        삼출성 나이관련황반변성과 결절맥락막혈관병증에서 광역학치료와 베바시주맙 병합치료

        Purpose: To compare the efficacies of photodynamic therapy (PDT) using verteporfin combined with intravitreal bevacizumab in choroidal neovascularization secondary to age-related macular degeneration and polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy (PCV). Methods: Photodynamic therapy followed by 3 monthly intravitreal injections of bevacizumab were performed for neovascular age-related macular degeneration (AMD group) and PCV (PCV group). The injections were performed within 2 weeks after PDT and then every 4 to 6 weeks. During the 12-month follow-up period, best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA), central subfield macular thickness (CSMT), and number of reinjections were reviewed retrospectively. Results: Out of 38 eyes, there were 21 eyes in the AMD group (mean age 66.8 years old) and 17 eyes in the PCV group (mean age 66.4 years old). The average follow-up duration was 17.0 months. At 12 months, the BCVA (logMAR) improved from 0.75 at baseline to 0.49 in the AMD group (p = 0.01) and from 0.81 to 0.63 in the PCV group (p = 0.03). The CSMT decreased significantly from 329 to 231 in the AMD group and from 354 to 223 in the PCV group. At 12 months, 20 eyes (95.2%) in the AMD group and 15 eyes (88.2%) in the PCV group increased or maintained BCVA. The numbers of reinjections were 4.3 in the AMD group and 3.0 in the PCV group. There were no significant differences in BCVA, BCVA changes, CSMT, or number of reinjection between the two groups. Conclusions: Combined PDT and intravitreal bevacizumab injections showed no significant difference in stabilization of vision or retreatment rates between neovascular age-related macular degeneration and PCV.         오디 분말 첨가가 들기름 마요네즈의 품질특성 및 산화 안정성에 미치는 영향

        This study aimed to investigate the changes in antioxidant activities, quality characteristics, and storage stability of mayonnaise prepared with perilla oil with the addition of mulberry powder ranging from 0 to 5%. The antioxidant activities of perilla oil mayonnaise (PM), as determined by DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging activity, as well as FRAP and total phenolics content were improved by the addition of mulberry powder compared with the control sample. Antioxidant activities were dependent on the amount of mulberry powder added. Lipid oxidation of PM decreased with a higher amount of mulberry powder, based on measurements of peroxide value. The emulsion stability of PM increased with decreases in the amount of mulberry powder level. The a-value in PM color increased with increasing amount of mulberry powder. Sensory evaluation showed that the highest score in overall acceptability of PM was achieved with 4% mulberry.

        Needing research on, center of focus in todays market, the young generation, by collecting basic information about these teenagers clothes shopping and provide the manufacturers, whole salers, retailers and marketers with the information regarding what price range of clothes and where these teenagers shop their clothes, how much these youngsters spend monthly, what type of motivation impact the decisions of buying and the kind of information they rely on, so that the information could be used to improve manufacturing, selling, and marketing. This study is aimed to be the beginning of the wider and further of research.

        민들레 [Taraxacum platycarpum]유식물 절편으로부터 부정아 발생에 미치는 auxin과 cytokinin의 영향 및 식물체 재생

        민들레 (Taraxacum platycarpum)는 오래전부터 민간에서 약용으로 이용되어 왔다. 본 실험에서는 민들레로부터 효율적인 식물체 재분화 조건을 조사하기 위해 수행되었다. 부정아 유도에 있어서 적절한 생장조절제와 그 농도를 조사하기 위하여 auxin (2.4-D, NAA) 또는 cytokinin (BAP, kinetin, 2-ip)을 단독, 조합처리 하였다. Cytokinin 단독 혹은 auxin과 조합처리시 부정아가 유도되었는데 이 중 2mg/L BAP에서 가장 높게 나타났다. Cytokinin 단독처리시 종류에 따라 부위별 부정아 형성률이 다르게 나타나며, 민들레의 경우에는 특이하게 뿌리 절편에서 자엽과 배축 절편보다에서 부정아 형성률이 가장 높게 나타났다. 한편 auxin을 cytokinin과 조합처리한 경우에는 cytokinin 단독처리시보다 뿌리 절편에서 부정아 형성률이 급격히 떨어졌다. 반면 자엽 부위로부터 부정아 형성률은 크게 증가되었다. 부정아로부터 부정근의 유도는 0.2mg/L NAA에서 가장 양호하게 나타났으며 인공배양토의 순화과정에서 93%의 높은 생존율을 보였다. 비무균상태의 마사토에서 100%생존함으로써 기외의 포장이식에 어려움이 없을 것으로 생각된다. Taraxacum platycarpum has been used as a medicinal plant. We investigated optimal condition for efficient plant regeneration through adventitious shoot formation on medium with various kinds of growth regulators. Adventitious shoot formation was achieved when cytokinin was used alone. Shoot formation was higher on MS medium containing 2 mg/L BAP compared to that with 2 mg/L kinetin and 2 mg/L 2-ip. Among root, hypocotyl and cotyledon, roots were the best explant for the adventitious shoot induction. Adventitious shoot formation from roots declined markedly by the combination of both 0.1 mg/L NAA and 2 mg/L BAP, while shoot formation from cotyledons was stimulated by the same combination. Root formation from the regenerated shoots was achieved on 1/3MS medium containing 0.2 mg/L NAA. Regenerated plantlets was acclimatized and transplanted to the soil, showing 100% survival.

      • 물질주의 가치관에 따른 청소년의 의복행동에 관한 연구

        This study deals with the teenagers who take high interest in fashion and their appearances while being susceptible to the influences of their authoritative figures and/or the society due to their psychological instability, and is aimed at verifying if their psychologically variable sense of value has any affect on their clothing behavior in the midst of the consumption-orientated sociological environment where the traditional sense of value had crumbled away and is now surged with materialistic values. The study results showed that the teenagers materialistic tendency are related to their family environments: such as family financial status and forms, age, education background and occupation of their parents, and their monthly allowance and clothing expenses. Since it showed that teenagers materialistic sense of value is higher when their family is of low financial status, nuclear family, young parents with low education background, and if they spend more allowance and clothing expenses, it is second-handedly surmised that younger parents who are not financially stable are more inclined to be materialistic and their children are also influenced by such parents. Materialistic sense of value influences the teenagers clothing behaviors, so that the teenagers with higher materialistic values pay more attention to esthetics when they dress and have higher interest and dependency on clothing compared to the teenagers who are less inclined to materialistic sense of value. Also they have higher tendencies to dress similarly with their peers and show off through their clothes. However, they don't seem to care much for decency when they dress. Materialistic sense of value also influences on teenagers shopping for clothes. Buying motivations of teenagers with higher materialistic sense of value are more impulsive and ostentatious than that of the teenagers with lower materialistic sense of value, whereas their practical or essential buying motivations are relatively lower. Even their sources of information and favorite places for shopping showed difference: teenagers with higher materialistic sense of value facilitate more sources of information and various places to shop, and purchase expensive clothes more frequently while spending much time for shopping. In view of such results, teenagers materialistic sense of value influence considerably on their interests in clothes, dressing and shopping.

        전기방사법을 이용한 고분자 나노섬유의 합성과 다중벽 탄소나노튜브의 혼합을 통한 물리적 강도 향상

        본 연구에서는 전기방사법(electrospinning method)을 이용하여 다중벽 탄소나노튜브(multi-walled carbon nanotubes, MWCNTs)가 첨가된 polyacrylonitrile (PAN)과 poly (methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) 고분자 복합 나노섬유를 합성하였다. 합성 과정에서 고분자 물질의 농도와 인가전압의 변화가 나노섬유의 합성에 미치는 영향을 조사하여 최적화된 고분자 나노섬유 합성 조건을 확립하였다. 또한, MWCNTs의 첨가량의 변화에 따른 복합 나노섬유의 구조적 특징을 주사전자현미경(scanning electron microscopy)과 투과전자현미경(transmission electron microscopy)을 통해 분석하였으며, 기계적 강도를 조사하였다. 5 wt%의 MWCNTs가 첨가된 경우, 인장강도(tensile strength)와 영률(Young's modulus)이 PAN 복합 나노섬유는 500%, 27% 향상되었으며, PMMA 복합 나노섬유는 250%, 1,017% 향상된 것을 확인할 수 있었다. Multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) incorporated polyacrylonitrile (PAN) and poly (methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) nanofibers were synthesized using electronspinning method. Effects of polymer concentration and applied voltage on the synthesis of PAN and PMMA nanofibers were systematically investigated. The structural characterization of PAN/MWCNTs and PMMA/MWCNTs composited nanofibers synthesized as a function of the MWCNTs concentration was performed by scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. 5 wt% MWCNTs incorporated PAN and PMMA electrospun nanofiber exhibit best strength and stiffness.

        도토리 Gallic Acid의 항산화성

        도토리의 천연 항산화제로서의 이용성을 검토하기 위하여 도토리 분말로부터 수종의 유기용매를 가하여 항산화성 획분을 추출 분리한 후 대두유, 팜유, 돈지 및 우지에 첨가하고 60℃에서 저장하면서 POV의 변화를 측정하였으며, 항산화 성분을 TLC 및 HPLC로 분리 동정하였다. 도토리의 일반성분은 수분 11.8~12.0%, 단백질 7.1~7.4%, 전분 65.5~69.4%, 조지방 2.1~2.6%, 조섬유 2.1~3.6% 및 조회분 2.4~2.6%이었으며 total tannin 함량은 4.6~6.8%이었다. 도토리류 분말로부터 acetone : water 및 ethyl acetate를 차례로 사용하여 항산화성 획분을 추출하여 얻어진 추출물의 수율은 2.8~3.1%이었다. 최종단계의 도토리 추출물중에는 gallic acid, digallic acid 및 gallotannin이 함유되어 있었다. 도토리 추출물의 항산화성분은 주로 gallic acid이었다. 도토리 추출물은 유탁액상태의 기질에서는 강한 항산화력을 나타내었고, 유지에 직접 첨가하였을 때는 항산화력이 인정되지 않았다. 우지 및 대두유탁액에 대한 도토리 추출물의 항산화 효과는 강하였으나 돈지 및 팜유유탁액에 대해서는 약하였다. 도토리 추출물은 0.02%의 농도에서 실용적인 항산화 효과가 인정되었다. As an approach to study a new natural antioxidant for edible fats and oils, antioxidative fractions from acorn powder were characterized. The oxidative stabilities of soybean, palm, beef tallow, and lard oil containing the acorn active fraction extracted with various organic solvents were studied by determining the peroxide value during the storage at 60℃. And this effective antioxidative components were isolated and identified by thin layer chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography. The proximate compositions of acorn powder were water 11.9~12.0%, protein 7.1~7.4%, starch 65.5~69.4%, fat 2.1~2.6%, fiber 2.1~3.6%, ash 2.4~2.6%, and total tannin 4.6~6.8%, respectively. The final yield of fraction extracted by sequential order of acetone : H₂O (1 : 1) and ethyl acetate was 2.8~3.1%. Gallic acid, digallic acid and gallotannin were contained this final fraction. The main antioxidative activity was speculated due to the presence of gallic acid in acorn powder extract. The antioxidative activity was more effective in fat water emulsion than just fat system. Antioxidative activities measured by peroxide value were quite high in beef tallow and soybean emulsion, but low in lard and palm oil emulsion in the concentration of 200ppm acorn extract. Therefore, the addition of 200ppm acorn extract was suggested to expect effective antioxidation concentration in the reaction system.

        GT1M과 GT3X가속도계의 신체활동량 추정 타당도 평가

        본 연구의 목적은 일축가속도계인 GT1M과 삼축가속도계인 GT3X간의 신체활동량 추정에 관한 타당도 평가이다. 연구대상은 서울, 경기 지역에 거주하는 남자를 대상으로 아동은 28명, 성인은 17명으로 임의 표본 추출하였다. 신체활동량은 두 집단 모두 운동강도가 증가함에 따라 VO2, GT1M, 그리고 GT3X의 Activity Counts가 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 두 집단에 대하여 동일한 운동강도에 변화량을 주었을 때 성인에 비해 아동의 VO<sub>2</sub>와 METs의 변화량이 큰 것으로 나타났으며, GT1M, GT3X의 Activity Counts에 대해서는 낮은 변화폭을 나타냈다. 가속도계와 준거 도구의 신체활동량에 대한 관계를 살펴본 결과, GT1M과 GT3X가속도계의 Activity Counts와 본 연구에 사용된 K4b<sup>2</sup> 모든 변인에 대하여 통계적으로 유의한 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났으며 아동보다 성인에게서 더 높은 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다(p<.01). 설명력은 GT1M과 GT3X가속도계 모두 성인(R<sup>2</sup>=.798, R<sup>2</sup>=.801)에게서 아동(R<sup>2</sup>=.550, R<sup>2</sup>=.522)보다 높은 것으로 나타났다. Bland-Altman Plot에서는 GT3X가 GT1M 보다 편차가 작은 신뢰구간을 나타냈으며, 성인이 아동보다 편차가 작은 신뢰구간을 나타냈다. 대상별에 따른 좀 더 정확한 결과치를 제공 받을 수 있도록 올바른 가속도계의 선택이 요구된다. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the validation of physical activity between GT1M, the uniaxial accelerometer and GT3X, the triaxial accelerometer. For the subject of the study, 28 children and 17 adults were random sampling who are residing in Gyeonggi province. It is observed that as the exercise intensity increases, the physical activity of VO<sub>2</sub>, METs, GT1M and GT3X in both groups are increased. Also, when both two groups have given changes to equivalent exercise intensity, the children showed higher VO<sub>2</sub> and METs changes than those of adults while the value of GT1M and GT3X showed lower changes. As a result of observing the relationship between accelerometer and standard tool, activity counts of GT1M and GT3X and all variables of K4b<sup>2</sup> which were employed in this study showed statistically significant relation, while showed higher relation in adult than in children(p<.01). Both GT1M and GT3X showed higher explanatory power in adult (R<sup>2</sup=.798, R2=.801) than in children (R<sup>2</sup=.550, R<sup>2</sup>=.522). In Bland-Altman Plot, GT3X showed confidence interval with less deviation than GT1M, while the adult showed confidence interval with less deviation than the children. To provide a more accurate result value, the correct choice of accelerometer according to the sampling is required.

        This study examines college girls` knowledge about skin and their skin care habit based on the college girls who have just started make up in earnest and are very interested in skin care. According to the findings of this study, college girls are very interested in their own skin and they self-examine their own skin types to the high level and they exert individual great effort to solve skin problems. However, their knowledge about skin care method is unprofessional knowledge. And it seems that though they have knowledge about skin care, they don`t make a habit of caring skin because of economic reason and so on. In college girls` health status and behaviors, the drinking and smoking rates are high while they lack exercise. Thus they should pay attention to the skin problem due to health condition. Therefore, we need to develop education programs about effective skin care consistently so that college girls who are very sensitive about their appearance and skin can improve knowledge related to skin and care their skin effectively. College girls can raise their sense of self-respect after they solve their skin problems by learning professional knowledge of skin care suitable for their skin types through this education.
