을 硏究分析하므로서 未來의 같은 事態에 適用할 수 있는 原則을 發見하기 위해 馬來의 非常時期를 綜合的으로 取級해 본 것이다. 먼저 馬來國內 共産主義運動의 歷史的 背景을 考察한 後 1948年 6月에 宣布해서 1960年 8月에 解除된 非常事態期에 英國과 馬來政府가 對抗한 共産反亂軍의 組織,策略, 戰術等을 分析하고 政府側이 수행한 反亂鎭壓法에 對해 상세히 檢討해 보았다. 制限된 紙面關係上 政治面에 關한 部分을 이곳에 包含시키지 못한 點 유감스럽게 생각하는 바이다.

The original concept and theory of Shannon's function H=-$\Sigma$(i-1,n)Pi, log$\_$2/Pi and its applicable domains in ecology are discussed. The confusions exist in use and interpretation of this function are due to: 1. Mixing the idea of proper ecological diversity with that of Shannon's information theory. 2. Confusion of physical or thermodynamical systems with ecological systems. 3. Confusion of the system from which one had calculated function H with the system of which function H is interpreted. It's proposed to use function H for the comparison of community's structure and so, for the distinction of community's evolution (succession) steps.

한국 언론을 통해 본 게임의 부상: 1990년대 신문보도를 중심으로

본 연구에서는 1990년대 정보화의 진전 속에서 신문의 게임 관련 보도가 어떻게 변화했는지살펴보았다. 자연어 처리 프로그램으로 선별된 기사를 분석한 결과, 개인용 디지털 기기를 이용하는 “게임”을 언급한 기사가 1990년대 거의 매년 증가했음을 알 수 있었다. IT 및 과학 범주의 기사에서 “게임”이 주로 언급되었으며, 이러한 기사에서 정보화와 관련한 단어도 가장 많이사용되었다. 이를 바탕으로 1990년대 우리나라 정보통신 기술의 급격한 확장 과정에서 신문 보도는 게임을 정보화의 중요한 수단으로 인식했다는 해석을 제시하였다.
